Fifteen novel 1‐(substituted phenylcarbonyl/sulfonylamino)‐1,2,3,6‐tetrahydro‐ pyridine‐5‐carboxylic acid diethylamide ( 7, 15 ) were synthesized in fair to good yields via sodium borohydride reduction of the corresponding 1‐(substituted phenylcarbonyl/ sulfonylimino)‐3‐diethylcarbamoyl pyridinium ylides ( 6, 14 ) in absolute ethanol.  相似文献

Reaction of 6‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐[1]‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxaldehyde 1 with 5‐amino‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenylpyrazole 2 in alcoholic reaction media in the presence of 4‐toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst afforded 5‐(2‐hydroxy‐5‐methylbenzoyl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine 3 and 2‐methoxy‐6‐methyl‐3‐(3‐methyl‐1‐phenylpyrazol‐5‐ylaminomethylene)chroman‐4‐one 7 . We explain the mechanism of formation of both products on the basis of kinetic study of individual reaction steps.  相似文献

By reacting 4,5‐unsubstituted isothiazole dioxides with diazoalkanes and nitrile oxides bicyclic pyrazolo[3,4‐d]isothiazole and isothiazolo[5,4‐d]isoxazole S,S‐dioxides were obtained in good yield through a regioselective cycloaddition reaction. Through cycloaddition reaction of 3‐benzylamino‐4‐bromo‐isothiazole S,S‐dioxide labile cycloadducts were formed that underwent in situ dehydrobromination affording the corresponding aromatized compounds.  相似文献

A series of 2‐alkyl/aryl‐4H‐benzo[1,4]thiazine‐3‐ones have been synthesized by microwave irradiation of ethyl‐2‐bromo‐2‐alkyl/aryl acetate and 2‐amino thiophenol in the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo‐[5.4.0] undec‐7‐ene and N‐methylpiperidine. All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analyses, and by X‐ray crystallography in the case of 2‐methyl‐4H‐benzo[1,4]thiazin‐3‐one.  相似文献

A novel cascade reaction of 4‐arylidene‐2‐phenyl‐1,3‐oxazol‐5(4H)‐one with 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐amine was described and a number of new pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐6‐one derivatives were synthesized. This new protocol has the advantages of shorter time, higher yields, and lower cost as well as easier operation.  相似文献

Methane sulfonamide derivatives of 3‐amino‐2‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydrothieno[2,3‐d]pyimidin‐4(1H)‐one, potential selective COX‐2 inhibitors, were synthesized and their structural elucidation is here reported. Some derivatives, at 10 μM concentration, showed a significant percentage of inhibition in some in vitro experiments.  相似文献

A series of furo[3,4‐e]pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine analogues of podophylloxin were synthesized via three‐component reactions of aldehydes, 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐amine and tetronic acid in water under microwave irradiation without catalyst. This efficient synthesis not only offers an economical and green synthetic strategy to this class of significant compounds but also enriches the investigations on microwave‐assisted synthesis in water.  相似文献

5‐Aryl‐3,4‐diamino‐1,2,4‐triazoles 5 on treatment with β‐chlorocinnamaldehydes 7 in the presence of catalytic amount of p‐TsOH and N,N‐dimethylformamide as an energy transfer medium under microwave irradiation and as solvent with oil‐bath heating at 80 °C affords novel 3,6‐diaryl‐5H‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐b]‐1,2,4]triazepines 8 . The structures of the synthesized compounds were established on the basis of 1H NMR, IR, mass spectral data and elemental analysis.  相似文献

2‐Acetyl‐1‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole reacts with dimethylformamide‐dimethyl‐acetal (DMF‐DMA) to afford the corresponding E‐1‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐3‐N,N‐dimethylaminoprop‐2‐enone. The latter compound reacts regioselectively with some nitrilimines and nitrile oxides to afford the corresponding pyrazole and isoxazole derivatives, respectively. These reaction products react with hydrazine hydrate to give the novel pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyridazine and isoxazolo[3,4‐d]pyridazine derivatives, respectively.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new set of selenadiazoles, 4‐aryl‐5‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methyl‐2‐nitropropyl)‐1,2,3‐selenadiazoles ( 4 ) derived from 2‐[4‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1,3‐diarylpentylidene]‐1‐hydrazinecarboxamide ( 3 ) has been reported. THF has been found to be the solvent of choice for this reaction. Structural features of 3 and 4 have been analyzed by NMR and X‐ray techniques.  相似文献

A new synthetic approach to furo[2′,3′:3,4]cyclohepta[1,2‐b]indolium chlorides is elaborated starting from 2‐acetylaminoaryldifurylmethanes or 2‐aminoaryldifurylmethanes under treatment with methanolic HCl solution. The reaction proceeds in three steps: recyclization, intramolecular cyclization, and disproportionation. In this case the furan ring takes part in building up both pyrrole and seven‐membered rings. The same salts can be obtained directly from 2‐acetylaminobenzaldehydes and 2‐methylfuran under similar conditions without isolation of corresponding 2‐acetylaminoaryldifurylmethanes.  相似文献
