从菲涅耳-基尔霍夫衍射公式出发推导出了粗糙面近场衍射方程。通过对观察面散斑光强统计特性的分析,提出了采用镜射光强分量法测量表面粗糙度的思想。为验证该方法的有效性,首先用计算机模拟产生具有不同统计特性的随机表面,然后对由随机表面产生的散斑场及其光强分布进行计算。计算结果表明,与传统的散斑对比度法相比,散斑镜射光强分量法测量弱粗糙表面粗糙度具有更大的适用范围和更高的测量精度,克服了散斑对比度法易受表面横向相关长度影响的缺点。通过实验对计算机模拟结果进行了验证。  相似文献

角度散斑相关是一种不受表面粗糙度轮廓的间距特性影响的粗糙度幅度参量测量方法,它的数学模型通常建立在集平均的基础上。通过模拟计算随机粗糙表面的远场散斑场,以散斑图面上的空间平均代替常规的集平均来计算角度散斑相关系数,并应用集平均的数学模型反演粗糙度参量。结果证实了这种空间平均角度散斑相关粗糙度测量方法的有效性,在同一表面只需对少数个区域进行测量并对测得的粗糙度参量取平均,即可获得足够的测量精度。对于Rq大于2.0μm的表面,测量相对误差小于15%。根据最佳测量条件,该方法适用于大粗糙度表面。  相似文献

The time correlation function is analyzed of the speckel intensity fluctuation produced in the Fresnel diffraction field from a rotating diffuse object under illumination of a Gaussian laser beam. The dependence of the curvature radius of the rotating diffuse object on the time correlation length of the speckle intensity fluctuation is especially explored by taking into account the size of the detecting aperture. The theoretical results are confirmed experimentally for detecting apertures with various sizes. It is shown that a detecting aperture with an appropriate size is required. It becomes useful for determining the radius of curvature of the rotating diffuse object from measurements of the time correlation length of the speckle intensity fluctuation.  相似文献

A model of a rough surface to the scale of the optical wavelength is proposed, with randomly distributed zero-mean Gaussian heights. It is assumed that the aforesaid surface is illuminated by a coherent light beam of homogeneous intensity. An in-plane pure translation of this surface is simulated on a PC by means of the Matlab program. In the near-field optical regions the Fraunhofer approximation and the subsequent FFT are not suitable for application in the generation of a speckle pattern. Hence, with the aim of calculating the translation of the rough surface by means of double-exposure objective speckle photography using the point-wise filtering technique (PWFT), the Fresnel-Kirchhoff integral is first employed to obtain the speckle intensity near the surface on a photographic plate, and then the intensity pattern produced by the diffraction of the plate is determined in the far field (Fraunhofer), which suffices to calculate the modulus of displacement through the Young’s fringes. The results are analyzed according to surface roughness and the sample distance to the recording plane.  相似文献

The surface roughness properties (i.e. the rms surface roughness and the correlation length) of strong diffuse objects are investigated by using the speckle patterns which obeys the non-gaussian statistics. The intimate linear relation is found to exist between the rms surface roughness of objects and the maximum contrast obtained from the varying curves of the average image speckle contrast as a function of the point spread of an optical imaging system. The correlation length of surface roughness of objects is related to the averaged intensity distribution of speckle patterns produced at the far-field diffraction plane. It now becomes clear that the rms roughness and the correlation length of strong diffuse objects are determined, respectively, from the maximum speckle contrast at the image plane and the averaged speckle intensity distribution at the far-field diffraction plane.  相似文献

Speckle patterns are formed by completely and partially coherent light at the image plane of a diffusing object. The general formula is derived for the contrast variation of the image speckle intensity distribution as a function of the spatial coherence of the illuminating light, the amplitude point-spread function of the optical imaging system and the statistical characteristic of the diffusing object. The effect of spatial coherence of the illuminating light on the contrast variations of the image speckle intensity distribution is theoretically evaluated under various statistical conditions of the diffusing object. The extended Huygens-Fresnel principle and Goodman model was utilized for target surface to derive the mutual coherence function (MCF) of a Gaussian beam reflected from an arbitrary rough target in atmospheric turbulence. According to the MCF, expressions of the mean irradiance and average speckle size at the receiver were obtained. The analysis indicated that the mean intensity is closely related to the ratio of root mean square (rms) height to the lateral correlation length. In addition, the speckle size at the receiver is associated with turbulence strength, propagation distance and roughness of the target. The results can be reduced to the result of a Gaussian beam illuminating rough target and scattering from a target in free space.  相似文献

散斑图质量对数字图像相关(DIC)方法的测量精度具有重要的影响。以平均灰度梯度这一传统的散斑图质量评价参数作为基础,提出了一种新的评价参数——平均一阶及二阶灰度梯度商,该参数同时考虑了一阶和二阶灰度梯度。从整体上来说,一阶灰度梯度的曲面比较光滑,而一阶及二阶灰度梯度商的曲面比较粗糙。采用Zhou等人提出的方法制作了80张模拟散斑图,对这些模拟散斑图的传统参数和提出参数进行了计算。结果表明:当散斑半径相同时,随着散斑数量的增加,两种参数均先增加,后减小;当散斑数量一定时,二者均有一个峰值;散斑半径越大,提出参数的峰值越大,而传统参数的峰值越小。对提出参数的峰值所对应的4张散斑图进行了多次连续平动,并使用DIC方法测量了测点的水平位移。结果表明,在提出参数越大的散斑图上测点的水平位移误差越小,在一定程度上验证了提出参数的正确性。  相似文献

The probability density function and average contrast of the sum of two speckle patterns produced with various intensity ratios and correlation conditions have been experimentally investigated. This paper proposes a new velocity measuring method for a moving diffuse object on the basis of the autocorrelation of time-differentiated speckle intensity fluctuations. The theoretical background and experimental verification of this method are given. The correlation length of time-differentiated speckle intensity fluctuations is defined by the point at which the correlation becomes zero. By means of the correlation length the object velocity is found to be accurately measured.  相似文献

The effect of the point spread function on the average contrast of image speckle patterns is studied by varying its form depending on the optical imaging system. This effect is actually evaluated on the basis of a computer simulation of various rough surfaces by investigating the average contrast variation of image speckle patterns as a function of the point spread of the optical system. It becomes clear that the form of the point spread function, i.e. the type of the optical imaging system producing image speckle patterns, does not largely affect the average contrast of image speckle patterns.  相似文献

The statistical properties of speckle patterns generated from far rough surfaces, under illumination of a Gaussian beam, are investigated. The surface roughness dependence of the first- and second-order moments of intensity is theoretically investigated, and their analytical expressions have been derived and presented. The analysis indicates that the mean intensity distribution on the receiver plane is closely related to the ratio of the lateral correlation length to the surface root mean square (rms) height. On the other hand, the speckle size and the correlation degree of the speckle intensities are found to be independent of the parameter characterizing the roughness of a surface, and are only determined by the laser beam waist.  相似文献

基于动态散斑技术的微运动特性识别在目标探测领域具有重要的研究价值.以粗糙面散射理论为基础,研究了旋转粗糙凸体目标的动态散斑时间相关函数,给出了旋转圆锥体目标动态散斑时间相关函数.将数值结果与相同条件下实验结果进行比较,验证了圆锥体目标时间相关长度的有效性.利用粒子群算法,反演出旋转圆锥体的旋转角速度和视线角.结果表明,该方法可识别旋转圆锥体范围为20°—90°之间的视线角值和范围为0.5—6 r/min的角速度值,为微运动特征识别提供理论和实验依据.  相似文献

A method for accurately measuring information about the deformation of a rough surface object using a phase-shifting speckle interferometer with a television camera and a computer is considered. In this case, the intensity change of the speckle by phase-shifting varies randomly in space because of the statistical property of the speckle. Then, at points with small intensity change, the accuracy of the phase measurement is affected significantly by the quantization error of an analog to digital converter for data recording. To improve the accuracy, the statistical property of the interference speckle must be clarified. This is done theoretically and experimentally, and the experimental results show that higher measurement accuracy can be attained by selecting large amplitude points.Presented at 1996 International Workshop on Interferometry (IWI ‘96), August 27–29, Saitama, Japan.  相似文献

When mutally coherent light beams overlap on an optically rough surface, the scattered light fields or speckle patterns interfere. The intensity at any point depends on the phase difference between the light fields. By matching the sensitive area of a photodetector to speckle size, an electronic signal is obtained which can be used to monitor in-plane rigid body translations of the surface with interferometric precision. Two reliable methods of obtaining directional sensitivity based on polarization properties are described and it is shown that depolarization effects due to rough surfaces, do not cause any difficulty. Intensitivity to motion orthogonal to the plane of the apparatus is demonstrated.  相似文献

An integrated method based on optical and digital image processing is presented to suppress speckle in digital holography. A spatial light modulator is adopted to introduce random phases to the illuminating beam. Multiple holograms are reconstructed and superimposed, and the intensity is averaged to smooth the noise. The adaptive algorithm based on the nonlocal means is designed to further suppress the speckle. The presented method is compared with other methods reduction is improved, and the proposed method is effective The experimental results show that speckle and feasible.  相似文献

Dependences of the degree of circularity of a scattered electromagnetic field on the type and the structure of a relief are considered. It is shown that, for strongly rough non-Gaussian surfaces, the degree of circularity of the field is smaller than that for the normal surface, and that the speckle contrast for bimodal surfaces can achieve values greater than unity. Errors that arise upon calculating the contrast and shape of the speckle intensity distribution density are analyzed without taking into account the noncircularity of the scattered field.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the application of laser speckle technique for the assessment of the effectiveness of laser cleaning of cementitious surfaces. Laser speckle-based methods are non-contact, highly resolving techniques for the measurement of displacement, rotation, and strain of an illuminated area on a rough surface. Since the intensity of reflected light depends on the geometrical microstructure and colour of the samples, any alterations of the surface result in different speckle images. Analysis of speckle images presented here is based on the analysis of the distribution of intensity of reflected light obtained in a selected plane, and analysis of statistical parameters describing such distribution (skewness and kurtosis). A wide range of laser-cleaned mortar samples with different geometrical microstructure and moisture content has been subjected to the assessment by He-Ne laser. Laser speckle method has been successfully used to identify the effectiveness of the laser cleaning process with respect to different surface conditions. It appears that the changes in kurtosis and skewness should be mainly associated with the alterations of geometrical microstructure. Whereas, mean light intensity seemed to depend predominantly on the mortar's absorption characteristics (colour).  相似文献

研究了慢纵向运动双散射散斑场的统计性质,得出纵向运动双散射散斑振幅自相关函数、强度涨落自相关函数,并由此得出,夫朗和费衍射区内的接收平在上任意点上的自相关函数是时间的非平稳随机过程,而在光轴附近小区域内,强度涨落自相关函数是时间的平稳随机过程,相关时间与散射体纵向运动速度或反比,理论和实验结果相一致。  相似文献
