Derivatives of a new heterocyclic system, 3,3′-bi(6,8-dialkyl-2,4-dioxa-7-thia-6,8-diazabicyclo[3.3.0]-octane-7,7-dioxides), were synthesized by condensation of 1,3-dialkylsulfamides with glyoxal (as a dihydrate trimer). Their structure was investigated by spectral methods, XRD, and X-ray phase analysis of one among these compounds. 相似文献

Alkaline Earth metal (Mg) energetic complex with 5,5′‐dinitramino‐3,3′‐bi[1,2,4‐triazolate] dihydrate (DNABT) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single X‐ray diffraction. The thermal decomposition processes of the complex and DNABT were studied by means of the TDA‐TG technologies. Sensitivity tests reveal that the complex is more insensitive to mechanical stimuli than DNABT. Combustion behavior shows that 1 has good color performances. 相似文献

The photochemical reactions of 2‐acylphenyl methacrylates (= 2‐acylphenyl 2‐methylprop‐2‐enoates) 1 were investigated. Irradiation of 2‐acylphenyl methacrylates 1a – d in MeCN gave the tricyclic lactones 2a – d in good yields, together with a small amount of O CO bond cleavage product, the 2‐acylphenols 3a – d (Scheme 2, Table). The formation of the tricyclic lactones 2 probably follows a mechanism involving a 1,7‐diradical through ζ‐H abstraction (1,8‐H transfer) by the excited carbonyl O‐atom (Scheme 3). Irradiation of 2‐acylphenyl tiglate (= 2‐acylphenyl (2E)‐2‐methylbut‐2‐enoate) 1e and 2‐acylphenyl methacrylates 1g – i , substituted by a MeO group (δ‐H) at the 3,5‐positions of the phenyl group, also gave the tricyclic lactones 2e and 2g – i , but in low yields. On the other hand, no H‐abstraction products were observed on irridation of 2‐(ethoxycarbonyl)phenyl methacrylate 1f , of 2‐acylphenyl methacrylate 1j which is substituted by a Me group (γ‐H) at the 3,5‐positions of the phenyl group, and of 1k with an OH group at the 3‐position of the phenyl group. 相似文献

The solvothermal reaction of Zn(OAc)2·2H2O with 3,3′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoic acid (H2ADB) in H2O at 393 K afforded the title complex, [Zn(C14H8N2O4)(H2O)]n. The asymmetric unit contains half a ZnII cation, half an ADB ligand and half a water molecule. Each ZnII centre lies on a crystallographic twofold rotation axis and is five‐coordinated by four O atoms of bridging carboxylate groups from four ADB ligands and one O atom from a water molecule, forming a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The [Zn(H2O)] subunits are bridged by carboxylate groups to give one‐dimensional [Zn(μ‐COO)4(H2O)]n chains. The chains are linked by ADB ligands into two‐dimensional sheets, and these sheets are further connected to neighbouring sheets via hydrogen bonds (OW—HW...O), forming a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond‐stabilized structure with an unprecedented 374175262 topology. 相似文献

For the first time, tetracyclic compounds, namely, furo[2′,3′:3,4]cyclohepta[1,2‐b]indoles were synthesized by recyclization of ortho‐substituted aryldifurylmethanes containing tert‐butyl groups at C5 positions of the furan rings. It was shown that [2‐(benzoylamino)phenyl]bis(5‐tert‐butyl‐2‐furyl)methanes 12 are transformed into tetracycles 15 at room temperature under treatment with POCl3 in benzene solution containing some drops of water. The reaction proceeds via the intermediate formation of 1‐benzoylamino‐3‐(5‐tert‐butyl‐2‐furyl)‐2‐(4,4‐dimethyl‐3‐oxopentyl)indoles 14 which can be isolated from the reaction mixture. The method is very simple but its application is restricted due to side reactions if electron‐releasing groups are present in 12 . On the other hand, the decrease of electron density on furan ring in the starting compounds (for example, the use of [2‐X‐phenyl]difurylmethanes (where X = tosylamino or hydroxy group) prevents cyclization under the studied reaction conditions. A novel series of 2‐alkoxy(aralkoxy)‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]quinazolines were synthesized employing N‐cyanoimidocarbonates and 2‐hydrazinobenzoic acid as building blocks. The synthesis of new pyrido[3′,2′:5,6]thiopyrano[3,2‐b]indol‐5(6H)‐ones was accomplished by the Fischer‐indole cyclization of some 2,3‐dihydro‐3‐phenylhydrazonothiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4(4H)‐ones, obtained from the 2,3‐dihydro‐3‐hydroxymethylenethiopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4(4H)‐one, by the Japp‐Klingemann reaction. 6H‐Pyrido[3′,2′:5,6]thiopyrano[4,3‐b]quinolines were obtained by reaction of 2,3‐dihydrothiopyrano‐[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4(4H)‐ones with o‐aminobenzaldehyde or 5‐substituted isatins. The thienopyridine derivative 2 , obtained from reaction of acetoacetic ester with 1 in the presence of tin tetrachloride, was treated with triphenylphosphine in hexachloroethane and Et3N to give iminophosphorane 3 . Iminophosphorane 3 reacted with phenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide 4 , which was further treated with phenols or ethenol to produce 2‐substituted 5,8,9‐trimethyl‐3‐phenyl‐thieno[3′,2′‐5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 5 in presence of catalytic amount of K2CO3 or EtONa. An efficient and green reactions of isatins, 3‐amine‐1H‐pyrazole (5‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐amine) and 1,3‐diketone in aqueous medium for the synthesis of novel 1′,7′,8′,9′‐tetrahydrospiro[indoline‐3,4′‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinoline]‐2,5′(6′H)‐dione derivatives were reported in this research. The advantages of this reaction are simple operation, mild‐reaction conditions, wide scope substrate, high yields, and friendly environment. The 6-(3-hydroxypropylamino)-3-methylpyrimidine-2,4-dione (1) did not afford the expected 6-(3-chloro-propylamino)- derivative on reaction with thionyl chloride, but, instead, the pyrimidine rings were joined via a sulfur bridge to give 9,9′-thiobis(1,2,3,4,7,8-hexahydro-7-melnyl-6H-pyrimido[1,6-a]pyrirnidine-6,8-dione) ( 3 ). An identical 9,9′-thiobis- derivative 3 was obtained when reacting thionyl chloride with 1,2,3,4,7,8-hexahydro-7-methyl-6H-pyrimido[1,6-a]pyrimidine-6,8-dione ( 4 ). We suppose the sulfoxide- derivative 2 to be the intermediate of both routes: it underwent reduction to the final sulfide 3 in excess thionyl chloride. 相似文献

The synthesis of 2,3-dihydrospiro[benzofuran-2,4′-piperidines] 3 and 2,3-dihydrospiro[benzofuran-2,3′]-pyrrolidine] 6 is described. The synthesis was achieved by a Grignard reaction of a 2-fluorobenzylhalide with an appropriate cycloazaalkyl ketone to yield the tertiary alcohols 1 and 4 . Subsequent intramolecular displacement of the aromatic fluoride by the derived alkoxides provided the novel system. Nitration of 1′-acetyl-2,3-dihydrospiro[benzofuran-2,4′-piperidine] 7 resulted in a 5-nitro derivative. 相似文献

A novel synthetic route to 2‐methyl‐1,8‐dioxa‐dibenzo[e,h]azulenes [1] via cyclisation of the corresponding 1,4‐dicarbonyl compound is described. 1,4‐Dicarbonyl compounds were synthesized by the alkylation reaction of the 11H‐dibenzo[b,f]oxepine‐10‐one while analogous alkylation of 11H‐dibenzo[b,f]thiepine‐10‐one resulted in formation of O‐alkylated products. Selective oxidation of 2‐methyl group afforded 1,8‐dioxa‐dibenzo[e,h]azulenes with formyl and hydroxymethyl functionality at C(2) position. 相似文献

Starting with 2-substituted quinoline-3,4-dicarboxylic acids, a series of substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-c]quinolinone-3-thiones were obtained. The latter compounds were converted to the three novel polyazasteroid series: 1,2,4-Triazolo[3′,4′:2,3]pyrimido[4,5-c]-quinolin-11(12H)ones, imidazo[2′,1′:2,3]pyrimido[4,5c]quinolin-11(12H)ones and 2,3-dihydroimidazo[2′,1′:2,3]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinolin-11(12H)ones. The intermediate 3-hydrazino-1,2-dihydropyrimido[4,5-c]quinolinones and nitrous acid gave the 3-azido derivatives rather than the tetrazolo compounds. 相似文献

An auto oxidation-rearrangement product 4 was isolated from a high dilution reaction of ninhydrin with 3,4,5-trimethoxyaniline in water. A general synthesis of this compound and its derivatives 4–6 was devised by oxidation of tetrahydroindeno[1,2-b]indol-10-ones 1–3 with sodium periodate to give isoindolo[2,1-a]-indole-6,11-diones 4–6 in good yield. Compounds 4–6 can be easily transformed into spiro[1H-isobenzofuran-1,2′-2H-indole]-3,3′-diones 8–10 , spiro[2H-indole-2,1′-1H-isoindole]-3,3′-diones 11–13 and isoindole[1,2-a:2′,1′-b]pyrimidine-5,15-diones 15, 16 in high yields. Analogous reactions were performed on 3-amino-5a, 10a-dihydroxybenzo[b]indeno[2,1-d]furan-10-one ( 17 ) to give a dibenzoxocintrione 18 , spiro-[benzofuran-2,1′-isobenzofuran]-3,3′-dione 19 and an isoindol-1-one 20 . 相似文献
