Let Q be a connected and simply connected domain on the Riemann sphere, not coinciding with the Riemann sphere and with the whole complex plane . Then, according to the Riemann Theorem, there exists a conformal bijection between Q and the exterior of the unit disk. In this paper, we find an explicit form of this map for a broad class of domains with analytic boundaries. Communicated by M. A. Recently, Pipoli and Sinestrari [Pipoli, G. and Sinestrari, C., Mean curvature flow of pinched submanifolds of CPn, Comm. Anal. Geom., 25, 2017, 799–846] initiated the study of convergence problem for the mean curvature flow of small codimension in the complex projective space CPm. The purpose of this paper is to develop the work due to Pipoli and Sinestrari, and verify a new convergence theorem for the mean curvature flow of arbitrary codimension in the complex projective space. Namely, the authors prove that if the initial submanifold in CPm satisfies a suitable pinching condition, then the mean curvature flow converges to a round point in finite time, or converges to a totally geodesic submanifold as t → ∞. Consequently, they obtain a differentiable sphere theorem for submanifolds in the complex projective space.  相似文献

We study the period classes of closed, harmonic, and holomorphic Prym differentials on a compact Riemann surface of any genus g2 for arbitrary characters of its fundamental group. We prove that the harmonic Prym vector bundle of harmonic Prym differentials and the Gunning cohomology bundle are real-analytically isomorphic over the base of nontrivial normalized characters for every compact Riemann surface of genus g2.  相似文献

We introduce Weierstrass multiplicative points and develop the theory of Weierstrass multiplicative points for multiplicative meromorphic functions and Prym differentials on a compact Riemann surface. We prove some analogs of the Weierstrass and Noether theorems on the gaps of multiplicative functions. We obtain two-sided estimates for the number of Weierstrass multiplicative points and q-points. We propose a method for studying the Weierstrass and Noether gaps and Weierstrass multiplicative points by means of filtrations in the Jacobi variety of a compact Riemann surface.  相似文献

Using coherent-state techniques, we prove a sampling theorem for Majorana’s (holomorphic) functions on the Riemann sphere and we provide an exact reconstruction formula as a convolution product of N samples and a given reconstruction kernel (a sinc-type function). We also discuss the effect of over- and under-sampling. Sample points are roots of unity, a fact which allows explicit inversion formulas for resolution and overlapping kernel operators through the theory of Circulant Matrices and Rectangular Fourier Matrices. The case of band-limited functions on the Riemann sphere, with spins up to J, is also considered. The connection with the standard Euler angle picture, in terms of spherical harmonics, is established through a discrete Bargmann transform.   相似文献

In this paper,the authors study the gradient estimates for positive weak solutions to the following p-Laplacian equation △pu+auσ=0 on complete noncompact Riemannian manifold,where a,σ are two nonzero real constants with p≠2.Using the gradient estimate,they can get the corresponding Lionville theorem.On the other hand,by virtue of the Poincare inequality,they also obtain a Liouville theorem under some integral conditions with respect to positive weak solutions.  相似文献

Motivated by two norm equations used to characterize the Friedrichs angle, this paper studies C*-isomorphisms associated with two projections by introducing the matched triple and the semi-harmonious pair of projections. A triple (P, Q, H) is said to be matched if H is a Hilbert C*-module, P and Q are projections on H such that their infimum P ∧ Q exists as an element of L(H), where L(H) denotes the set of all adjointable operators on H. The C*-subalgebras of L(H) generated by elements in {P - P ∧ Q, Q - P ∧ Q, I} and {P, Q, P ∧ Q, I} are denoted by i(P, Q, H) and o(P, Q, H), respectively. It is proved that each faithful representation (π, X) of o(P, Q, H) can induce a faithful representation (π, X e) of i(P, Q, H) such that e π(P - P ∧ Q) = π(P) - π(P) ∧ π(Q),eπ(Q - P ∧ Q) = π(Q) - π(P) ∧ π(Q).When (P, Q) is semi-harmonious, that is, R(P + Q) and R(2I - P - Q) are both orthogonally complemented in H, it is shown that i(P, Q, H) and i(I - Q, I - P, H) are unitarily equivalent via a unitary operator in L(H). A counterexample is constructed, which shows that the same may be not true when (P, Q) fails to be semi-harmonious. Likewise, a counterexample is constructed such that (P, Q) is semi-harmonious, whereas (P, I - Q) is not semi-harmonious. Some additional examples indicating new phenomena of adjointable operators acting on Hilbert C*-modules are also provided.  相似文献

The authors prove error estimates for the semi-implicit numerical scheme of sphere-constrained high-index saddle dynamics, which serves as a powerful instrument in finding saddle points and constructing the solution landscapes of constrained systems on the high-dimensional sphere. Due to the semi-implicit treatment and the novel computational procedure, the orthonormality of numerical solutions at each time step could not be fully employed to simplify the derivations, and the computations of the state variable and directional vectors are coupled with the retraction, the vector transport and the orthonormalization procedure, which significantly complicates the analysis. They address these issues to prove error estimates for the proposed semi-implicit scheme and then carry out numerical experiments to substantiate the theoretical findings.  相似文献
