Hydrogenation of citral over Ir supported on SiO2, Nb2O5 and Ir/Nb2O5-SiO2 catalysts reduced at 473 K (LT) and 773 K (HT) was studied. High selectivity to unsaturated alcohol was found, the main reaction products being geraniol and nerol. The LT catalysts show higher conversion levels, the one with a higher Nb content displays highest conversion.  相似文献

Acetylene hydrogenation has been investigated on 1.8 wt.% Au(I)/SiO2 and 1.9wt.% Au(II)/SiO2 catalysts prepared by fixation of Au sol to SiO2 (Aerosil 200). The mean particle size measured by TEM is 3.7 and 6.1 nm, respectively. For the sake of comparison a 2.1 wt.% Au/TiO2 sample was prepared by deposition-precipitation (DP) technique (mean particle size of Au is 3.3 nm). Transformation of acetylene was measured at 5 K/min ramp rate with gas mixtures containing the reactants at H2/C2H2=2 and 70 ratios. The C2H2 content of the gas mixture was 0.11% (0.11 kPa C2H2). The activity sequence at 423 K was: Au/TiO2>Au(I)/SiO2≫Au(II)/SiO2. Both the partial pressure of hydrogen and the temperature significantly affect the activity (acetylene conversion) and ethylene selectivity. Above 500–550 K over-hydrogenation (ethane formation) and hydrogenolysis (methane formation) decrease the ethylene selectivity. Faster deactivation and larger amount of deposit was observed on Au/TiO2 than on Au(I)/SiO2. A reaction scheme is proposed suggesting formation of sigma bonded intermediates as sp carbon hybridises to sp2 and sp3.  相似文献

Highly dispersed V2O5/SiO2(CVD catalyst) was prepared by the reaction of vaporized VO(OPri)3 with silica at 293 K, whose process was followed by an IR technique. The rate of propylene photooxidation increased with an increase in V2O5 loading for CVD catalysts, but leveled off for impregnated ones. The CVD catalysts were characterized by XAFS and photoluminescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

A series of Pt/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared using a sol-gel method. The influence of several parameters used in the synthesis including: metal content, identity of the metal precursor, and the water/alkoxide ratio on the structural properties of the fresh (dried) and calcined samples were studied. It was found that the BET surface area decreased with an increase in the platinum content. A surface area of 500 m2/g was obtained following calcination at 773 K. The structure of fresh samples as determined by FTIR corresponded to that of a pseudoboehmite structure. Samples prepared using a water/alkoxide ratio (H2O/ATB) of 9 showed a well-defined, uniform pore size distribution following calcination at 773 K. Metal dispersions comparable to those obtained using impregnation methods were obtained. Aging studies (calcination at 873 K for 24 h) performed on these catalysts, exhibited sintering behavior which were similar to Pt/Al2O3 catalysts prepared by other methods. The sample prepared using a H2O/ATB ratio of 9 had the highest surface area and was more thermally resistant towards metal sintering. A bimodal metal particle size distribution was observed: some particles exhibited sintering while others of similar size showed a greater thermal stability to sintering. The sample having the largest surface area and the highest thermal stability following thermal treatment was a consequence of a more condensed structure and a higher pore roughness obtained after drying the gel. This enabled the formation of an alumina structure which was more amorphous and limited aggregation of platinum particles due to surface diffusion within the pore structure.  相似文献

Transformations of Pt/TiO2 catalyst between non-SMSI and SMSI states have been investigated by repeatedH2–O2 titration. The decline of capacity of H2 and O2 chemisorption and their reaction on Pt particles is accountable by reduction of superficial labile oxygen species in the temperature range of 298–573 K and an increase of surface oxygen vacancies on TiO2 above 573 K, respectively.  相似文献

CrOx/SiO2催化剂上丙烷在CO2气氛中脱氢反应的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用XRD、UV-vis DRS、ESR和微分吸附量热等技术,考察了铬担载量分别为2.5、5和10wt%的CrOx/SiO2催化剂的结构、表面性质和氧化还原性能。结果表明,催化剂表面上存在多种Cr的氧化态和聚集形式。随着Cr担载量从2.5wt%到10wt%的逐渐增大,催化剂表面占主导地位的Cr物种由CrO3单体转为多聚CrO3和Cr2O3晶相。在CO2气氛中催化剂对丙烷转化率和丙烯选择性的大小顺序为2.5wt%CrOx/SiO2>5wt%CrOx/SiO2>10wt%CrOx/SiO2,反应过程中的原位ESR和UV-visDRS测定结果表明,催化剂表面的反应活性中心为Cr5+,Cr5+可由催化剂预处理过程中Cr3+的氧化及丙烷反应过程中CrO3单体的还原产生,在反应中CO2可使Cr3+重新氧化为Cr5+.  相似文献

Liquid phase hydrogenation of benzonitrile was studied over Sn-Pt/SiO2 catalysts prepared by introducing tetraethyl tin onto the 3 wt.% Pt/SiO2 catalyst. Tin content of the catalysts ranged from 0.05 to 0.63 wt.%, whereas Sn/Pt surface atomic ratios determined by chemisorption measurements were between 0.1 to 3.5. Dibenzylamine selectivity influenced to a small extent by the level of conversion and the Sn/Pt ratio wasca. 75 %. The addition of tin to Pt in the range of (Sn/Pt)surface = 0.50–1.25 led to an increase in the turnover frequency (TOF) by a factor of 2. TOF showed a maximum at a surface atomic ratio of Sn/Pt = 1. The enhancement of catalyst activity upon the addition of tin is explained by the formation of Sn+-Pt ensemble sites on the surface of bimetallic nanoclusters. It is suggested that highly dispersed positively charged tin species, by polarizing the triple bond, enhance the reactivity of the -CN group. Calcination at 300°C followed by re-reduction of the catalysts resulted in a monotonic decrease of specific activity with increasing Sn/Pt ratio.  相似文献

The liquid phase benzylation of o-xylene with benzyl chloride over rare earth oxide catalysts like CeO2 and Pr2O3 was studied in a batch reactor at atmospheric pressure and 363 K. A series of CoOx/SiO2 catalysts has been prepared by the sol–gel method and characterized with XRD, N2 adsorption/desorption, diffuse reflectance UV–vis spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy as well as TPR techniques. This type of material is highly active and selective for the epoxidation of cyclooctene with atmospheric molecular oxygen. Although all the catalysts attained at different pH values are amorphous, their catalytic activities are remarkably different because the pH values influence not only the coordination state of Co species but also the textural structures of the prepared catalysts, in which CoOx/SiO2 obtained at pH below 5 is highly active and selective for the epoxidation of cyclooctene with atmospheric O2. The prepared CoOx/SiO2 catalysts are highly stable and can be recycled at least four times without significant loss of activity and selectivity.  相似文献

The synthesis of pure and Cr-doped nanosized LiMn2O4 particles has been carried out by solid-state process on high-energy ground mixtures. In situ X-ray analysis demonstrates the spinel forms as single phase at 623 K passing through the Mn3O4 precursor at temperatures as low as 573 K. In the doped high-energy ground mixture Li-rich spinel phase forms at 623 K and Cr ions insert in the spinel octahedral site only at 723 K.A mean particle size value of 60 Å, quite independent of the reaction time, is obtained for T<673 K. For higher temperature the growing of the particles as a function of time is observed, independent of doping. The mechanical grinding seems to be the most suitable way to obtain impurity-free spinel phases at lower temperature and with smaller particle size with respect to manually ground mixtures by solid-state reaction and via sol-gel synthesis.  相似文献

采用水热法合成了MoS2加氢脱硫催化剂,用物理吸附、XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对催化剂进行表征,并以噻吩为模型化合物研究不同类型表面活性剂对合成MoS2催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,加入表面活性剂制备的催化剂颗粒疏松均匀,比表面积、孔容、孔径都较大,并且MoS2层状堆叠数目增加;所制催化剂在噻吩加氢脱硫反应中均显示出较好的催化活性,在573 K、4.0 MPa条件下,噻吩加氢脱硫的转化率均大于97.0%,加入阳离子表面活性剂的Mo-S-C催化活性最高,噻吩转化率可达到99.9%。MoS2催化剂的活性顺序为Mo-S-C>Mo-S-S>Mo-S-P>Mo-S-N。  相似文献

在303,514和543K下用0.8%H2O-99.2%H2对Ni2P/SiO2催化剂进行了水蒸气处理,利用N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱、H2程序升温脱附及原位漫反射红外光谱等技术对水蒸气处理前后Ni2P/SiO2催化剂的结构进行了表征,并在常压固定床反应器上评价了其催化氯苯加氢脱氯活性.结果表明,经水蒸气处理后,Ni2P/SiO2催化剂的物相及元素组成、Ni2P晶粒大小、比表面积及孔结构没有明显改变.与未处理和303K处理的Ni2P/SiO2催化剂不同,513和543K处理的催化剂表面暴露的Ni中心数量减少,表面P–OH基团数量增多.在513K,氯苯空速3.75ml/(g·h)及H2和氯苯的摩尔比为9.0的反应条件下,经不同温度水蒸气处理的Ni2P/SiO2催化剂上氯苯初始转化率高于93.8%,约是未预处理催化剂的17倍.这可能与金属Ni中心和表面P–OH基团的协同作用有关.  相似文献

采用沉积沉淀法制备了一系列商业SnO2负载的纳米Au催化剂, 通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱、X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜和X射线光电子能谱等方法研究了溶液酸碱性、沉淀剂种类、Au负载量和焙烧温度等对催化剂性质的影响.结果表明, Au的负载量以及催化剂的焙烧温度对Au颗粒状态有较大影响.其中, 于573 K焙烧的3%Au/SnO2催化剂在1,4-丁二醇氧化制备γ-丁内酯反应中的催化活性最好, TOF值是Au/TiO2催化剂的15倍.这主要是由于SnO2载体独特的性质对所负载的Au颗粒的影响.  相似文献

NiO/SiO2 catalysts were prepared with Ni contents ranging from 2–15% using a microporous silica support at pH ~11.5. The role of the method of preparation on the resulting catalyst is also investigated. Structural and textural changes were followed using X-ray diffraction, TG and DTA techniques—the surface area measurements were carried out on the parent catalysts and those produced in the temperature range 250–1000°C.Impregnation of the silica gel in the nickel ammine complex solution (catalyst series 1N–4N) with subsequent drying at 80°C overnight produced crystalline catalysts with two distinct peaks at d-spacings of 2.035 and 2.349 Å resulting from a surface silicate. This is easily destroyed by thermal treatment at 250°C for Ni contents ? 10% but is stable to this temperature for the higher Ni content. Drying the catalyst at room temperature (3Nb) gives rise to an amorphous product. A non-crystalline catalyst is also obtained when concentrated ammonia solution is added to the adsorbed nickel salt (3Nc). At high Ni content, the hydroxo ligand becomes significant and results in a surface compound in which one silanol group is attacked. This gives rise to a crystalline product at 500°C with characteristic d-spacings at 2.201 and 2.049 Å which, subsequently, produces a poorly crystalline NiO product at 1000°C. The presence of this hydroxo ligand is manifested by a small endotherm at 260°C.At Ni contents below 15% but greater than 2% a small exotherm is observed at ~ 500°C resulting from a reduction process. Entrained SO42? ions present as an impurity are evolved at temperatures & > 750°C and can be estimated by TG analysis.The specific surface area decreases with Ni contents ? 5% but increases for higher Ni contents. Catalyst samples containing 15% Ni possess the highest specific area at all temperatures.Pore structure analysis showed that microporosity increased with increase in Ni content for the catalyst series 1N–4N. Samples from preparations 3Nb and 3Nc showed more mesoporosity than that of 3N. Thermal treatment causes widening of the pores for catalysts 1N–3N becoming predominantly mesoporous, co-existing with some micropores. Catalyst samples with 15% Ni remained predominantly microporous-mesoporosity increasing only at 1000°C.  相似文献

The conversion of phenyl acetate over AlPO4 (Al/P=1), γ-Al2O3 and SiO2 catalysts generated phenol, by deacetylation, ando-hydroxycetophenone, by Fries rearrangement, as the main reaction products. The activity for Fries rerrangement was in accordance with the acidity data measuredversus cyclohexene skeletal isomerization. Thus, AlPO4 showed the highest activity. Moreover,o-hydroxy-acetophenone formation increased with the reaction temperature. Besides, in AlPO4 catalysts 4-methylcoumarin and 2-methylchromone were also found, although in low amounts.  相似文献

Cu/SnO2/SiO2 catalysts, prepared with three different copper precursors (copper nitrate, sulfate and chloride), were characterized and investigated for the steam reforming of methanol. Cu/SnO2/SiO2 catalyst, prepared with copper nitrate, showed the highest activity among the tested catalysts. The highest activity of the catalyst prepared with copper nitrate was ascribed to the highly dispersed Cu particles from CO adsorption experiment. The selectivity of methanol to H2 decreased with an increase in the amount of acid on the surface of Cu/SnO2/SiO2 catalysts from FT-IR experiments.This revised version was published online in December 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

HfO2 films were deposited onto a Si(1 0 0) substrate using an alternate reaction of HfCl4 and O2 under atmospheric pressure. Self-limiting growth of the HfO2 was achieved in the range of the growth temperature above 873 K. The X-ray diffraction of the HfO2 films showed a typical diffraction pattern assigned to the monoclinic polycrystalline phase. Residual chloride concentration in HfO2 films were not higher than 0.1 at%. When the growth temperature was 973 K, the HfSiOx is formed in HfO2 film. This gives effective permittivity value of 9.6 for the HfO2 film grown at 573 K.  相似文献

BaxMIV xCe2−2x (PO4)2 [MIV=Zr, Hf] monazite-like compounds were succesfully synthesized by solid state reaction for x≤0.2 (MIV=Zr) and x≤0.1 (MIV=Hf). The low miscibility of BaMIV(PO4)2 (MIV=Zr, Hf) compounds in CePO4 was explained on the basis of the monoclinic-to-trigonal phase transition that occurs at 733 K in BaZr(PO4)2 and at 798 K in BaHf(PO4)2. The hydrothermal alteration of these compounds was tested using a modified MCC-1 static leaching test in acid (1 mol·dm−3 HCl) and basic (1 mol dm−3 KOH) solutions at 373 K, 473 K and 573 K; both the experimental fluids and the reacted solid specimens were analyzed by different analytical techniques and the reaction mechanisms were elucidated. All the tested compounds are stable in 1 mol·dm−3 HCl until 573 K. The stability of the monazites in 1 mol·dm−3 KOH is a function of the temperature.  相似文献
