Three new hexaphenylbenzene end-capped tri(p-phenylenevinylenes) were synthesized by the Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction in good yields (86–76%). All compounds have bright fluorescent emissions in the blue to blue–green region in solution (λmax = 445–492 nm in tetrahydrofuran) and also high emission efficiency (Φfl = 0.51–0.72 in tetrahydrofuran). They exhibit good electrochemical reversibility, high thermal stability, and have high HOMO value. 相似文献

The stereoselective total synthesis of (−)-brevisamide, a novel marine cyclic ether alkaloid isolated from dinoflagellate karenia brevis is described. The key steps involved in this synthesis are the Sharpless asymmetric epoxidation and regioselective ring opening of chiral epoxide by Gilman's reagent. The convergent synthesis of the stabilized active metabolite of clopidogrel was achieved in eleven steps from commercially available 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine and 2-bromo-3′-methoxy acetophenone (MPBr). This synthetic route used a standard Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reaction allowing the introduction of a Z exocyclic double bond. A selective hydrolysis of an acrylic methyl ester moiety, isolated by an efficient and reliable preparative chiral chromatography at gram scale, released the title compound with a 98% LC purity and d.e. >99%. 相似文献

No bones about it : (?)‐Norzoanthamine, a promising candidate for an anti‐osteoporotic drug, was the target of a total synthesis (see scheme). The final bisaminal formation with AcOH/H2O gave the DEFG ring, while the cyclization precursor was prepared by installing the remaining bisaminal unit after oxidative cleavage of the cyclopentanol moiety.

Lagunamides, isolated from a marine cyanobacterium Lyngbya majuscule found in Singapore, showed very potent activities against Plasmodium falciparum and murine leukemia cell line (P388). Herein, a concise synthetic approach toward the total synthesis of a lagunamide B analogue is discussed. A convenient and practical synthesis of 6-carboalkoxy-13-cycloalkyl-5H-indolo[2,1-a][2]benzazepine-10-carboxylic acid derivatives (6) has been developed. The key step in the synthesis utilizes an intramolecular tandem reaction sequence of a Michael addition followed by a Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons (HWE) olefination reaction between hemi-aminal 11 and methyl 2-(dimethoxyphosphoryl)acrylate 12. The ring construction occurred efficiently and purification of the products 6 was straightforward. The C-10 methyl ester of 6a was hydrolyzed selectively to the carboxylic acid 13 while the olefin of 6d was converted to the cyclopropane 14 using trimethylsulfoxonium iodide in DMSO in the presence of NaH. 相似文献

A ruthenium-mediated dearomatization sequence has been developed that delivers structurally intriguing azaspirolactam products in stereoselective fashion. Treatment of (η6-arene)Ru(cyclopentadienyl) complexes bearing N-benzyl-β-amido phosphonate side chains with excess NaH results in intramolecular nucleophilic aromatic addition to the ipso position of the coordinated arenes. Subsequent Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons (HWE) reaction with added aldehydes affords olefinated spirolactam cyclohexadienyl ruthenium complexes. Mild oxidation with CuCl2 or CuBr2 under CO effects removal and recovery of the CpRu(II) fragment. Substituents present on the cyclohexadienyl skeleton influence the outcome of demetalation and products obtained in this study include functionalized 2-azaspiro[4.5]decanes and tetrahydroisoquinolinones. 相似文献

A one-step biomimetic synthesis of racemic linderspirone and bi-liderone from methyllinderone has been achieved, which probably reflects the biosynthesis of the natural products. There are few naturally occurring substances that appear to be formed by a [4+4] or [4+2] cycloaddition.
