研究了CHF3C6H6沉积的氟化非晶碳(αC∶F)薄膜的光学带隙.发现αC∶F薄膜光学带隙的大小取决于薄膜中C—F,CC的相对含量.这是由于CC形成的窄带隙π键和C—F形成的宽带隙σ键含量的相对变化,改变了带边态密度分布的结果.在微波功率为140—700W、沉积气压为01—10Pa、源气体CHF3∶C6H6流量比为1∶1—10∶1条件下沉积的αC∶F薄膜,光学带隙在176—398eV之间

采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术,通过改变CO2流量制备了不同氧含量的非晶氧化硅薄膜。利用紫外可见吸收谱、傅里叶红外吸收谱和稳态/瞬态光致发光谱等技术研究了薄膜的微观结构和光学特性。实验结果表明,随着氧含量的增加,薄膜的带隙增大,光致发光强度增加、峰值朝高能方向移动、光谱半峰全宽展宽。时间分辨光谱显示薄膜发光峰值处的衰减时间随氧含量的增加从6.2ns单调增加到21ns,而同一样品的发光寿命随发射波长能量增加而减小。综合分析光学吸收、发射及发光衰减特性表明,薄膜的发光机制主要归结为非晶材料带尾态之间的辐射复合。 相似文献

在不同氧分压η(η=O2/[Ar+O2])实验条件下,通过直流反应溅射制备了氧化镓薄膜,然后在真空环境下进行高温再结晶热处理.用紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)研究了氧分压η对光学带隙Eg的影响.X射线衍射(XRD)和共聚焦拉曼散射光谱(Raman Scattering)分析显示:经900℃高温热处理后,薄膜呈结晶β相氧化镓,且晶粒尺寸随着氧分压的逐渐增加而变大.室温下由UV-Vis测试薄膜透过率并利用Tauc公式计算得到样品的光学带隙Eg在4.68—4.85 eV之间,且随氧分压η的逐渐增加而变大. 相似文献

本文采用2-辛酸钡(Ba(C8H15O2)2)和3-甲基丁基醋酸盐(CH3COOC2H4CH(CH3)2-)为基的特殊前驱体溶液,在硅和石英基片上低温制备Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 (BST0.7)薄膜.性能测试结果表明,厚度约为214 nm的非晶BST0.7薄膜的光学带隙能和折射率分别为4.27 eV和n=1.94.薄膜在可见光和近红外区域的消光系数远远低于多晶BST薄膜,约为10-3数量级.激发波长为450 nm时,在室温环境下非晶BST0.7薄膜在波长520—610 nm处发出强烈的可见光,峰值为540—570 nm,而结晶态的BST0.7薄膜则无发光现象.

以CF4和C6H6的混合气体作为气源,在微波电子回旋共振化学气相沉积(ECRCVD)装置中制备了氟化非晶碳薄膜(aC:F),并在N2气氛中作了退火处理以考察其热稳定性.通过傅里叶变换红外吸收谱和紫外可见光谱获得了薄膜中CC双键的相对含量和光学带隙,发现膜中CC键含量与光学带隙之间存在着密切的关联,在高微波功率下沉积的氟化非晶碳膜具有低的光学带隙和较好的热稳定性.

采用射频磁控溅射技术制备了Ge,Nb共掺杂的锐钛矿结构TiO2薄膜,详细探讨了薄膜的结构、电阻率及光学带隙等性质随Ge,Nb掺杂量、溅射功率和热处理温度等参数的变化,发现Ge,Nb共掺杂可以同时调节TiO2薄膜的光学带隙和电阻率.体积分数约为6%Nb和20%Ge的共掺杂TiO2薄膜电阻率由104Ω/cm减小至10-1Ω/cm,光学带隙由3.2 eV减小至1.9 eV.退火后掺杂TiO2薄膜不仅显示更低的电阻率,还表现出更强的可见-红外光吸收.结果表明,改变Ge,Nb的掺杂量和退火条件能够制备出电阻率和带隙都可调的TiO2薄膜. 相似文献

对氧化物薄膜的双离子束溅射沉积作用了系统地实验研究。考察了离子束溅射工艺参数对薄膜光学特性的影响。制备了折射率接近于块材料的TiO2和ZrO2薄膜,显著降低了TiO2,ZrO2和SiO2薄膜的光吸收损耗,TiO2和ZrO2薄膜的抗激光损伤阈值得到显著提高。用双离束溅射沉积1.06μm多层高反,是到了大于99.5%的高反射率,经高温退火处理的双离子束溅射沉积高反膜的抗激光损伤阈值同热蒸发沉积的高反膜 相似文献

GaN films were deposited on Si (111) substrates by middle-frequency magnetron sputtering. X-ray diffraction revealed preferential GaN (0 0 0 2) orientation normal to the substrate surface for all the films deposited. The diffraction intensity and N contents were found to depend strongly on the total gas pressure. Good quality films were only obtained at pressures in the range of 0.4-1.0 Pa. Little diffraction of GaN (0 0 0 2) could be observed either at total pressures below 0.4 Pa or above 1.0 Pa. The GaN films produced under the optimized conditions have an N:Ga ratio of 1:1 as determined by energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. 相似文献

在科宁7059玻璃, FTO, ITO, AZO四种衬底上磁控溅射CdS薄膜, 并在CdCl2+干燥空气380 ℃退火, 分别研究了不同衬底和退火工艺对CdS薄膜形貌、结构和光学性能的影响. 扫描电子显微镜形貌表明: 不同衬底原位溅射CdS薄膜的形貌不同, 退火后相应CdS薄膜的晶粒度和表面粗糙度明显增大. XRD衍射图谱表明: 不同衬底原位溅射和退火CdS薄膜均为六角相和立方相的混相结构, 退火前后科宁7059玻璃, FTO, AZO衬底上CdS薄膜有 H(002)/C(111) 最强衍射峰, ITO衬底原位溅射CdS薄膜没有明显的最强衍射峰, 退火后出现 H(002)/(111) 最强衍射峰. 紫外-可见分光光度计分析表明: AZO, FTO, ITO, 科宁7059玻璃衬底CdS薄膜的可见光平均透过率依次减小, 退火后相应衬底CdS薄膜的可见光平均透过率增大, 光学吸收系数降低; 退火显著增大了不同衬底CdS薄膜的光学带隙. 分析得出: 上述结果是由于不同衬底类型和退火工艺对CdS多晶薄膜的形貌、结构和带尾态掺杂浓度改变的结果.

离子束反应溅射沉积SiO2薄膜的光学特性 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
主要研究采用离子束反应溅射(RIBS)制备SiO2薄膜的折射率、消光系数、化学计量比与氧气在氩氧混合工作气体中含量及其沉积速率的关系。研究结果表明:RIBS制备的SiO2薄膜在0.63 μm处折射率n= 1.48,消光系数小于10-5;随着沉积速率的增加,薄膜的折射率和消光系数随之变大,当沉积速率超过0.3 nm/s,即使是在纯氧环境溅射,折射率值也不低于1.5;通过对红外透射光谱的主吸收峰位置研究得到沉积的SiO2薄膜为缺氧型,化学计量比不超过1.8,且红外吸收峰位置和SiO2折射率存在对应关系,因此在不加热衬底情况下使用RIBS制备SiO2薄膜时,会限制沉积速率的提高。 相似文献

The optical properties of hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) thin films
were studied in this paper. The films were characterized by Fourier
transform infrared spectroscopy, UV--visible transmittance and
reflection spectra. h-BN thin films with a wide optical band gap Eg (5.86 eV for the as-deposited film and 5.97 eV for the
annealed film) approaching h-BN single crystal were successfully
prepared by radio frequency (RF) bias magnetron sputtering and
post-deposition annealing at 970~K. The optical absorption behaviour
of h-BN films accords with the typical optical absorption
characteristics of amorphous materials when fitting is made by the
Urbach tail model. The annealed film shows satisfactory structure
stability. However, high temperature still has a significant
effect on the optical absorption properties, refractive index n,
and optical conductivity σ of h-BN thin films. The
blue-shift of the optical absorption edge and the increase of Eg probably result from stress relaxation in the film under high temperatures. In addition, it is found that the refractive index
clearly exhibits different trends in the visible and ultraviolet regions.
Previous calculational results of optical conductivity of h-BN

Amorphous silicon carbide films are deposited by the plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition technique,and optical emissions from the near-infrared to the visible are obtained.The optical band gap of the films increases from 1.91 eV to 2.92 eV by increasing the carbon content,and the photoluminescence(PL) peak shifts from 1.51 eV to 2.16 eV.The band tail state PL mechanism is confirmed by analysing the optical band gap,PL intensity,the Stocks shift of the PL,and the Urbach energy of the film.The PL decay times of the samples are in the nanosecond scale,and the dependence of the PL lifetime on the emission energy also supports that the optical emission is related to the radiative recombination in the band tail state. 相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射方法制备了纯Ti膜,研究了不同功率下Ti膜的沉积速率、表面形貌及晶型结构,并对其应力进行了研究。研究表明:薄膜的沉积速率随溅射功率的增加而增加,当溅射功率为20 W时,原子力显微镜(AFM)图像显示Ti膜光洁、致密,均方根粗糙度最小可达0.9 nm。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明薄膜的晶体结构为六方晶型,Ti膜应力先随溅射功率增大而增大,在60 W时达到最大值(为945.1 MPa),之后随溅射功率的增大有所减小。 相似文献

Amorphous silicon (a-Si) and hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) films were deposited by DC magnetron sputtering technique with argon and hydrogen plasma mixture on Al deposited by thermal evaporation on glass substrates. The a-Si/Al and a-Si:H/Al thin films were annealed at different temperatures ranging from 250 to 550 °C during 4 h in vacuum-sealed bulb. The effects of annealing temperature on optical, structural and morphological properties of as-grown as well as the vacuum-annealed a-Si/Al and a-Si:H/Al thin films are presented in this contribution. The averaged transmittance of a-Si:H/Al film increases upon increasing the annealing temperature. XRD measurements clearly evidence that crystallization is initiated at 450 °C. The number and intensity of diffraction peaks appearing in the diffraction patterns are more important in a-Si:H/Al than that in a-Si/Al layers. Results show that a-Si:H films deposited on Al/glass crystallize above 450 °C and present better crystallization than the a-Si layers. The presence of hydrogen induces an improvement of structural properties of poly-Si prepared by aluminium-induced crystallization (AIC). 相似文献

Copper oxides films (Cu2O, Cu4O3 and CuO) have been deposited by magnetron sputtering of a copper target in various Ar–O2 reactive mixtures. The films are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, four-point probe method and UV-Vis spectrometry. The three defined compounds in the Cu---O binary system can be deposited by varying the oxygen flow rate introduced into the reactor. All the films are crystallized with a mean crystal size ranging from 10 to about 35 nm. They are highly resistive and present a direct optical band gap higher than 2 eV. The application of a bias voltage during the deposition phase modifies the texture of the Cu2O films and also induces a preferential resputtering of oxygen from the Cu4O3 ones. This resputtering phenomenon leads firstly to the occurrence of the cuprite phase mixed with the paramelaconite one and secondly to the amorphisation of the films. Finally, the thermal stability in air of cuprite, paramelaconite and tenorite films has been investigated. The results show that the stability of Cu2O and Cu4O3 films in air is influenced by the thickness and/or the texture of the films. Tenorite films with a low optical band gap (1.71 eV) can be formed after air annealing at 350 °C of an unbiased cuprite film. 相似文献
