Crystal Structure and Herbicidal Activity of N-（5,7-Dimethoxy-2H-[ 1,2,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidin-2-ylidene）-2-（2,4- dichlorophenoxy）propanamide

The title compound N-（5,7-dimethoxy-2H-[1,2,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidin-2- ylidene）-2-（2,4-dichlorophenoxy）propanamide 3 has been synthesized through using bromine as cyclic reagent in 66% isolated yield. Suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained by recrystallization from the mixture solvents at room temperature. Crystallographic data of 3： C32H28Ci4N8O9S2, Mr = 874.56, monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 18.612（8）, b = 14.084（6）, c = 14.757（6） A, α = 90.00, β = 95.505（7）, ）, = 90.00°, Z = 4, V= 3850（3） A^3, Dc = 1.509 g/cm^3, F（000） = 1792, R = 0.0704, wR = 0.1454 and ° = 0.479 mm^-1. The title compound 3 was found to be effective in herbicidal activity.     

5,7-二取代-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰亚胺基)-2H-1,2,4-噻二唑并[2,3-a]嘧啶衍生物的合成、晶体结构及除草活性

设计并合成了 5种 5 ,7 二取代 2 ( 2 ,4 二氯苯氧乙酰亚胺基 ) 2H 1,2 ,4 噻二唑并 [2 ,3 a]嘧啶类化合物 5 ,均为未见文献报道的新化合物 .利用1HNMR、元素分析等确定了产物的结构 .初步除草活性测定结果表明 ,化合物 5对阔叶植物有优良的除草活性 ,且有一定的选择性 .为了进一步了解该类化合物的结构 ,也为设计新的除草剂分子提供帮助 ,对其中一种化合物 5b进行了X射线单晶衍射     

Crystal and Molecular Structure of 2-(2-Methoxycarboxyl) phenyloxy-5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine

The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. C15H14N4O3, Mr=298.30, monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=9.483(9),b=11.078(9), c=13.700(9),β=100.19(7)°, V=1417(4)3, Z=4, Dx=1.399 g.cm-3, μ=0.0942 mm-1; F(000)=624, final R=0.074 and Rw=0.074 for 1502 observed reflections[I≥3σ(I)]. The results show that all ring atoms in the triazolopyrimidinyl moiety were coplanar with strong tensile force, which might be an important active site.

The title compound N-(7-chloro-5-ethoxy-2H-[1,2,4]thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidin- 2-ylidene)- 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propanamide 3 has been synthesized through using bromine as cyclic reagent in 63% isolated yield. Suitable single crystals for X-ray diffraction were obtained by recrystallization from the mixture solvents at room temperature. Crystallographic data of 3: C16H13- Cl3O3S, Mr = 447.71, triclinic, space group P, a = 8.7461(8), b = 9.9560(10), c = 11.8572(11) , α = 94.341(2), β = 94.683(2), γ = 112.929(2)o, Z = 2, V = 941.21(15) 3, Dc = 1.580 g/cm3, F(000) = 456, R = 0.0794, wR = 0.2056 and μ(MoKα) = 0.623 mm-1. The title compound 3 was found to be effective in herbicidal activity.     

Ultrasound-assisted synthesis and preliminary bioactivity of novel 2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolo[2,3-a]pyrimidine derivatives containing fluorine

Eight novel 5,7-disubstituted-2-{5-methyl-3-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)isoxazol-4-ylcarbonylimino}-2H-1,2,4-thiadiazolo[2,3- a]pyrimidines were synthesized by multi-step reactions in yields 68-85%.Reactions were carried out either by ultrasound irradiation or conventional method,and found it was faster and more efficient under ultrasonic irradiation.Preliminary herbicidal activities against Echinochloa crus-galli,Digitaria sanguinalis and Chenopodium serotinum were also evaluated by flat-utensil method,and the results indicated that the target compounds exhibited significant activities,some were even higher than the control herbicide.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 2-Benzylsulfnyl-3-cyano-5,7-dimethyl-pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine

The title compound, C16H14N4S, has been synthesized by the reaction of pentane-2,4-dione with 5-amino-3-benzylthio-4-cyano-l-H-pyrazole in ethanol, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=8.699(3), b=23.139(9), c=7.536(3) A, β= 92.400(8)°, V= 1515.5(10) A3, Z=4,Mr=294037, Dc= 1.290 g/cm3, λ=0.71073 A,μ(MoKo)=0.212 mm-1 and F(000)=616. The structure was refined to R=0.0533 and wR=0.1141 for 2672 unique reflections with Rint= 0.06.distance of 3.875 A and the angle of 164.8°.     

Syntheses and properties of new herbicidal 2-arylthio-1 ,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine derivatives

In search of novel herbicides with high activity, a series of 2-arylthio-1,2,4- triazolo [1, 5-a ] pyrimidines (3) were synthesized by cyclization of 5-amino-3-arylthio-1,2,4-triazoles with 1,3-diketones or by the nucleophilic substitution of substituted thiophenols with 2-methylsulfonyl-1, 2, 4-triazolo [ 1, 5-a]-pyrimidine. The structures of all compounds prepared were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectroscopy along with elemental analyses. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some of the compounds 3 had good herbicidal activity against rape. In addition, the regioselectivity in the reaction of 5-amino-3-sub-stituted arylthio-1,2,4-triazoles with benzoylacetone was studied.

以5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-甲硫醚为起始原料, 设计合成了15个新型的5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-氧乙酰腙及10个(R)-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-氧(α-甲基)乙酰腙类化合物, 通过元素分析、 MS和 1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性. 目标化合物中引入手性中心有利于生物活性的提高.     

5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-甲酰腙类化合物的合成与生物活性

以5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸为起始原料, 设计合成了13个新型的5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-甲酰腙类化合物, 通过¹H NMR, MS和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所合成的化合物均表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性, 其中化合物4b, 4h和5m的活性较好, 在50 mg/L浓度下对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率达90 %以上.

通过2-氨基-5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶同芳酰基异硫氰酸酯反应, 合成了12种新的含杂环基的芳酰基硫脲, 用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析确证了其结构, 初步的生物活性测定试验表明部分目标化合物具有良好的生物活性, 尤其是对于双子叶植物表现出较高的除草活性.

Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Antiproliferative Activity of 2-（（（5-（（（5,7-Dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidin-2-yl）thio）methyl）-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl）thio）methyl）-4Hchromen-4-one Methanol Solvate

The novel crystal of the title compound 2-(((5-(((5,7-dimethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo-[1, 5-a]-pyrimidin-2-yl)thio)methyl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)thio)methyl)-4H-chromen-4-one methanol solvate(C27H25N7O3S2, Mr = 559.66) has been prepared and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monocline system, space group P21/c with a = 11.9879(9), b = 14.0743(10), c = 15.9706(11), β = 98.509(2)°, V = 2664.9(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.395 g/cm3, F(000) = 1168, μ = 0.116 mm-1, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073), R = 0.0652, and wR = 0.1425 for 5220 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the molecule adopts a C-shape. The planes of the benzopyrone and triazolopyrimidine were nearly parallel to each other, with a dihedral angle of 1.21(3)°. Intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds together with π-π interations are found to exist in the structure. The results of MTT assay indicate that the title compound displays excellent antiproliferative activity against two human cancer cell lines.
