Abstract 5-[4-(3-Mercaptopropyloxy)phenyl]-10,15,20-tris (2-chlorphenyl) porphyrin was utilized for fabricating a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on a gold electrode. Then cobalt(II) was inserted into the the monolayer by refluxing the cobalt(II) solution in which the pre-assembled porphyrin-modified electrode was immersed. The monolayers were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV). Oxidation and catalytic mechanisms of dopamine on the modified electrode were also investigated and elucited respectively. Catalytic currents increased linearly with dopamine (DA) concentration in the range of 1.0 × 10?9 to 2.0 × 10?3 mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9989. The modified electrode can be help develop a simple, quick, sensitive, and accurate method for the determination of the biomolecules such as dopamine. 相似文献

The fabrication and electrochemical characteristics of a penicillamine (PCA) self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode were investigated. The self-assembled electrode shows obvious electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of epinephrine (EP). In phosphate buffer (pH 7.73), a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 0.190V with the PCA modified Au electrode. The peak current is proportional to the concentration of EP in the range of 2.0×10–56.0×10–4molL–1 and 5.0×10–6 2.0×10–4molL–1 for cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with the detection limits of 1.8×10–7 and 1.3×10–7molL–1, respectively. The possible reaction mechanism is also discussed. The PCA self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode is highly stable and can be applied to the determination of EP in practical injection samples. Electrochemical Study of a Polypyrrole Film/Decanethiol Self-Assembled Monolayer on a Gold Electrode
Cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry were used to study the deposition of polypyrrole on a decanethiol self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode (PPY/SAM/Au). The voltammetric behavior of the PPY/SAM film was investigated in the presence of several different electrolytes. It is found that the SAM shows great influence on the nucleation and growth of the PPY film. The reaction of the SAM and the anions causes the different voltammetric behavior of the polymerization of pyrrole on the modified electrode. Chronoamperometry shows the nucleation and growth of the PPY is initially inhibited but followed by a rapid increase. The SAM also influences electrochemical behavior of PPY film. Experiments show that the SAM can greatly depress the diffusion of anions in the PPY film, and minimize the background capacitance current. 相似文献

A self-assembled electrode with a meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) monolayer has been characterized by electrochemical
quartz crystal microbalance and complex impedance analysis, surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The
self-assembled electrode was used for the simultaneous electrochemical detection of epinephrine (EP) and uric acid (UA) in
phosphate buffer of pH 7.7. The simultaneous oxidation of EP and UA was performed by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential
pulse voltammetry (DPV), and the signals for each method were well separated with a potential difference of over 330 mV and
without interference by each other. The detection limit of EP is 5.4 × 10−8 mol L−1 by CV and 5.3 × 10−8 mol L−1 by DPV and that of UA is 8.4 × 10−8 mol L−1 by CV and 4.2 × 10−8 mol L−1 by DPV. The DMSA self-assembled electrode can be applied to the simultaneous determination of EP and UA. 相似文献

用光刻掩膜真空沉积技术在石英晶片上沉积上一层 8列× 6行的金膜阵列 ,用金表面N 乙酰半胱氨酸分子自组装及EDC偶联技术将人IgG、兔IgG和鼠IgG固定在石英膜阵列上来制备免疫芯片。用FITC荧光标记兔抗羊IgG、夹心法可同时测定羊抗人IgG、羊抗兔IgG和羊抗鼠IgG。用样点荧光强度与空白比Rf 作定量指标。在抗体浓度 0 .5~ 1 0 0mg L内 ,Rf与抗体浓度的对数成线性关系。最低可检出 0 .5mg L的羊抗兔IgG。测定仅需样品 1 5 0 μL ,2~ 3h,适合于快速微量分析 相似文献

A stable ordered mesoporous carbon (OMC) film electrode was successfully constructed by adsorbing OMC onto a self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) of C18H37SH chemisorbed on the Au electrode. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and electrochemical methods were used to characterize the properties of the OMC film electrode. The adsorbed OMC can restore the heterogeneous electron transfer almost totally blocked by the alkanethiol monolayer. Nyquist plots show a sharply decrease of the charge transfer resistance (Rct) of the Fe(CN) couple at the OMC film electrode. Furthermore, the OMC film electrode is found to possess a significantly reduced interfacial capacitance and largely enhanced current response of hydrogen peroxide. This novel approach to the fabrication of stable OMC film electrode with excellent electrochemical properties is believed to be very attractive for electrochemical studies and electroanalytical applications. 相似文献

采用原位电化学表面增强拉曼光谱(EC-SERS)研究了硫代水杨酸(TSA)吸附在活性Au电极表面的自组装单分子层(SAMs).TSA在活性Au表面的化学吸附及不同酸碱度下的TSA浸饰单层膜的SERS光谱,表明随pH值的增加,峰强呈现2个不同的下降阶段.通过EC-SERS考察不同电富集时间和电位的影响,显示在酸性介质和0.7 V及70 s富集时间下,可以获得最大EC-SERS信号,并随着电位负移,信号逐渐减弱,直至基本消失,表明TSA分子在Au表面排布状态会随外加条件的改变而发生变化.通过计算TSA在不同pH值下的分布分数以及探针分子在不同电位下的增强因子(EF),结合SERS和EC-SERS的变化走势对比,得出TSA在活性Au表面自组装形成单分子层/膜的机理,指出由于TSA不同的电化学吸附取向,以及高负电位下的还原/脱附作用,使得Au表面拉曼活性降低,造成EF显著减小,不可逆地失去了SERS的活性. 相似文献

在0.1mol/L(pH=4.7)的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液中,用L 半胱氨酸自组装膜修饰金电极对桑色素的电化学行为进行了初步的研究,考察了修饰时间、富集时间、富集电位、扫描速度、表面活性剂、金属离子等因素对其电化学行为的影响。研究发现,桑色素在0.44V(vs.SCE)左右产生一不可逆的氧化峰。该氧化峰电流与桑色素浓度在5×10-6~2×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系(相关系数r=0.9989),检出限为2×10-6mol/L,这比用裸金电极测试降低一个数量级。同时发现,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对氧化峰电流有一定的增敏作用。该峰且随Pb2+浓度增大而线性增高,因此可用于Pb2+的测定。 相似文献

Equilibrium distribution coefficients were determined for the extraction of manganese(II) with 8-mercaptoquinoline, 8-quinolinol and its 2-methyl, 4-methyl, 5-chloro and 5-nitro analogues as a function of pH and reagent concentration at ambient temperature. 8-Mercaptoquinoline forms a mono self-adduct with Mn(II) whereas simple 12 chelate formation was observed in the case of 8-quinolines. The adduct formation constant and the overall formations constants in the aqueous phase have been determined. A linear relationship was observed between the equilibrium constants, formation constants and the pK values of the chelating agents.Synergic enhancement was observed in the extraction of Mn(II) with 8-mercaptoquinoline in presence of pyridine and its methyl derivatives and the adduct formation constants of the 12, chelate to nitrogen base, adducts were evaluated. 相似文献
