The title coordination polymer, poly[[aqua(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n, was crystallized from a mixture of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4bpta), 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,4‐bib) and cadmium nitrate in water–dimethylformamide. The crystal structure consists of two crystallographically independent CdII cations, with one of the CdII cations possessing a slightly distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The second CdII centre is coordinated by carboxylate O atoms and imidazole N atoms from two separate 1,4‐bib ligands, displaying a distorted octahedral CdN2O4 geometry. The completely deprotonated bpta4− ligand, exhibiting a new coordination mode, bridges five CdII cations to form one‐dimensional chains viaμ3‐η1212 and μ2‐η1100 modes, and these are further linked by 1,4‐bib ligands to form a three‐dimensional framework with a (42.64)(4.62)(43.65.72) topology. The structure of the coordination polymer is reinforced by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between carboxylate O atoms, aqua ligands and crystallization water molecules. The solid‐state photoluminescence properties were investigated and the complex might be a candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

Ligands based on polycarboxylic acids are excellent building blocks for the construction of coordination polymers; they may bind to a variety of metal ions and form clusters, as well as extended chain or network structures. Among these building blocks, biphenyltetracarboxylic acids (H4bpta) with C 2 symmetry have recently attracted attention because of their variable bridging and multidentate chelating modes. The new luminescent three‐dimensional coordination polymer poly[(μ5‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylato)bis[μ2‐1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene]dizinc(II)], [Zn2(C16H6O8)(C12H10N4)]n , was synthesized solvothermally and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure contains two crystallographically independent ZnII cations. Both metal cations are located on twofold axes and display distorted tetrahedral coordination geometries. Neighbouring ZnII centres are bridged by carboxylate groups in the syn anti mode to form one‐dimensional chains. Adjacent chains are linked through 1,1′‐biphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylate and 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene ligands to form a three‐dimensional network. In the solid state, the compound exhibits blue photoluminescence and represents a promising candidate for a thermally stable and solvent‐resistant blue fluorescent material.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylato‐[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]], [Zn2(C14H8O4)Cl2(C26H22N4O2)3]n, the ZnII centre is four‐coordinate and approximately tetrahedral, bonding to one carboxylate O atom from a bidentate bridging dianionic [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand, to two pyridine N atoms from two N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide ligands and to one chloride ligand. The pyridyl ligands exhibit bidentate bridging and monodentate terminal coordination modes. The bidentate bridging pyridyl ligand and the bridging [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand both lie on special positions, with inversion centres at the mid‐points of their central C—C bonds. These bridging groups link the ZnII centres into a one‐dimensional tape structure that propagates along the crystallographic b direction. The tapes are interlinked into a two‐dimensional layer in the ab plane through N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the monodentate ligands. In addition, the thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties of the title compound are reported.  相似文献

Having reference to an elongated structural modification of 2,2′‐bis(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)biphenyl, (I), the two 1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐based diol hosts 2,2′′‐bis(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl, C44H34O2, (II), and 2,2′′‐bis[hydroxybis(4‐methylphenyl)methyl]‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl, C48H42O2, (III), have been synthesized and studied with regard to their crystal structures involving different inclusions, i.e. (II) with dimethylformamide (DMF), C44H34O2·C2H6NO, denoted (IIa), (III) with DMF, C48H42O2·C2H6NO, denoted (IIIa), and (III) with acetonitrile, C48H42O2·CH3CN, denoted (IIIb). In the solvent‐free crystals of (II) and (III), the hydroxy H atoms are involved in intramolecular O—H...π hydrogen bonding, with the central arene ring of the terphenyl unit acting as an acceptor. The corresponding crystal structures are stabilized by intermolecular C—H...π contacts. Due to the distinctive acceptor character of the included DMF solvent species in the crystal structures of (IIa) and (IIIa), the guest molecule is coordinated to the host via O—H...O=C hydrogen bonding. In both crystal structures, infinite strands composed of alternating host and guest molecules represent the basic supramolecular aggregates. Within a given strand, the O atom of the solvent molecule acts as a bifurcated acceptor. Similar to the solvent‐free cases, the hydroxy H atoms in inclusion structure (IIIb) are involved in intramolecular hydrogen bonding, and there is thus a lack of host–guest interaction. As a result, the solvent molecules are accommodated as C—H...N hydrogen‐bonded inversion‐symmetric dimers in the channel‐like voids of the host lattice.  相似文献

Two new one‐dimensional CuII coordination polymers (CPs) containing the C2h‐symmetric terphenyl‐based dicarboxylate linker 1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylate (3,3′‐TPDC), namely catena‐poly[[bis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O,O′:O′′:O′′′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2]·H2O}n, (I), and catena‐poly[[aquabis(dimethylamine‐κN)copper(II)]‐μ‐1,1′:4′,1′′‐terphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O3:O3′] monohydrate], {[Cu(C20H12O4)(C2H7N)2(H2O)]·H2O}n, (II), were both obtained from two different methods of preparation: one reaction was performed in the presence of 1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (DABCO) as a potential pillar ligand and the other was carried out in the absence of the DABCO pillar. Both reactions afforded crystals of different colours, i.e. violet plates for (I) and blue needles for (II), both of which were analysed by X‐ray crystallography. The 3,3′‐TPDC bridging ligands coordinate the CuII ions in asymmetric chelating modes in (I) and in monodenate binding modes in (II), forming one‐dimensional chains in each case. Both coordination polymers contain two coordinated dimethylamine ligands in mutually trans positions, and there is an additional aqua ligand in (II). The solvent water molecules are involved in hydrogen bonds between the one‐dimensional coordination polymer chains, forming a two‐dimensional network in (I) and a three‐dimensional network in (II).  相似文献

Two CoII‐based coordination polymers, namely poly[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato){μ2‐1,3‐bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}dicobalt(II)], [Co2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]n or [Co2(o,m‐bpta)(1,3‐bimb)2]n ( I ), and poly[[aqua(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato){1,4‐bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene}dicobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n or {[Co2(o,m‐bpta)(1,4‐bimb)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n ( II ), were synthesized from a mixture of biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid, i.e. [H4(o,m‐bpta)], CoCl2·6H2O and N‐donor ligands under solvothermal conditions. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis. The bridging (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands combine with CoII ions in different μ4‐coordination modes, leading to the formation of one‐dimensional chains. The central CoII atoms display tetrahedral [CoN2O2] and octahedral [CoN2O4] geometries in I and II , respectively. The bis[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]benzene (bimb) ligands adopt trans or cis conformations to connect CoII ions, thus forming two three‐dimensional (3D) networks. Complex I shows a (2,4)‐connected 3D network with left‐ and right‐handed helical chains constructed by (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands. Complex II is a (4,4)‐connected 3D novel network with ribbon‐like chains formed by (o,m‐bpta)4? linkers. Magnetic studies indicate an orbital contribution to the magnetic moment of I and II due to the longer Co…Co distances. An attempt has been made to fit the χMT results to the magnetic formulae for mononuclear CoII complexes, the fitting indicating the presence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the CoII ions.  相似文献

The sterically encumbered terphenyl halides 2′‐chloro‐2,2′′,4,4′′,6,6′′‐hexaisopropyl‐1,1′:3′,1′′‐terphenyl, C36H49Cl, (I), 2′‐bromo‐2,2′′,4,4′′,6,6′′‐hexaisopropyl‐1,1′:3′,1′′‐terphenyl, C36H49Br, (II), and 2′‐iodo‐2,2′′,4,4′′,6,6′′‐hexaisopropyl‐1,1′:3′,1′′‐terphenyl, C36H49I, (III), crystallize in space group Pnma. They are isomorphous and isostructural with a plane of symmetry through the centre of the molecule. The C–halide bond distances are 1.745 (3), 1.910 (4) and 2.102 (6) Å for (I)–(III), respectively.  相似文献

The structures of new oxaindane spiropyrans derived from 7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐carbaldehyde (SP1), namely N‐benzyl‐2‐[(7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐yl)methylidene]hydrazinecarbothioamide, C27H25N3O3S, (I), at 120 (2) K, and N′‐[(7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐yl)methylidene]‐4‐methylbenzohydrazide acetone monosolvate, C27H24N2O4·C3H6O, (II), at 100 (2) K, are reported. The photochromically active Cspiro—O bond length in (I) is close to that in the parent compound (SP1), and in (II) it is shorter. In (I), centrosymmetric pairs of molecules are bound by two equivalent N—H...S hydrogen bonds, forming an eight‐membered ring with two donors and two acceptors.  相似文献

In the structures of 3,3,3′,3′‐tetraethyl‐1,1′‐(propane‐1,3‐diyldicarbonyl)bis(thiourea), C15H28N4O2S2, (I), 3,3,3′,3′‐tetraethyl‐1,1′‐(butane‐1,4‐diyldicarbonyl)bis(thiourea), C16H30N4O2S2, (II), and 3,3,3′,3′‐tetrabutyl‐1,1′‐(hexane‐1,6‐diyldicarbonyl)bis(thiourea), C26H50N4O2S2, (III), compound (I) displays resonance‐assisted hydrogen bonding, (II) exhibits an inversion centre, and both (II) and (III) are characterized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the carbonyl O atoms and thioamide H atoms, leading to chains of hydrogen‐bonded molecules throughout the structures. The accurate structural data for these molecules is expected to assist in molecular modelling and other studies currently in progress.  相似文献

Eight tri‐ and diorganotin(IV) carboxylates with general formulae R3SnL and R2SnL2 (where R = CH3, n‐C4H9, C6H5, C7H7, and L = 2′,4′‐difluoro‐4‐hydroxy‐[1,1′]‐biphenyl‐3‐carboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by UV–vis, IR, conductance, multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The crystal structure of [(CH3)3Sn(C13H7O3F2)] indicates that the tin atom in the asymmetric unit exists in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry having a space group Pbca with an orthorhombic crystal system. These complexes were also screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Metal π Complexes of Benzene Derivatives. 53 [1] Tin in the Periphery of Bis(arene)metal Complexes of Vanadium and Chromium By means of metal‐atom ligand‐vapor cocondensation as well as via wet chemical methods (lithiation and follow‐up reaction) the first organostannyl substituted bis(arene)metal complexes (R3Sn‐η6‐C6H5)2M have been prepared: 15 (R = Me, M = V), 16 (R = Ph, M = V), 13 (R = Me, M = V), 17 (R = Ph, M = Cr). Despite the bulkiness of the Ph3Sn groups the geometry of the central sandwich unit in 17 deviates only marginally from that of the parent complex (C6H6)2Cr ( 2 ). The triclinic unit cell of 17 (space group: P1; a = 9.414(4), b = 9.877(5), c = 11.012(13) Å; α = 83.51(7), β = 87.95(7), γ = 72.67(4)°) contains one independent molecule. Perturbation of the electronic structure of the bis(arene)metal unit by organostannyl groups appears to be minute because EPR spectra of the M(d5) species fail to reveal deviations from axial symmetry. The potentials for reversible oxidation of the Me3Sn‐substituted complexes 13 and 15 differ insignificantly (anodic shifts ≤ 20 mV) from those of the parent species 1 and 2 ; reductions are irreversible in both cases. More sizeable anodic shifts are observed for the Ph3Sn‐derivatives 16 and 17 ; here as well, only the redox pairs 0/+ are reversible. The resistance of the neutral complexes to protic media contrasts to ready hydrodestannylation of the complex cations. By way of metal exchange, employing n‐butyl lithium, 13 affords (Li‐η6‐C6H5)2Cr strictly 1,1′‐disubstituted and devoid of auxiliary base.  相似文献

Two new Zn2+‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) based on biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylic acid, i.e. H4(o,m‐bpta), and N‐donor ligands, namely, poly[[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis{[1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}dizinc(II)] dimethylformamide monosolvate dihydrate], {[Zn2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]·C3H7NO·2H2O}n or {[Zn2(o,m‐bpta)(1,3‐bimb)2]·C3H7NO·2H2O}n ( 1 ) {1,3‐bimb = [1,3‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}, and poly[[(μ4‐biphenyl‐2,2′,5,5′‐tetracarboxylato)bis{[1,4‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}dizinc(II)] monohydrate], {[Zn2(C16H6O8)(C14H14N4)2]·H2O}n or {[Zn2(o,m‐bpta)(1,4‐bimb)2]·H2O}n ( 2 ) {1,4‐bimb = [1,4‐phenylenebis(methylene)]bis(1H‐imidazole)}, have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis. Structurally, the (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands are fully deprotonated and combine with Zn2+ ions in μ4‐coordination modes. Complex 1 is a (3,4)‐connected porous network with honeycomb‐like [Zn2(o,m‐bpta)]n sheets formed by 4‐connected (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands. Complex 2 exhibits a (2,4)‐connected network formed by 4‐connected (o,m‐bpta)4? ligands linking Zn2+ ions in left‐handed helical chains. The cis‐configured 1,3‐bimb and 1,4‐bimb ligands bridge Zn2+ ions to form multi‐membered [Zn2(bimb)2] loops. Optically, the complexes show strong fluorescence and display larger red shifts compared to free H4(o,m‐bpta). Complex 2 shows ferroelectric properties due to crystallizing in the C2v polar point group.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the proton‐transfer compound of 1,1′‐biphenyl‐4,4′‐diamine (benzidine) with 3,5‐dinitrosalicylic acid, viz. 1,1′‐biphenyl‐4,4′‐diaminium bis(4′‐amino‐1,1′‐biphenyl‐4‐aminium) tetrakis(2‐carboxy‐4,6‐dinitrophenolate) ethanol disolvate, C12H14N22+·2C12H13N2+·4C7H3N2O7·2C2H6O, shows the presence of both diprotonated and monoprotonated benzidine cations. The diprotonated species lie across crystallographic inversion centres in the unit cell, while the monoprotonated species occupy general sites. All amine H atoms participate in hydrogen bonding with carboxyl, phenolate and nitro O‐atom acceptors of the salicylate anions, which also participate in hydrogen bonding with the disordered ethanol solvent molecules. Significant inter‐ring anion–anion and anion–monocation π–π interactions are also present, giving a three‐dimensional framework structure.  相似文献

3,3′,5,5′‐ And 2,2′,6,6′‐tetrafluoro‐substituted 1‐[(1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazoles were synthesized as inhibitors of 17α‐hydroxylase‐C17,20‐lyase (P450 17, CYP 17). P450 17 is the key enzyme of androgen biosynthesis. Its inhibition is a novel therapeutic approach for treatment of prostate cancer. To increase the so‐far insufficient in vivo lifetime of such compounds, the metabolically sensitive positions were blocked by F‐substitution. The meta‐ and ortho‐F‐substituted compounds were prepared by selective metallation or halogen/metal permutation reactions performed on symmetrically substituted 1,1′‐biphenyls. Compared with the halogen‐free compounds, the ortho‐F‐substituted derivatives did not match the activity, whereas the meta‐F‐substituted isomers equaled or surpassed the latter.  相似文献

A series of binuclear ruthenium(II)–polypyridyl complexes of the type [Ru2(N‐N)4(BPIMBp)]4+, in which N‐N is 2,2′‐bipyridine (bpy; 1 ), 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen; 2 ), dipyrido[3,2‐d:2′,3‐f] quinoxaline (dpq; 3 ), dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c] phenanzine (dppz; 4 ), and 1,4′‐bis[(2‐pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1,1′‐biphenyl (BPIMBp) is a bridging ligand, have been synthesized and characterized. These complexes are charged (4+) cations and flexible due to the ?CH2 group of the bridging ligand and possess terminal ligands with variable intercalative abilities. The interaction of complexes 1 – 4 with calf thymus DNA (CT‐DNA) was explored by using UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy, steady‐state emission, emission quenching with K4[Fe(CN)6], ethidium bromide displacement assay, Hoechst displacement assay, and viscosity measurements and revealed a groove‐binding mode for all the complexes through a spacer and an intercalative mode for complexes 3 and 4 . A decrease in the viscosity of DNA revealed bending and coiling of DNA, an initial step toward aggregation. Interestingly, a distinctive honeycomb‐like ordered assembly of the DNA–complex species was visualized by fluorescence microscopy in the solution state. The use of SEM and AFM confirmed the disordered self‐organization of the DNA–complex adduct on evaporation of the solvent. The small orderly nanosized DNA aggregates were confirmed by means of circular dichroism, dynamic light scattering (DLS), and TEM. These complexes are moderately cytotoxic against three different cell lines, namely, MCF‐7, HeLa, and HL‐60.  相似文献

The acid‐catalyzed reaction between formaldehyde and 1H‐indene, 3‐alkyl‐ and 3‐aryl‐1H‐indenes, and six‐membered‐ring substituted 1H‐indenes, with the 1H‐indene/CH2O ratio of 2 : 1, at temperatures above 60° in hydrocarbon solvents, yields 2,2′‐methylenebis[1H‐indenes] 1 – 8 in 50–100% yield. These 2,2′‐methylenebis[1H‐indenes] are easily deprotonated by 2 equiv. of BuLi or MeLi to yield the corresponding dilithium salts, which are efficiently converted into ansa‐metallocenes of Zr and Hf. The unsubstituted dichloro{(1,1′,2,2′,3,3′,3a,3′a,7a,7′a‐η)‐2,2′‐methylenebis[1H‐inden‐1‐yl]}zirconium ([ZrCl2( 1′ )]) is the least soluble in organic solvents. Substitution of the 1H‐indenyl moieties by hydrocarbyl substituents increases the hydrocarbon solubility of the complexes, and the presence of a substituent larger than a Me group at the 1,1′ positions of the ligand imparts a high diastereoselectivity to the metallation step, since only the racemic isomers are obtained. Methylene‐bridged ‘ansa‐zirconocenes’ show a noticeable open arrangement of the bis[1H‐inden‐1‐yl] moiety, as measured by the angle between the planes defined by the two π‐ligands (the ‘bite angle’). In particular, of the ‘zirconocenes’ structurally characterized so far, the dichloro{(1,1′,2,2′,3,3′,3a,3′a,7a,7′a‐η)‐2,2′‐methylenebis[4,7‐dimethyl‐1H‐inden‐1‐yl]}zirconium ([ZrCl2( 5′ )] is the most open. The mixture [ZrCl2( 1′ )]/methylalumoxane (MAO) is inactive in the polymerization of both ethylene and propylene, while the metallocenes with substituted indenyl ligands polymerize propylene to atactic polypropylene of a molecular mass that depends on the size of the alkyl or aryl groups at the 1,1′ positions of the ligand. Ethene is polymerized by rac‐dichloro{(1,1′,2,2′,3,3′,3a,3′a,7a,7′a‐η)‐2,2′‐methylenebis[1‐methyl‐1H‐inden‐1‐yl]}zirconium ([ZrCl2( 2′ )])/MAO to polyethylene waxes (average degree of polymerization ca. 100), which are terminated almost exclusively by ethenyl end groups. Polyethylene with a high molecular mass could be obtained by increasing the size of the 1‐alkyl substituent.  相似文献

The condensation reaction of 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐6,6'‐dibromo‐1,1′‐biphenyl with 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde as well as 5‐methoxy‐, 4‐methoxy‐, and 3‐methoxy‐2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde yields 2,2′‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐6,6′‐dibromo‐1,1′‐biphenyl ( 1a ) as well as the 5‐, 4‐, and 3‐methoxy‐substituted derivatives 1b , 1c , and 1d , respectively. Deprotonation of substituted 2,2′‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐1,1′‐biphenyls with diethylzinc yields the corresponding substituted zinc 2,2′‐bis(2‐oxidobenzylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐1,1′‐biphenyls ( 2 ) or zinc 2,2′‐bis(2‐oxidobenzylideneamino)‐4,4′‐dimethyl‐6,6′‐dibromo‐1,1′‐biphenyls ( 3 ). Recrystallization from a mixture of CH2Cl2 and methanol can lead to the formation of methanol adducts. The methanol ligands can either bind as Lewis base to the central zinc atom or as Lewis acid via a weak O–H ··· O hydrogen bridge to a phenoxide moiety. Methanol‐free complexes precipitate as dimers with central Zn2O2 rings.  相似文献

Two enantiopure palladium(II) complexes, viz. [1,1′‐(butane‐1,3‐diyl)‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetramethyl‐5,5′‐diphenyl‐2,2′‐biphosphole]dichloridopalladium(II) dichloromethane solvate [systematic name: dichlorido(1,2,5,10,11‐pentamethyl‐3,9‐diphenylperhydrodicyclopenta[a,c][1,4]diphosphepine‐κ2P,P′)palladium(II) dichloromethane solvate], [PdCl2(C28H30P2)]·CH2Cl2, have been synthesized from stereodynamic diphosphines derived from 2,2′‐biphosphole through a metal kinetic dynamic resolution. In both structures, the coordination around the metal atom is square planar, with a cis arrangement of the ligands that drastically reduces the dihedral angle between the two phosphole rings compared with the free ligand. The structural determination of both enantiomers unambiguously establishes the absolute configuration of both central and axial elements of chirality of the 2,2′‐biphosphole framework and indicates that the original carbon chirality of the backbone controls the chiralities of the 2,2′‐biphosphole framework.  相似文献

X‐ray crystal structures of two [(diphosphine)Au2Cl2] complexes (in which diphosphine=P‐Phos and xylyl‐P‐Phos; P‐Phos=[2,2′,6,6′‐Tetramethoxy‐4,4′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐3,3′‐bipyridine]) were determined and compared to the reported structures of similar atropisomeric gold complexes. Correlations between the Au???Au distances and torsional angles for the biaryl series of ligands (MeOBIPHEP, SEGPhos, and P‐Phos; BIPHEP=2,2′‐bis(diphenylphosphino)‐1,1′‐biphenyl, SEGPhos=[(4,4′‐bi‐1,3‐benzodioxole)‐5,5′‐diyl]bis[diphenylphosphine]) can be made; these measurements appear to be very dependent upon the phosphorous substituent. Conversely, the same effect was not observed for ligands based on the binaphthyl (BINAP) series. The catalytic activity of these complexes was subsequently assessed in the enantioselective cycloisomerisation of 1,6‐enynes and revealed an over‐riding electronic effect: more‐electron‐rich phosphines promote greater enantioselectivity. The possibility of silver acting as a (co‐)catalyst was ruled out in these reactions.  相似文献
