Reaction of N-fluoropyridinium fluoride generated in situ with a series of isonitriles and diazo compounds led to the formation of the corresponding (pyridine-2-yl)-1H-1,2,3-triazoles in good yields (37-59%). Best outcome was consistently achieved with both aromatic isonitriles and stabilized diazo derivatives. The proposed reaction mechanism involves the intermediate formation of a highly reactive carbene species.  相似文献

For 1H-benzotriazole, no explosive properties are observable, but the relative high exothermic decomposition energy of 1590 J/g should be kept in mind. Nevertheless, an endothermic melting barrier at 100 °C ensures safe handling at lower temperatures. For 1H-1,2,3-triazole, the exothermic decomposition energy is as high as 2600 J/g, but explosive properties are also not detectable. Therefore, both reagents are hazardous with regard to the exothermic decomposition potential and can be handled safely with precautions.  相似文献

Under microwave irradiation (75 W), treatment of 2-alkynylbenzonitriles with 1.5 equiv of sodium azide in DMSO at 140 °C gave 4,5-disubstituted-2H-1,2,3-triazoles in 60-99% yields. Additionally, adding 8 equiv of ZnBr2 and using 8 equiv of sodium azide in DMF at 100 °C lead to the formation of tetrazolo[5,1-a]isoquinolines up to 87% yield.  相似文献

Use of a novel reagent has been established for the synthesis of a series of 4,5-diaryl-2H-1,2,3-triazoles (6ai and 9ae) from cyanostilbene analogs of benzo[b]thiophene, benzo[b]furan, and indole, catalyzed by l-proline via Lewis base-catalyzed one-step [3+2]cycloaddition of azide. This method provides an efficient, simple, and environmentally benign procedure that affords good yields and relatively short reaction times.  相似文献

A series of 5-fluoroalkylated 1H-1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized in good yield by the regiospecific 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of (Z)-ethyl 3-fluoroalkyl-3-pyrrolidino-acrylates with aryl or benzyl azides. In the cases of benzyl azides, addition of Na2CO3 was crucial for a high yield of the triazoles. Tetrakis(dimethylamino)ethylene (TDAE) promoted reaction of bromodifluoro-methylated triazole with aldehydes affording a new class of β,β-difluoro-β-triazolyl alcohol derivatives, which were lactonized with catalytic amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid in toluene at 80-90°C to give a series of novel bicyclic gem-difluorinated 1H-pyrano[3,4-d][1,2,3]-triazol-4-one compounds in good yield.  相似文献

A one-pot base-mediated reaction of azides and β- or α-vinyl bromides has been reported. The effects of bases and solvents have been investigated in the process. A variety of 1,5-disubstituted triazoles were prepared in low to good yields. Further studies reveal that the corresponding alkynes were produced as intermediates via elimination reaction. Under the same reaction conditions, the reactions of alkyl alkynes with phenyl azide would give 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles.  相似文献

Lead tetraacetate oxidation of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazoles, 1-amino- and 2-amino-1,2,3-triazoles affords mainly fragmentation to nitriles or acetylenes, even in the presence of intramolecularly attached double bonds.

An investigation of the one-carbon homologation of some 1-tribromomethyl-isoquinoline and 2-tribromomethyl-quinoline derivatives was conducted. Under the influence of an aqueous solution of silver nitrate in the presence of a nucleophilic species (MeOH, H2O, EtNH2), these derivatives led to the respective expanded heterocycles, 2H-1- and 2H-3-benzazepin-2-one derivatives. A mechanism for this novel ring enlargement involving initial formation of an aziridinium, and its subsequent opening to form a stabilized benzylic carbocation, is proposed to explain the results.  相似文献

A series of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones and quinazolin-4(3H)-ones have been synthesized in good to excellent yields and high selectivity by one-pot reaction using isatoic anhydride, ammonium acetate (or amines), and aldehydes in ethanol or in DMSO under mild conditions, respectively. The reaction was efficiently promoted by 1 mol % Ga(OTf)3 and the catalyst could be recovered easily after the reactions and reused without evident loss of reactivity.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and general method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-substituted-1H-1,2,3,4-tetrazoles via a three-component condensation of amine, trimethyl orthoformate, and sodium azide in presence of a catalytic amount of indium triflate under solvent-free conditions. 2-Aminobenzylamine was reacted with corresponding aromatic or heteroaromatic aldehydes to give 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolines 1 the oxidation of which with H2O2-tungstate in methanol led to the formation of the corresponding 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolin-1-ols 2. A one-pot procedure involving the treatment of the in situ formed quinazoline 1 with H2O2-tungstate again led to the formation of 2. Compounds 2 react with 2 equiv of aryl isocyanate in toluene at room temperature to produce compounds 3. Baker’s yeast catalyzed one-pot three-component cyclocondensation of aryl aldehydes, malononitrile, and β-dicarbonyls in organic medium has been carried out to obtain polyfunctionalized 4H-pyrans.
