以二米基硼为电子受体, 苯乙烯基噻吩为共轭桥, 合成了两个新的稳定的有机硼化合物: 反式,反式-2-二米基 硼-5-{2-[4-(2-噻吩乙烯基)苯基]乙烯基}噻吩(1)和反式,反式-1,4-二-[2-(5-二米基硼噻吩)乙烯基]苯(2). 前者为不对称结构的偶极分子, 后者为对称的A-π-A型四极分子. 对称性不同的化合物表现出不同的双光子吸收性质. 对于偶极分子1, 单双光子吸收达到的激发态能级接近, 而对于四极分子2, 双光子吸收达到的激发态则比单光子吸收所达到的激发态高出0.35 eV. 在波长为710到 900 nm范围的飞秒脉冲激光激发下, 化合物12在THF溶液中都可以发出很强的绿色上转换荧光 (1, λmax=505 nm; 2, λmax=513 nm). 用双光子荧光法测得A-π-A型化合物2在775 nm处的双光子吸收截面达1340 GM.  相似文献

分别以二苯胺和咔唑为端基,以芴为共轭桥, 合成了两个对称型芴衍生物:2,7-二-(N,N-二苯胺基)-9,9-二乙基芴[2,7-bis(N,N-diphenylamino)-9,9-diethyl-fluorene,简称DPDEF]和2,7-二咔唑基-9,9-二乙基芴(2,7-dicarbazol-9'-yl-9,9-diethyl-fluorene,简称DCDEF).用四圆X射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构.DPDEF单晶属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群.晶胞参数:a=2.8649(4) nm, b=0.85111(9) nm, c=2.7012(4) nm, β=100.982(11)º, V=6.4657(14) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.144 g·cm-3, R=0.0581. DCDEF单晶属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群.晶胞参数:a=0.92794(12) nm, b=0.88561(9) nm, c=3.7236(4) nm, β=96.914(9)º, V=3.0378(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.208 g*cm-3, R=0.0652.晶体中DPDEF和DCDEF的芴桥具有很好的平面性,构成芴桥的两个苯环平面之间的夹角分别仅为3.0º和5.8º.在波长为730 nm的飞秒脉冲激光激发下,化合物DPDEF在THF中发出强的蓝色双光子上转换荧光(λmax=418 nm),测得双光子吸收截面为15 GM.  相似文献

Two new bithiophene derivatives named as 5,5‘‘-bis(p-N,N-dimethylaminostyryl)-2,2‘-bithiophene (BMSBT),and 5,5‘-bis(p-N,N-diethylaminostyryl)-2,2‘-bithiophene (BESBT) have been synthesized.Both compounds can emit strong single-photon excited fluorescence (SPEF) and two-photon excited fluorescence (TPEF) with the emission peaks around-560nm and with the lifetime of-1ns.  相似文献

用飞秒Ti:sapphire激光测定了星型二苯乙烯衍生物2,5-二{4-{2-N,N-二[4-(2-N,N-二苯基氨基苯乙烯基)苯基]氨基苯乙烯基}苯基}-1,3,4-噁二唑(DPASPO)和1,2,4,5-四(4-N,N-二苯氨基苯乙烯基)苯(PASB)的三光子吸收谱和多光子上转换荧光光谱. 研究了星形八极矩分子DPASPO和PASB的线性吸收、单光子荧光及荧光寿命. 在800 nm波长的飞秒激光激发下, DPASPO和PASB在二氯甲烷溶液中发出很强的黄绿色双光子上转换荧光, 荧光峰分别位于583 nm和547 nm. 在1260 nm波长的飞秒激光激发下, DPASPO和PASB的三光子上转换荧光峰分别位于612 nm和572 nm. 采用非线性透过率法测得DPASPO和PASB最大三光子吸收截面分别为16.69×10-79 cm6•s2和6.81×10-79 cm6•s2. 这些二苯乙烯衍生物的三光子吸收截面较大. 在这些星型分子中, 三光子吸收增强来源于二苯乙烯分支的增加, 共轭体系的扩展以及分子内跨越空间电荷离域.  相似文献

The structure of the dipolar compound has been determined by X-ray diffraction. 依据“推电子基-共轭中心-拉电子基-共轭中心-推电子基”的模型将电荷传输型1,3,4-噁二唑环嵌入芳香共轭体中, 通过Wittig-Horner反应合成了2种对称型强双光子吸收和双光子诱导荧光分子2,5-二[4-(2-芳基乙烯基)苯基]-1,3,4-噁二唑. 它们的氯仿溶液在锁模Nd: YAG激光器800 nm激光照射下, 发射出很强的双光子上转换荧光, 其最强荧光分别在波长507和475 nm. 采用非线性透过率法测得其双光子吸收截面分别为1.07×10-46和6.6×10-47 cm4•s•photon-1. 这2个对称型D-π-A-π-D生色分子从激发端基到π共轭桥的有效能量传输, 对双光子吸收和双光子荧光发射能力贡献较大.  相似文献

以二米基硼-B(Mes)2为电子受体,以芴基为共轭桥,分别以二苯胺和咔唑为电子给体,合成了两个新的D-π-A型化合物:2-(N,N-二苯胺基)-7-二米基硼基-9,9-二乙基芴[2-(N,N-diphenylamino)-7-dimesitylboryl-9,9-diethylfluorene,1]和2-N-咔唑基-7-二米基硼基-9,9-二乙基芴[2-carbazolyl-7-dimesitylboryl-9,9-diethylfluarene,2]。在脉宽为200 fs的飞秒激光激发下,它们在THF中发出强的蓝色上转换荧光(1:λmax=484nm;2:λmax=440nm).用双光子荧光方法测得它们的双光子吸收截面分别为425GM(激发波长为800nm)和116GM(激发波长为730nm).  相似文献

Different types of stilbene derivatives (D-π-D, A-π-A, D-π-A) were investigated with AM1, and specially, equilibrium geometries of symmetrical stilbene derivatives (D-π-D) were studied using of PM3. With the same method INDO/CI, the UV-vis spectra were explored and the position and strength of the two-photon absorption were predicated by Sum-Over-States expression. The relationships of the structures, spectra and nonlinear optical properties have been examined. 以三苯胺或硝基苯为端基, 合成了三个卟啉多枝分子: 5-(4-硝基苯甲酰氧基)苯基-10,15,20-三-(4-溴苯基)卟啉(TPP-NO2)、5-(4-硝基苯甲酰氧基)苯基-10,15,20-三-(4-二苯胺基-1-苯乙烯基)苯基卟啉(TPP-X3)和5,10,15,20-四-(4-二苯胺基-1-苯乙烯基)苯基卟啉(TPP-X4), 进行了红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱表征. 比较研究了分子“枝”、“核”不同键合方式与不同对称结构对分子的线性光谱、非线性光谱以及分子内能量转移行为的影响. 在钛宝石激光器(800 nm)和Nd∶YAG倍频光(532 nm)泵浦下, 样品溶液均发出卟啉环特有的红色荧光——前者系双光子吸收机制“上转换”荧光, 后者则为双光子吸收与分子内能量转移机制“下转换”荧光. 飞秒Z-scan技术测得样品双光子吸收截面最大可达130 GM, 与四苯基卟啉(TPP)同等测试条件下的双光子吸收截面相比增大了两个数量级.  相似文献

合成了一系列二噻吩衍生物类有机合物:5,5'-二(对-N,N-二甲胺基苯乙 烯基)-2,2'-二噻吩(BMSBT)与5,5'-二(对-N,N-二乙胺基苯乙烯基)- 2,2'-二噻吩(BESBT),5,5'-二(对N-环丁胺基苯乙烯基)-2,2'-二噻吩( BBSBT),5,5-二(对-N-咔唑基苯乙烯基)2-2'-二噻吩(BCSBT),并测定了 其吸收光谱、单光子荧光光谱和双光子荧光光谱。BMSBT,BESBT和BBSBT的单光子 荧光参数存在的很强的、规则的溶剂效应,表明其激发态的分子可能有较大的极性 。在800nm fs激光下测得BMSBT与BESBT在560nm附近(与单光子荧光发射峰波长接 近的位置)有较强的上转换荧光发射,上转换荧光强度与激发能量之间较好的平方 关系表明了双光子激发的机理,这种上转换荧光被称为双光子荧光。用以光子荧光 法测得BMSBT和BESBT的双光子吸收截面分别为54*10~(-50)(cm~4·s)/photon和 102*10~(-50)(cm~4·s)/photon。  相似文献

双光子吸收是指在强光激发下,介质分子同时吸收两个光子,从基态跃迁到两倍光子能量的激发态的过程。荧光显微成像是研究活体生物的重要工具,而最通常的细胞成像方法则是使用单光子激发荧光团的单光子显微成像。近红外光源激发的双光子荧光探针克服了单光子荧光探针的光漂白与光致毒而更适于生物检测与成像,为生命科学研究提供了更为锐利的工具。双光子荧光探针的作用机理包括分子内电荷迁移(ICT)、荧光共振能量迁移(FRET)、光诱导电子迁移(PET)与基团转换(GC) 4种方式。该文综述了双光子阳离子探针(Mg2+, Ca2+, Pb2+, Hg2+, Ag+, Fe3+, Zn2+, Na+, Cr3+)、双光子阴离子探针(F-)、pH探针、双光子葡萄糖示踪器、双光子脂筏探针、双光子巯基探针、双光子半胱氨酸探针和双光子生物标记探针,以及双光子荧光探针在生物成像方面的应用,展望了双光子荧光探针的发展趋势与应用前景。  相似文献

报道了具有典型D-A-D型共轭结构的反式2,5-二氰基-1,4-二(4'-甲氧基苯乙烯基)苯(MOS-CN), 2,5-二氰基-1,4-二(4'-二甲胺基苯乙烯基)苯(MAS-CN)和1,4-二(4'-甲氧基苯乙烯基)苯(MOS)的合成. 用核磁、红外和元素分析进行了表征. 测试了紫外吸收光谱、单光子荧光光谱、双光子荧光光谱、双光子吸收系数及双光子吸收截面. 在800 nm的飞秒脉冲激光激发下, 化合物MOS-CN, MAS-CN和MOS分别发出很强的绿色、黄色和蓝色上转换荧光. 化合物MOS-CN, MAS-CN和MOS的最大吸收波长、单光子发射波长、双光子诱导荧光波长、荧光量子产率、双光子吸收系数、双光子吸收截面及双光子荧光寿命各分别是393, 473, 367 nm; 470, 569, 434 nm; 475, 574, 438 nm; 0.12, 0.72, 0.21; 0.8, 5.3, 0.3 cm/GW; 270, 1790, 101 GM; 140 ps, 1.32 ns, 54 ps. MAS-CN的双光子吸收截面是MOS-CN的6.63倍, MOS-CN的双光子吸收截面是MOS的2.67倍, 表明对位氨基显著地提高了化合物的双光子吸收性能, 氰基也较大地提高了双光子吸收截面.  相似文献

将具有双-2-脲基-4[1H]-嘧啶酮(bisUPy)的β-二羰基氟硼类衍生物(BF2-bisUPy)及卟啉衍生物(Por(Pt)-bisUPy)通过四重氢键作用组装成超分子聚合物,通过微乳液法制备成在水中均匀分散的超分子聚合物纳米颗粒(SPNP)。扫描电子显微镜形貌表征表明获得的纳米颗粒粒径约为60 nm。紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱及寿命衰减实验均证明纳米颗粒内BF2-bisUPy与Por(Pt)-bisUPy可发生高效的能量传递。具有双光子吸收的BF2-bisUPy作为能量供体,可通过荧光共振能量传递(FRET)增强双光子激发下Por(Pt)-bisUPy的发光。双光子激发荧光强度与激光功率测试表明所制备的超分子聚合物纳米颗粒具有强烈的双光子激发下的荧光及磷光双发射,这种纳米材料可进入细胞,具有优秀的生物相容性,并在双光子激发时表现出强烈的荧光和磷光双发射生物成像。  相似文献

分别以双氰基二苯代乙烯(DCS)和双[2-(2-羟乙基硫基)乙基]氨(HSA)为双光子荧光团和汞离子受体,合成了双光子荧光汞离子探针(DHg),并对其结构进行了分析.实验结果表明,DHg在甲苯、乙腈和水中的荧光量子产率(Φ)分别为0.78,0.42和0.20,对汞离子的络合常数通过单、双光子荧光滴定分别拟合为lg K=5.47±0.02和lg K=5.34±0.02.DHg在水溶液中对汞离子具有优良的选择性和高的灵敏性,可用于中性环境中汞离子的检测.DHg的双光子吸收截面(δTPA)在水溶液中高达840 GM,可用于细胞中汞离子的检测与成像.  相似文献

Two-photon excited fluorescent (TPEF) materials are highly desirable for bioimaging applications owing to their unique characteristics of deep-tissue penetration and high spatiotemporal resolution. Herein, by connecting one, two, or three electron-deficient zinc porphyrin units to an electron-rich triazatruxene core via ethynyl π-bridges, conjugated multipolar molecules TAT-(ZnP) n (n=1–3) were developed as TPEF materials for cell imaging. The three new dyes present high fluorescence quantum yields (0.40–0.47) and rationally improved two-photon absorption (TPA) properties. In particular, the peak TPA cross section of TAT-ZnP (436 GM) is significantly larger than that of the ZnP reference (59 GM). The δTPA values of TAT-(ZnP)2 and TAT-(ZnP)3 further increase to 1031 and up to 1496 GM, respectively, indicating the effect of incorporated ZnP units on the TPA properties. The substantial improvement of the TPEF properties is attributed to the formation of π-conjugated quadrapole/octupole molecules and the extension of D -π-A-D systems, which has been rationalized by density function theory (DFT) calculations. Moreover, all of the three new dyes display good biocompatibility and preferential targeting ability toward cytomembrane, thus can be superior candidates for TPEF imaging of living cells. Overall, this work demonstrated a promising strategy for the development of porphyrin-based TPEF materials by the construction and extension of D -π-A-D multipolar array.  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties of a new chlorophyll derivate photosensitizer(CDP) are studied under the excitation wavelengths at 800 and 400 nm using femtosecond pulses from a Ti:sapphire laser.The damaging effect of CDP on the BEL-7402 cancer cells is also investigated upon two-photon illumination at 800 nm.The normalized fluorescence spectra of CDP in tetrahydrofuran(THF) show that two-photon and one-photon spectra have the same distributions and the same emission bands(675 nm).The life-times of two-and one-photon induced fluorescence of this molecule are of the order of 5.0 ns.By comparing the data it is shown that there is some difference between the two lifetimes,but the differ-ence is less than one nanosecond.The two-photon absorption cross section of the molecule is also measured at 800 nm and estimated as about σ′2 ≈ 31.5×10-50 cm4·s·photon-1.The results of two-photon photodynamic therapy(TPPDT) tests show that CDP can kill all of the tested cancer cells according to the usual Eosine assessment.Our results indicate that the two-photon-induced photophysical,photo-chemical and photosensitizing processes of CDP may be basically similar to those of one-photon ex-citation.These behaviors of the sample suggest that one may find other possible methods to estimate some photosensitizers' effects in details such as their distribution in cells and the reactive targets of the sub-cellular parts of some tumor cells via two-photon excitation techniques.  相似文献
