Two new iridoid glycosides designated as senburiside III (2) and senburiside IV (3), together with one known iridoid glycoside senburiside I (1) and three known secoiridoid glucosides swertiamarin (4), gentiopicroside (5) and sweroside (6), were isolated from the whole plant of Swertia franchetiana. Three new steroidal glycosides, cyanoauriculosides F, G and H (1-3), were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum auriculatum (Asclepiadaceae) along with two known steroidal derivatives. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods, their structures were identified as 20-O-acetyl-8,14-seco-penupogenin-8-one 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside (1), 2',3'-Z-gagaminine 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaro-pyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside (2), 17-O-acetyl-kidjoranin 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-cymaro-pyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-digitoxopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-digitoxopyranoside (3), gagaminine 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-digino-pyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranoside (4) and wilfoside D1N (5).  相似文献

From the methanolic extract with vasorelaxant activity obtained from Angelica furcijuga Kitagawa, four new khellactone-type coumarins, hyuganins A, B, C, and D, were isolated together with twelve known coumarins, two known acetylenic compounds, and a known lignan. The structures of hyuganins A, B, C, and D were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence. Nine principal coumarins (hyuganin A, anomalin, pteryxin, isopteryxin, isoepoxypteryxin, praerosides II and IV, apiosylskimmin, (R)-peucedanol 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside), two acetylenic compounds [(-)-falcarinol and falcarindioll, and related compounds were examined for inhibitory activities on high concentration of K+ (High K+)- and dl-norepinephrine (NE)-induced contractions. The results indicate that the 3'- and 4'-acyl groups of khellactone-type coumarins are essential for the inhibitory activity on the contractions by High K+. Hyuganin A and anomalin showed inhibitory effects on High K+-induced contraction, but not on NE-induced contraction. Other active coumarins (pteryxin, isopteryxin, isoepoxypteryxin) and an acetylenic compound (falcarindiol) non-selectively inhibited both contractions by High K+ and NE.  相似文献

Two new steroidal glycosides 1 and 2, along with three known ones (35), were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the roots of Cynanchum limprichtii Schltr. The structure of the new compounds was elucidated as 3-O-α-L-diginopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-digitoxopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-thevetopyranosyl-14, 16:15, 20:18, 20-triepoxy-14, 15-secopregn-4, 6, 8 (14)-triene (1) and 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-digitoxopyranosyl- (1→4)-β-D-3-demethyl-2-deoxythevetopyranosyl-14, 16: 15, 20: 8, 20-triepoxy-14, 15-secopregn-5, 8 (14)-diene (2) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis together with acidic hydrolysis. All compounds showed cytotoxic activity against the human cancer cell line HL60, with IC50 values of 55.36, 65.41, 17.88, 17.68 and 33.5 μM, respectively. While, only compound 3 showed cytotoxicity against the Caco-2 cell line, with an IC50 value of 67.47 μM.  相似文献

Four new aromatic constituents, rhododendroketoside, (-)-sakuraresinoside, acernikol, and nikoenoside, were isolated from a Japanese folk medicine, the stem bark of Acer nikoense MAXIM. The structures of the new constituents were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence.
