An expedient synthetic procedure of γ-alkylidenebutenolides was developed via a sequential indium-mediated Barbier-type reaction of Morita–Baylis–Hillman bromide with aldehyde, lactonization, and double-bond isomerization. Various γ-alkylidenebutenolides including bovolide and its derivatives were synthesized in good overall yields.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of benzofulvenes was carried out starting from the Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts of 2-bromobenzaldehyde. The synthesis was carried out via the sequential bromination, Wittig reaction with aldehyde, and Pd-catalyzed intramolecular Mizoroki–Heck reaction. The stereochemistry of benzofulvenes was dependent on the reaction condition, especially on the kinds of base and reaction time, and the substituent of starting materials.  相似文献

An efficient nucleophilic allylic substitution of a variety of Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts with enamines catalyzed by Pd(OAc)2 in the presence of ZnBr2 as a promoter is described in the present study. The reaction gives SN2-type 1,5-dicarbonyl compounds that may subsequently undergo an intramolecular conjugate addition onto the enone moiety affording the corresponding 1,4-adducts. All the synthesized compounds have been isolated in moderate to good yields and fully characterized.  相似文献

An effective protocol for the stereoselective Michael addition of aldehydes to nitroolefins using pyrrolidine–pyrazole as an organocatalyst is described. The catalytic cycle was found to be productive in terms of yield and selectivity, when performed under solvent-free reaction conditions and employing 15 mol % of catalyst and 10 mol % of benzoic acid at room temperature.  相似文献

The synthesis of three isomers based on Michael addition mechanism for the detection of sulfurcontaining species in aqueous solution is described. These compounds are constructed by conjugating an enone to a coumarin fluorophore. A substituted-phenyl (o, m, or p-) was appended at the carbonyl carbon to adjust the reactivity. The experimental results showed that (E)-7-(diethylamino)-3-(3-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one (m-QPS) and (E)-7-(diethylamino)-3-(3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one (p-QPS) barely react with sulfur-containing nucleophiles, while (E)-7-(diethylamino)-3-(3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-oxoprop-1-en-1-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one (o-QPS) exhibited a fast response toward sulfite, sulfide and thiols in DMSO/phosphate buffer (2:1). The above results are probably due to the intramolecular H-bonding activated Michael addition. More interestingly, cysteine triggered unusual photophysical responses of o-QPS:the original absorption (488 nm) and emission peaks (573 nm) underwent significant blue shifts initially and then recovered, which might be caused by the Michael addition and elimination reaction, respectively.  相似文献

An efficient protocol for the enantioselective Michael additions of ketones to chalcones catalyzed by a hydroxyphthalimide linked triazole–pyrrolidine derivative has been developed. In this Letter, we describe a simple and straightforward method for the synthesis of N-substituted imidazole derivatives. 1,1-carbonyldiimidazole mediates the process, which requires no activation group step. We obtained imidazole derivatives in high yields and with short reaction times. To demonstrate the synthetic significance of the aforementioned compounds, we also describe the synthesis of novel ionic liquids from these derivatives.  相似文献

Triphenylphosphine‐catalyzed Michael addition of oximes 2 onto Baylis–Hillman (B‐H) adducts 1 led to an easy access to a novel class of oxime functionalized aldol products 3. This demonstrates the first use of an oxygen‐centered nucleophile in Michael addition to B‐H adducts, without touching any other functional group. Deprotection of oxime in 3 was further demonstrated using molecular hydrogen (1 atm) and 10% Pd/C (cat.) to furnish functionalized 1,3‐diols 4 as potentially useful synthons with optional backbone choice (R3 and EWG).  相似文献

The Letter pertains to an unprecedented tandem Michael addition–Fries rearrangement of sorbyl anilides resulting in a convenient one pot synthesis of novel benzo[b]azocin-6-ones. The reaction is thought to proceed via a δ-lactam intermediate, earlier considered un-reactive for Fries rearrangement. The proposed mechanism was further supported by examining the reactions of α,β-unsaturated anilides. Their inability to undergo any transformation under similar reaction conditions, especially the Fries–Michael rearrangement, indirectly validated the mechanism.  相似文献

The Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts derived from isatins and maleimides have undergone a facile and efficient allylic nucleophilic substitution reaction with X, S, N, and O-nucleophiles to afford functionalized tetrasubstituted alkene appended oxindoles in very good yield. The MBH adducts and their acetates on treatment with halides, saturated and unsaturated amines, thiols, and trialkyl orthoformates afforded allyl halide, allyl amine, allyl thio-ether and allyl ether derivatives of oxindole, respectively.  相似文献

Several novel 1,1′-bi-2-naphthyl-appended azacrown ethers with donor side-arms were synthesized and applied for the first time as chiral catalysts in the asymmetric Michael addition of an N-protected aminomethylenephosphonate onto acrylonitriles, resulting in high diastereoselectivity and enantioselectivity. Lipase-catalyzed kinetic resolution of the various Baylis–Hillman products, α-methylene-β-hydroxy compounds, were examined. When lipase PS was used as a biocatalyst in acetonitrile, transesterification of racemic ethyl 3-hydroxy-2-methylenebutanoate or 3-hydroxy-2-methylenepentanoate proceeded in a practical enantiomeric excess. The resolution by hydrolysis of the acetate derivatives was also tried. In contrast, in case of racemic ethyl 3-acetoxy-2-methylenepentanoate, under the conditions using lipase AK, the E value of the resolution was >321.  相似文献
