Studies on Polypseudohalides. 4. Preparation and Crystal Structure of KxRb1?x[I(CN)2] · 1/2 C6H12N2O2 (x = 0.6) The new compound KxRb1?x[I(CN)2] · 1/2 C6H12N2O2 (x = 0.6), C10H12I2K1·2N6O2Rb0·8, may be prepared by the addition of rubidium bromide to a saturated solution of iodine cyanide and potassium cyanide in a mixture of ethanol and water. Potassium bromide and rubidium bromide are formed as by-products. The compound has been investigated by chemical analysis, spectroscopy and structural analysis based on single crystal X-ray data. At room temperature it crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 436.34 pm, b = 1933.5 pm, c = 1240.5 pm, β = 92.30° and Z = 4. The compound may be described as a solvated salt which is built up by a cation statistically occupied with potassium and rubidium and the trihalide-analogous anion [I(CN)2]?. Additional there is one molecule Diimino-oxalic-acid-di-ethyl-ester per two formula units M[I(CN)2]. The asymmetricanion is nearly linear. The bond lengths d(I? C) = 226.5 pm, 235.1 pm are extended compared with the analogous distance in iodine cyanide. The surrounding of the cation is a distorted octahedron. The structure of the solvating molecule is quite normal. The crystal structure may be interpreted as a sequence of puckered ionic layers paralledl to (001) which are connected through the cations. The organic molecules are intercalated in channels along [100] between these layers.  相似文献

Polysulfonyl Amines. XL. Preparation of Silver(I) Disulfonylamide Acetonitrile Complexes. Characterization of Tetraacetonitrilesilver(I) bis(dimesylamido)argentate(I) and (1,1,3,3-Tetraoxo-1,3,2-benzodithiazolido)acetonitrilesilver(I) by X-Ray Diffractometry and Thermal Analysis The following silver(I) disulfonylamides were prepared for the first time or by improved procedures: AgN(SO2CH3)2 ( 2a ); AgN(SO2C6H4-4-X)2 with X = F ( 2b ), Cl ( 2c ), Br ( 2d ), CH3 ( 2e ); silver(I) 1,2-benzenedisulfonimide AgN(SO2)2C6H4 ( 2f ). With acetonitrile, the salts 2a to 2e form (1/2) complexes AgN(SO2R)· 2 CH3CN ( 4a to 4e ), whereas 2f gives the (1/1) complex AgN(SO2)2C6H · CH3CN ( 4f ). The crystallographic data (at - 95°C) for the title compounds 4a and 4f are: 4a , space group C2/c, a = 1 967.6(4), b = 562.2(1), c = 2 353.0(5) pm, β = 102.21(2)°, V = 2.5440 nm3, Z = 4, Dx = 1.891 Mg m?3; 4f , space group P21/m, a = 741.5(3), b = 980.4(4), c = 756.6(3) pm, β = 99.28(2)°, V = 0.5428 nm3, Z = 2, Dx = 2.246 Mg m?3. 4a forms an ionic crystal [Ag(NCCH3)4][Ag{N(SO2CH3)2}2]? with a tetrahedrally coordinated silver atom (lying on a twofold axis) in the cation (225.3/225.7 pm for the two independent Ag? N distances, N? Ag? N 106.2—114.5°) and a linear-dicoordinated silver atom in the centrosymmetric anion (Ag? N 213.9 pm, two intraionic secondary Ag…O contacts 303.4 pm). 4f consists of uncharged molecules [C6H4(SO2)2N1AgN2CCH3] with crystallographic mirror symmetry (Ag? N1 218.8, Ag? N2 216.1 pm, N1? Ag? N2 174.3°), associated into strands by intermolecular secondary silver-oxygen contacts (Ag…O 273.8 pm, O…Ag…O 175.6, N? Ag…O 91.9/88.2°). The thermochemical behaviour of 4f was investigated using thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), time- and temperature-resolved X-ray diffractometry (TXRD), and solution calorimetry. The desolvation process occurs in the temperature range from 60 to 200°C and appears to be complex, although no crystalline intermediate could be detected. The desolvation enthalpy at 298 K was found to be + 26.8(4) kJ mol?1. 4a is desolvated in two steps at - 15 to 60°C and 60 to 95°C (DSC), suggesting the formation of AgN(SO2CH3) · CH3CN as an intermediate.  相似文献

Studies on Polyhalides. 30 On Decamethylferriciniumpolyiodides [(Me5C5)2Fe]Ix with x = 3, 5, 6.5: Preparation and Crystal Structures of a Triiodide (DMFc)I3, a Pentaiodide (DMFc)I5 and a Hexacosaiodide (DMFc)4I26 Decamethylferrocene (DMFc) may be oxidized by iodine analogous to ferrocene (Fc) to the decamethylferrocenium ion (DMFc)+ and precipitated as the crystalline solids decamethylferrocenium triiodide (DMFc)I3, decamethylferrocenium pentaiodide (DMFc)I5 and tetracisdecamethylferrocenium hexacosaiodide (DMFc)4I26. The two compounds with higher iodine content are new. These are characterized by X-ray diffraction methods on single crystals. The structures are built up from complex cations of expected geometry and isolated or remarkably connected polyiodide ions. Decamethylferrocenium triiodide C20H30FeI3 crystallizes monoclinically in C2/m with a = 1489.9(4) pm, b = 1133.0(2) pm, c = 765.9(3) pm, β = 111.76(3)° and Z = 2. The crystal structure follows the CsCl-type and contains isolated triiodide ions of the linear symmetric form. Decamethylferrocenium pentaiodide C20H30FeI5 crystallizes monoclinically in P21/c with a = 1130.0(2) pm, b = 1442.6(1) pm, c = 1716.6(2) pm, β = 96.62(1)° and Z = 4. The crystal structure may be deduced from the primitiv quadratic bundle of alternating cationic and anionic rods. It contains exceptionally isolated somewhat opened out pentaiodide ions. Tetrakisdecamethylferrocenium hexacosaiodide (C20H30Fe)4I26 crystallises monoclinically in P21/n with a = 1331.3(8) pm, b = 1319.4(4) pm, c = 3564(2) pm, β = 90.84(5)° and Z = 2. The crystal structure of this compound with unusual composition may be described as an inclusion compound with channels for the cations. The outstanding anionic grating may be derived from the primitive cubic lattice of iodide ions with iodine bridges on all edges by removing systematically 1/12 of the iodine molecules.  相似文献

The Ag(m?-H2O)2Ag moiety forms a planar four-membered ring with Ag? O(W)? Ag 97.3°, O(W)? Ag? O(W) 82.7° and Ag°Ag 372.1 pm. In the Ag{C6H4(SO2)2N}2Ag′ unit, the anions act as tridentate (N, 1-O, 3-O)-ligands: One is N-bonded to Ag and O,O-chelated to Ag′, the other N-bonded to Ag′ and O,O-chelated to Ag. The silver atoms are (O4N)-pentacoordinate, with nitrogen in the apical position of a distorted square pyramid [Ag? N 223.6, Ag? O(W) 247.8, Ag? O(S) 259.4 pm]. The thermochemical behaviour of the hydrate was investigated by thermal analysis and calorimetry. Water is only released at temperatures above 220°C. The dehydration enthalpy at 298 K is + 13.9 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

The Layered Structure of Cu2(H2O)4[C4H4N2][C6H2(COO)4]·2H2O Triclinic single crystals of Cu2(H2O)4[C4H4N2][C6H2(COO)4]·2H2O have been grown in an aqueous silica gel. Space group (Nr. 2), a = 723.94(7) pm, b = 813.38(14) pm, c = 931.0(2) pm, α = 74.24(2)°, β = 79.24(2)°, γ = 65.451(10)°, V = 0.47819(14) nm3, Z = 1. Cu2+ is coordinated in a distorted, octahedral manner by two water molecules, three oxygen atoms of the pyromellitate anions and one nitrogen atom of pyrazine (Cu—O 194.1(2)–229.3(3) pm; Cu–N 202.0(2) pm). The connection of Cu2+ and [C6H2(COO)4)]4? yields infinite strands, which are linked by pyrazine molecules to form a two‐dimensional coordination polymer. Thermogravimetric analysis in air showed that the dehydrated compound was stable between 175 and 248 °C. Further heating yielded CuO.  相似文献

Single crystals of [Be33‐O)3(MeCN)6{Be(MeCN)3}3](I)6·4CH3CN ( 1 ·4CH3CN) were obtained in low yield by the reaction of beryllium powder with iodine in acetonitrile suspension, which probably result from traces of beryllium oxide containing the applied beryllium metal. The compound 1 ·4CH3CN forms moisture sensitive, colourless crystal needles, which were characterized by IR spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction (Space group Pnma, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 2317.4(1), b = 2491.4(1), c = 1190.6(1) pm, R1 = 0.0315). The hexaiodide complex cation 1 6+consists of a cyclo‐Be3O3 core with slightly distorted chair conformation, stabilized by coordination of two acetonitrile ligands at each of the beryllium atoms and by a {Be(CH3CN)3}2+ cation at each of the oxygen atoms. This unique coordination behaviour results in coplanar OBe3 units with short Be–O distances of 155.0 pm and 153.6 pm on average of bond lengths within the cyclo‐Be3O3 unit and of the peripheric BeO bonds, respectively. Exposure of compound 1 ·4CH3CN to moist air leads to small orange crystal plates of [Be(H2O)4]I2·2CH3CN ( 3 ·2CH3CN). According to the crystal structure determination (Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice dimensions at 100(2) K: a = 1220.7(1), b = 735.0(1), c = 1608.5(1) pm, β = 97.97(1)°, R1 = 0.0394), all hydrogen atoms of the dication [Be(H2O)4]2+ are involved to form O–H ··· N and O–H ··· I hydrogen bonds with the acetonitrile molecules and the iodide ions, respectively. Quantum chemical calculations (B3LYP/6‐311+G**) at the model [Be33‐O)3(HCN)6{Be(HCN)3}3]6+ show that chair and boat conformation are stable and that the distorted chair conformation is stabilized by packing effects.  相似文献

[Mn(H2O)4(C4N2H4)][C6H4(COO)2] – An One‐Dimensional Coordination Polymer with Chain‐like [Mn(H2O)4(C4N2H4)]n2n+ Polycations Orthorhombic single crystals of [Mn(H2O)4(C4N2H4)][C6H4(COO)2] have been prepared in aqueous solution at room temperature. Space group Imm2 (no. 44), a = 1039.00(6) pm, b = 954.46(13) pm, c = 737.86(5) pm, V = 0.73172(12) nm3, Z = 2. Mn2+ is coordinated in a octahedral manner by four water molecules and two nitrogen atoms stemming from the pyrazine molecules (Mn–O 215.02(11) pm; Mn–N 228.7(4), 230.7(4) pm). Mn2+ and pyrazine molecules form chain‐like polycations with [Mn(H2O)4(C4N2H4)]n2n+ composition. The positive charge of the polycationic chains is compensated for by phthalate anions, which are accomodated between the chains. The phthalate anions are linked by hydrogen bonds to the polycationic chains. Thermogravimetric analysis in air revealed that the loss of water of crystallisation and pyrazine occurs in two steps between 130 and 245 °C. The resulting sample was stable up to 360 °C. Further decomposition yielded Mn2O3.  相似文献

The Crystal Structure of the “Supramolecular” Cadmiumcyanide-Hexamethylenetetramine Adduct [Cd(CN)2 · 2/3 C6H12N4] Single crystals of a new compound in the system Cd(CN)2-hexamethylenetetramine (HMTA) with the composition [Cd(CN)2 · 2/3 C6H12N4] were obtained by crystallization from an aqueous solution containing Cd(CN)2 and HMTA. The structure consists of a ?supramolecular”? network of ? Cd? CN? Cd- and ? Cd? HMTA? Cd-chains. The structure is compared with that of an already known compound [Cd(CN)2 · 1/3 C6H12N4].  相似文献

Dicyano-cobalt(III) complex acids of the type H[Co(α-Diox · H)2(CN)2] were obtained by air oxidation of an alcoholic aqueous solution of cobalt(II) acetate in the presence of α-dioxime (dimethylglyoxime. 1,2-cyclohexanedione dioxime or 1.2-cyclopentanedione dioxime) and KCN. From the solutions of the resulting K[Co(DH)2(CN)2], K[Co(Niox · H)2(CN)2] and K[Co(Cpdox · H)2(CN)2] the complex acids and 51 new salts were separated by means of double decomposition reactions. (DH = C4H7N2O2, Niox · H = C8H9N2O2 and Cpdox · H = C5H7N2O2.) New position and coordination isomeric compounds are described. From spectroscopical investigations in the UV and IR regions some structural problemes are discussed.  相似文献
