合成了11-二茂铁基十一烷基-1-硫醇(HS-(CH2)11-Fc),利用自组装膜的特点,通过分子设计将二茂铁基团引入到自组装膜中。在金电极表面构筑有序单分子膜,制备出具有电化学活性的修饰层,研究其电化学行为,作为考察复杂电化学动力学的理想模型。进一步探究其电子传递的特点与自组装膜表面覆盖度之间的联系,提出了一种新的电子传递模型,研究电子转移与膜结构的对应关系,为更深层次的分子设计和功能组装提供理论指导。  相似文献

Abstract

5-[4-(3-Mercaptopropyloxy)phenyl]-10,15,20-tris (2-chlorphenyl) porphyrin was utilized for fabricating a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on a gold electrode. Then cobalt(II) was inserted into the the monolayer by refluxing the cobalt(II) solution in which the pre-assembled porphyrin-modified electrode was immersed. The monolayers were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Oxidation and catalytic mechanisms of dopamine on the modified electrode were also investigated and elucited respectively. Catalytic currents increased linearly with dopamine (DA) concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10?9 to 2.0 × 10?3 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9989. The modified electrode can be help develop a simple, quick, sensitive, and accurate method for the determination of the biomolecules such as dopamine.  相似文献

利用自组装方法在金电极表面制备成硫醇单层膜, 循环伏安和交流阻抗实验表明硫醇单层膜与表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化胺作用后, 其电化学行为发生变化, 对于带有不同电荷的探针分子, 表现出一定的选择性响应. 即使是带有相同电荷的探针分子, 由于与表面活性剂的作用方式不同, 也使它们通过硫醇单层膜在电极表面产生电化学响应的程度完全不同.  相似文献

The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a penicillamine (PCA) self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode were investigated. The self-assembled electrode shows obvious electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of epinephrine (EP). In phosphate buffer (pH 7.73), a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 0.190V with the PCA modified Au electrode. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of EP in the range of 2.0×10–56.0×10–4molL–1 and 5.0×10–6 2.0×10–4molL–1 for cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with the detection limits of 1.8×10–7 and 1.3×10–7molL–1, respectively. The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed. The PCA self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode is highly stable and can be applied to the determination of EP in practical injection samples. Application is simple, rapid and produces accurate results.  相似文献

Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry were used to study the deposition of polypyrrole on a decanethiol self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode (PPY/SAM/Au). The voltammetric behavior of the PPY/SAM film was investigated in the presence of several different electrolytes. It is found that the SAM shows great influence on the nucleation and growth of the PPY film. The reaction of the SAM and the anions causes the different voltammetric behavior of the polymerization of pyrrole on the modified electrode. Chronoamperometry shows the nucleation and growth of the PPY is initially inhibited but followed by a rapid increase. The SAM also influences electrochemical behavior of PPY film. Experiments show that the SAM can greatly depress the diffusion of anions in the PPY film, and minimize the background capacitance current.  相似文献

利用巯基乙酸(TGA)和3-氨基-苯硼酸硫酸盐(PBA)反应,设计合成含有苯硼酸基的硫醇化合物TGA-PBA。组装TCA-PBA于金表面,形成自组装膜。TGA-PBA/Au,并用光电子能谱和循环伏安法实验佐证自组装膜的形成。基于自组装膜与单糖强的结合作用(TGA-PBA/Au与D-半乳糖结合常数为1.9x10^8L/mol),有效阻碍电活性标记离子[Fe(CN)6]^3/4-在电极表面的电子转移,建立单糖的高灵敏度的电化学识别方法。  相似文献

A self-assembled electrode with a meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) monolayer has been characterized by electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance and complex impedance analysis, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The self-assembled electrode was used for the simultaneous electrochemical detection of epinephrine (EP) and uric acid (UA) in phosphate buffer of pH 7.7. The simultaneous oxidation of EP and UA was performed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and the signals for each method were well separated with a potential difference of over 330 mV and without interference by each other. The detection limit of EP is 5.4 × 10−8 mol L−1 by CV and 5.3 × 10−8 mol L−1 by DPV and that of UA is 8.4 × 10−8 mol L−1 by CV and 4.2 × 10−8 mol L−1 by DPV. The DMSA self-assembled electrode can be applied to the simultaneous determination of EP and UA.  相似文献

用光刻掩膜真空沉积技术在石英晶片上沉积上一层 8列× 6行的金膜阵列 ,用金表面N 乙酰半胱氨酸分子自组装及EDC偶联技术将人IgG、兔IgG和鼠IgG固定在石英膜阵列上来制备免疫芯片。用FITC荧光标记兔抗羊IgG、夹心法可同时测定羊抗人IgG、羊抗兔IgG和羊抗鼠IgG。用样点荧光强度与空白比Rf 作定量指标。在抗体浓度 0 .5~ 1 0 0mg L内 ,Rf与抗体浓度的对数成线性关系。最低可检出 0 .5mg L的羊抗兔IgG。测定仅需样品 1 5 0 μL ,2~ 3h,适合于快速微量分析  相似文献

用N-乙酰半胱氨酸金表面自组装技术及EDC、NHS偶联剂将兔IgG固定于金表面制成免疫传感器探头,用碱性磷酸酯酶标记山羊抗兔IgG加入待测的含有山羊抗兔IgG的样品中,采用竞争头测定山羊抗兔IgG含量,标记的碱性磷酸酯酶可催化底物AMPPD产生化学发光,其发光强度与样品浓度成反比。测得山羊抗兔IgG的最低检出限为0.8mg/L,线性测定范围为0.8-40mg/L。  相似文献

在0.1mol/L(pH=4.7)的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中,用L 半胱氨酸自组装膜修饰金电极对桑色素的电化学行为进行了初步的研究,考察了修饰时间、富集时间、富集电位、扫描速度、表面活性剂、金属离子等因素对其电化学行为的影响。研究发现,桑色素在0.44V(vs.SCE)左右产生一不可逆的氧化峰。该氧化峰电流与桑色素浓度在5×10-6~2×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系(相关系数r=0.9989),检出限为2×10-6mol/L,这比用裸金电极测试降低一个数量级。同时发现,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对氧化峰电流有一定的增敏作用。该峰且随Pb2+浓度增大而线性增高,因此可用于Pb2+的测定。  相似文献

Equilibrium distribution coefficients were determined for the extraction of manganese(II) with 8-mercaptoquinoline, 8-quinolinol and its 2-methyl, 4-methyl, 5-chloro and 5-nitro analogues as a function of pH and reagent concentration at ambient temperature. 8-Mercaptoquinoline forms a mono self-adduct with Mn(II) whereas simple 12 chelate formation was observed in the case of 8-quinolines. The adduct formation constant and the overall formations constants in the aqueous phase have been determined. A linear relationship was observed between the equilibrium constants, formation constants and the pK values of the chelating agents.Synergic enhancement was observed in the extraction of Mn(II) with 8-mercaptoquinoline in presence of pyridine and its methyl derivatives and the adduct formation constants of the 12, chelate to nitrogen base, adducts were evaluated.  相似文献

Restrained molecular dynamics simulations were performed to study the binding affinity of the peptide with alkanethiols of different tail-groups, S(CH2)7CH3, S(CH2)7OH and S(CH2)7COOH, which self-assembled on Au(111) surface in the presence of water molecules. The curves of binding affinity were calculated by fixing the center of mass of the peptide at various distances from the assembling surface. Simulation results show that the binding affin- ity is in the order as COOH-SAMs〉OH-SAMs〉CH3-SAMs, while 100% COOH-SAMs〉5% COOH-SAMS in concentration. The effects on binding affinity by different tail-groups were also studied. Results show that the binding affinity between COOH-SAMs and the peptide is bigger than those of the others and increasing the acidity of COOH-SAMs will result in stronger attractive power.  相似文献

使用接触角、原子力显微镜(AFM)、静电力显微镜(EFM)和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱对辛基三乙氧基硅烷(C8TES)/十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)均相混合自组装单分子膜(SAM)及其形成过程中样品表面的润湿性、表面形貌、表面电势和膜内分子的有序度进行了表征,对采用分步法利用C8TES分子空间位阻制备C8TES/OTS均相混合SAM的反应机制进行了研究. 结果表明,C8TES/OTS均相混合SAM表面接触角为105°,样品表面平整、光滑;对样品表面电势进行分析后发现,混合SAM表面电势分布均匀,电势频率分布为典型的正态分布;在均相混合SAM的形成过程中,样品表面电势的分布始终十分均匀,电势频率分布均为典型的正态分布;C8TES/OTS均相混合SAM是一种具有上下两层分子排列密度不同的膜结构的单分子膜,其内部结构至少在500 nm×500 nm到20 μm×20 μm尺度上是高度均匀一致的,膜内没有明显的特征结构,具有典型的均相混合SAM特征.  相似文献
