Silver clad wires of highT c superconductor Y1Ba2Cu3O7−x have been fabricated through the powder metallurgy technique. The reacted wires show a midpointT c of 84K. A critical current density of 26·4 A cm−2 (77K, 0T) is obtained in these wires. The wires, however, turn complete normal only at a current density of 280 A cm−2. The reasons for low critical current density obtained in these wires are discussed.  相似文献

The successful extrusion of short lengths of brittle wires of YBa2Cu3O y that are superconducting above 77 K is reported. Detailed critical current measurements are presented on wires having undergone different physical treatments. The highest critical current obtained from V-I data is ⋍ 90 A/cm2, but this particular wire shows clear evidence of flux-pinning forces corresponding to ⋍ 130 A/cm2.  相似文献

Magnetization and critical current density measurements have been performed on a Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu5O y bulk material as the functions of magnetic field and temperature. The diamagnetic shielding effect has been discussed from the initial magnetization curve. The lower critical field of bulk granular superconductor (H g) and the lower critical field of superconducting grains (H c1) are estimated from magnetization curves. They are both linearly decreasing functions of temperature: (dH g/dT) and (dH c1/dT) are –0.4 and –1.8 G/K respectively. The transport critical current density drops drastically by a factor of 4 at a magnetic field of about 20G. The magnetization J c of superconducting grains derived from the remanent magnetization is about 106 A/cm2 at 77 K, zero field, much greater than the transport J c. The experimental results reveal that the transport J c is dominated by weaklink current between grains. The magnetization J c versus temperature has been obtained from the remanent flux at zero magnetic field and is a linearly decreasing function of temperature within experimental error.  相似文献

The critical current densities (J c) have been measured at 77K in high pressure oxygen sputtered thin films of YBa2Cu3O7−x superconductor using the non-resonant rf absorption technique. High values ofJ c (∼ 105 A/cm2) are observed in these relatively large area (∼ 1·2 cm2) films.  相似文献

利用我们设计的一套光学变换传输系统实现了激光束在超导靶上一定范围内扫描消融来淀积高Tc超导薄膜。实验表明用这种激光扫描消融方法可使大尺寸超导薄膜的厚度均匀性得到较大的改善。我们采用激光扫描半径为9mm在12mm×33mm的Y-ZrO2基片上淀积出零电阻温度Tc≥90K,临界电流密度Jc(零磁场,77K)≥1×106A/cm2,薄膜c轴择优取向,厚度均匀性较好的YBa 关键词:  相似文献

The transport critical current properties of Bi(2223) silver-clamped thick films are studied by the measurement of its dependence on magnetic field and temperature close to T c. It is found that the transport critical current follows a power law J c(1–T/T c)3/2 for the sample with J c>2.0×104 A/cm2 (77K, zero field) and that J c(H) is basically reversible for increasing and decreasing magnetic field. After the transport current exceeds the critical current, the voltage-current (V-I) characteristics show a flux-creep-like behaviour until they smoothly join the flux-flow state. From the measurement of V-I curves, the pinning property of the sample may be estimated using the flux-creep mode. The flux-flow resistance is found to have a nonlinear magnetic field dependence.  相似文献

Silver-clad tapes of highT c Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconductors have been fabricated through the powder-in-tube method. The critical current density, J c , of a thick tape was 534 A.cm−2 (77 K, 0 T). Subsequent rolling and sintering of the tapes led to a gradual decrease inJ c, instead of the expected increase. This was caused by the microcracks developed in the core material by a rather drastic reduction during the rolling of the tapes. A modified and well controlled rolling technique, on the other hand, resulted in much improvedJ c values. Repeated rolling and sintering resulted in a good grain alignment and no microcracks were observed. In the present studies, maximumJ c of 1846 A.cm−2 (77 K, 0 T) and 2.43 × 104 A.cm−2 (4.2 K, 0 T) have been obtained Optimization of the processing and sintering parameters are expected to lead to still higherJ c values.  相似文献

采用原位粉末装管工艺,分别以Mg粉(99.5%),无定形B粉(99.9%)为原料,以纳米SiC(10—30nm)作为掺杂材料制备铁基MgB2线.首先将已混合的原料在丙酮介质中球磨,真空干燥后,将粉末填入铁管内,然后通过孔型轧制、旋锻和拉拔等冷加工工艺得到11m长外径Ф1.75mm铁基MgB2超导线.用扫描电镜,电子能谱,X射线衍射仪和超导量子干涉仪测试发现,样品微观结构整齐,晶粒大小均匀,内部仅含微量MgO,TC(onset)=35.1K,ΔTC=5.3K.纳米SiC掺杂后,其中C造成MgB2晶格畸变,形成有效磁通钉扎中心,C元素在MgB2中分布均匀.标准四引线测试结果表明,11m线均分10段后,各点的Jc(4.2K,10T)均超过1.0×104A/cm2,最高值达到1.2×104A/cm2.在10—18T范围各点临界电流值分布均匀,变化率小于10%.  相似文献

The critical current densities of polycrystalline bulk SmFeAsO1−xFx prepared by the powder-in-tube (PIT) method and by a conventional solid-state reaction were investigated using the remnant magnetic moment method and Campbell’s method. Two types of shielding current, corresponding to global and local critical current densities Jc were observed using both measurement methods. The global and local Jc were on the order of 107 A/m2 and 1010 A/m2 at 5 K, respectively. The local Jc decreased slightly with increasing magnetic field. The global Jc was independent of the preparation method, while the local Jc was larger for samples prepared by PIT than for those prepared by solid-state reaction.  相似文献

Abstract

The effect of pressure on Tc was studied on 110 K class Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O (1:1:1:2) compounds. Tc was varied with current in I3/2 , and defined at the value extrapolated to zero current. dTc /dP = + 0.18 K/kbar was obtained up to 10.9 kbars.  相似文献

We have investigated the shot noises of charge and spin current by considering the spin polarized electron tunneling through a ferromagnet-quantum-dot-ferromagnet system. We have derived the spin polarized current noise matrix, from which we can derive general expressions of shot noises associated with charge and spin currents. The spin and charge currents are intimately related to the polarization angles, and they behave quite differently from each other. The shot noise of charge current is symmetric about the gate voltage whose structure is modified by the Zeeman field considerably. There exists oscillations in spin current shot noise in the absence of source-drain bias at zero temperature, and it is asymmetric in the positive and negative regimes of sourcedrain voltage. The shot noise of spin current behaves quite differently from the shot noise of charge current, since the spin current components I x s , I y s oscillate sinusoidally with the frequency ωγ in the γth lead, while the I z s component of spin current is independent of time.   相似文献

We have studied the effect of the ratio of different rare-earth element on the superconducting properties and phase formation of (Nd0.33Eu0.08Gd0.58)Ba2Cu3O z ceramic. Bulk NEG samples were prepared using the solid-state reaction process. The superconducting transition for Nd0.33Eu0.08Gd0.58Ba2Cu3O z is T c ≈90 K and the value of the critical current density (J c ) is 13.9 A/cm2 at 77 K under zero magnetic fields. This value is twice as high when compared with the (J c ) value of YBCO systems (J c = 7.31 A/cm2). The obtained bulk sample was used for the production of superconducting Ag-sheathed tapes by OPIT method including hot rolling. The critical current density of the obtained tape (337 A/cm2) is one order higher than the one of the bulk sample.   相似文献

New transitions have been observed at low temperature by electrical measurements on the linear trichalcogenides NbSe3 and TaSe3. The resistivity of TaSe3 drops near zero below 1.5 K which may indicate a superconducting transition. The resistivity of NbSe3 drops below 2.2 K by 30 to 75% of its residual value at 4.2 K. However for TaSe3 and NbSe3 initial susceptibility measurements do not show any increase in diamagnetism indicating a flux expulsion. In addition the transitions below the critical temperatures are strongly non-linear with current density higher than 10-3 A mm-2.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The blue phase of YBa2Cu3O7- δ (YBCO) family, Y2Cu2O5 (Y202) nanoparticles were prepared and doped into (YBCO) superconductor and the effect of doping on critical current density and critical temperature was investigated. Y202 nanoparticles with particle sizes of 47, 107 and 206?nm were prepared by a sol–gel combustion method and added into the YBCO superconductor by 0.5–2?wt.%. XRD and scanning electron microscope measurements were used to characterize the samples. The measurement of critical current density at 77?K revealed that the doped superconductors had larger critical current density compared to the undoped superconductors. For a fixed dopant concentration, by increasing the size of nanoparticles, the Jc was increased. For the samples including 0.5?wt.% of nanoadditives, Jc was higher. The highest critical current density of 137?A/cm2 was measured for the superconductors containing 0.5?wt.% of 206?nm Y202 nanoparticles. Also, by increasing the nanoparticles concentration, the Tc was reduced.  相似文献

Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O y (2212) superconductors including normal particles with high density were synthesized by a melt process, and the temperature and magnetic field dependence of the critical current density was estimated from the magnetization hysteresis. The temperature dependence of the irreversibility field, Br, was expressed as (1-T/Tc)3/2 above 50 K, and became weak below 50 K as compared with that in the single-crystalline (2212). The Br, in the magnetic field parallel to the c-axis was about one order of magnitude lower than in a magnetic field normal to the c-axis.  相似文献

Polycrystalline sintered specimen were investigated by means of ac susceptibility and inductive critical current measurements. Main objects are whether the new highT c oxides have a weakly coupled intergranular structure and to get information about the intragrain critical current density. The Tl2Ca2Ba2Cu3O10 specimen shows a connective nature similar to YBa2Cu3O7 with low intergrain currents (100 A/cm2 at 100K,B=0 T) and high intragrain ones (4.5·105 A/cm2 at 100K,B=0 T). The investigation of the Bi1Ca1Sr1Cu2Ox specimen becomes complex due to the presence of two superconducting phases and the low intragrain critical current density of the lowerT c phase.  相似文献

We have studied the reversible and irreversible part of the hysteresis loops as a function of slow cooling rate through the order–disorder transformation near 80?K for the deuterated (κ-D8-Br) κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br organic superconductor. We estimated the critical current density JC and the thermodynamic critical field HC from the magnetic hysteresis loops. Temperature dependence of the critical current density derived from the irreversible part using Bean’s model. The thermodynamic critical field HC has been obtained from the reversible part of the hysteresis loops.  相似文献

利用混合物理化学气相沉积法(hybrid physical-chemical vapor deposition, HPCVD)可以制备出高性能的MgB2超导薄膜, 再对薄膜进行钛(Ti)离子辐照处理.经过辐照处理后的样品被掺入了Ti元素, 与未处理的干净MgB2样品相比,其超导转变温度没有出现大幅度的下降, 而在外加磁场下的临界电流密度得到了明显的提高,同时样品的上临界磁场也得到了提高. 在温度5 K, 外加垂直磁场为4 T的情况下, Ti离子辐照剂量为1× 1013/cm2的样品的临界电流密度达到了1.72× 105 A/cm2, 比干净的MgB2要高出许多,而其超导转变温度仍能维持在39.9 K的较高水平.  相似文献

The critical current density J c is one of the most important parameters of high temperature superconducting films in superconducting applications,such as superconducting filter and superconducting Josephson devices.This paper presents a new model to describe inhomogeneous current distribution throughout the thickness of superconducting films applying magnetic field by solving the differential equation derived from Maxwell equation and the second London equation.Using this model,it accurately calculates the inductive third-harmonic voltage when the film applying magnetic field with the inductive measurement for J c.The theoretic curve is consistent with the experimental results about measuring superconducting film,especially when the third-harmonic voltage just exceeds zero.The J c value of superconducting films determined by the inductive method is also compared with results measured by four-probe transport method.The agreements between inductive method and transport method are very good.  相似文献
