The crystal structure of poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐hypophosphito‐μ‐urea], [Cu(H2PO2)2(CH4N2O)]n, has been determined at 293, 100 and 15 K. The geometry of the hypophosphite anion is very close to ideal, with point symmetry mm2. Each Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated to six O atoms from four hypophosphite anions and two urea molecules, forming a tetragonal bipyramid. The unique urea molecule lies on a twofold axis. Each hypophosphite anion in the structure is coordinated to two Cu atoms. The hypophosphite anions, urea molecules and CuII cations form polymeric ribbons. The CuII cations in the ribbon are linked together by two hypophosphite anions and a urea molecule, which is coordinated to Cu via an O atom. The ribbons are linked to each other by N—H?O hydrogen bonds and form polymeric layers.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2(C2H6O2)2(H2O)2]n, contains two crystallographically unique CuII centres, each lying on a twofold axis and having a slightly distorted octahedral environment. One CuII centre is coordinated by two bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands, two sulfate anions and two aqua ligands. The second is surrounded by two 4,4′‐bipy N atoms and four O atoms, two from bridging sulfate anions and two from ethane‐1,2‐diol ligands. The sulfate anion bridges adjacent CuII centres, leading to the formation of linear ...Cu1–Cu2–Cu1–Cu2... chains. Adjacent chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bipy ligands, which are also located on the twofold axis, resulting in a two‐dimensional layered polymer. In the crystal structure, extensive O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between water molecules, ethane‐1,2‐diol molecules and sulfate anions lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure.  相似文献

The structures of five compounds consisting of (prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine complexed with copper in both the CuI and CuII oxidation states are presented, namely chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(I) 0.18‐hydrate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]·0.18H2O, (1), catena‐poly[[copper(I)‐μ2‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ5N,N′,N′′:C2,C3] perchlorate acetonitrile monosolvate], {[Cu(C15H17N3)]ClO4·CH3CN}n, (2), dichlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CuCl2(C15H17N3)]·CH2Cl2, (3), chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) perchlorate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]ClO4, (4), and di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis({(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II)) bis(tetraphenylborate), [Cu2Cl2(C15H17N3)2][(C6H5)4B]2, (5). Systematic variation of the anion from a coordinating chloride to a noncoordinating perchlorate for two CuI complexes results in either a discrete molecular species, as in (1), or a one‐dimensional chain structure, as in (2). In complex (1), there are two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Complex (2) consists of the CuI atom coordinated by the amine and pyridyl N atoms of one ligand and by the vinyl moiety of another unit related by the crystallographic screw axis, yielding a one‐dimensional chain parallel to the crystallographic b axis. Three complexes with CuII show that varying the anion composition from two chlorides, to a chloride and a perchlorate to a chloride and a tetraphenylborate results in discrete molecular species, as in (3) and (4), or a bridged bis‐μ‐chlorido complex, as in (5). Complex (3) shows two strongly bound Cl atoms, while complex (4) has one strongly bound Cl atom and a weaker coordination by one perchlorate O atom. The large noncoordinating tetraphenylborate anion in complex (5) results in the core‐bridged Cu2Cl2 moiety.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The two‐dimensional (2D) layer CuII compound [Cu3(L)2(N3)4] ( 1 ) [L = 2‐amino‐3‐(5‐tetrazole)‐methyate‐N‐pyridine] was synthesized by in‐situ hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2 · 2H2O, NaN3, and 3‐(5‐tetrazole)‐methyate‐N‐pyridine. The central Cu1 and Cu2 atoms are located in five‐coordinate and six‐coordinate arrangements, respectively. Three CuII ions are linked by mixed double EO (end‐on)‐azido‐tetrazole bridges to give trinuclear CuII clusters, which are further extended by EE (end‐to‐end) azido bridges to form 2D metal‐organic layers. The magnetic exchange interactions in complex 1 were investigated by DFT calculations, and the calculated exchange interaction (J = –849 cm–1) revealed that the double EO‐azido‐tetrazole bridges transmit antiferromagnetic coupling between CuII ions.  相似文献

The novel polymeric complexes catena‐poly[[diaquamanganese(II)]‐μ‐2,2′‐bipyrimidine‐κ4N1,N1′:N3,N3′‐[diaquamanganese(II)]‐bis(μ‐terephthalato‐κ2O1:O4)], [Mn2(C8H4O4)2(C8H6N4)(H2O)4]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[[aquacopper(II)]‐μ‐aqua‐μ‐hydroxido‐μ‐terephthalato‐κ2O1:O1′‐copper(II)‐μ‐aqua‐μ‐hydroxido‐μ‐terephthalato‐κ2O1:O1′‐[aquacopper(II)]‐μ‐2,2′‐bipyrimidine‐κ4N1,N1′:N3,N3′] tetrahydrate], {[Cu3(C8H4O4)2(OH)2(C8H6N4)(H2O)4]·4H2O}n, (II), containing bridging 2,2′‐bipyrimidine (bpym) ligands coordinated as bis‐chelates, have been prepared via a ligand‐exchange reaction. In both cases, quite unusual coordination modes of the terephthalate (tpht2−) anions were found. In (I), two tpht2− anions acting as bis‐monodentate ligands bridge the MnII centres in a parallel fashion. In (II), the tpht2− anions act as endo‐bridges and connect two CuII centres in combination with additional aqua and hydroxide bridges. In this way, the binuclear [Mn2(tpht)2(bpym)(H2O)4] entity in (I) and the trinuclear [Cu3(tpht)2(OH)2(bpym)(H2O)4]·4H2O coordination entity in (II) build up one‐dimensional polymeric chains along the b axis. In (I), the MnII cation lies on a twofold axis, whereas the four central C atoms of the bpym ligand are located on a mirror plane. In (II), the central CuII cation is also on a special position (site symmetry ). In the crystal structures, the packing of the chains is further strengthened by a system of hydrogen bonds [in both (I) and (II)] and weak face‐to‐face π–π interactions [in (I)], forming three‐dimensional metal–organic frameworks. The MnII cation in (I) has a trigonally deformed octahedral geometry, whereas the CuII cations in (II) are in distorted octahedral environments. The CuII polyhedra are inclined relative to each other and share common edges.  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[[diaqua(methanol‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ‐N‐(4‐methylpyrimidin‐2‐yl‐κN1)pyrazin‐2‐amine‐κ2N1:N4] [[aqua(aqua/methanol‐κO)(perchlorato‐κO)copper(II)]‐μ‐N‐(4‐methylpyrimidin‐2‐yl‐κN1)pyrazin‐2‐amine‐κ2N1:N4] tris(perchlorate) methanol monosolvate 1.419‐hydrate], {[Cu(C9H9N5)(CH3OH)(H2O)2][Cu(C9H9N5)(ClO4)(CH3OH)0.581(H2O)1.419](ClO4)3·CH3OH·1.419H2O}n, is a one‐dimensional straight‐chain polymer of N‐(4‐methylpyrimidin‐2‐yl)pyrazin‐2‐amine (L) with Cu(ClO4)2. The complex consists of two crystallographically independent one‐dimensional chains in which the CuII atoms exhibit two different octahedral coordination geometries. The L ligand coordinates to two CuII centres in a tridentate manner, with the pyrazine ring acting as a bridge linking the CuII coordination units and building an infinite one‐dimensional chain. Extensive hydrogen bonding among perchlorate anions, water molecules and L ligands results in three‐dimensional networks.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐chlorido‐μ‐proline‐κ2O:O′], [CuCl2(C5H9NO2)]n, two symmetry‐independent metal cations adopt distorted octahedral coordination, typical for d9 Jahn–Teller systems. Each chloride bridge is involved in both a short and a very long interaction with a CuII centre. The centrosymmetric crystal structure contains homochiral chains of opposite handedness which extend along the shortest lattice parameter (i.e. a). The O:O′‐bridging coordination mode of proline, although a common motif for such complexes in general, is remarkable for CuII; the vast majority of amino acid derivatives of this cation are characterized by N,O‐chelation.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu(C7H8N4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, consists of a discrete centrosymmetric [Cu(C7H8N4)2(H2O)2]2+ cation and two perchlorate anions. The CuII centre is six‐coordinated by four N donors from the two pyrazole rings [Cu—N 1.998 (2) and 2.032 (3) Å] and two O atoms from the water molecules occupying the apical sites [Cu—O 2.459 (3) Å]. The coordination geometry of the complex can be described as octahedral. There is a unique three‐dimensional network in which the perchlorate units are linked by a combination of strong O—H?O and weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Structures having the unusual protonated 4‐arsonoanilinium species, namely in the hydrochloride salt, C6H9AsNO3+·Cl, (I), and the complex salts formed from the reaction of (4‐aminophenyl)arsonic acid (p‐arsanilic acid) with copper(II) sulfate, i.e. hexaaquacopper(II) bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) disulfate dihydrate, (C6H9AsNO3)2[Cu(H2O)6](SO4)2·2H2O, (II), with copper(II) chloride, i.e. poly[bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) [tetra‐μ‐chlorido‐cuprate(II)]], {(C6H9AsNO3)2[CuCl4]}n , (III), and with cadmium chloride, i.e. poly[bis(4‐arsonoanilinium) [tetra‐μ‐chlorido‐cadmate(II)]], {(C6H9AsNO3)2[CdCl4]}n , (IV), have been determined. In (II), the two 4‐arsonoanilinium cations are accompanied by [Cu(H2O)6]2+ cations with sulfate anions. In the isotypic complex salts (III) and (IV), they act as counter‐cations to the {[CuCl4]2−}n or {[CdCl4]2−}n anionic polymer sheets, respectively. In (II), the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ ion sits on a crystallographic centre of symmetry and displays a slightly distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The asymmetric unit for (II) contains, in addition to half the [Cu(H2O)6]2+ ion, one 4‐arsonoanilinium cation, a sulfate dianion and a solvent water molecule. Extensive O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds link all the species, giving an overall three‐dimensional structure. In (III), four of the chloride ligands are related by inversion [Cu—Cl = 2.2826 (8) and 2.2990 (9) Å], with the other two sites of the tetragonally distorted octahedral CuCl6 unit occupied by symmetry‐generated Cl‐atom donors [Cu—Cl = 2.9833 (9) Å], forming a two‐dimensional coordination polymer network substructure lying parallel to (001). In the crystal, the polymer layers are linked across [001] by a number of bridging hydrogen bonds involving N—H…Cl interactions from head‐to‐head‐linked As—O—H…O 4‐arsonoanilinium cations. A three‐dimensional network structure is formed. CdII compound (IV) is isotypic with CuII complex (III), but with the central CdCl6 complex repeat unit having a more regular M —Cl bond‐length range [2.5232 (12)–2.6931 (10) Å] compared to that in (III). This series of compounds represents the first reported crystal structures having the protonated 4‐arsonoanilinium species.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(OH)2(H2O)4](C10H6O6S2)}n, is built of infinite polymeric cationic {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(H2O)4(OH)2]2+}n chains stretching along the a axis, with naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (1,5‐nds) anions in between. One independent CuII cation and the 1,5‐nds anion occupy special positions on crystallographic inversion centres. Each CuII cation has an octahedral coordination environment formed by two carboxyl O atoms, two hydroxo O atoms and two water molecules. The carboxylate and hydroxo groups perform a bridging function, linking adjacent Cu atoms in the chain, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 2.990 (3) Å. The chains are further linked into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework via hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the sulfonate groups of the 1,5‐nds dianions.  相似文献

Subtle modifications of N‐donor ligands can result in complexes with very different compositions and architectures. In the complex catena‐poly[[bis{1‐[(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazole‐κN 3}copper(II)]‐μ‐benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O 1,O 1′:O 3], {[Cu(C8H4O4)(C10H9N5)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n , each CuII ion is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from two crystallographically independent 1‐[(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazole (bmi) ligands, by three O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (bdic2−) ligands and by one water molecule, leading to a distorted CuN2O4 octahedral coordination environment. The CuII ions are connected by bridging bdic2− anions to generate a one‐dimensional chain. The bmi ligands coordinate to the CuII ions in monodentate modes and are pendant on opposite sides of the main chain. In the crystal, the chains are linked by O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, as well as by π–π interactions, into a three‐dimensional network. A thermogravimetric analysis was carried out and the fluorescence behaviour of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

Cyanide as a bridge can be used to construct homo‐ and heterometallic complexes with intriguing structures and interesting magnetic properties. These ligands can generate diverse structures, including clusters, one‐dimensional chains, two‐dimensional layers and three‐dimensional frameworks. The title cyanide‐bridged CuII–CoIII heterometallic compound, [CuIICoIII(CN)6(C4H11N2)(H2O)]n, has been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, magnetic measurement, thermal study, vibrational spectroscopy (FT–IR) and scanning electron microscopy/energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (SEM–EDS). The crystal structure analysis revealed that it has a two‐dimensional grid‐like structure built up of [Cu(Hpip)(H2O)]3+ cations (Hpip is piperazinium) and [Co(CN)6]3− anions that are linked through bridging cyanide ligands. The overall three‐dimensional supramolecular network is expanded by a combination of interlayer O—H...N and N—H...O hydrogen bonds involving the coordinated water molecules and the N atoms of the nonbridging cyanide groups and monodentate cationic piperazinium ligands. A magnetic investigation shows that antiferromagnetic interactions exist in the title compound.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C14H18O4)(H2O)]n, each CuII atom bonds to four O atoms of four adamantanediacetate (ada) ligands in equatorial positions and an O atom from a water molecule in the apical position. Two adjacent CuII atoms form a paddle‐wheel unit with four ada ligands. The distance between the two Cu atoms is 2.5977 (3) Å. A crystallographic inversion center is located at the center of the Cu–Cu core. Each Cu2(ada)4 paddle‐wheel further bonds to four adjacent identical paddle‐wheel units, generating a two‐dimensional layered structure of Cu(ada)(H2O) with a 44 topology.  相似文献

One μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(L1)(μ‐C6H5CO2)] ( 1 )(H3L1 = 1,3‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)), and two μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu4(L1)2(μ‐C8H10O4)(DMF)2]·H2O ( 2 ) and [Cu4(L2)2(μ‐C5H6O4]·2H2O·2CH3CN ( 3 ) (H3L2 = 1,3‐bis(5‐bromo‐salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)) have been prepared and characterized. The single crystal X‐ray analysis shows that the structure of complex 1 is dimeric with two adjacent copper(II) atoms bridged by μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato ligands where the Cu···Cu distances and Cu‐O(alkoxo)‐Cu angles are 3.5 11 Å and 132.8°, respectively. Complexes 2 and 3 consist of a μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear Cu(II) complex with mean Cu‐Cu distances and Cu‐O‐Cu angles of 3.092 Å and 104.2° for 2 and 3.486 Å and 129.9° for 3 , respectively. Magnetic measurements reveal that 1 is strong antiferromagnetically coupled with 2J =‐210 cm?1 while 2 and 3 exhibit ferromagnetic coupling with 2J = 126 cm?1 and 82 cm?1 (averaged), respectively. The 2J values of 1–3 are correlated to dihedral angles and the Cu‐O‐Cu angles. Dependence of the pH at 25 °C on the reaction rate of oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol (3,5‐DTBC) to the corresponding quinone (3,5‐DTBQ) catalyzed by 1–3 was studied. Complexes 1–3 exhibit catecholase‐like active at above pH 8 and 25 °C for oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol.  相似文献

Seven crystal structures of five first‐row (Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn) and one second‐row (Cd) transition metal–4‐picoline (pic)–sulfate complexes of the form [M(pic)x]SO4 are reported. These complexes are catena‐poly[[tetrakis(4‐methylpyridine‐κN)metal(II)]‐μ‐sulfato‐κ2O:O′], [M(SO4)(C6H7N)4]n, where the metal/M is iron, cobalt, nickel, and cadmium, di‐μ‐sulfato‐κ4O:O‐bis[tris(4‐methylpyridine‐κN)copper(II)], [Cu2(SO4)2(C6H7N)6], catena‐poly[[bis(4‐methylpyridine‐κN)zinc(II)]‐μ‐sulfato‐κ2O:O′], [Zn(SO4)(C6H7N)2]n, and catena‐poly[[tris(4‐methylpyridine‐κN)zinc(II)]‐μ‐sulfato‐κ2O:O′], [Zn(SO4)(C6H7N)3]n. The Fe, Co, Ni, and Cd compounds are isomorphous, displaying polymeric crystal structures with infinite chains of MII ions adopting an octahedral N4O2 coordination environment that involves four picoline ligands and two bridging sulfate anions. The Cu compound features a dimeric crystal structure, with the CuII ions possessing square‐pyramidal N3O2 coordination environments that contain three picoline ligands and two bridging sulfate anions. Zinc crystallizes in two forms, one exhibiting a polymeric crystal structure with infinite chains of ZnII ions adopting a tetrahedral N2O2 coordination containing two picoline ligands and two bridging sulfate anions, and the other exhibiting a polymeric crystal structure with infinite chains of ZnII ions adopting a trigonal bipyramidal N3O2 coordination containing three picoline ligands and two bridging sulfate anions. The structures are compared with the analogous pyridine complexes, and the observed coordination environments are examined in relation to crystal field theory.  相似文献

The title compound, diaqua‐1κO,3κO‐di‐μ‐hydroxido‐1:2κ2O:O,2:3κ2O:O‐di‐μ‐methacrylato‐1:2κ2O:O′,2:3κ2O:O′‐bis(1,10‐phenanthroline)‐1κ2N,N′;3κ2N,N′‐tricopper(II) dinitrate dihydrate, [Cu3(C4H5O2)2(OH)2(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](NO3)2·2H2O, has the central Cu atom on an inversion centre. The three CuII atoms are in a linear arrangement linked by methacrylate and hydroxide groups. The coordination environments of the CuII ions are five‐coordinated distorted square‐pyramidal for the outer Cu atoms and four‐coordinated square‐planar for the central Cu atom. All nitrate ions, hydroxide groups and water molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds, forming a linear structure. The complex exhibits ferromagnetic exchange coupling, which is helpful in elucidating magnetic interactions between copper ions and other metallic ions in heteronuclear complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of tricyanometallate precursor, (Bu4N)[(pzTp)Fe(CN)3] with Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O in the presence of the tetradentate ligand tris(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine (TPyA) afford the dinuclear compound fac‐{[FeIII(pzTp)(CN)2(μ‐CN)]CuII(TPA)}·Et2O·ClO4 ( 1 ) (pzTp = tetrakis(pyrazolyl)borate). The molecular structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In compound 1 , the FeIII ion is coordinated by three cyanide carbon atoms and three nitrogen atoms of pzTp anions. Whereas, the CuII ion is surrounded by one cyanide nitrogen atom and four nitrogen atoms from the TPyA ligand. Magnetic measurements indicate the intramolecular ferromagnetic coupling is observed for compound 1 , and it has S = 1 ground states.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献
