Two-dimensional total routhian surface (TRS) calculations are carried out to determine the triaxial superdeformation (TSD) of the even-even nucleus 174W, and the result indicates that TSD state exists with deformation parameters ε2=0.42 and γ=34.7°. In the same way, the total routhian surfaces for the nuclei 172,176W are also calculated. It shows that the neutron shell correction energy plays a key role in the formation of TSD nuclei 172,174,176W, while the high j intruder orbitals and rotational energy are also crucial in the formation mechanism.  相似文献

We use the relation between Structure Functions (SFs) of nuclei A and nucleons N in order to fomulate a criterion which isolates the QE part out of the total inclusive cross-section. From data points around the QEP we extract the reduced neutron magnetic form factor 〈α n = G M n/μ n G d〉. The latter shows an unexpected decrease up to Q 2 = 10GeV^2, the largest measured.  相似文献

Based on the γ -spectroscopic analysis of G.N. Sylvan et al., configuration-dependent cranked Nilsson-Strutinsky calculations have been performed. They describe the nucleus 77Kr globally in good agreement with the experimental findings and the expectations derived from single-particle orbitals in a deformed potential. Within these calculations, the unambiguous assignment of a configuration with three protons and five neutrons in the g 9/2 shell to the high-spin Yrast states of negative parity indicates that the nucleus 77Kr has stable triaxial deformation and rotates about the intermediate axis. This not only disproves the recent interpretation of an occupation of the d 5/2 orbital being responsible for the strong deformation in this band, but also represents one of the first examples in this mass region for such a rotation.  相似文献

New results on the longitudinal inclusive spin asymmetry A 1 d in the range 1 < Q 2 < 100(GeV/c)^2 and 0.004 < x < 0.7 are presented. From these results we derive the spin-dependent structure function g 1 d which we use to evaluate the scale-invariant flavor-singlet axial charge . The contribution of the measured region is evaluated by a QCD fit of the world data. The data were obtained by the COMPASS experiment at CERN using a 160GeV polarized muon beam scattered off a large double-cell polarized 6LiD target. The results are in agreement with those from previous experiments and improve considerably the statistical accuracy in the region x < 0.03.  相似文献

In this study the QRPA approach with the rotational and translational invariant Hamiltonians has been carried out to describe magnetic and electric dipole excitations in 176Hf . Calculations show that the 176Hf nucleus demonstrates a very rich B(M1) strength structure and in some aspects nicely confirm the experimental data. It has been shown that the main part of spin-1 states, observed at 2-4MeV in 176Hf , may be attributed to have a M1 character and may be interpreted as the main fragments of the scissors mode. The agreement between the calculated mean excitation energies as well as the summed B(M1) values of the scissors mode excitations and the available experimental data is quite good. The constructive interference between the orbit and the spin part of M1 strength has been found to be below 3.5MeV. The calculations indicate the presence of a few prominent negative-parity states in the 2-4MeV energy interval. This suggests that the supposition of the experiment “all stronger K = 1 low-lying dipole excitations were of magnetic character” cannot be generalized.  相似文献

Excited states in 191Pt have been populated using the reaction 186W + 11B at 85MeV beam energy. Gamma-ray coincidences were measured using the EUROGAM-II spectrometer array. The level scheme has been extended considerably. Evidence for favoured structures of highly triaxial shape with -90° coexisting with oblate structures has been obtained by comparison with total Routhian surface and cranked shell model calculations. The presence of proton excitations in both positive- and negative-parity states has been confirmed.  相似文献

We report on isotope selective three-photon ionization of two isotopomers of KRb by applying evolution strategies. The particularity of this experiment is based on the high resolution phase and amplitude modulation of the fs-laser pulses provided by a 2 × 640 pixel pulse shaper. The optimization in a closed feedback loop performed with spectrally broad pulses centered at 840 nm shows high enhancements of one isotopomer at the expense of the other isotopomer and vice versa. From the optimal laser field we aim to gain details about the selective ionization sequence and the wavepacket evolution on the involved vibrational states.  相似文献

The structure of excited states and nonadiabatic effects manifested in the energies and probabilities of electromagnetic transitions are studied in the context of a phenomenological model taking into account the Coriolis mixing of the low-lying states of positive parity in rotational bands. Energies and the structure of wave functions of excited states are calculated. The calculated energies are in agreement with experimental data. The mixing effect is demonstrated to play an important role in the wave functions of vibrational states. The probabilities of E2 and M1 transitions are calculated. The theoretical values of ratios and multipole-mixing coefficients δ(E2/M1) of transitions from the first and second β and γ vibrational bands are compared with the available experimental data.  相似文献

A mechanism of triggering the 12.7keV E3 transition, based on the new decay mode of the 31y isomer via resonance internal conversion and emission of a 1.4keV X-ray quantum, is considered. Actually, this decay mode was observed previously in the decay of 45- and 46-fold ions of 125Te . For the purpose of triggering, the atomic radiative vertex has to be induced by resonance radiation. This mechanism makes triggering by an order of magnitude more efficient than triggering a bare nucleus, and is achieved at a lower combination frequency. An experiment is proposed for the direct observation of the new decay mode. This also offers a new way of resonance scattering of these X-rays. Triggering through higher-lying 2573 and 2805keV states is also considered. The results are extended to the general problem of triggering. The main obstacle for enhancing the efficiency is a high internal conversion rate. For this reason, shape isomers with low multipole order --E1 , M1 , and with a high enough energy of triggering transition are of interest for triggering. The partial ionization of the outer electrons will also help. The same recommendations hold for triggering isomers in laser-produced plasma.  相似文献

We present a fully microscopic study of the 16O + 208Pb fusion using the density-constrained time-dependent Hartree-Fock theory. The calculated fusion cross-sections are in good agreement with the experimental data for the entire energy range indicating that the incorporation of dynamical effects is crucial in describing heavy-ion fusion.  相似文献

We report adiabatic potential energy curves of the Li2 + molecule. Our curves are tabulated according to internuclear distance from 2 a0 to 100 a0. We compare our theoretical results with the ones calculated by other authors and potential energy curves derived from experiments. For the ground state and 17 excited states we calculate spectroscopic parameters and compare them with parameters obtained by other authors. For the first time we present three new minima for 32Σu +, 42Σu + and 22Πg excited states. In our approach we use the configuration interaction method where only the valence electrons of Li atoms are treated explicitly. The core electrons are represented by pseudopotential. All calculations are performed by means of MOLPRO program package.  相似文献

Information on the sequential decay chain has been extracted through a comparison of the experimental data with the predictions of the statistical model. It is observed from the present analysis that exclusive light-charged-particle data may be used as a powerful tool to probe the decay sequence of hot light compound systems.  相似文献

The dynamics of collisional processes between Mg atoms and caesium ions is studied using the hemiquantal (HQ) approach with special attention to the collisional channels leading to Mg(3 1P) and Cs(6 2P) states, for which the corresponding emission excitation functions have been previously measured in our laboratory. The radial and angular non-adiabatic couplings between the manifold of quasimolecular states have been determined using an ab initio configuration interaction calculation. The cross-sections for the different channels, as a function of the laboratory collisional energy, are compared with experimental values. The dynamical calculations indicate that, for the inelastic processes considered, the range of relevant impact parameters is small, active collisions being of the head-on type. .  相似文献

Excited states in 182Os were populated by the β+/EC decay of 182Ir following mass separation. Gamma-ray and conversion electron spectroscopy techniques were employed. Monopole (E0) contributions were determined in transitions populating the ground-state band. A systematic study of the low-spin structures in the Os isotopes is presented and a detailed analysis in the framework of a microscopic configuration mixing approach is performed.  相似文献
