A novel fluorescence enhancement Cu~(2 ) chemosensor derived from coumarin was prepared.Emission study found that it exhibits evident Cu~(2 )-amplified fluorescence prior to Co~(2 ),Pb~(2 ),Mg~(2 ),Mn~(2 ),Ni~(2 ),Zn~(2 ),Fe~(3 ),Ag~ and Cd~(2 ),and the largest emission enhancement factor is about 9 at a ratio of 2:1 (chemosensor 1/Cu~(2 )).  相似文献

A novel arrangement for microporous membrane liquid–liquid extraction from the aqueous donor phase to the organic acceptor phase within a micro-vial, which is compatible with the chromatograph autosampler is presented. The device consisted of a stoppered glass micro-vial containing the organic solvent where the septum of the screw stopper was replaced by a sized piece of membrane which is hermetically assembled to the volumetric flask containing the aqueous donor solution. The placement of the membrane in alternative contact with the solutions was achieved by orbital agitation. As a preliminary study, 2-ethylhexyl 4-(dimethylamino)benzoate has been determined (limit of quantification 0.11 μg L−1, precision 7.4%). The small quantity of organic solvent used, the achieved sample cleanup, and the minimal handling and risk of cross-contamination are significant operational advantages.  相似文献

Rapid and selective enrichment of phosphopeptides from complex biological samples is essential and challenging in phosphorylated proteomics. In this work, for the first time, niobium ions were directly immobilized on the surface of polydopamine-coated magnetic microspheres through a facile and effective synthetic route. The Fe3O4@polydopamine-Nb5+ (denoted as Fe3O4@PD-Nb5+) microspheres possess merits of high hydrophilicity and good biological compatibility, and demonstrated low limit of detection (2 fmol). The selectivity was also basically satisfactory (β-casein:BSA = 1:500) to capture phosphopeptides. They were also successfully applied for enrichment of phosphopeptides from real biological samples such as human serum and nonfat milk. Compared with Fe3O4@PD-Ti4+ microspheres, the Fe3O4@PD-Nb5+ microspheres exhibit superior selectivity to multi-phosphorylated peptides, and thus may be complementary to the conventional IMAC materials.  相似文献

A novel fluorescent Hg~(2 ) chemosensor based on dithia-dioxa-monoaza crown ether was synthesized in four steps from inexpensive starting materials.This new sensor exhibited very strong fluorescence response to Hg~(2 ) (F_(Hg~(2 ))/F_(free)>130) and it was highly selective to Hg~(2 ) over the other metal ions by more than 45-fold.  相似文献

The results on optimizing the procedure of preparation of the electrode system within membrane–electrode assemblies (MEA) of solid-oxide fuel cells (SOFC) by joint sintering of electrodes at the enhanced temperature close to that of anode sintering are presented. The MEA are prepared based on membranes of the anionic conductor HionicTM (Fuel Cell Materials, USA); the cathode is formed based on cation–deficient lanthanum-strontium manganite (La0.8Sr0.2)0.95MnO3 with addition of activated carbon for optimizing its microstructure; the anode is formed on the basis of cermet NiO/10Sc1CeSZ (89 mol % ZrO2, 10 mol % Sc2O3, 1 mol % CeO2). The results of electrochemical testing of model MEA are also shown.  相似文献

A stir bar coated with β-cyclodextrin-bonded-silica (CDS) as novel sorbent has been developed and used to analyze seven phenolic compounds in aqueous samples, followed by thermal desorption and gas chromatography-mass spectrometric detection. Significant parameters affecting sorption process such as the time and temperature of sorption and desorption, ionic strength, pH and stirring rate have been optimized and discussed. The coating has a high thermal stability up to 300°C and long application lifetime (80 times). The porous structure of CDS coating provides high surface area and allows high extraction efficiency. Under the selected conditions, linearity range of 0.1-400 μg/L, limit of quantifications of 0.08-3.3 μg/L and method detection limits of 0.02-1.00 μg/L have been obtained. A satisfactory repeatability (RSD ≤ 6.5, n = 7) with good linearity (0.9975 ≤ r(2) ≤ 0.9996) of results illustrated a good performance of the present method. The recovery of different natural water samples was higher than 81.5%.  相似文献

Porous Sn–Co–P alloy with reticular structure were prepared by electroplating using copper foam as current collector. The structure and electrochemical performance of the electroplated porous Sn–Co–P alloy electrodes were investigated in detail. Experimental results illustrated that the porous Sn–Co–P alloy consists of mainly SnP0.94 phase with a minor quantity of Sn and Co3Sn2. Galvanostatic charge–discharge tests of porous Sn–Co–P alloy electrodes confirmed its excellent performances: at 50th charge–discharge cycle, the discharge specific capacity is 503 mAh g?1 and the columbic efficiency is as high as 99%. It has revealed that the porous and multi-phase composite structure of the alloy can restrain the pulverization of electrode in charge/discharge cycles, and accommodate partly the volume expansion and phase transition, resulting in good cycleability of the electrode.  相似文献

Novel chiral calix[4]arene derivatives functionalized at the lower rim have been prepared from the reaction of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene diamine or acylhydrazine derivative with mandelic acid or hydroxyisovaleric acid. The structures of these receptors were characterized by FTIR, 1H, 13C and 2D COSY NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The transport of amino acid derivatives (phenylalanine, phenylglycine and tryptophan methyl ester hydrochlorides) was studied through bulk liquid membrane in the presence of chiral calix[4]arene derivatives. The receptors have been found to act as carriers for transport of aromatic amino acid methylesters from the aqueous source phase to the aqueous receiving phase. The transport rate and L/D selectivity of amino acid esters studied depend strongly upon the structure of the chiral receptors and guests. The best enantioselectivity was obtained in the case of phenylglycine methyl ester for all chiral carriers.  相似文献

In this work, a new highly selective and sensitive fluorescent sensor for detecting Cu2+ was developed based on rhodamine fluorophore. It displayed strong fluorescence “turn-on” effect upon addition of Cu2+, and possessed the function of naked eye recognition. The fluorescence enhancement also enabled the sensor to quantitatively analyze Cu2+ due to the formation of a stable 1:1 metal–ligand complex in a short time, and the complex possesses relatively good pH stability. In addition, the density functional theory calculations were adopted to investigate the molecular orbitals as well as the spatial structure. Simultaneously, the cell imaging and zebra fish experiments provided a broader application prospect in biological system.  相似文献

The inhibition of the corrosion of mild steel in 1 M HCl and 1 M H2SO4 by Spirulina platensis has been studied at different temperatures viz., 303 K, 313 K and 323 K by weight loss method, potentiodynamic polarization method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements and SEM analysis. The inhibition efficiency increased with increasing concentration of the inhibitor in both HCl and H2SO4 media. The results of weight loss studies correlated well with those of impedance and polarization studies. From the results of weight loss studies at various temperatures, the mode of adsorption is confirmed to be physisorption. Further the adsorption has been found to follow Temkin isotherm. From this isotherm, the free energy of adsorption (ΔG) and entropy (ΔS) are calculated. The study reveals the corrosion inhibition potential of S. platensis in both the acid media, thus bringing to light another facet of this microalga as it has so far been used only to produce antioxidant principles, finding extensive use in medicine especially as neutraceutical.  相似文献

An active imidazolium-based ionic liquid mixture was developed for efficient synthesis of some novel 4,6-diaryl-3-(chlorosulfonyl)-1,2-oxathiine-2,2-dioxides (chlorosulfonyl-δ-sultones) from simple acetophenones at room temperature. The ionic liquid mixture acts as a catalyst to condense two molecules of an acetophenone derivative and as a mild sulfonating agent to convert the resulting condensate into 4,6-diaryl-1,2-oxathiine-2,2-dioxides, and finally as a chlorosulfonating reagent to deliver the desired fully unsaturated chlorosulfonyl-δ-sultones in onepot. The products were separated easily from the reaction mixture and showed valuable fluorescence properties. Compound η2-((R3Si)2Si=PH)–Pt(dmpe) was synthesized by trapping the transient phosphasilene, (R3Si)2Si=PH. Novel hetero-bi- and tri-metallic complexes derived from η2-((R3Si)2Si=PH)–Pt(dmpe) containing Pt with Li, Zn, Hg and Ag metals were synthesized and characterized by multi- nuclear NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The synthesis of η2-((R3Si)2Si=PH)–Pt(dmpe), and its bonding character are discussed; a 1,2-silyl shift from silicon to phosphorus (a ‘Brook-type’ rearrangement) within the coordination sphere of a Pt complex is also reported.  相似文献

AAS as a highly sensitive and specific single element technique is ideally suited as a detector for speciation analysis. The combinations of chromatographic separation with element specific detectors (flame AAS, electrothermal AAS (ETAAS), hydride generation AAS (HGAAS)) provide powerful approaches to the determination of all species. Sample stabilisation is the area that requires most attention as it still represents the main source of problems encountered in speciation work. The correct speciation depends on how the sample is handled prior to analysis. Unfortunately, no universal procedure has been found. Anything that changes redox conditions, pH or complexation equilibrium is clearly unacceptable.  相似文献

To separate Cs(I) from highly active liquid waste, a macroporous silica-based 25, 27-bis(iso-propyloxy)calix[4]arene-26,28-crown-6 (BiPCalix[4]C6) supramolecular recognition material, BiPCalix[4]C6/SiO2–P, was synthesized and characterized by SEM, FT-IR, and TG-DSC. The adsorption properties of BiPCalix[4]C6/SiO2–P and a macroporous polymer-based supramolecular recognition composite, BiPCalix[4]C6/XAD-7, were compared. It was found that BiPCalix[4]C6/SiO2–P exhibited better adsorption ability and faster adsorption dynamics than BiPCalix[4]C6/XAD-7. The adsorption isotherm of Cs(I) onto BiPCalix[4]C6/SiO2–P was studied at 298 K and it was well described by Langmuir isotherm model. The complex composition between BiPCalix[4]C6/SiO2–P and Cs(I) was determined as 1:1 type by investigating the effect of the concentrations of BiPCalix[4]C6, Cs(I), and H+ on the adsorption. Meanwhile, the selectivity of BiPCalix[4]C6/SiO2–P towards Na(I), K(I), Rb(I), Cs(I), Sr(II), Ba(II), Ru(III), Mo(VI), La(III), and Y(III) was investigated.  相似文献

For the catalytic reaction of methanol to propylene (MTP), conventional H-ZSM-5 and W-substituted MFI metallosilicate catalysts were successfully synthesized using a hydrothermal method. The catalysts were properly characterized by several techniques. For comparison of the catalytic lifetime, feedstock of MTP was provided by both a conventional system and a novel feed-supply technique. The novel technique used the piezoelectric ultrasonic effect. It was revealed that feed composition via novel feed-supply technique remained totally constant, whereas with conventional system it relatively changed. Complete methanol conversion, higher propylene yield of 54.3%, greater light olefin yield of 85.2%, and longer-term catalytic lifetime of 101 h were productively obtained for H-W(250)AlMFI catalyst using a novel method for provision of feed. The better performance of this catalyst can be attributed to adequate content of tungsten, appropriate mesoporosity, sufficient strength of acidic sites, and stable feed composition of the novel feed-supply technique. Furthermore, the MTP process was miniaturized by the piezoelectric ultrasonic device.  相似文献

In this study, a resorufin derivative RTP-1, which is a novel fluorescent ‘‘turn-on' probe for sensitive detection of hydrazine within 30 min, is designed and synthesized. The selective deprotection of the ester group of the probe by hydrazine led to a prominent enhancement of fluorescent intensity, as well as a remarkable color change from colorless to pink, which could be distinguished by naked eye. The fluorescence enhancement showed decent linear relationship with hydrazine concentration ranging from 0 to 50 mmol/L, with a detection limit of 0.84 mmol/L. The specificity of RTP-1 for hydrazine to a number of metal ions, anions and amines is satisfactory. The sensing mechanism of RTP-1 and hydrazine was evaluated by HPLC, ESI mass spectrometry and density functional theory(DFT).Moreover, we have utilized this fluorescent probe for imaging hydrazine in living cells, and the fluorescence was clearly observed when the cells were incubated with hydrazine(100 mmol/L) for 30 min.  相似文献
