Results from use of a new isolation procedure based on sequential extraction with supercritical CO(2), subcritical H(2)O, and an H(2)O/CO(2) mixture in the same supercritical fluid extractor have been compared with results from the BCR-recommended three-step sequential extraction procedure. The new procedure gives more detailed information about environmentally mobile fractions (water-soluble, bicarbonate-forming), and in less time (5-6 h), than the BCR procedure.  相似文献

8-Hydroxyquinoline ( 9 ) was converted to 8 -aminequinoline ( 10 ) in a one-pot procedure involving alleviation with 2-bromo-2-methylpropionamide ( 2 ) followed by Smiles rearrangement and hydrolysis, in 41% yield. The gas-phase binding of small molecules to the Amyloid β-40 peptide generated by electrospray ionization has been explored with collision-induced dissociation mass spectrometry and kinetic rate theory. This study discusses a simple procedure used to theoretically model the experimental breakdown diagrams for the Aβ-40 peptide complexed with a series of aminosulfonate small molecules, namely homotaurine, 3-cyclohexylamino-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulfonic acid (CAPSO), 3-(1,3,4,9-tetrahydro-2H-β-carbolin-2-yl)propane-1-sulfonic acid, 3-(1,3,4,9-tetrahydro-2H-β-carbolin-2-yl)butane-1-sulfonic acid, and 3-(cyclohexylamino)propane-1-sulfonic acid. An alternative procedure employing an extrapolation procedure for k(E) is also discussed.  相似文献

A one-pot procedure for the synthesis of 2-alkyl-2-arylcyanoacetates based on a Pd(OAc)2/DPPF (DPPF = 1,1'-diphenylphosphino ferreocene)-catalyzed enolate arylation followed by in situ alkylation has been developed. This procedure tolerates a diverse range of aryl and heteroaryl bromides, and provides a rapid entry to a variety of 2-alkyl-2-arylcyanoacetates in good to excellent yield.  相似文献

An effective and practical procedure for the synthesis of J-111,225 (1), a new 1beta-methylcarbapenem, was developed using 4-mercapto-2-14-(N-methylaminomethyl)phenyl]pyrrolidine (2a) as a precursor. The coupling reaction of 2a with p-nitrobenzyl (PNB)-protected 1beta-methylcarbapenem enolphosphate 3a and successive removal of PNB group afforded J-111,225 (1) in significantly increased yield compared to the ordinary procedure using a C-2 side-chain thiol with amino-protective groups.  相似文献

Heparinase was released from the periplasmic space of Flavobacterium heparinum by three-step osmotic shock procedure. The procedure involves resuspending exponentially growing cells consecutively into (1) 40% sucrose, (2) 10 mM sodium phosphate, 2 mM magnesium chloride, pH 7, and (3) 10 mM sodium phosphate, 300 mM sodium chloride, 2 mM magnesium chloride, pH 7. Typically, 50-75% of the total heparinase activity is recovered by this procedure with an observed 7-15-fold increase in purity. The majority of heparinase activity is released in the final step of the procedure allowing for resolution from cytoplasmic and nonspecific periplasmic material. F. heparinum cells can be stored in 40% sucrose at 4 degrees C for up to one week without significant losses in recovery yields.  相似文献

A simple and efficient procedure was developed for the synthesis of 11H(2H)-4-oxothiophene[3',4':6,5]pyrido[3,2-a]azulene-10-carboxylates(3) in moderate to good yields via the Gewald reaction of ethyl 1-cyanoacetyl-2-methoxyazulene-3-carboxylate(1) with carbonyl compounds(2) and elemental sulfur utilizing imidazole as catalyst.This reaction provides a new procedure for synthesis of pyridinone-fused azulenes.  相似文献

A series of 3-[(4-phenyl-thiazol-2-yl)-hydrazono]-1,3-dihydro-indole-2-one(4a-4g) and 3-{[4-(2-oxo2H-chromen-3-yl)-thiazol-2-yl]-hydrazono}-1,3-dihydro-indol-2-one(6a-6d) has been prepared in a one-step procedure from condensation reaction of isatin(1),thiosemicarbazide(2) and bromoacetophenones(3)/or 3-(2-bromoacetyl)coumarins(4).The method provides a simple and efficient route to prepare the compounds in good yields and in a short experimental time as compared to its stepwise procedure.  相似文献

A procedure for the controlled-potential coulometric (CPC) determination of ruthenium is proposed. The procedure is based on the redox reaction [Ru(CO)Cl5]2–/[Ru(CO)Cl4(H2O)]2– followed by the synthesis of the [Ru(CO)Cl5]2– depolarizing complex under microwave irradiation. The procedure was used in the analysis of a domestic commercial Ru(OH)Cl3 preparation.  相似文献

A procedure has been developed for the determination of thioglycol, 1,1′-sulfonyl-bis[2-(methylsulfonyl)-ethane], 1-methylsulfonyl-2-[2-(methylthio)ethylsulfonyl]ethane (biomarkers of mustard agent) and methylphosphonic acid, O-ethylmethylphosphonic acid, O-isopropylmethylphosphonic acid, and O-pinacolyl methylphosphonic acid (biomarkers of organophosphoric toxic agents) in urine. The procedure includes the recovery of components by liquid extraction, derivatization, separation by gas-liquid chromatography, and detection by flame-photometric and mass spectral detectors. Abstract

Thorium(IV)salts were found to act as catalysts for the alkylation of 4-(p-nitrobenzyl)pyridine by T-2 toxin. Using thorium(IV)chloride as the catalyst, a detection procedure for T-2 toxin was developed that required a heating step consisting of only 2 minutes at 90°C. The limit of detection of T-2 toxin with this procedure was found to be 1 microgram.  相似文献

Deposition of titanium dioxide (TiO2) on activated carbon (AC) surface has been widely utilized for the production of TiO2/AC photocatalyst, which can be used in photo-degradation of pollutants. In this work, a fast and simple digestion procedure has been developed for the spectrophotometric quantitative analysis of TiO2 in TiO2/AC photocatalyst. Microwave-assisted digestion was used in the procedure. The microwave-digestion procedure was optimized using the single-variable method. Variables optimized included time of ashing, effective digestion time, volume and concentration of sulfuric acid, effect of adding a digestion catalyst, effect of sample pulverizing and on–off time cycle of the microwave. The analysis was completed spectrophotometrically after addition of hydrogen peroxide to the digested solution. Procedure precision and accuracy was tested by application to photocatalyst samples containing known amounts of TiO2, and compared with previously published spectrophotometric procedures. The proposed microwave procedure was capable of recovering 98.4–101.1% of TiO2 in the catalyst in less than 10 min, without the need for sample ashing. Analytical precision is 1.42–2.39% relative standard deviation (R.S.D.). In terms of accuracy and precision, the proposed microwave procedure was comparable with other procedures, but the proposed microwave procedure was superior in terms of shorter procedure duration.  相似文献

The preparation of amide derivatives (4) by N-acylation of unprotected alpha-amino acids is easily achieved via readily available benzotriazolyl carboxylates (2a-d) or succinimidyl carboxylates (2e-f). These intermediates (2) are prepared from reaction of carboxylic acids (1) with 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HO-Bt) or N-hydroxysuccinimide (HO-Su) in the presence of equimolar amounts of 1-ethyl-3-(3'-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (WSCI). The overall yields of the target compounds (4) were excellent, and this two-stage procedure could be applicable as an alternative procedure for one-pot reaction.  相似文献

A new analytical procedure was developed for simultaneous determination of ammonium, leachable and total metals in fine and coarse air particulate matters using a new capillary electrophoresis (CE) procedure, with a new buffer system containing 10 mM histidine, 2 mM 18-crown-6 and 8 mM lactic acids with pH adjusted to 4.0. A two complexes system, 18-crown-6 ether and lactic acid, was developed to solve the co-migration problem of NH(4)(+) and K(+) and to give satisfactory separation of transition metals. Satisfactory separation and quantitation of NH(4)(+), K(+), Ca(2+), Na(+) , Mg(2+) and Zn(2+) were obtained using the CE procedure developed for both leachable and total metals in coarse (10-3 mum) and fine (<3 mum) air particulate matters. Wide working ranges (ppb to ppm range) and sensitive detection limits (ppb) were obtained for the cations investigated. The reliability was established by parallel method comparison with the ICP-AES method. The analytical procedure developed is shown to provide a quick, sensitive, precise and economic method for simultaneous determination of ammonium, leachable and total metals in air particulate matters.  相似文献

The synthesis and properties of di-2-pyridyl ketone 2-furoylhydrazone as an analytical reagent are described. A rapid procedure for the fluorimetric determination of aluminium at the 10-100 ng ml level, at pH 6.1-6.5 (lambda(exc) 395 nm, lambda(em) 465 nm) has been established. A new synthetic procedure for the formation of 2-amino-2′-hydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl, and a new purification procedure through the formation of Schiff bases, purification of the Schiff bases, and breakdown of the Schiff bases through amine exchange, are described. Through the new purification procedure, greater than 99% purity of the compound can be obtained easily and reliably. A set of procedures were examined to compare the efficiency and reliability to resolve 2-amino-2′-hydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl into enantiomers. A new procedure was discovered to enrich enantiomeric excess from less than 10% to 95–99% in one step. Even a racemic mixture from an achiral procedure can be enriched to 67% e.e. in about 4% yield. The X-ray crystal structure of the racemic mixture [rhombohedral, space group Iba2, a=15.718(2) Å, b=21.703(2) Å, c=8.5398(9) Å, V=2913.2(5) Å3, R1=0.0705, Z=8, dcalcd=1.301 g/cm3, F(000)=1200 e] was solved to elucidate the intriguing behavior of this compound.  相似文献

A simple and highly selective and sensitive catalytic adsorptive stripping voltammetric procedure for determination of traces of Cr(VI) in the presence of a large excess of Cr(III) in environmental water samples is reported. To obtain a low detection limit the voltammetric procedure of chromium determination in the presence of DTPA and nitrate was exploited. For elimination of interference of Cr(III) ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid was used as a masking agent. At optimized conditions the calibration graph is linear from 2×10?10 to 2×10?8 mol L?1 for accumulation time of 30 s. The validation of the procedure was performed by comparison of the results of analysis of river water samples with those obtained using other accepted voltammetric procedure.  相似文献

A green and efficient synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthol derivatives via the three-component reaction between aryl aldehyde, 2-naphthol and amide derivatives using 2-methylpyridinium trifluoromethanesulfonate ([2-MPyH]OTf) as a catalyst (5 mol%) is described. A general procedure for the synthesis of 4-arylpiperidines via the coupling of 4-(N-BOC-piperidyl)zinc iodide with aryl halides and triflates is presented.
