The title ester 1 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give hydrazide 2 , which underwent intramolecular cyclization to yield 1‐amino‐7‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazo[1,2‐a]pyrimidine‐2,5‐dione ( 3 ) or took place in a substitution reaction with benzylamine to form N‐benzyl‐2‐(2‐benzylamino‐4‐oxo‐6‐phenyl‐4H‐pyrimidin‐3‐yl)‐acetamide ( 4 ). The reaction of ester 1 with benzylamine gave corresponding amide 7 , disubstituted derivative 4 or 1‐benzyl‐7‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazo[1,2‐a]pyrimidine‐2,5‐dione ( 8 ) depending on the reaction conditions.  相似文献

The thienopyridine derivative 2 , obtained from reaction of acetoacetic ester with 1 in the presence of tin tetrachloride, was treated with triphenylphosphine in hexachloroethane and Et3N to give iminophosphorane 3 . Iminophosphorane 3 reacted with phenyl isocyanate to give carbodiimide 4 , which was further treated with phenols or ethenol to produce 2‐substituted 5,8,9‐trimethyl‐3‐phenyl‐thieno[3′,2′‐5,6]pyrido[4,3‐d]pyrimidin‐4(3H)‐ones 5 in presence of catalytic amount of K2CO3 or EtONa. The structures of compounds 5 were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The condensation of 5‐amino‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,3‐triazole ( 1 ) with chalcones 2a‐e or 3‐dimethylamino‐propiophenone ( 4f ) leads to the 6,7‐dihydro‐(1,2,3)‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines 3a‐f. The equilibrium of 3 and the tautomeric 4,7‐dihydro‐(1,2,3)‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines 3′ is described.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new set of selenadiazoles, 4‐aryl‐5‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methyl‐2‐nitropropyl)‐1,2,3‐selenadiazoles ( 4 ) derived from 2‐[4‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1,3‐diarylpentylidene]‐1‐hydrazinecarboxamide ( 3 ) has been reported. THF has been found to be the solvent of choice for this reaction. Structural features of 3 and 4 have been analyzed by NMR and X‐ray techniques.  相似文献

A new synthesis to obtain eight novel derivatives of 1‐[(p‐substituted)phenyl]‐3a‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)‐phenyl]‐5‐chloro‐9‐methylthio‐10,3a‐dihydro‐[1,2,4]‐oxadiazolo[2,3‐b][1,4]benzodiazepines with possible biological and pharmacological activity as anxiolytics, hypnotics, anticonvulsants in the central nervous system. The final products were obtained by condensation between 2‐methylthio‐5‐[(o‐; p‐substituted)‐phenyl]‐3H‐7‐chloro‐[1,4]benzodiazepine with benzonitrile oxide generated in situ from benzohydroxamoyl chloride in triethylamine. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H‐nmr, 13C‐nmr, with experiments bidimensional and ms in low and high resolution.  相似文献

Reaction of 6‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐[1]‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxaldehyde 1 with 5‐amino‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenylpyrazole 2 in alcoholic reaction media in the presence of 4‐toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst afforded 5‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylbenzoyl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine 3 and 2‐methoxy‐6‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenylpyrazol‐5‐ylaminomethylene)chroman‐4‐one 7 . We explain the mechanism of formation of both products on the basis of kinetic study of individual reaction steps.  相似文献

The first representatives of 3,3′‐bi(2,4‐dioxa‐6,8‐diazabicyclo[3.3.0]octan‐7‐ones) have been synthesized by a reaction of glyoxal as form of 2,2′‐bi(4,5‐dihydroxy‐1,3‐dioxalane) with N,N′‐dialkylureas. Their structures have been supported by X‐ray analysis. 1,3‐Dialkylimidazolidine‐2,4‐diones (hydantoins) have been isolated as by‐products and their formation mechanism has been experimentally confirmed.  相似文献

The reaction of camphoraniles 3a,b with “magic malonates” (bis‐2,4,6‐trichlorophenylmalonates) 4a,b leads to 4‐hydroxy‐2(1H)‐pyridones attached to bornane ring system 6a‐c in good yields. Less satisfactory yields were obtained with the diethyl malonate 5b . The reaction of an excess of diethyl malonate 5 itself with 3b yields the pyrono derivative 7 , which can readily be degraded via the acetyl derivative 8 to the basic structure 9 .  相似文献

Compound 1 as a key intermediate for the synthesis of 3,3,7,7‐tetrakis‐(difluoroamino)octahydro‐1,5‐dinitro‐1,5‐diazocine (HNFX) and 3,3‐bis(difluoroamino)octahydro‐1,5,7,7‐tetranitro‐1,5‐diazocine (TNFX) is described. Cycloalkylation of 3 with 1,3‐dibromopropan‐2‐ol ( 4 ) afforded 1,5‐protected‐1,5‐diazocine 2 , followed by chromic acid oxidation to ketone 1 in good yield.  相似文献

Tricyclic dihydropyridines like ZM244085 are potential KATP channel openers. In this study 3‐cyanophenyl ring of ZM244085 was replaced with imidazolyl ring. So, 9‐[1‐benzyl‐5‐(alkylsulfonyl)‐1H‐2‐imidazolyl]perhydro‐1,8‐acridinediones ( 5d‐f ) were synthesized from 2‐alkylsulfonyl‐1‐benzyl‐5‐formylimidazole ( 4d‐f ) and cyclohexane‐1,3‐dione according to classical Hantzch synthesis as potential potassium channel modulators.  相似文献

3,5‐Disubstituted Δ2‐isoxazolines can be prepared using the palladium‐mediated nucleometalation / methoxycarbonylation of β,γ‐unsaturated oximes. This novel route to this class of compounds is tolerant of a wide variety of functionality in the starting material, and provides a rapid route to highly functionalized isoxazolines.  相似文献

Two competitive processes ‐ 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition and nucleophilic addition ‐ in the reaction of 4,4,5,5‐tetramethyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazole 3‐oxides with asymmetrically substituted alkynes were shown to occur. The influence of solvents and the nature of substituents in the reagent and substrate molecules on the rate ratio of these competitive processes were studied.  相似文献
