A simple, novel, and efficient route for the synthesis of 5-amino-3-aryl-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides 1 has been devised. Preparation of pyrazole bromide 3 from potassium tricyanomethanide can be accomplished in only two steps in good yield and features a selective Sandmeyer reaction on the corresponding diaminopyrazole. This allows for a more versatile synthesis of 5-amino-3-aryl-1-(tert-butyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides 1 than was previously possible. 相似文献

The addition of dimethyl ethynyl carbinol to the carbonyl group of 2, 5-dimethyl-4-piperidinone under the conditions of the Favorskii reaction has been studied. It has been shown that the addition takes place stereo-selectively and leads to the formation of a single isomeric acetylenic glycol. The hydration of this glycol has given a heterocyclic tetrahydrofuran with a spiran structure. The exhaustive hydrogenation of the acetylenic glycol has yielded the corresponding saturated glycol. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 6.891(2), b = 9.074(2), c = 18.258(4)AA, α = 99.292(4), β = 95.105(4), γ = 108.068(3)°, C21H22Cl2N4O2, Mr = 433.33, V= 1059.3(4) Aa, Z = 2, Dc = 1.359 g/cm3, F(000) = 452,μ = 0.331 mm-1, the final R = 0.0448 and wR = 0.0994 for 3727 unique reflections. The dihedral angle between the oxazolidine ring taking an envelope conformation with a local pseudo-mirror and the triazole ring is 27.7(9)°. Weak intermolecular C-H...N hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions exist between the triazole rings of neighboring molecules, forming a three-dimensional network, which stabilizes the crystal structure. 1-Acetyl-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(4-methylphenyl)-2-pyrazoline has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Density functional (DFT) calculations have been carried out for the title compound by using the B3LYP method at the 6-311G** basis set level. The calculated results show that the predicted geometry can reproduce well the structural parameters. Predicted vibrational frequencies have been assigned and compared with experimental IR spectra and they are supported each other. On the basis of vibrational analyses, the thermodynamic properties of the title compound at different temperatures have been calculated, revealing the correlations between C(0)(p, m), S(0)(m), H(0)(m) and temperatures. 相似文献

The reaction of diarylnitrones with 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5H-pyrrolin-2-one to give 2-oxa-6-oxo-3-phenyl-4-(R-phenyl)-7-(4-nitrophenyl)-3,7-diazabicyclo(3,3,0)octanes has been examined. The structures of the products were established by NMR and IR spectroscopy, and x-ray diffraction studies.
