城市工业区土壤重金属元素影响评价   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
选择成都某热电厂,利用X荧光分析法对其表层土、深层土四种重金属元素进行了定量分析,并与成都郊区北湖周边土壤和2004年同点采集土壤对比。研究表明,热电厂表层土存在重金属污染,且某些重金属含量有逐年增加的趋势;另外,土壤中Pb、Zn含量明显受工业活动影响,高于郊区土壤。  相似文献

为摸清成都平原土壤-水果系统中重金属污染水平和富集特征,通过对成都平原典型地区333个水果作物及其根部表层土壤中Hg、As、Pb、Cd、Cu、Cr和土壤理化指标的测定,结果表明:(1)研究区土壤养分整体呈现出有效磷和碱解氮较丰富,有机质和速效钾较缺乏的特征,可通过增施有机肥、地面覆草、施用绿肥等方式提升土壤肥力水平。(2)研究区土壤重金属存在部分点位超标,以Cd的超标率最高。土壤重金属单因子评价污染等级为清洁,土壤综合污染指数评价污染等级为中度污染,其主要贡献为Cd。研究区重金属存在一定程度的富集,Cd和Hg的污染指数高,潜在生态风险强,应重点关注土壤Cd污染和Hg含量水平的增加趋势,将Cd污染作为下一步土壤风险管控和修复治理的重点目标。(3)研究区水果Pb、Cd的超标率分别为5.7%、7.8%,不同水果Pb、Cd的超标率差异显著,草莓Cd的超标率最高。研究区水果中重金属未对成人构成非致癌健康风险,而水果中的As和Cu对儿童构成了非致癌健康风险,As和Cu对水果重金属非致癌总指数的贡献超过70%,应特别关注水果中As和Cu的管控,以免造成较大的食源性危害。(4)重金属在水果与土壤中的含量水平关联性较低,水果中重金属的含量与水果富集重金属的能力关联度极高,应进一步查明水果重金属与土壤重金属形态的关系,并结合调整水果种植结构、筛选重金属低积累水果品种等方式降低水果重金属的健康风险。  相似文献

富硒土壤是一种稀缺的土壤资源,具有重要的农业经济价值。以每1 km 8~16个点的表层(0~20 cm)、10条剖面的深层(100~220 cm)土壤以及6件岩石样品数据对广东省高州市石鼓地区硒分布特征及影响因素进行研究。结果表明,石鼓地区表层土壤以高硒为主,高硒面积达59.06%,适量硒土壤面积占40.94%,没有硒缺乏和硒过剩区域。深层土壤在硒含量适量区随深度变化不大,而在高硒区域硒富集于浅表层约60 cm处。表层土壤高硒含量位于北西侧及中部第四系冲积平原区,其次为北东部、中部新近系盆地相含油含煤地层,在南部白垩系河湖相砂泥岩硒含量基本呈自然状态―弱富集特征。土壤硒含量与土壤p H之间的关系不大,而与成土母质和有机质含量有关,富有机质的细粒土壤更有利于硒的富集。  相似文献

长江沿岸某化工园区土壤、底泥中酚类化合物的污染现状   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

建立了同时测定土壤(底泥)样品中12种酚类化合物的检测方法。采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)与凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)协同净化进行前处理,气相色谱和质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行定性定量分析。方法检出限为0.410~13.1 μg/kg(干重),回收率在70.7%~122%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%~16%。基于上述分析方法研究了长江沿岸某化工园区土壤及长江底泥中12种酚类化合物的污染水平。17个土壤样品和7个底泥样品中除对苯二酚外的11种酚类化合物均有检出。土壤和底泥中酚类污染物总含量范围分别为10.16~30.66 mg/kg和18.00~29.83 mg/kg,平均含量分别为18.26 mg/kg和22.51 mg/kg。土壤和底泥中最主要的酚类污染物为4-硝基苯酚和4-氯-3-甲酚,其次为邻氯对苯二酚、4,6-二硝基邻甲基苯酚和2,4,6-三氯酚。该化工园区周边土壤及长江底泥中12种酚类污染物污染水平较低、环境风险较小。  相似文献

通过室内培养试验,研究了土壤铜污染对土壤微生物基础呼吸及土壤脲酶、脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶的影响。结果表明,土壤微生物基础呼吸在低水平铜(≤100mg/kg)添加下呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,而随着土壤铜添加水平的进一步提高(〉100mg/kg),微生物基础呼吸作用迅速增强;土壤脲酶则随着铜含量的增加呈现出不断下降趋势,土壤磷酸酶活性则在低水平下上升而随着添加水平的进一步提高迅速降低。可见,这两种酶对土壤铜毒害反应灵敏,可作为土壤铜污染评价的指标;而土壤脱氢酶则对铜含量的变化没有表现出明显的统计规律性,不适宜作为土壤铜污染评价的酶学指标。  相似文献

本文旨在分析湖北典型地区茶叶以及土壤中各种元素的含量,采用原子荧光法(AFS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)等方法对135对茶叶及土壤样品进行测定,并探讨各种元素之间的相互关系和影响。研究结果表明,土壤中元素的分布对茶叶中元素含量分布有一定意义,典型区土壤养分有效磷和碱解氮较丰富,有机质和速效钾较缺乏。典型区茶叶作物表层土壤 Cd、Pb、Cu、Cr、As 均存在不同程度的超标。土壤 Cd 和 Hg 的污染指数高,潜在生态风险强。典型区茶叶可食部分重金属含量均值依次为 Cu>Pb>Cd>Hg>As>Cr,重金属元素在茶叶中含量均为中等变异性。 茶叶对 Cu、Pb 的富集系数明显高于 Hg、As、Cd、Cr,不同茶叶对同一元素的富集能力存在差异。土壤重金属含量与土壤 pH 值、CEC、有效磷、总氮等理化指标关系密切。茶叶重金属含量与土壤重金属含量水平相关性较弱,但与茶叶对重金属的富集能力均呈显著正相关关系。  相似文献

Mehlich 3浸提剂被应用于浸提测定土壤多种有效养分,但对方法的影响因素研究报道较少。选择重庆紫色土和河北的潮土两种土壤样品,采用正交试验设计L9( 34 )正交试验,设置液土比(A)、振荡时间(B)、振荡温度(C)、浸提液pH(D)四个因素,对Mehlich 3法的浸提条件进行研究,浸提液使用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪测定元素含量。结果表明:对于土壤中的养分浸提影响因素依次为浸提液pH>浸提液体积>振荡时间>振荡温度,结合经济效益以及显著性,综合各因素最优组合为A1B1C1D1,即加入pH为2.5的浸提液25 mL,在25 ℃下振荡5 mim。该方法除B元素外,其他元素测定值的相对标准偏差RSD%小于5%,精密度良好。  相似文献

摘要:为了研究冶炼厂下风向烟囱降尘对农田土壤重金属污染影响程度,以济源市某一冶炼厂工业烟囱下风向降尘覆盖农田土壤为研究对象,依次对距离该厂烟囱大约为750m-3000m的7个农田研究区(P1-P7)土壤中重金属(Hg、As、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr、)含量进行污染状况分析,采用了单项潜在生态风险指数法和综合潜在生态风险指数法对冶炼厂下风向烟囱降尘土壤中重金属的潜在生态风险进行评价。结果表明:在3 km2研究区域范围内,距离冶炼厂越近土壤重金属含量越高,Pb、Cd为重度污染,超过了《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准》(GB15618-2018)农用地土壤污染风险管制值的1.2倍,距离冶炼厂烟囱下风向P1区土壤中重金属As、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn超过土壤环境质量农用地土壤风险筛选值,Cd 在浓度值均超过农用土壤污染风险管制值1.8倍,As元素平均浓度值超农用土壤污染风险管制值1.7倍,Pb、Cu和Zn污染较严重,Cd、Hg对综合指数(RI)贡献值较大分别为68.63和22.4。单项潜在生态风险指数评价结果显示Cd存在极严重的潜在生态风险,Pb、Cu存在较严重潜在生态风险,冶炼厂下风向土壤中综合潜在生态风险指数评价显示,冶炼厂下风向降尘土壤重金属具有较强的生态风险。  相似文献

碳纳米纤维增强钴酞菁催化氧化染料的性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
将氨基钴酞菁(CoTAPc)以共价键的形式负载到碳纳米纤维(CNF)上制备碳纳米纤维负载钴酞菁催化剂(CoTAPc-CNF),利用原子吸收光谱、紫外-可见光吸收光谱、衰减全反射-红外光谱等方法对CoTAPc-CNF进行表征.选用具有氧杂蒽结构的罗丹明6G(Rh6G)为主要研究对象,研究CoTAPc-CNF对Rh6G的催化氧化性能,考察了温度、pH、NaCl、异丙醇等对CoTAPc-CNF催化性能的影响.结果表明,CoTAPc-CNF在常温中性条件下能有效催化氧化Rh6G;随着温度和pH的增加,CoTAPc-CNF催化氧化Rh6G速率逐渐提高;NaCl和异丙醇的加入,没有抑制催化氧化反应的进行,相反大大提高了Rh6G的降解速率,这与一般羟基自由基占主导的高级氧化体系完全不同;进一步采用电子顺磁共振波谱法证实CoTAPc-CNF/H2O2体系确实为非羟基自由基催化机理.另外,研究发现CoTAPc-CNF还能有效催化氧化其他共轭结构的染料,如偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO7)、三芳甲烷染料碱性绿1(BG1).因此,本文探索的CoTAPc-CNF/H2O2非羟基自由基催化反应体系在处理成分复杂的实际印染废水中具有较好的应用前景.  相似文献

The effects of six triorganotin(IV) compounds and of Thiram on nitrification and ammonification in soil were investigated. Low concentrations of up to 50 μg g?1 of the triorganotin(IV) compounds enhanced nitrate-nitrogen (NO3?-N) production in soil. Except for diphenylbutyltin bromide, which inhibited nitrification at 250 μg g?1, the other triorganotin(IV) compounds were inhibitory at concentrations of 100 μg g?1 to less than 250 μg g?1. At 10 μg g?1, only triphenyltin acetate was less inhibitory towards nitrification compared with Thiram. At 250 μg g?1, Thiram exerted a strongly persistent inhibitory effect towards nitrification. The NO3?-N level recorded 28 days after application was only 0.10 μg g?1 soil. With the triorganotin compounds NO3?-N levels of 7.05–12.06 μg g?1 soil were recorded 28 days following their application. The deleterious effects of the triorganotin(IV) compounds were less persistent and recovery of nitrification was evident seven days after application. Low concentrations of Thiram and triorganotin(IV) compounds inhibited ammonification, whereas higher concentrations enhanced ammonification. Complete inhibition of ammonification was attained 21–28 days after application of Thiram at 50 μg g?1. On the other hand, with the triorganotin(IV) compounds, except for diphenylbutyltin bromide at 10–50 μg g?1, ammonification persisted at all concentrations 28 days after application.  相似文献

Abstract

A wide variety of agricultural soils from different regions of India such as paddy, wheat, mustard, potato, cotton, tea, tomato, sugarcane, grape and urban soils were surveyed for the residual levels of persistent organochlorine insecticide residues in 1988 and 1989. DDT and HCH concentrations were found to be higher in upland soils and lower in paddy field soils. These results indicate the large application of HCH and DDT compounds for agricultural purposes in India. In urban soil DDT levels were higher than HCHs reflecting the use of the former insecticide in relatively large amounts for vector control. Among DDT compounds, p,p′-DDE showed higher percentage in paddy and upland soils. On the other hand, p,p′-DDT contributed to higher levels in urban soils. The β-HCH was detected as the dominant isomer in both agricultural and non agricultural soils. The levels and percentage compositions of DDTs and HCHs revealed the extent of environmental contamination caused by the continuous usage of persistent organochlorine insecticides in large quantities in tropical areas like India.  相似文献

The exploration and production activities of the natural gas in Abu Madi region (in middle delta) progressed in the last decade. The condensate hydrocarbon and formation water are bi‐products produced during the natural gas industry. The accompanied water contains 10–15% condensate (gasoline). This water with gasoline was drained into the Shehab El‐Din drain. The farmers were used this water to irrigate their fields. Great areas of the fields were out of order of planting as the result of gasoline pollution. This work concentrates on washing the polluted soil using locally prepared surfactant (LABSA‐Na) in the washing process. The soil sample was picked up from the Abu Madi field and was divided into pots (four pots for each treatment). The experiment was designed on the basis of polluting the soil by gasoline (condensate) from 1 to 10%. The washing process was carried out in presence of 0.1, 0.3, and 0.5% surfactant solutions. The control and blank sample were taken in consideration. The washed and the latent oil percentages were determined using the spectrophotometric method. After polluting and washing the soil, the pots were fertilized and planted by Zea Mays. The pots were irrigated twice a week. The length of plants was followed up. The obtained results cleared that, the efficiency of washing process increases with increasing of the pollutant percentage and also with increasing of surfactant concentration. The maximum washed oil (gasoline) was obtained at 10% gasoline and 0.5% surfactant concentration. The length of plants after 21 days of planting were; 0 (no planting), 24, 34, 39, 54, and 57 cm against polluted soil and planted (control) washed soil by water only; washed soil by 0.1%; washed soil by 0.3%; washed soil by 0.5% and no polluted soil (blank) respectively. These data revealed that, removing the hydrocarbon from the soil by washing using surfactants is the most effective method as the result of solubilization and emulsification of the hydrocarbon by surfactant which make it more removable.  相似文献

Among all sugar‐based surfactants, alkyl polyglycosides (APG) are the most successful, with applications ranging from agricultural, chemicals, laundry detergents, and hard surface cleaners to personal care products. APGs show significant synergistic effects in conjunction with anionic surfactants. Alpha olefin sulphonate (AOS) is one such anionic surfactant that is fast gaining acceptability in detergents for its superior performance characteristics and enhanced biodegradability. The present article evaluates the detergency of APG surfactants with three different chain lengths C8/10, C12/14, and C12/18, against fatty soil, particulate soil, and oily soil. Further the synergistic effects with AOS on detergency performance of APG are studied.  相似文献

为了验证土壤柱液相色谱法测定农药的土壤吸附系数的普遍适用性和预测的准确性,采用了5种组成及性质差异较大、具有一定代表性的土壤样品,对在甲醇 水流动相条件下测定的保留因子与土壤吸附系数间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明,土壤柱液相色谱法是预测农药的土壤吸附系数的一种有效方法,适于多种类型土壤中农药土壤吸附系数的预测。  相似文献
