Some new derivatives of spiro[3H‐indole‐3,2′‐thiazolidine]‐2,4′(1H)‐dione with the heterocyclic ring such as substituted thiazole and 1,2,4‐oxadiazole attached to the indolinone ring via CH2 linkage has been synthesized in moderate yields. The synthesis have been carried out by making use of the reactivity of the NH group of the indolinone moiety present in spiro[3H‐indole‐3,2′‐thiazolidine]‐2,4′(1H)‐dione.  相似文献

Dipolar aggregation : Examples of a novel class of tweezer molecules have been constructed through the tethering of two dipolar merocyanine chromophores. The electrostatic‐interaction‐directed self‐assembly of these tweezers affords centrosymmetric bimolecular complexes with a unique aggregate geometry of four π‐stacked chromophores (see picture) with an alternating arrangement of their dipole moments and very high dimerization constants, even in the good solvating solvent chloroform.

The title aldehyde 1 reacts smoothly with the enamine moiety of 2 ‐aminochromone 2 to produce hitherto unreported 3‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyl)‐5H‐1‐benzopyrano[2,3‐b]pyridin‐5‐one (azaxanthone) 5 . This reaction has been extended for the synthesis of bisazaxanthone 9.  相似文献

New benzofuranyl‐1,3‐benzoxazines and 1,3‐benzoxazin‐2‐ones are synthesized in which benzofuran is coupled with 1,3‐benzoxazines and 1,3‐benzoxazin‐2‐ones through ‐CONH‐ and ‐COCH2‐ bridges, respectively. The antimicrobial activity of these compounds is reported.  相似文献

A series of donor/acceptor carbazole copolymers comprising alternating 6,7‐diphenyl‐4,9‐bis‐(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐[1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4‐g]quinoxaline and 3,6‐dimethyl‐9‐alkyl‐9H‐carbazole repeat units ( P1 ), or 3,6‐dimethyl‐9‐triarylamino‐9H‐carbazole repeat units ( P2 ), or 9‐triarylamino‐9H‐carbazole repeat units ( P3 ) has been prepared following Suzuki polymerization procedures. P3 absorbs light up to 1 200 nm and has an energy gap of 1.1 eV, while P1 and P2 have energy gaps of 1.3 and 1.25 eV, respectively. Photovoltaic cells with ITO/PEDOT:PSS/ P3 :PCBM (1:1 w/w)/Ca showed an open‐circuit voltage of 0.4 V under white light illumination, power conversion efficiency of 0.61%, and short‐circuit current of 5.2 mA · cm−2.

One‐stage synthesis of 5‐substituted (alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, heteroalkyl, alkoxy‐, aryloxy)‐2‐(2,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles is described. The compounds were prepared by the reaction of sulfinyl‐bis(2,4‐dihydroxythiobenzoyl) (STB) with hydrazides or carbazates. The structure of new compounds was assigned by ir, nmr and ms data.  相似文献

Reactions of 4‐arylhydrazono‐2‐methylthio‐imidazolin‐5(1H)‐one 3 with various hydrazonoyl halides 1 proved to be site‐selective and yielded the respective imidazo[2,1‐c][1,2,4]triazole derivatives 8 . The structure of the latter was elucidated by X‐ray analysis and the mechanism of the studied reactions was discussed.  相似文献

4,5‐Dihydro‐1H‐imidazole 3‐oxides bearing different substituents at positions 1 and 2 of the heterocycle were shown to react with a wide range of acceptor‐substituted alkynes forming corrsponding cycloadducts ‐ derivatives of 1,2,3,7a‐tetrahydroimidazo[1,2‐b]isoxazole. High regioselectivity of this process stipulated by conjugation of the nitrogen atom with the nitrone group was revealed.  相似文献

1‐Acetyl‐, 1‐propionyl‐ and 1‐phenyl‐3,5‐diaryl‐2‐pyrazolines have been synthesized by the reaction of the appropriate α,β‐unsaturated ketones with hydrazine or phenylhydrazine in hot acetic acid or propionic acid. Palladium‐catalyzed coupling reaction was found effective for rapid access to pharmacologically interesting 3,4‐diarylisoxazoles derivatives as selective COX‐2 inhibitors. Thus, the coupling reaction between 5‐alkylthio‐3‐aryl‐4‐iodoisoxazoles and arylboronic acids afforded the target 5‐alkylthio‐3,4‐diarylisoxazoles in good yields.  相似文献

Summary: The synthesis and thermal, redox and photoluminescence properties of a soluble donor‐acceptor polyplatinayne with the electron‐accepting silole ring and its model compound are described. The polymer has an optical band gap of 2.10 eV which is much lower than that of thienyl‐ or silyl‐bridged congeners. The incorporation of electron‐accepting silole unit in the metallopolymer main chain creates a new π‐conjugated system that features unique donor‐acceptor characteristics.

4‐Substituted thiosemicarbazides 4a‐c reacted with (2,4,7‐trinitro‐9H‐fluoren‐9‐ylidene)‐propanedinitrile ( 2 ) in pyridine with admission of air to form spiro[fluorene‐9,3′‐(1,2,4‐triazole)]derivatives 5a‐c and (4‐substituted thiosemicarbazono)propanedinitriles 6a‐c in modest yields. 2,4,7‐Trinitro‐9‐fluorenone ( 8 ) as well as one reduction product thereof and of 2 , namely compounds 9 and 10 , respectively are also found. The synthesis of novel 2‐amino‐9‐alkoxyalkylpurine derivatives with both identical and different sulfur containing substituents at positions 6 and 8 of the purine cycle has been accomplished. The thionation and alkylation of the key intermediate ‐ 2‐[2‐(acetylamino)‐6,8‐dichloro‐9H‐purin‐9‐yl]methoxyethyl acetate or its reactions with thiolates were used. The structures of compounds obtained were confirmed by spectroscopic data and X‐ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Computer modelling suggests that 7‐benzylamino‐1‐isoquinolinamines should mediate antimalarial effects by a mechanism distinct from that employed by existing antimalarial drugs. A series of these compounds was prepared in seven synthetic steps, via reductive amination of 1,7‐isoquinolinediamine. In vitro efficacy testing of the novel compounds against Plasmodium falciparum revealed them to be potent antimalarial agents.  相似文献

A new strategy for the self‐polymerization of chromophores is investigated to develop a 2,7‐carbazole‐based nonlinear optical (NLO) conjugated polymer with an increasing conjugation length of chromophores. Elongation of the conjugation‐path length in chromophores has established engineering guidelines to enhance optical nonlinearity. Compared with the traditional synthesis of an NLO polymer, the chromophores should be well‐designed at a limited conjugation spacer, and then incorporated into a polymer matrix. In this research, the π‐conjugation spacer of chromophores extended perpendicularly to the dipole of chromophores during the polymerization process. Furthermore, this study marks the first research of integrating the π‐electrons of chromophores and conjugated polymers. These conjugated backbones promote a bulk‐polarization response, leading to large NLO coefficients.
