A new method for alkaloid synthesis is described. The rhodium(II)-acetate-catalyzed decomposition of 3-(4-acetoxyphenyl)-1-diazo-4-(pyrrol-1-yl)-2-butanone ( 5d ) gave 6-(4-acetoxyphenyl)-5,6-dihydro-7(8H)-indolizinone ( 6d ) in 82% yield via an intramolecular carbenoid reaction. The latter compound was converted in four steps in 13% overall yield to (±)-ipalbidine ( 1b ).  相似文献

A simple and highly efficient three-component method using easily available amines, nitrostyrene, and diketones in one pot has been developed for synthesis of pyrroles in the presence of catalytic amounts of iodobenzene and Oxone as oxidant. The protocol has been used to afford wide range of pyrroles in moderate to good yields.  相似文献

Olefins undergo cyclopropanation with diphenylsulfonium (ethoxycarbonyl)methylide (=diphenylsulfonium 2-ethoxy-2-oxoethylide; 3a ) in the presence of chiral CuI or RhII catalysts. trans/cis Ratios and ee's of the cyclopropanes 6 obtained with this ylide in the presence of a chiral CuI catalyst 7 are identical with those obtained with ethyl diazoacetate ( 4 ). In the case of catalysis with RhII, the trans/cis ratios of the cyclopropanes as well as the enantioselectivity change slightly upon going from the ylide 3a to diazoacetate 4 .  相似文献

2,5-己二酮和胺(氨基硫脲、硫脲、苯胺、氨基酸)经过Paal-Knorr反应合成6个2,5-二甲基-N-取代吡咯衍生物;分别以新合成的N-吡咯甘氨酸、N-苯基吡咯化合物为原料,进行酯化反应和Mannich,Friedel-Craft反应,合成3个N-(2,5-二甲基吡咯)甘氨酸酯类化合物和2个N-苯基-2,5-二甲基吡咯衍生物.所有化合物都通过IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,HRMS波谱方法对其结构进行了确证.  相似文献

1,2-Hydride, 1,2-alkyl and 1,2-aryl migrations are common in free carbene chemistry, and they are also fre quently encountered in the reactions of metal carbenes. In some cases, these migration reactions can compete with the typical reactions of metal carbenes, such as X-H (X = Si, C, O, N, S, etc. ) insertions and cyclopropanations. [1] The 1,2-migration also found synthetic application. An example is the SnCl2-promoted 1,2-hydride migration of α-diazo-β-hydroxy esters, known as Roskamp homologation, which leads to the formation of β-keto esters. [2]  相似文献

The relative reactivity (substrate selectivity) of five-membered heterocycles on electrophilic substitution (pyrrole >> furan > selenophene > thiophene) and their positional selectivity (furan > selenophene thiophene > pyrrole) are not consistent. The indicated differences in positional selectivity ( : ratios) of the parent heterocycles show up essentially in orientation on electrophilic substitution reactions of their derivatives and the corresponding benzannelated systems. It was shown that the positional selectivity was reduced in a sequence corresponding to the change in relative stability of the onium states of the elements (O+ < Se+ S+ < N+) and reflects the predominant role of the heteroatoms in stabilizing the -complexes formed on -substitution, in which the positive charge is distributed between the heteroatom and one -carbon atom (in -isom ers four atoms of the ring participate in delocalization of the charge). This interpretation was confirmed by quantum-chemical calculations carried out by the RHF/6-31G(d), MP2/6-31G(d)//RHF(6)-31G(d), and B3LYP/6-31G(d) ab initio methods.  相似文献

Studies directed at the synthesis of polycitone and storniamide natural products via vinylogous iminium salts and microwave accelerated Vilsmeier-Haack formylations are described. The successful strategy relies on the formation of a 2,4-disubstituted pyrrole or a 2,3,4-trisubstituted pyrrole from a vinamidinium salt or vinamidinium salt derivative followed by formylation at the 5-position of the pyrrole. Subsequent transformations of the selectively formylated pyrroles lead to efficient and regiocontrolled relay syntheses of the respective pyrrole containing natural products.  相似文献

The intramolecular oxidative cycloaddition reaction of alkyne- or alkene-tethered aldoximes was catalyzed efficiently by hypervalent iodine(III) species to afford the corresponding polycyclic isoxazole derivatives in up to a 94% yield. The structure of the prepared products was confirmed by various methods, including X-ray crystallography. Mechanistic study demonstrated the crucial role of hydroxy(aryl)iodonium tosylate as a precatalyst, which is generated from 2-iodobenzoic acid and m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid in the presence of a catalytic amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid.  相似文献

The enantioselectivity of the copper‐catalyzed intramolecular cyclopropanation of allyl diazomalonates and the corresponding phenyliodonium ylides was investigated with a series of chiral, non‐racemic ligands. The reaction of 6b in the presence of the bis[dihydrooxazole] ligand Xa in refluxing 1,2‐dichloroethane proceeded to 8b with an enantiomer excess (ee) of up to 72% under optimized conditions. In contrast, 8b resulting from reaction of ylide 7b with the same ligand, but in CH2Cl2 at 0°, had an ee of only 30%. With other ligands, diazomalonate 6b reacted with a lower enantioselectivity than ylide 7b , however. The intramolecular cyclopropanation of the acetoacetate‐derived phenyliodonium ylide 15b afforded 16b with 68% ee with ligand Xa , but the corresponding diazo compound was unreactive when exposed to chiral copper catalysts. The observation of asymmetric induction in the Cu‐catalyzed reactions of the ylides 7 and 15 is consistent with a carbenoid mechanism; however, the discrepancy of the enantioselectivities observed between diazomalonate 6b and ylide 7b suggests a competing unselective pathway for cyclopropanation outside of the coordination sphere of copper.  相似文献

Organosilicon derivatives of pyrrole, indole, carbazole, and 2-methylindole containing (MeO)3SiCH2, Et3SiCH2, or N(CH2CH2O)3SiCH2 group on the nitrogen atom were synthesized. Their structure and stereoelectronic parameters were studied by X-ray diffraction, 1H, 1 3C, 1 5N, and 2 9Si NMR, IR and UV spectroscopy, and dielcometry, as well as by quantum-chemical calculations.  相似文献

以二茂铁炔烃为原料通过“一锅法”环加成反应合成了一系列2,5-双二茂铁基-1-苯基-吡咯衍生物, 包括: 2,5-双二茂铁基-1-(3-三氟甲基苯基)-吡咯(1), 2,5-双二茂铁基-1-(4-氟苯基)-吡咯(2), 2,5-双二茂铁基-1-苯基-吡咯(3), 2,5-双二茂铁基-1-(4-乙基苯基)-吡咯(4)和2,5-双二茂铁基-1-(4-乙氧基苯基)-吡咯(5), 使用元素分析, 傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱, 质谱(MS)和核磁共振(NMR)等手段对化合物进行了结构表征. 采用循环伏安法(CV), 密度泛函理论(DFT)模拟计算研究了苯基上取代基对双二茂铁间电荷交互的影响. 研究发现第一氧化电位(Ea1), 峰电位差(ΔE)与取代基的哈米特常数(σ), 吡咯1H NMR的化学位移(δ), 吡咯N原子自然轨道(NBO)电荷之间存在显著线性关联; 同时发现, N原子电荷密度升高, 双二茂铁间电荷交互能力减弱, N原子电荷密度降低, 双二茂铁间电荷交互能力提高. 因此这类双二茂铁基吡咯衍生物中N原子电荷密度对双二茂铁间电荷交互起着关键的影响作用.  相似文献

A heterogeneous palladium-catalyzed oxidative cyclization of enallenols has been developed for the construction of highly substituted furan and oxaborole derivatives. The heterogeneous catalyst (Pd-AmP-MCF) exhibits high activity, high site- and stereoselectivity, and efficient palladium recyclability in the transformations.  相似文献
