Global Existence of Solutions for the Cauchy Problem of the Kawahara Equation with L 2 Initial Data

In this paper we study solvability of the Cauchy problem of the Kawahara equation 偏导dtu ＋ au偏导dzu ＋ β偏导d^3xu ＋γ偏导d^5xu = 0 with L^2 initial data. By working on the Bourgain space X^r,s（R^2） associated with this equation, we prove that the Cauchy problem of the Kawahara equation is locally solvable if initial data belong to H^r（R） and -1 〈 r ≤ 0. This result combined with the energy conservation law of the Kawahara equation yields that global solutions exist if initial data belong to L^2（R）.

一个反应扩散方程整体解的存在性

对一个由反应扩散方程推出的抛物型自由边界问题进行了研究,该问题含有参数γ和τ,已证明了当γ充分大时,该问题存在唯一稳定解．现在主要证明γ,τ均充分大时,该问题存在整体解,即当0＜t＜ ∞时,该问题的解存在．

Global well-posedness and scattering for the energy-critical, defocusing Hartree equation for radial data

We consider the defocusing, -critical Hartree equation for the radial data in all dimensions (n5). We show the global well-posedness and scattering results in the energy space. The new ingredient in this paper is that we first take advantage of the term in the localized Morawetz identity to rule out the possibility of energy concentration, instead of the classical Morawetz estimate dependent of the nonlinearity.     

Small Data Scattering for the One-Dimensional Nonlinear Dirac Equation with Power Nonlinearity

We study scattering problems for the one-dimensional nonlinear Dirac equation (?_t + α?_x + iβ)Φ = λ|Φ|^p?1Φ. We prove that if p > 3 (resp. p > 3 + 1/6), then the wave operator (resp. the scattering operator) is well-defined on some 0-neighborhood of a weighted Sobolev space. In order to prove these results, we use linear operators D(t)xD(?t) and t?_x + x?_t ? α/2, where {D(t)}_t∈? is the free Dirac evolution group. For the reader's convenience, in an appendix we list and prove fundamental properties of D(t)xD(?t) and t?_x + x?_t ? α/2.

Global Existence of Solutions for the Kawahara Equation in Sobolev Spaces of Negative Indices

We first prove that the Cauchy problem of the Kawahara equation, δtu ＋ uδxu ＋βδx^3u＋γδx^5u = 0, is locally solvable if the initial data belong to H^r（R） and r〉 r≥-7/5, thus improving the known local well-posedness result of this equation. Next we use this local result and the method of ＂almost conservation law＂ to prove that global solutions exist if the initial data belong to H^r（R） and r〉-1/2.     

H m -modified wave operator for nonlinear Hartree equation in space of dimensionn≥2

We consider the scattering problem for the Hartree equation with potential |x|⁻¹ in a space of dimensionn≥2. We prove the existence ofH ^m -modified wave operator for Hartree equation on a dense set of a neighborhood of zero inH ^m (ℝ ⁿ ), meanwhile, we obtain also the global existence for the Cauchy problem of Hartree equation in a space of dimensionn≥2. Global Existence with Large Data for a Nonlinear Weakly Hyperbolic Equation

We prove a global existence result for a semilinear degenerate hyperbolic Cauchyproblem with large data, in the case ofa subcritical defocusing power nonlinearity, in 1 and 2 space dimensions.     

六阶对流Cahn-Hilliard方程解的整体适定性

In this paper,we consider the global well-posedness of smooth solutions for the Cauchy problem of a sixth order convective Cahn-Hilliard equation with small initial data.We first construct a local smooth solution,then by combining some a priori estimates,continuity argument,the local smooth solution is extended step by step to all t>0 provided that the L1 norm of initial data is suitably small and the smooth nonlinear functions f(u)and g(u)satisfy certain local growth conditions at some fixed point■.     

一类半线性热方程整体解的存在性与非存在性

本文研究半线性热方程的初值问题u_t－△u＝u~γ＋cu,（γ＞1）;u（x,0）=（x）非负整体L~P解的存在性与非存在性．首先证明,若C＞0,则不存在非负整体解．而后,对C＜0情形给出了解的整体存在与非存在的充分条件,特别证明了,若P＞（γ一1）或,则当。充分小时存在非负整体L~P解.最后,对系数C和初值（x）得到无穷多个门槛结果．     

Global Existence and Exponential Decay for a Nonlinear Viscoelastic Equation with Nonlinear Damping

In this paper we investigate a nonlinear viscoelastic equation with nonlinear damping. Global existence of weak solutions and uniform decay of the energy have been established. The Faedo-Galerkin method and the perturbed energy method are employed to obtain the results.     

Global Well-Posedness and Scattering for the Defocusing ˙H s-Critical NLS

The authors consider the scattering phenomena of the defocusing H^s-critical NLS. It is shown that if a solution of the defocusing NLS remains bounded in the critical homogeneous Sobolev norm on its maximal interval of existence, then the solution is global and scatters.
