We exhibit simple sufficient conditions which give weak-strong uniqueness for the 3D Navier-Stokes equations. The main tools are trilinear estimates and energy inequalities. We then apply our result to the framework of Lorentz, Morrey and Besov over Morrey spaces so as to get new weak-strong uniqueness classes and so uniqueness classes for solutions in the Leray-Hopf class. In the last section, we give a uniqueness and regularity result. We obtain new uniqueness classes for solutions in the Leray-Hopf class without energy inequalities but sufficiently regular.  相似文献

In this paper, we show that the Cauchy problem of the Navier-Stokes equations with damping α|u|β−1u(α>0) has global weak solutions for any β?1, global strong solution for any β?7/2 and that the strong solution is unique for any 7/2?β?5.  相似文献

The Cauchy problems for Navier-Stokes equations and nonlinear heat equations are studied in modulation spaces . Though the case of the derivative index s=0 has been treated in our previous work, the case s≠0 is also treated in this paper. Our aim is to reveal the conditions of s, q and σ of for the existence of local and global solutions for initial data .  相似文献

The author studies the Cauchy problem of the dissipative quasi-geostrophic equation in weak Morrey spaces. The global well-posedness is established for any small initial data in the weak space Mp^*,γ(R^n), with 1〈p〈∞and A = n-(2α-1)p, and for a small external force in a time-weighted weak Morrey space.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the regularity criterion of Leray-Hopf weak solutions to the 3D Navier-Stokes equations with respect to Serrin type condition on two velocity filed components. It is shown that the weak solution u=(u1,u2,u3) is regular on (0,T] if there exist two solution components, for example, u2 and u3, satisfying the condition

We present some regularity conditions for suitable weak solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations near the curved boundary of a sufficiently smooth domain. Our extend the work that was results established near a flat boundary by Gustafson, Kang and Tsai (2006) [6].  相似文献

** Email: guo_zhenhua{at}iapcm.ac.cn*** Email: jiang{at}iapcm.ac.cn We investigate the self-similar solutions to the isothermalcompressible Navier–Stokes equations. The aim of thispaper is to show that there exist neither forward nor backwardself-similar solutions with finite total energy. This generalizesthe results for the incompressible case in Neas, J., Rika, M.& verák, V. (1996, On Leray's self-similar solutionsof the Navier-Stokes equations. Acta. Math., 176, 283–294),and is consistent with the (unproved) existence of regular solutionsglobally in time for the compressible Navier–Stokes equations.  相似文献

The main purpose of this paper is to show that Markov solutions to the 3D Navier-Stokes equations driven by Gaussian noise have the strong Feller property up to the critical topology given by the domain of the Stokes operator to the power one-fourth.  相似文献

In this paper, we show that the Cauchy problem of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with damping α|u|β−1u(α>0) has global strong solution for any β>3 and the strong solution is unique when 3<β?5. This improves earlier results.  相似文献

In the paper, we address the partial regularity of solutions of the Navier-Stokes system. Earlier, we have proved that the one-dimensional parabolic Hausdorff measure of the singular set is zero under the assumption that the force f belongs locally to L5/3. Here we prove the same statement under a more general assumption that the Morrey norm in of the force is sufficiently small. We do so by establishing a fractional integration theorem using the Morrey spaces and by a suitable iteration using a localized version of the Morrey norm.  相似文献

The blow-up in finite time for the solutions to the initial-boundary value problem associated to the one-dimensional quantum Navier-Stokes equations in a bounded domain is proved. The model consists of the mass conservation equation and a momentum balance equation, including a nonlinear third-order differen- tial operator, with the quantum Bohm potential, and a density-dependent viscosity. It is shown that, under suitable boundary conditions and assumptions on the initial data, the solution blows up after a finite time, if the viscosity constant is not bigger than the scaled Planck constant. The proof is inspired by an observable constructed by Gamba, Gualdani and Zhang, which has been used to study the blowing up of solutions to quantum hydrodynamic models.  相似文献

In the present paper, we prove the existence of global solutions for the Navier–Stokes equations in Rnwhen the initial velocity belongs to the weighted weak Lorentz space Λn,∞(u) with a sufficiently small norm under certain restriction on the weight u. At the same time, self-similar solutions are induced if the initial velocity is, besides, a homogeneous function of degree-1. Also the uniqueness is discussed.  相似文献

Consider the Navier-Stokes equation with the initial data aL σ 2(ℝ d ). Let u and v be two weak solutions with the same initial value a. If u satisfies the usual energy inequality and if ∇vL 2((0, T); (ℝ d ) d ) where (ℝ d ) is the multiplier space, then we have u = v.  相似文献

In this paper, the Dirichlet problem of Stokes approximate of non-homogeneous incompressibleNavier-Stokes equations is studied. It is shown that there exist global weak solutions as well as global andunique strong solution for this problem, under the assumption that initial density ρ_0(x)is bounded away from0 and other appropriate assumptions(see Theorem 1 and Theorem 2).The semi-Galerkin method is applied toconstruct the approximate solutions and a prior estimates are made to elaborate upon the compactness of theapproximate solutions.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with global strong solutions of the isentropic compressible Navier-Stokes equations with density-dependent viscosity coefficient in one-dimensional bounded intervals. Precisely, the viscosity coefficient μ=μ(ρ) and the pressure P is proportional to ργ with γ>1. The important point in this paper is that the initial density may vanish in an open subset. We also show that the strong solution obtained above is unique provided that the initial data satisfies additional regularity and a compatible condition. Compared with former results obtained by Hyunseok Kim in [H. Kim, Global existence of strong solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations for one-dimensional isentropic compressible fluids, available at: http://com2mac.postech.ac.kr/papers/2001/01-38.pdf], we deal with density-dependent viscosity coefficient.  相似文献

We present some new regularity criteria for “suitable weak solutions” of the Navier-Stokes equations near the boundary in dimension three. We prove that suitable weak solutions are Hölder continuous up to the boundary provided that the scaled mixed norm with 3/p+2/q?2, 2<q?∞, (p,q)≠(3/2,∞) is small near the boundary. Our methods yield new results in the interior case as well. Partial regularity of weak solutions is also analyzed under some additional integral conditions.  相似文献
