A facile synthesis of novel π-conjugated 2,5-di(selenophen-2-yl)pyrroles (SeNSe) and 2,5-difuranylpyrroles (ONO) via Paal-Knorr reaction as the key step is presented. Photophysical and electrochemical studies of the various products have been explored. A bathochromic shift of the emission maximum is observed for all SeNSes over ONOs. Extended conjugation with a phenyl moiety further promotes the bathochromic shift. These SeNSe and ONO derivatives exhibit lower oxidation potentials than their terselenophene and terthiophene analogues.  相似文献

A novel series of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles were designed and synthesized in order to find novel potent anticancer compounds.The structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR and MS.Their antiproliferative activities against two cancer cell lines were tested by the MTT method in vitro.Three of compounds (1e,1g,and 1h) exhibited potent antiproliferative activities,especially compound 1h (with IC_(50) values of 5.2μmol/L and 1.9μmol/L against Bel-7402 and HT-1080,respectively).The preliminary structure-activity relationships of 5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indole derivatives were discussed.  相似文献

In this work, the use of Fe3O4/geraphene oxide nanocomposite as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of 5-sulfanyltetrazole derivatives of indoles, pyrroles, and 5-alkyl sulfanyltetrazoles is described. These compounds are readily obtained by the reaction of the starting heterocycles indoles, N-aryl pyrroles, alkyl thiocyanates, and trimethylsilyl azide in good to excellent yields. Moreover, Fe3O4/GO nanocomposite could be easily separated from the reaction mixtures by an external permanent magnet and reused at least six times continuously without significant reduction in the product yield and its catalytic activity.  相似文献

In this letter,a mild and efficient procedure for synthesis of phenacyl derivatives under homogenous catalysis in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide in aqueous media is described.The nucleophilic substitution reactions were performed under ecofriendly conditions and gave the corresponding products in high yields and short reaction times.  相似文献

A one-pot, three-component condensation of a carbonyl compound, an amine and a nitroalkene leading to an efficient synthesis of alkyl-substituted pyrroles has been carried out in molten tetrabutylammonium bromide. Neither a catalyst nor an organic solvent is required for this reaction and the molten ammonium salt is recyclable.  相似文献

The zwitterion formed from an alkyl or aryl isocyanide and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate reacts with acetic anhydride or phthalic anhydride to form 2,5-dihydro-5-imino-2-methylfuran-3,4-dicarboxylates or benzo-fused spirolactones in relatively good yields at room temperature without using a catalyst.  相似文献

A modular, multicomponent synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrasubstituted pyrroles promoted by the inexpensive CeCl3·7H2O, is reported. The reaction was carried out under microwave irradiation, affording good yields of products in short time. Scope and limitations were explored and a plausible reaction mechanism is discussed. The resulting heterocycles were smoothly and efficiently converted into their corresponding 5-arylsulfenyl derivatives by reaction with diaryl disulfides and trichloroisocyanuric acid in EtOAc.  相似文献

The formation of 3-(2-nitrophenyl)pyruvic acid and its amide and ester derivatives – key compounds for the Reissert indole synthesis – was achieved under various reaction conditions via the acid catalyzed hydrolysis of 5-(2-nitrobenzyliden)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-oxazolidin-4-one, which is readily available from 3-(2-nitrophenyl)oxirane-2-carboxamide. A new and highly efficient method for the synthesis of indole-2-carboxylic acid derivatives via the intramolecular reductive cyclization of o-nitrophenylpyruvic acid and its amide and ester derivatives was developed using Na2S2O4 in dioxane/water at reflux.  相似文献

Abstract  An efficient one-pot reaction of dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates with 2,4-dihydroxybenzo(or aceto)phenones in the presence of triphenylphosphine produces 5-hydroxy- and 7-hydroxycoumarin derivatives. Orthogonal syntheses of 4-, 5-, 6-, and 7-chloro substituted tryptamine derivatives were performed under the Grandberg–Zuyanova-modified Fisher indole-synthesis conditions. In the 4- and 6-substituted tryptamine cases, a bromine atom was utilized as an easily cleavable protecting group, which allowed complete regiocontrol. In addition, a chlorine substituent was preserved in the debromination step and could be utilized as a synthetic handle for late-stage diversification under modern Pd(0) catalysis conditions.  相似文献

A palladium S‐benzylisothiourea complex was anchored on functionalized MCM‐41 (Pd‐SBT@MCM‐41) and applied as efficient and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H –tetrazoles using [2 + 3] cycloaddition reaction of various organic nitriles with sodium azide (NaN3) in poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) as green solvent. Also this catalyst was applied as an versatile organometallic catalyst for Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of aryl halides and phenylboronic acid (PhB(OH)2) or sodium tetraphenyl borate (NaB(Ph)4). This nanocatalyst was characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), X‐ray Diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms techniques. Recovery of the catalyst is easily achieved by centrifugation for several consecutive runs.  相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of tryptophan analogues has been developed via one-pot reaction of commercial available indoles, ethyl nitroacetate, and paraformaldehyde in the presence of molecular sieves. The reaction provided tryptophan nitro-precursors in moderate to good yields, which were further converted to α-hydroxymethylated tryptophan derivatives catalyzed by DABCO in high yields.  相似文献

Sulfur-heterocycles are found in nature and they are recognized by biological systems as effective pharmacophores inducing anticancer, antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-diabetic activities via e.g. blocking functionality of many enzymes and receptors. Due to the biological importance of sulfur heterocycles, novel and efficient synthetic strategies, opening the access to regio- and stereoselective construction and functionalization of these scaffolds are in high demand. The advantages and some limitations of tandem strategies are discussed in view of challenges related to the construction of adequately functionalized or fused main heterocyclic sulfur frameworks of biological interest. In addition, examples of sulfur-heterocycles of important biological potency as well as domino reaction mechanisms revealing novel possibilities and ideas for construction of these attractive molecules, are reviewed. Bibliography presented in this review contains references to papers, which appeared mainly during the period from 2009 to 2018.  相似文献

A facile and efficient approach was developed to access 5,7-disubstitued thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine-4,6(5H,7H)-diones through condensation of N-substituted 5-amino-4-carbethoxythiazole with structurally diverse isocyanates in the presence of sodium hydride.The easy availability of substrates and tolerance of structural diversity in this reaction make it attractive to be used for construction of libraries in drug discovery process.  相似文献

In this study, 1,3-disulfonic acid imidazolium hydrogen sulfate (DSIMHS) is used as an efficient and reusable ionic liquid for the green, mild, and efficient synthesis of xanthenes under solvent-free conditions. Simple and easy work-up, low cost, green process, short reaction times and excellent yields of the products are the advantages of this procedure. Further, the catalyst can be recycled and reused at least for four times without a noticeably decrease in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

A green, novel and extremely efficient nanocatalyst was successfully synthesized by the immobilization of Ni as a transition metal on Fe3O4 nanoparticles coated with tryptophan. This nanostructured material was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and X‐ray diffraction. The prepared nanocatalyst was applied for the oxidation of sulfides, oxidative coupling of thiols and synthesis of 5‐substituted 1H‐tetrazoles. The use of non‐toxic, green and inexpensive materials, easy separation of magnetic nanoparticles from a reaction mixture using a magnetic field, efficient and one‐pot synthesis, and high yields of products are the most important advantages of this nanocatalyst.  相似文献
