[structure: see text] A new supramolecular chirogenic system on the basis of bis(free base porphyrin) and various enantiopure acids, which can be effectively applied for the chirality sensing purposes, is reported. The substitution reaction of phosphinates with a binaphthyloxy group at the phosphorus atom with lithium alkoxides proceeded with good to high efficiencies to give P‐chirogenic phosphinates with a high enantiomeric ratio. As alcohols, primary, secondary, and tertiary alcohols could be used, and the use of tert‐butyl alcohol yielded the products with a higher enantiomeric ratio. A substrate with two different alkyl groups on the phosphorus atom could also participate in the substitution reaction to give the corresponding products in good yields with excellent selectivity. The molecular structures of one of the substrates and the corresponding products, determined by X‐ray analyses, proved that the substitution reaction at the phosphorus atom proceeded with inversion of the absolute configuration. The usefulness of the reaction was demonstrated by using it to prepare a drug candidate for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Finally, thionation of the resulting phosphinates was carried out to form P‐chirogenic phosphinothioates.  相似文献

A modular approach was proposed for the preparation of chiral fluorescent molecular sensors, in which the fluorophore, scaffold, and chirogenic center can be connected by ethynyl groups, and these modules can easily be changed to other structures to optimize the molecular sensing performance of the sensors. This modular strategy to assembly chiral sensors alleviated the previous restrictions of chiral boronic acid sensors, for which the chirogenic center, fluorophore, and scaffold were integrated, thus it was difficult to optimize the molecular structures by chemical modifications. We demonstrated the potential of our new strategy by the preparation of a sensor with a larger scaffold. The photoinduced electron‐transfer (PET) effect is efficient even with a large distance between the N atom and the fluorophore core. Furthermore, the rarely reported donor‐PET (d‐PET) effect, which was previously limited to carbazole, was extended to phenothiazine fluorophore. The contrast ratio, that is, PET efficiency of the new d‐PET sensor, is increased to 8.0, compared to 2.0 with the previous carbazole d‐PET sensors. Furthermore, the ethynylated phenothiazine shows longer excitation wavelength (centered at 380 nm) and emission wavelength (492 nm), a large Stokes shift (142 nm), and high fluorescence quantum yield in aqueous solution (Φ=0.48 in MeOH/water, 3:1 v/v). Enantioselective recognition of tartaric acid was achieved with the new d‐PET boronic acid sensors. The enantioselectivity is up to 10 (ratio of the binding constants toward D ‐ and L ‐tartaric acid, kD/kL). A consecutive fluorescence enhancement/decrease was observed, thus we propose a transition of the binding stoichiometry from 1:1 to 1:2 as the analyte concentration increases, which is supported by mass spectra analysis. The boronic acid sensors were used for selective and sensitive recognition of disaccharides and glycosylated steroids (ginsenosides).  相似文献

Direct C?H amidation of arylphosphoryl compounds has been developed by using an IrIII catalyst system under mild conditions. A wide range of substrates could be employed with high functional‐group tolerance. This procedure was successfully applied for the first time to the asymmetric reaction giving rise to a P‐chirogenic center with a high diastereomeric ratio of up to 19:1 (90 % de).  相似文献

[reaction: see text] New phosphine ligands possessing both axial chirality and a chirogenic phosphorus center were prepared from (R)-2-bromo-2'-N,N-(dimethylamino)-1,1'-binaphthyl (1) via a simple Li-halogen exchange protocol. The asymmetric vinylation of a ketone enolate with (R,R(P))-2-(tert-butylphenylphosphino)-2'-N,N-(dimethylamino)-1,1'-binaphthyl (2a) afforded the coupling product with good enantiomeric excess.  相似文献

A synthetic procedure relying on the Friedländer condensation of enantiopure α-amino ferrocenecarboxaldeyde has been devised for the regio-designed elaboration of a pyridine nucleus fused onto the ferrocene scaffold. Three novel bidentate ligands with different pyridine nitrogen donors featuring the [3,2-b]ferrocenopyridine fragment a as the sole chirogenic element have been prepared in enantiopure form through a multi step route involving the diastereoselective deprotonation of a chiral acetal of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde in the stereodetermining step. The ligands were assessed in the Pd-catalyzed allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propenyl esters with good stereoselectivity.  相似文献

A concept of first choice for the synthesis of the title compounds had been proposed by Dane in the late 1930s. It was soon turned down, because the opening move–a chirogenic Diels-Alder reaction – did not work. With Lewis acids as mediators, however, a successful start has been achieved now. With Ti complexes of chelating ligands (Seebach's TADDOLs (= α,α,α′,α′-tetraaryl-1,3-dioxolane-4,5-dimethanols)), enantioselective formation of the desired adducts does occur. Efficient total syntheses of 2 and 3a have been accomplished.  相似文献

Cyclic nucleo‐δ‐amino acids that constitute monomers of a conformationally constrained nucleo‐δ‐peptide base‐pairing system have been prepared. Their synthesis starts with an enantioselectively catalyzed chirogenic Diels‐Alder reaction, proceeds via a regioselective ε‐iodolactamization process, and ends with a regio‐ as well as diastereoselective introduction of nucleobases through SN2‐type opening of a transiently formed N‐acylaziridine ring. Extensive use of X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis has been made to support structure assignments.  相似文献

A new spin-crossover (SC) complex [Fe(II)H(2)L(2-Me)][AsF(6)](2) has been synthesized, in which H(2)L(2-Me) denotes the chirogenic hexadentate N(6) Schiff-base ligand bis{[(2-methylimidazol-4-yl)methylidene]-3-aminopropyl}ethylenediamine. This complex has revealed a rich variety of phases during its two-step thermal crossover, as well as photoinduced spin-state switching. A high-symmetry high-spin (HS, S=2) phase, a low-symmetry low-spin (LS, S=0) phase, an intermediate phase characterized by an unprecedented lozenge pattern of 12 predominantly HS molecular crystallographic sites confining 18 predominantly LS molecular crystallographic sites, and a photoinduced low-symmetry HS phase have been accurately evidenced by temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility, M?ssbauer spectroscopy, and crystallographic studies. This variety of phases illustrates the multi-stability of this system, which results from coupling between the electronic states and structural instabilities.  相似文献

Due to their pronounced bioactivity and limited availability from natural resources, metabolites of the soft coral Pseudopterogorgia elisabethae, such as erogorgiaene and the pseudopterosines, represent important target molecules for chemical synthesis. We have now developed a particularly short and efficient route towards these marine diterpenes exploiting an operationally convenient enantioselective cobalt-catalyzed hydrovinylation as the chirogenic step. Other noteworthy C−C bond forming transformations include diastereoselective Lewis acid-mediated cyclizations, a Suzuki coupling and a carbonyl ene reaction. Starting from 4-methyl-styrene the anti-tubercular agent (+)-erogorgiaene (>98 % ee) was prepared in only 7 steps with 46 % overall yield. In addition, the synthesis of the pseudopterosin A aglycone was achieved in 12 steps with 30 % overall yield and, surprisingly, was found to exhibit a similar anti-inflammatory activity (inhibition of LPS-induced NF-κB activation) as a natural mixture of pseudopterosins A−D or iso-pseudopterosin A, prepared by β-D-xylosylation of the synthetic aglycone.  相似文献

Abstract  

The reaction between benzyllithium and prochiral 2-ethylpyridine in tetrahydrofuran has been studied. In the presence of N,N,N′,N′′,N′′-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDTA), it was found that 1-(2-pyridyl)ethyllithium was formed as a PMDTA complex. This complex is mononuclear, with lithium coordinated to the pyridyl nitrogen atom only; there are no short lithium–carbon distances and the structure approaches that of an enamide rather than a carbanion. The complex undergoes spontaneous resolution and forms chiral crystals with two molecules in the asymmetric unit; the two molecules have different configurations at the chirogenic pyridyl nitrogen atoms but share the same chiral conformation of the chelate ring systems. Reaction between benzyllithium and 2-ethylpyridine in tetrahydrofuran in the absence of PMDTA was found to give a high proportion of lithium 4-benzyl-2-ethyl-1,4-dihydropyridinide, and crystals of a dinuclear complex displaying tetrahydrofuran ligands and co-crystallised n-hexane molecules were isolated.  相似文献

[structure: see text] The complexation behavior, chirality induction and inversion in the achiral host, a racemic mixture of ethane-bridged bis(zinc octaethylchlorin) (1), and optical activity modulation in the chiral hosts, enantiopure 1(R) and 1(S), upon interaction with chiral and achiral amine guests have been investigated by means of the UV-vis, CD, and (1)H NMR techniques and compared with the corresponding spectral data of the bis-porphyrin analogue. It was found that the chirogenesis pathway is strongly dependent upon the structures of both major components (hosts and guests) of these supramolecular systems. Particularly, the distinct orientation of electronic transitions in the chlorin chromophores arisen from the reduced pyrrole ring, which makes it radically different from that of the porphyrin chromophores, and the size of the guest's substituents lead to the remarkable phenomenon of chirality induction-inversion in racemic 1 originating from the process of asymmetry transfer from enantiopure guests of the same homologous type and absolute configuration. This surprising chirogenic behavior is found to be in a sharp contrast to that observed in the analogous porphyrin-based systems. Furthermore, these structural and electronic phenomena also account for the effective optical activity quenching of enantiopure 1(R) and 1(S) upon interaction with chiral and with achiral amines, which results in formation of supramolecular complexes of opposite chirality.  相似文献

建立ICP–AES法测定新型材料镍铁中的Si,Mn,P,Ni元素的方法。考察了镍铁基体和共存元素对测定结果的影响。通过基体匹配消除基体干扰,确定各待测元素谱线为Mn 293.930 nm,P 178.280 nm,Ni 231.604 nm,Si251.611 nm。Si,Mn,P,Ni的检出限分别为0.06,0.04,0.08,0.04 mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于5%(n=11),加标回收率在95%~105%之间。该方法操作简便、测定结果准确可靠,可用于镍铁中Si,Mn,P,Ni的含量测定。  相似文献

提出了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定70钛铁中共存的8种杂质元素(锰、磷、铜、铬、镍、钼、钒、铝)。试验表明:试样宜用浓盐酸3mL及浓硝酸3mL溶解,且在制作工作曲线时应加入相同量的酸溶解基体金属(即所加入的纯铁粉和纯钛粉),所选用的8种元素的分析谱线均为检出限低、且光谱干扰小或易于扣除者。制作工作曲线时采用基体匹配法,从而消除基体干扰,方法中8种元素的检出限(3s/b)在0.002~0.02mg·mL-1范围内。按所提出方法分析了一个70钛铁标样(YSBC15602),共测定了11次,上述8种元素的测定结果与已知值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)在0.74%~4.11%范围内。  相似文献

Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was employed to determine Y, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho and Er in high purity terbium oxide. Terbium oxide was dissolved in 0.5 mol/l HNO3 and nebulized into the plasma generated by a 56 MHz RF generator at 1.5 kW output power. Using a Jobin-Yvon 1-m Czenry-Turner high resolution, high dispersion scanning monochromator, lines mutually interference-free as well as free of interference from the matrix Tb were chosen for the seven analytes. A set of standards containing the analytes in the concentration range 0.01–1.0 gmg/ml with 1 mg/ml Tb was used for calibration. It was necessary to apply background correction to the gross analyte line intensities in order to obtain linear calibration plots for the analytes.  相似文献

Summary A procedure is described for the determination of the cationic and anionic components in fluorozirconate glasses. Zirconium, barium, aluminium, lanthanum, sodium and hafnium were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP/AES) after dissolution of the sample with an acid mixture in a microwave oven. The fluorine content was evaluated with two different techniques, namely potentiometry with a fluoride ion-selective electrode (FISE) and ion chromatography (IC). The effect of age and sex on eight elements in cortical bone of femoral neck of 78 relatively healthy 15-55 years old women (n = 33) and men (n = 45) was studied. Mass fraction of Ca, Cl, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P, and Sr in intact bone samples were determined by instrumental neutron activation analysis using short-lived radionuclides. The obtained results were in good agreement with the literature data with the exception of Mn and Sr. The mean value of Mn mass fraction was an order of magnitude lower and Sr mean mass fraction was in 1.5-5 times higher than the reference values. No age- and sex-related differences in bone composition were detected. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
