提出了浊点萃取石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铝的新方法。探讨了溶液pH、试剂浓度等实验条件对浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的影响。在最佳条件下,富集40 mL样品溶液,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,铝的检出限为0.045μg/L,铝的富集倍率为78.5倍。方法适用于自来水、河水及海水中痕量铝的测定。  相似文献

A new spectrofluorimetric method is developed for determination of adenosine disodium triphosphate (ATP). The interactions between prulifloxacin (PUFX)–Tb3+ complex and adenosine disodium triphosphate has been studied by using UV–vis absorption and fluorescence spectra. Using prulifloxacin–Tb3+ as a fluorescence probe, under the optimum conditions, ATP can remarkably enhance the fluorescence intensity of the prulifloxacin–Tb3+ complex at λ = 545 nm and the enhanced fluorescence intensity is in proportion to the concentration of ATP. Optimum conditions for the determination of ATP were also investigated. The dynamic range for the determination of ATP is 4.0 × 10−7 to 2.0 × 10−5 mol L−1, and the detection limit (3 σ/k) is 1.7 × 10−8 mol L−1. This method is simple, practical and relatively free interference from coexisting substances and can be successfully applied to determination of ATP in real pharmaceutical samples. The mechanism of fluorescence enhancement of prulifloxacin–Tb3+ complex by ATP was also discussed.  相似文献

The atmospheric deposition of terrestrial dust into the ocean is an important factor in controlling Earth's climate. Aluminium can be used as a tracer for the magnitude and location of dust transported from the land to surface ocean. The element is ideal for this purpose since its primary input is via aeolian dust deposition and it has a short surface water residence time. The accurate determination of dissolved aluminium in seawater is difficult due to the complexity of the matrix and the trace (nanomolar) concentrations at which the metal exists. This paper presents a critical review of the different sampling and analytical methods for the determination of the concentration of aluminium in natural waters, with particular focus on techniques successfully applied to shipboard analysis of seawater.  相似文献

A novel highly sensitive and selective fluorescent reagent, 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-(3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxyphenyl)fluorone (DBH-PF) has been studied for the spectrofluorimetic determination of antimony(III) in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) microemulsion media. DBH-PF reacts with antimony(III) forming a complex with 1:2 (metal to ligand) antimony-DBH-PF in the system of HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 5.33. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths are at 522 and 556 nm, respectively. The linear range of the method is 0.05 approximately 1.50 mug 10 ml(-1) and the detection limit is 0.015 mug 10 ml(-1). Foreign ions are eliminated by preconcentration and separation with sulfhydryl dextrose gel (SDG) at pH 1.0. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of antimony(III) in industrial waste water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Summary The 8-hydroxyquinoline chelates of Co(III) and Al(III) may be separated by high-performance liquid chromatography using a silica column and 5% methanol in chloroform as mobile phase. Using detection at 254 nm, the method provided detection limits of 0.9 ng of Co(III) and 17 ng of Al(III) in a 10 mm3 injection.  相似文献

Melatonin was determined in pharmaceutical preparations by means of two simple and reliable analytical methods based on micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) and spectrofluorimetry. The fluorescence emission values were measured at λ=350 nm when exciting at λ=275 nm. The MEKC analysis was achieved using a system consisting of 40 mM SDS in phosphate buffer (20 mM, pH 7.5). The extraction of melatonin from the tablets was achieved by means of a simple one-step dissolution with methanol/water. Both methods were applied for the determination of melatonin in commercial formulations and galenic preparations. The MEKC procedure allows the quantitative determination of melatonin in all pharmaceutical preparations tested. On the contrary, the spectrofluorimetric method is not suitable for tablets which also contain tryptophan; this interference can be eliminated by a suitable liquid-liquid extraction procedure. The results obtained with the two methods are in good agreement and satisfactory in terms of precision and accuracy.  相似文献

This paper describes the investigation of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as a sensing receptor for Al3+ ion detection by using an optical approach. Al3+ ion was adopted as the template molecule and 8-hydroxyquinoline sulfonic acid ligand as the fluorescence tag. The polymer was synthesised using acrylamide as monomer, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate as co-monomer and ethylene glycol dimethracylate as cross-linker. The free radical polymerisation was performed in methanol and initiated by 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile at 70 °C. The imprinted polymer was fluorometrically characterised using a fibre optic attachment in a self-designed flow-cell. NaF was used to leach the Al3+ ion from the MIP. The optimum pH for the rebinding of Al3+ ion with the leached polymer was found to be pH 5 and the fluorescence response was found to be stable within the buffer strength range of 0.05–0.10 M. The fluorescence intensity during Al3+ ion rebinding was inversely dependent on temperature, and a low interference response (<3%) toward metal ions except for Cu2+ and Zn2+ ions was observed. The polymer rebinding repeatability study conducted over 9 cycles with Al3+ ion (0.8×10−4 M) was found to give an RSD value of 2.82% with a standard deviation of 0.53. The dynamic range of the system was found to be linear up to 1.0×10−4 M Al3+ ion with a limit of detection of 3.62 μM.  相似文献

A time-based multisyringe flow injection procedure with spectrofluorimetric detection is proposed in this paper for the determination of aluminium in drinking water. The flow methodology is based on the simultaneous or sequential injection of sample and chelating reagent (viz. 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid) plugs using a multicommutation approach so that three successive injections may be performed with a sole displacement of the piston driver bar of the burette. Thus, an injection throughput as high as 154 h−1 is achieved by sampling a 182 μl sample zone. In order to enhance the luminescence, the reaction is carried out in micellar medium using hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride as surfactant. The influence of geometric and hydrodynamic variables as well as several parameters such as multicommutation timing, ligand and surfactant concentration and reagent pH was assessed.Under the selected working conditions, a linear dynamic range from 10 to 500 μg l−1 Al(III), a 3σ detection limit of 0.5 μg l−1 and a coefficient of variation of 0.6% at the 30 μg l−1 level were obtained. The analytical features were compared with those reported in previous flow injection and sequential injection methods. The multisyringe technique was successfully applied to the determination of aluminium in drinking water at low mineralisation levels, validating the results by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.  相似文献

A spectrofluorimetric method is reported for the determination of Al(III), based on the formation of a fluorescent Al(III)-Eriochrome Red B complex in the presence of hexamethylenetetramine at 60°C. Fluorescence measurements were made at 2°C and all variables that affect the development of the complex are reported. The method is very selective and the detection limit is 0.1 ng ml?1. Flow-injection analysis (FIA) is proposed for determining thiabendazole (TBZ) and fuberidazole (FBZ) by Spectrofluorimetry. A pH 2 aqueous solution was found to be the optimal solvent for the rapid, precise and sensitive fluorescence analysis of both fungicides. Linear dynamic graphs were established over a concentration range of two orders of magnitude. Limits of detection were 0.7ng/ml for TBZ and 0.1 ng/ml for FBZ. Relative standard deviations were 0.5 and 0.8% for TBZ and FBZ, respectively. A fast, sensitive and selective method for the determination of aluminium based on the reaction of the metal with pyrogallol red (PR) in the presence of tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate (TBATFB) to form an Al(PR)3x9TBATFB complex which is adsorbed on the mercury electrode is presented. Under these conditions complexation of aluminium is rapid and no waiting period or heating of the sample is required. The reduction current of the accumulated complex is measured by scanning the potential in the cathodic direction. The variation of peak current with pH, adsorption time, adsorption potential, ligand and quaternary ammonium salt concentration, and some instrumental parameters, such as stirring rate in the accumulation stage, and step amplitude, pulse amplitude and step duration while obtaining the square wave voltamperograms were optimized. The best experimental parameters were pH 8.5, (NH4Ac-NH3 buffer), CPR = 25 μmol L−1, CTBATFB over 75 μmol L−1, tads = 60 s, and Eads = −0.60 V versus Ag/AgCl. A linear response is observed over the 0.0-30.0 μg L−1 concentration range, with a detection limit of 1.0 μg L−1. Reproducibility for 9.0 μg L−1 aluminium solution was 2.3% (n = 6). Synthetic sea water and sea water reference material CRM-SW were used for validation measurements. Aluminium in urine samples of a volunteer who ingested 800 mg of Al(OH)3 was analyzed.  相似文献

Abstract

1, 8-Dihydroxyanthraquinone (1, 8-DHAn) shows a fluorescent reaction with Ca(II) ion in ethanol-water mixtures and ammoniacal medium.

In the present work the 1, 8-DHAn-Ca(II) complex has been studied spectrofluorimetrically. The complex shows two excitation maxima at 485 nm and 495 nm and its emission maximum is centered at 615 nm. A 2:1 (R:C) stoichiometry and a log Kest of 7.38±0.22 for the overall equilibrium have been found for the complex.

A new method for the spectrofluorimetric determination of Ca(II) between 50 and 550 ngml?1 has been proposed. The interference level of foreign ions has been established.  相似文献

Complexation of aluminium(III) with the fluorogenic ligand chromotropic acid (4,5-dihydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid) has been revisited with the aim of using enhancement of the fluorescence intensity as an analytical tool. Complexation at the optimum pH4 was shown to lead to a 1:1 complex with a stability constant log 110=18.4±0.7. The fluorogenic effect was thoroughly investigated. Nearly selective excitation of the chelate rather than the ligand could be achieved at wavelengths longer than 360 nm. For analytical purposes the main interfering ion was Ga3+. The strongest competing ligand was shown to be citric acid. Competitive complexation by acetate or formate ions can also make their use in a buffer at the usual concentration, 0.2 mol L–1, questionable, whereas a 10–2 mol L–1 formic acid buffer was shown to be a good alternative. The calibration plot showed that the dependence of response on Al(III) concentration was linear up to 500 g L–1; the detection limit was 0.65 g L–1 (3SD blank, n=10, SD=±1.4% at 10 g L–1 and ±0.8% at 100 g L–1). The analytical procedure was successfully applied to several samples of tap water and the results were in good agreement with those from AAS determination.  相似文献

A method based on single-drop microextraction (SDME) combined with electrothermal vaporization (ETV)-ICP-MS was proposed for the determination of trace Cd and Pb. 8-Hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) was employed as extractant dissolved in several microliters of chloroform and then an organic microdrop was formed at the tip of the microsyringe needle to extract the interest analytes. The vaporization behavior of the metal-8-HQ chelates in graphite furnace was investigated, and the ETV temperature program was optimized. The factors that influenced the extraction efficiency of target analytes (including pH value, flow rate of sample, extraction time and organic microdrop volume) were studied. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limits of the Cd and Pb were 4.6 and 2.9 pg mL−1 with the enrichment factor of 140-fold for Cd and 190-fold for Pb, respectively. The proposed method was applied successfully to the determination of trace Cd and Pb in environmental and biological samples. In order to validate the developed method, a certified reference material of GBW 08501 peach leaves was analyzed and the determined values obtained were in a good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献

Oxidation stability is an important quality parameter for biodiesel. In general, the methods used to evaluate the oxidation stability of oils and biodiesels are time-consuming. This work reports the use of spectrofluorimetry, a fast analytical technique, associated with multivariate data analysis as a powerful analytical tool to prediction of the oxidation stability. The prediction of the oxidation stability showed a good agreement with the results obtained by the EN14112 reference method Rancimat. The models presented high correlation (0.99276 and 0.97951) between real and predicted values. The R2 values of 0.98557 and 0.95943 indicated the accuracy of the models to predict the oxidation stability of soy oil and soy biodiesel, respectively. The residual distribution does not follow a trend with respect to the predicted variables indicating the good quality of the fits.  相似文献

A novel method for the speciation of chromium(III) and chromium(VI) by in situ separation and sequential determination with electrothermal vaporization-inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ETV-ICP-AES) was developed. The reaction conditions between Cr(III) and 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-Ox) and the vaporization behavior of the chelate formed were investigated in detail. It was found that the Cr(III)-8-Ox chelate could be formed at room temperature and vaporized from graphite furnace under controlled experimental conditions, therefore, an in situ separation of Cr(III) from Cr(VI) was achieved. The retained Cr(VI) in graphite tube was then determined by using fluorination vaporization ETV-ICP-AES with PTFE slurry as chemical modifier. Under optimum experimental conditions, the detection limits for Cr(III) and Cr(VI) are 8.6 ng/ml and 11.3 ng/ml, and the relative standard deviations (R.S.D.s) are 3.8% and 4.1% (c=0.1 μg/ml, n=6), respectively. The linear ranges of the calibration curve for both Cr(III) and Cr(VI) covered three orders of magnitude. The proposed method has been applied to the speciation of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) in water samples with the satisfactory results.  相似文献

This study proposes a procedure for determining sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in biodiesel samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (F AAS). The sample was prepared as a microemulsion without surfactant. The optimized composition of the microemulsion was 10% (w/v) biodiesel, 75% (v/v) n-propanol, 1% (v/v) concentrated nitric acid and 14% (v/v) of aqueous solution formed by 0.2% (v/v) of nitric acid and 0.5% (v/v) of ionization suppressor. Analyte signals in the samples as microemulsion were found to be stable for a period of 15 days. Analytical curves were obtained using organometallic standard solutions. The limits of detection (LOD) found for the proposed procedure were 0.1 µg g− 1, 0.01 µg g− 1, 0.04 µg g− 1, and 0.004 µg g− 1 for Na, K, Ca and Mg, respectively. The reference method established by ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Norms) NBR 15556:2008 was used to verify the accuracy of the proposed procedure. No significant statistical difference was found between the results obtained with the proposed and the chosen reference procedure. The proposed procedure showed no matrix influence when recovery tests were performed (89%-103%). The results found in this study show that the proposed procedure is a good alternative for determining Na, K, Ca, and Mg by F AAS in biodiesel samples.  相似文献

A novel method of microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography (MEEKC) coupled with hollow fiber-liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) was developed for determination of six aromatic amines including 4-methylaniline, 3-nitroaniline, 2,4-dimethylaniline, 4-chloroaniline, 3,4-dichloraniline and 4-aminobiphenyl. Baseline separation of six aromatic amines was achieved within 8 min by using the microemulsion buffer containing a 10 mM borate buffer at pH 9.0, 0.8% (v/v) ethyl acetate as oil droplets, 60 mM sodium cholate as surfactant, 5.0% (v/v) 1-butanol as co-surfactant. The influence factors relevant to the HF-LPME process were systemically investigated. The obtained enrichment factors were ranged between 70 and 157 in a 30 min extraction time, and the limits of detection ranged between 0.0021 and 0.0048 μg/mL. This purposed method was successfully applied for the analysis of aromatic amines in water sample and the recoveries were ranged from 87.2% to 99.8%.  相似文献

A reverse flow injection analysis (rFIA) spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of aluminium(III). The method was based on the reaction of Al(III), quercetin and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), yielding a yellow colored complex in an acetate buffer medium (pH 5.5) with absorption maximum at 428 nm. The rFIA parameters that influence the FIA peak height have been optimized in order to obtain the best sensitivity and minimum reagent consumption. A linear relationship between the relative peak height and Al(III) concentrations were obtained over the concentration range of 0.02-0.50 mg L−1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The limit of detection (LOD, defined as 3σ) and limit of quantification (LOQ, defined as 10σ) were 0.007 and 0.024 mg L−1, respectively. The repeatability was 1.10% (n = 11) for 0.2 mg L−1 Al(III). The proposed method was applied to the determination of Al(III) in tap water samples with a sampling rate of 60 h−1. Results obtained were in good agreement with those obtained by the official ICP-MS method at the 95% confidence level.  相似文献

Abstract

The ternary fluorescent complexes of nucleic acids/8-hydroxyquinoline/ lanthanum (III) were studied. Nucleic acids in the study involve natured and thermally denatured calf thymus DNA, fish sperm DNA and yeast RNA. In the range of pH 8.0–8.4 (controlled by NH3-NH4Cl buffer) ternary fluorescent complexes are formed which emit at 485.0 nm for calf thymus DNA and at 480.0 nm for yeast RNA (when excited at 267.0 nm) and emits at 483.0 nm for fish sperm DNA when excited at 265.0 nm. Based on the fluorescence reactions sensitive fluorometric methods for nucleic acids were proposed. Using optimal conditions, the calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.4–3.6 μg˙ml?1 for calf thymus DNA, 0.4–4.0 μg-ml?1 for fish sperm DNA and 0.4–4.0 μg˙ml?1 for yeast RNA, respectively. The limits of determination (3σ) were 0.076 μg˙ml?1 for calf thymus DNA, 0.068 μg˙ml?1 for fish sperm DNA and 0.329 μg˙ml?1 for yeast RNA, respectively. Five synthetic samples were determined with satisfaction.
