In this work,the influence of heat treatment on Polyamide-1010 structure ofaggregation state was studied by using WAXD and SAXS techniques.The results showedthat the best crystallinity was obtained nearby T=175℃ for Polyamide-1010 samples withvarious annealing treatment.Through extrapolating method,the Tg obtained wasapproximately 58℃.Based on the one-dimensional electron density correlation function ofpartially crystalline polymers,some structural parameters of Polyamide-1010 weredetermined by SAXS.  相似文献

Monodispersed particles of doped yttrium basic carbonates were prepared at aging at elevated temperature corresponding salts solutions in the presence of urea. Coprecipitation in mixed solutions of yttrium, lanthanum and neodymium salts under similar experimental conditions yielded composite particles of basic carbonates. The content of the three metals in the solids followed closely the initial composition of the reacting solutions. On calcination all prepared solids converted to their corresponding oxides while retaining their particle morphology. The so-prepared powders were characterized by various techniques.  相似文献

The high-temperature α relaxation in gamma irradiated isotactic polypropylene (iPP) was studied over the temperature (298-406 K), frequency (103-106 Hz) and absorbed dose (0-700 kGy) ranges by means of dielectric spectroscopy. The multiple α relaxation was resolved from the β relaxation by curve fitting and its parameters were determined. Its position, intensity and activation energy were found to be strongly dependent on the changes in the structural and morphological parameters attributed to the exposure of the samples to radiation. Wide angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) was used to investigate radiation-induced changes in the crystalline structure and degree of crystallinity, since this relaxation is connected with the crystal phase. Infrared (IR) spectroscopy and gel measurements were used to determine the changes in the oxidative degradation and the degree of network formation, respectively; the polar (carbonyl and/or hydroperoxide) groups that were introduced by irradiation were considered as tracer groups. Conclusions derived according to different methods were compared. The results reveal uncommon α relaxation behaviour with gamma radiation and confirm the multiple nature of this process, together with high dielectric and/or relaxation sensitivity of iPP to the radiation-induced changes.  相似文献

The temperature influence (15–35 °C) on the adsorption mechanism and conformation of nonionic polymers (polyethylene glycol (PEG), polyethylene oxide (PEO) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)) on the zirconium dioxide surface was examined. The applied techniques (spectrophotometry, viscosimetry, potentiometric titration and microelectrophoresis) allowed characterization of the changes in structure and thickness of polymer adsorption layers with the increasing temperature. The rise of temperature favours more stretched conformation of polymer chains on the ZrO2 surface, which results in higher adsorption and thicker adsorption layer. Moreover, these conformational changes of adsorbed macromolecules affect the electric (solid surface charge density) and electrokinetic (zeta potential) properties of the zirconia–polymer interface. The obtained data indicate that the polyvinyl alcohol adsorption has a greater influence on zirconia properties in comparison to that of PEG and PEO. It is due to the presence of acetate groups in the PVA macromolecules (degree of hydrolysis 97.5%), which undergo dissociation.  相似文献

The dependence of reactivity on molecular structure in hydro-silation of aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by (PPh3)3 RhCl was studied by “IN SITU” FT-IR technique and a plausible mechanism was proposed.The results show that: (1) Model reaction Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ are all characterized by an induction period; (2) The reaction constant of model reaction Ⅰ is +1.57, so the rare of reaction Ⅰ is increased by the electron-withdrawing groups; (3) The rate of model reaction Ⅲ decreases when the size of R1 becomes larger; (4) The reaction constant of model reaction Ⅲ is -0. 50, so the rate of it is increased by electron-donating groups.  相似文献

Double-base propellants undergo chemical, physical and mechanical changes upon ageing, leading to changes in ballistic performance and presenting explosive hazards. This report studies the variation of chemical and mechanical properties of aged N,N′-dimethyl-N,N′-diphenylcarbamide (methyl centralite) stabilized propellants in order to simulate and evaluate the natural ageing throughout the artificial one. Therefore, a comparative study of stabilizer depletion, plasticizers content, heat of combustion and mechanical properties such as storage modulus, loss modulus and damping of naturally and artificially aged propellants has been carried out by the following techniques: high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TG), calorimeter of combustion and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA), respectively. The results obtained show that all properties are closely connected. In addition, the determination of stabilizer depletion, plasticizers evaporation, decrease of heat of combustion and mechanical properties are very useful for a better understanding of the decomposition and ageing behaviour of propellants. The HPLC investigation of stabilizer has shown good stability of the propellants. The results obtained for DMA have shown that some considerable changes of the mechanical and viscoelastic properties of the propellants occurred during ageing. These results confirm the results obtained by TG for the reduction of the nitroglycerine amount and the decrease of the heat of combustion.  相似文献

We show the possibility to accelerate-in a resonant way-a nonlinear chemical reaction by imposing a small temperature modulation. This classical resonance, which happens for particular modulation frequencies, is illustrated on the athermic cubic Schlogl model, which allows us to get analytical expressions for both the reaction relaxation time and the frequency-resonant delay.  相似文献

The cyclization reaction of D-aspartic acid was studied, the carboxyl groups of D-aspartic acid were protected by benzyl alcohol to give compound D-dibenzyl aspartate. Then (4R)-benzyl azetidine-2-one-4-carboxylate and meso-3,6-disubstituted piperazine- 2,5-diones were synthesized via intramolecular cyclization and intermolecular cyclization of D-dibenzyl aspartate, respectively, and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. Several new ester imide derivatives with different N‐substituents in the imide ring were synthesized and their mesogenic properties investigated by thermal analysis, optical microscopy and X‐ray diffraction. All the esters of N‐4‐[(4′‐decyloxybiphenyl‐4‐yl)oxycarbonyl]phthalimideacetic acid and aliphatic alcohols exhibited monolayer SmA and SmC phases. In addition, for the ethyl and propyl esters a monotropic hexatic (F or I) phase was observed. The introduction of additional substituents at the carbon atom in the methylenemethoxycarbonyl group (in the vicinity of the nitrogen atom) substantially influenced liquid crystalline properties: the compounds with a flexible chain exhibited monotropic SmA–SmB dimorphism, but liquid crystalline properties vanished for the substituent containing the more rigid phenyl ring.  相似文献

Upon decreasing temperature or increasing pressure, a noncrystallizing liquid will vitrify; that is, the structural relaxation time, taualpha, becomes so long that the system cannot attain an equilibrium configuration in the available time. Theories, including the well-known free volume and configurational entropy models, explain the glass transition by invoking a single quantity that governs the structural relaxation time. The dispersion of the structural relaxation (i.e., the structural relaxation function) is either not addressed or is derived as a parallel consequence (or afterthought) and thus is independent of taualpha. In these models the time dependence of the relaxation bears no fundamental relationship to the value of taualpha or other dynamic properties. Such approaches appear to be incompatible with a general experimental fact recently discovered in glass-formers: for a given material at a fixed value of taualpha, the dispersion is constant, independent of thermodynamic conditions (T and P); that is, the shape of the alpha-relaxation function depends only on the relaxation time. If derived independently of taualpha, it is an unlikely result that the dispersion of the structural relaxation would be uniquely defined by taualpha.  相似文献
