Three dixanthones ( 1 – 3 ) and an unprecedented C3h‐symmetric trixanthone ( 4 ) were synthesized through a three‐step approach in overall yields above 63 %. These compounds possessed a planar π‐conjugated system and formed tight face‐to‐face columnar stacks, as confirmed by single‐crystal structural analysis. In comparison with xanthone, the fluorescence emissions of compounds 1 – 4 showed significant red‐shifts, with improved quantum yields. Moreover, the fluorescence emissions of compounds 1 – 4 could be modulated in a strongly acidic environment without decomposition, which led to a further red‐shift of the emissions, as well as enhancement of the emission intensities. These compounds have potential applications as optoelectronic materials and/or chemosensors.  相似文献

Pestalofones I – K ( 1 – 3 ), three new dimeric meroterpenoids with 2‐(7‐benzoyl‐2,3‐dihydrobenzofuran‐2‐yl)‐1‐phenylethan‐1‐one (in 1 ) and 2‐(7‐benzoyl‐2,3‐dihydrobenzofuran‐2‐yl)‐1‐(3,8‐dioxatricyclo[5.1.0.02,4]oct‐4‐yl)ethan‐1‐one (in 2 and 3 ) skeletons, were isolated from the solid cultures of the plant endophytic fungus Pestalotiopsis fici. The structures of 1 – 3 were elucidated by NMR experiments. Compound 1 was found to be present as a racemic mixture. The absolute configurations of 2 and 3 were deduced by analogy to the previously isolated metabolites pestalofones G and H ( 4 and 5 ) from the same fungus. Biogenetically, compounds 1 – 3 are derived from the same precursors (co‐isolated compounds 9 and 10 ) as the previously isolated compounds 4 – 8 . Compounds 2 and 3 showed weak cytotoxic activities against four human tumor cell lines T24, HeLa, A549, and MCF‐7.  相似文献

3-Amino-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-5-one (1) was used as starting material for the synthesis of a number of azo compounds 3a—3c and azomethine derivative 4. The deblocking of 3a—3c and 4 gave rise to 5a—5c and 6 in which a free amino was revealed. The diazonium salts of 5a—5c and 6 were coupled with several phenols to produce a number of bis azo compounds 7a—7c and 8a—8c with azomethine in position 4 and azoic group in position 3. The prepared dyes were structurally confirmed by elemental analysis, spectral methods and applied to different fibers (wool, polyester and blend of wool/polyester) as disperse dyes and their fastness properties were measured.  相似文献

A four‐step synthesis of 1‐substituted 5‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐1H‐pyrazoles 5 as a novel type of histamine analogs and versatile building blocks for further transformations was developed. The synthesis starts from commercially available 2‐nitroacetophenone ( 12 ), which is converted into the enamino ketone 13 as the key intermediate. Cyclization of the key intermediate 13 with monosubstituted hydrazines 14a – 14l afforded the 5‐(2‐nitrophenyl)‐1H‐pyrazoles 17a – 17l . Finally, catalytic hydrogenation of the nitro compounds 17a, 17c – 17e , and 17g – 17j furnished the title compounds 5a, 5c – 5e , and 5g – 5j , respectively, in good yields. As demonstrated by some further transformations, additional functionalization of compounds 17 and 5 is feasible, either by electrophilic substitution at C(4) of the pyrazole ring, or at the NH2 group.  相似文献

This article describes a new synthesis strategy to prepare diblock copolymers as model compounds for industrially produced cellulose ethers exemplified with methylcellulose (MC). To elucidate a key structure for thermoreversible gelation of MC, five regioselectively methylated celluloses 1 – 5 (236, 23, 26, 3, and 6 MC), five corresponding methyl‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐cellulosides 6 – 10 , and five equiv methyl‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐cellulosides 11 – 15 were synthesized for the first time via combination of the glycosyl trichloroacetimidate method and the acid‐catalyzed methanolysis method. To overcome migration problems of ferrocene‐based burning rate catalysts and to enhance burning rate of ammonium perchlorate (AP)‐based propellants, eleven ferrocene‐based compounds ( 1 – 11 ) were synthesized by the condensation reaction of ferrocenecarbonyl chloride with corresponding amines and alcohols. The synthesis of 1 – 11 was confirmed using 1H NMR, Fourier transform infrared and UV–visible spectroscopy. Their electrochemical properties were analyzed using cyclic voltammetry. The compounds showed redox behavior due to the presence of ferrocene. Their catalytic behavior in the thermal decomposition of AP was investigated using thermogravimetry (TG) and differential TG (DTG). In the presence of 5 wt% 1 – 11 , the thermal decomposition temperature of AP was significantly decreased. TG and DTG analyses showed that 1 – 11 had a good catalytic effect in the thermal decomposition of AP. Anti‐migration studies showed that migration of 1 – 11 was slower than that of 2,2‐bis(ethylferrocenyl)propane (catocene) and ferrocene. The effect of the presence of polar elements like oxygen and nitrogen on anti‐migration behavior of small ferrocene‐based compounds was also investigated. Oxygen‐containing compounds showed better anti‐migration behavior than nitrogen‐containing compounds.  相似文献

In this study, we report the synthesis a series of novel 2‐[N‐(1H‐tetrazol‐5‐yl)‐6,14‐endo‐etheno‐6,7,8,14‐tetrahydrothebaine‐7α‐yl]‐5‐phenyl‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivatives ( 7a – e ) which have potential opioid antagonist and agonist. The substitution reaction of 6,14‐endo‐ethenotetrahydrothebaine‐7α‐carbohydrazide with corresponding benzoyl chlorides gave diacylhydrazine compounds 4a – e in good yields. The treatment of compounds 4a – e with POCl3 caused the conversion of side‐chain of compounds 5a – e into 1,3,4‐oxadiazole ring at C(7) position; thus, compounds 5a – e were obtained. Subsequently, cyanamides ( 6a – e ) were prepared from compounds 5a – e and then compounds 7a – e were synthesized by the azidation of 6a – e with NaN3. The structures of the compounds were established on the basis of their IR, 1H NMR, 13C APT, 2D‐NMR (COSY, NOESY, HMQC, HMBC) and high‐resolution mass spectral data.  相似文献

A series of compounds, viz. 2‐(3‐(4‐aryl)‐1‐isonicotinoyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐3‐phenylthiazolidin‐4‐one 4 ( a – n ), have been synthesized by reaction of 3 ( a – n ) with thioglycolic acid in the presence of zinc chloride. Compounds 3 ( a – n ) have been synthesized by amination of formylated pyrazoles 2 ( A – B ), which were synthesized by formylation of 1 ( A – B ) by Vilsmeier–Haack reagent (POCl3/DMF). Compounds 1 ( A – B ) were synthesized by condensation of hydrazide and substituted acetophenones under conventional method and microwave irradiation method. These compounds were identified on the basis of melting point range, Rf values, infrared, 1H NMR, and mass spectral analysis. These compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity, and their minimum inhibitory concentration was determined. Among them, compound 4b and compound 4l possess appreciable antimicrobial and antifungal activities. Antibacterial activity results showed that compounds containing electron‐withdrawing groups were more active than compounds containing electron‐releasing groups.  相似文献

The reaction of molybdenum, tungsten and manganese carbonyls with several thiazole heterocycle ligands yielded a number of coordinated transition metal complexes 1 – 10 . Of these complexes 1 – 6 are new compounds which have not been reported to date. The structures of new compounds were characterized by FT‐IR and 1H‐NMR spectroscopy as well as single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Complexes 1 – 10 are carbon monoxide releasing molecules that show structure‐related anti‐cancer activity. The cytotoxicity of all compounds on Hela cells was evaluated by MTT assay, and the results show that carbon monoxide releasing molecules containing such Schiff base ligands may have biomedical applications for their anti‐tumor effect.  相似文献

The 2‐thienyl‐substituted 4,5‐dihydrofuran derivatives 3 – 8 were obtained by the radical cyclization reaction of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds 1a – 1f with 2‐thienyl‐substituted conjugated alkenes 2a – 2e by using [Mn(OAc)3] (Tables 15). In this study, reactions of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds 1a – 1e with alkenes 2a – 2c gave 4,5‐dihydrofuran derivatives 3 – 5 in high yields (Tables 13). Also the cyclic alkenes 2d and 2e gave the dihydrobenzofuran compounds, i.e., 6 and 7 in good yields (Table 4). Interestingly, the reaction of benzoylacetone (=1‐phenylbutane‐1,3‐dione; 1f ) with some alkenes gave two products due to generation of two stable carbocation intermediates (Table 5).  相似文献

Selectively C‐deuterated indigotins were synthesized from halogenated indigotins 1a – c as precursors. The described reactions – used already by the ancient purple dyers – allowed the introduction of D‐atoms at defined positions of the indigo molecule. The exchange of halogen atoms by D‐atoms was induced by UV irradiation of the leuco compounds 2a – c and 3a – c in D2O. The resulting leuco forms 4a – c were oxidized to the deuterated indigotins 5a – c . Some conclusions were drawn as to the kinetics of the reaction. The aldol adducts 1a – 13a of R,R-2(tertbutyl)-6-methyl-1,3-dioxan-4-one (from 3-hydroxybutanoic acid) to aldehydes, single diastereoisomers obtained as described previously, are acetylated or benzoylated to the corresponding esters 1b – 5b and 6c – 13c , respectively, which in turn are reduced with LiAlH4 to the title compounds 14 – 24 . The enantiomerically pure triols thus available may be useful as chiral building blocks, as auxiliaries for enantioselective reactions, and as center pieces for chiral dendrimers.  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the aerial part of Leonurus heterophyllus led to the isolation and characterization of the seven labdane‐type diterpenoids 1 – 7 , including six new ones, 1 – 6 . Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated as a C(15) epimer pair. The determination of the structures and relative configurations of the new compounds were mainly based on 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic methods, and comparison of their NMR data with related compounds. The structure of compound 7 was confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenes, 1 and 2 , as well as the five known compounds 3 – 7 , were isolated from the stems of Euonymus alatus. Compounds 2 – 7 have a β‐dihydroagarofuran skeleton. The structures of these compounds were elucidated mainly by spectroscopic methods (1D‐, 2D‐NMR, ESI‐MS, and HR‐ESI‐MS). We also report the X‐ray crystal structure of evonine ( 3 ) for the first time.  相似文献

Treatment of arylidene malononitriles 2A – C with 1‐cyanomethylisoquinoline 1 afforded 4‐amino‐2‐arylpyrido[2,1‐a ]isoquinoline‐1,3‐dicarbonitrile derivatives 5A – C , which converted to formimidates 6A – C via reaction with triethylorthoformate. Treatment of the latter compounds with hydrazine hydrate gave the corresponding amino–imino compounds 7A – C , which underwent Dimroth rearrangement to afford 13‐aryl‐1‐hydrazinylpyrimido[5′,4′:5,6]pyrido[2,1‐a ]isoquinoline‐12‐carbonitrile 8A – C . The latter reacted with aldehyde to give 9a – i . Oxidative cyclization of the latter compounds 9a – i gave [1,2,4]triazolo[4″,3″:1′,6′]‐pyrimido[5′,4′:5,6]pyrido[2,1‐a ]isoquinolines 10a , d , g . Such compounds isomerized to the thermodynamically more stable isomers [1,2,4]triazolo[1″,5″:1′,6′]pyrimido[5′,4′:5,6]‐pyrido[2,1‐a ]isoquinolines 11a , d , g . Antimicrobial activities for some compounds were studied.  相似文献

The ‘click synthesis’ of some novel O‐substituted oximes, 5a – 5j , which contain heterocycle residues, as new analogs of ß‐adrenoceptor antagonists is described (Scheme 1). The synthesis of these compounds was achieved in four steps. The formation of (E)‐2‐(1H‐benzo[d]imidazol‐1‐yl)‐1‐phenylethanone oxime, followed by their reaction with 2‐(chloromethyl)oxirane, afforded mixture of oil compounds 3 and 4 , which by a subsequent tetra‐n‐butylammonium bromide (TBAB)‐catalyzed reaction with N H heterocycle compounds (Scheme 1), led to the target compounds 5a – 5j in good yields.  相似文献

Herein, the synthesis and characterization of the carbene-stabilized boryl phosphinidenes 1 – 3 are reported. Compounds 1 – 3 are obtained by reacting Me-cAAC=PK (Me2-cAAC=dimethyl cyclic(alkyl)(amino)carbene) and dihaloaryl borane in toluene. All three compounds were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Quantum mechanical studies indicated that these compounds have two lone pairs on the P center viz., an σ-type lone pair and a “hidden” π-type lone pair. Hence, these compounds can act as double Lewis bases, and the basicity of the π-type lone pair is higher than the σ-type lone pair.  相似文献

Coumarins are the important class of naturally occurring heterocyclic compounds. Activities like antioxidant, antibacterial, anti‐inflammatory, and anticancer have been reported for coumarin derivatives. Present work details the synthesis of substituted coumarin‐4‐pyrrolones as well as coumarin‐4‐acetyl amino acids and their DHODH inhibitory activity, which is a dual target for malaria and cancer. Coumarin‐4‐acetic acids ( 2a – c ) were coupled with different methyl esters of α‐amino acids ( 3 ) giving rise to corresponding coumarin‐4‐acetyl amino acid methyl esters ( 4a – o ), which on hydrolysis under basic condition underwent cyclization forming substituted dihydropyrrole‐2‐ones ( 5a – i ), dihydroindolizine‐3‐ones ( 5j – l ), and dihydropyrrolizin‐3‐one ( 5m – o ). Acidic hydrolysis of the compounds ( 4a – o ) yielded corresponding coumarin‐4‐acetyl amino acids ( 6a – f ). The docking study was performed with the protein 4IGH (obtained from PDB) using Surflex–Dock module. The newly synthesized compounds were tested for DHODH inhibitory activity using Brequinar as the standard. Compound 6b showed remarkable inhibition compared with the standard, and the other compounds with terminal COOH showed moderate inhibition.  相似文献
