The IDCP-promoted intramolecular C-glycosylation of pentenyl α-mannopyranosides carrying, at O-2, an activated benzyl group gave, unexpectedly, the 1,2-trans-fused bicyclic product which corresponds to an α-C-aryl mannopyranose derivative. This remarkable, strained C-glycosyl compound was rapidly epimerized to the more stable 1,2-cis product on treatment with BF3·Et2O. The IDCP-reaction product could be elaborated into a 2-(α-C-mannopyranosyl)-3,4,5-trimethoxybenzyl alcohol derivative.  相似文献

The nanocrystalline LaCoxFe1-xO3 with different concentrations of Co was prepared by polyethylene glycol (PEG) sol-gel method and characterized by differential thermal analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis (DTA-TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the crystal structure of perovskite-type could be obtained at 600 °C, and the concentration of Co had significant effects on the solid-state reaction and the average particle size of the obtained nanocrystals. Furthermore, the humidity-sensitive properties of nanocrystalline LaCoxFe1-xO3 were investigated, and it was found that LaCo0.3Fe0.7O3 exhibited higher sensitivity to humidity compared with other samples. The addition of Na2CO3 improved the humidity-sensitive properties of this sample, and made its response to humidity good in the whole humidity range of 11%-95% relative humidity (RH).  相似文献

Facile N-tert-butoxycarbonylation of amines is described by the treatment of various primary, secondary, benzylic and aryl amines with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate in the presence of catalytic amounts of La(NO3)3·6H2O under solvent-free conditions at room temperature to afford N-tert-butylcarbamates in excellent yields.  相似文献

Aligned Zn1-xMgxO nanowire arrays were successfully prepared on Si(111) substrates via the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method with a mixture of ZnO, Mg, and activated carbon powders as reactants. The microstructures and optical properties of the synthesized Zn1-xMgxO nanowire arrays were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive analysis X-ray (EDAX), and photoluminescence (PL) spectrum analytic apparatus, respectively. While Mg content was achieved or less approximately 0.29 (x, atomic ratio) in ZnO lattice, the crystal lattice of the synthesized samples exhibited wurtzite structure. The Mg atoms were distributed into the ZnO crystal as the interstitial and displaced atoms, and there was no phase separation in preparing Zn1-xMgxO nanowire arrays. However, as the Mg content was up to 0.53 (x) in the fabricated Zn1-xMgxO samples, a clear phase separation phenomena appeared in the Zn1-xMgxO crystal. Compared with the PL spectrum of the pure ZnO nanowire arrays, the analytic results showed that a blue-shift of the near-band edge emission with increasing Mg content was observed in the Zn1-xMgxO arrays. And the relative intensities of green peak at ca 535 nm and UV emission peak at ca 376 nm were all restrained.  相似文献

Concise and practical synthesis of 4-O-methylhonokiol was achieved in 34% overall yield. The key features of our synthesis include chemoselective ortho-mono bromination of phenol as well as biaryl formation via Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling, in which bromophenol was reacted with potassium aryltrifluoroborate using Pd(OAc)2 and RuPhos under microwave conditions.  相似文献

We present a novel route for the synthesis of N2-isobutyryl-2′-O-methyl guanosine, introducing 3′,5′-di-tert-butylsilyl and O6-trimethylsilylethyl groups as efficient protections during the 2′-O-methylation step with NaH/CH3I. These protections were then removed simultaneously in a single step with TBAF. The eight-step synthesis is easy to perform, employing convenient commercially available reagents; crude mixtures are of satisfying purity, so only three chromatography purifications were required. Title compound was obtained in 25% overall yield from guanosine.  相似文献

A highly efficient two-step chemoenzymatic synthesis of enantiopure structured ether lipids of the 1-O-alkyl-2,3-diacyl-sn-glycerol type has been developed. Chimyl, batyl and selachyl alcohols possessing pure saturated fatty acid (SFA) attached to the sn-3 position and pure EPA and DHA attached to the sn-2 position were obtained under full regiocontrol. This was offered by mild conditions and a highly efficient lipase that operated at room temperature. High-resolution 1H NMR spectroscopy was used to monitor the progress of the reactions and to evaluate the full regiocontrol of the reactions involved by keeping track of all prospective adducts involved in these reactions. This was extended to preparation of a focused library of eight monoacyl intermediate adducts for all even-numbered SFA ranging from C2-C16 and the corresponding EPA and DHA structured diacyl glycerol ethers (DAGE) products for chimyl, batyl and selachyl alcohols, the total of 72 compounds.  相似文献

2′-O-(1H-Tetrazol-5-yl)ethyladenosine was synthesized using 2′-O-cyanoethyladenosine derivative as a key intermediate. The 2′-O-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)ethyl modifications exhibited intriguing properties such as the change in the structure of the tetrazole residue between a protonated and a deprotonated form. The Tm experiments of various oligodeoxynucleotides having a 2′-O-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)ethyl-modified adenosine showed reduced hybridization affinity in comparison to the unmodified oligonucleotides toward their complementary oligodeoxynucleotides. The mechanism of the reduced hybridization affinity was discussed on the basis of the structure and the physicochemical properties of the tetrazole moiety.  相似文献

2-C-Acetoxymethyl glycal derivatives react with aliphatic alcohols in the presence of InCl3 (30 mol %) to furnish the corresponding 2-C-methylene glycosides in excellent yields and with exclusive α-selectivity except for the methyl 2-C-methylene glycosides, which are formed in ∼2:1 anomeric ratio in favour of the α-anomer. The reaction of 2-C-acetoxyglycals with phenols, however, produces the corresponding chiral carbohydrate-derived pyranobenzopyran derivatives via initial Ferrier rearrangement followed by tandem cyclization in excellent yields and moderate to high stereoselectivities in favour of the corresponding 10a-R-pyrano[2,3-b][1]benzopyran derivatives.  相似文献

The RuO4-catalyzed oxidative polycyclization of digeranyl, a Cs-symmetric tetraene possessing a repetitive 1,5-diene structural motif, has been studied. The required substrate has been synthesized by Ti(III)-mediated tail-to-tail homocoupling of geranyl bromide. The process afforded two hitherto unknown isomeric tris-tetrahydrofuran products possessing unexpected all-threo cis-trans-cis and cis-trans-trans relative configuration. The new stereochemical outcome is explained based on previously formulated chelation or steric control models on the basis of structural differences between digeranyl and previously studied isoprenoid polyenes farnesyl acetate, geranylgeranyl acetate and squalene.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the preparation of 5′-O(N)-carbamyl and 5′-O(N)-polycarbamyl nucleoside derivatives is reported. The method consisted of treatment of 2′,3′-O-protected purine (Ado, Ino) or pyrimidine nucleosides (Thd, Urd) with trichloroacetylisocyanate, followed by cleavage of the trichloroacetyl moiety by silica-gel promoted methanolysis during column chromatography. Iterative application of this method gave mono, di, and tricarbamyl derivatives in good to excellent yields (ave = 80%).  相似文献

Oriental crude drug, Bombyx Batryticatus, is dried silkworm larva, Bombyx mori L., which are dead and stiffened due to a Beauveria bassiana infection. In traditional Japanese, Korean, and Chinese medicine, it is employed as analgesic and anticonvulsant. We investigated the constituents of Bombyx Batryticatus and isolated four novel aromatics bearing 4-O-methylglucose moiety, BB-1, 2, 3, and 4 (1-4). It is speculated that these compounds are produced by an interaction between plants, insects, and microorganisms.  相似文献

Neutral palladium methyl chloride 2a-d [PdCH3(PˆP′)Cl] and cationic palladium methyl acetonitrile mono-triflate 3a-d [PdCH3(PˆP′)(CH3CN)](CF3SO3) complexes were synthesized and fully characterized (PˆP′ = 1a-d). All the neutral and cationic complexes containing a Cs-symmetric diphosphine exist in solution as a mixture of geometric isomers. The carbonylation at atmospheric pressure of the neutral and cationic complexes revealed that migratory insertion of carbon monoxide is not stereospecific in these systems. The neutral and cationic acyl complexes were formed in situ as mixtures of stereoisomers, which were characterized by means of NMR spectroscopy.The crystal structures of [Pd(1a)Cl]2(OTf)2 and 2d are described.  相似文献

Synthetic studies on methylation of erythromycin derivatives were conducted. Methylation of 6 resulted in the formation of the C-3′ quaternary ammonium salts with a rate faster than 6-O-methylation. In dipolar aprotic solvent and under strong base conditions, 6-O-methylation, C-3′ quaternary ammonium salts formation and 2-C-methylation proceeded simultaneously to yield a mixture of three different products 7, 8 and 9. The quaternary ammonium salts were converted back to the corresponding tertiary amines 2, 10 and starting material 6 by employing sodium 4-pyridinethiolate as a N-demethylation reagent. The 6-O-methylation was eventually achieved in a good yield when a carbobenzyloxy (Cbz) group was utilized to protect the C-3′-dimethylamino group of 4. In this report, we will discuss the details of different reaction courses in the methylation of (9S)-12, 21-anhydro-9-dihydroerythromycin A derivatives.  相似文献

Easily available N-(diethoxyphosphoryl)-O-benzylhydroxylamine was shown to be convenient, orthogonally protected substrate for regioselective N-alkylation by means of diverse halides under basic conditions (sodium hydride/tetrabutylammonium bromide). An efficient procedure for dephosphorylation of N-substituted N-(diethoxyphosphoryl)-O-benzylhydroxylamine to provide N-substituted O-benzylhydroxylamines was also established.  相似文献
