Ellagic acid derivatives were isolated from Dipentodon sinicus and their structures were identified as 3,3′,4′-tri-O-methylellagic acid (1), 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid (2), 4,4′-di-O-methylellagic acid (3), 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), 3,3′,4′-tri-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), and ellagic acid (7). A new linear furanocoumarin glycoside named dahurin B (1) was isolated from the fresh roots and rhizomes of Angelica dahurica. The structure of the new compound was elucidated by spectral techniques including 1H NMR, 13C NMR, as well as HSQC, HMBC, and COSY. Nine compounds including six cycloartane glycosides cyclosieversiosides A, B, F, G, and H and astrasieversianin IX; β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol β-D-glucopyranoside, and D-3-O-methyl-chiro-inositol were isolated and identified from roots of Astragalus sieversianus Pall. The known hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→ 3)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (sapindoside C) and its 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl and 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-6-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl esters, new triterpene glycosides, were isolated from leaves of Kalopanax septemlobum var. maximowiczii introduced to Crimea. A new laboratory method for isolating the glycosides stevioside and rebaudiosides A and C from leaves of Stevia rebaudiana was proposed. Addition of ethyl-, propyl-, and n-butylmercaptans to 1-O-allyl-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose in the presence of benzoyl peroxide catalyst was studied for the first time. The products were 1-O-(3-ethylthiopropyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose, 1-O-(3-propylthiopropyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose, and 1-O-(3-butylthiopropyl)-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose. Summary. A review of the recent developments in the study and understanding of room temperature ionic liquids are given. An intimate picture of how and why these liquids are not crystals at ambient conditions is attempted, based on evidence from crystallographical results combined with vibrational spectroscopy and ab-initio molecular orbital calculations. A discussion is given, based mainly on some recent FT-Raman spectroscopic results on the model ionic liquid system of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium ([C4 mim][X]) salts. The rotational isomerism of the [C4 mim]+ cation is described: the presence of anti and gauche conformers that has been elucidated in remarkable papers by Hamaguchi et al. Such presence of a conformational equilibrium seems to be a general feature of the room temperature liquids. Then the “localized structure features” that apparently exist in ionic liquids are described. It is hoped that the structural resolving power of Raman spectroscopy will be appreciated by the reader. It is of remarkable use on crystals of known different conformations and on the corresponding liquids, especially in combination with modern quantum mechanics calculations. It is hoped that these interdisciplinary methods will be applied to many more systems in the future. A few examples will be discussed.  相似文献

A new lignan glycoside, 9-acetyl lanicepside B (1), was isolated from the whole plant of Boschniakia himalaica, along with five known compounds, lanicepside A (2), plantainoside D (3), plantamajoside (4), (–)-woonenoside XI (5), and syringin (6). The new compound's structure was established on the basis of detailed 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidence. 9-Acetyl lanicepside B (1) showed weak in vitro cytotoxic activities against A549 and P388 with IC50 values of 64.7 μM and 72.5 μM, respectively. Syringin (6) showed moderate in vitro cytotoxic activities against A549 and HL-60 with IC50 values of 32.5 μM and 41.8 μM, respectively.  相似文献
