OsO4-catalysed dihydroxylation reactions of the aryl ketimine derivatives of (E)-gamma-amino-alpha,beta-unsaturated esters gave anti selectivity ranging from 6.7 : 1 to 19 : 1, whereas the opposite syn selectivity was consistently observed with those of (Z)-gamma-amino-alpha,beta-unsaturated esters (5.4 : 1 to > 100 : 1).  相似文献

[formula: see text] A synthesis of gamma-amino acids and their cyclic derivatives, 3-pyrrolinones, from alpha-amino acids employs a ruthenium-catalyzed Alder ene reaction as a key step in the sequence. Cyclopentadienylruthenium (1,4-cyclooctadiene) chloride catalyzes the addition of gamma-amido-alpha,beta-alkynoate esters with monosubstituted alkenes. The major product arises from C-C bond formation at the alpha-carbon of the alkynoate. The reaction exhibits high chemoselectivity. The ruthenium-catalyzed addition occurs in preference to a Diels-Alder reaction. The two new double bonds are created with complete geometrical control. The initial gamma-amido-alpha,beta-unsaturated ester can be cyclized to the pyrrolinones with a tin catalyst.  相似文献

The stereoselective alkylation of alpha,beta-unsaturated imines via C-H activation followed by imine hydrolysis produces tri- and tetrasubstituted alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehydes. In the presence of a rhodium catalyst, alpha,beta-unsaturated N-benzyl imines derived from methacrolein, crotonaldehyde, and tiglic aldehyde undergo directed C-H activation at the beta-position and react with terminal alkenes and alkynes to form the tri- and tetrasubstituted alpha,beta-unsaturated imines with very high stereoselectivity. Hydrolysis to provide alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehydes can be performed under carefully controlled conditions that maintain the stereochemistry of the beta-alkylated imine products. Alternatively, for beta-alkylation products of the N-benzyl imine of methacrolein, hydrolysis can be performed under conditions that provide complete isomerization to the E isomer.  相似文献

(E)-beta-Trialkylstannyl-alpha,beta-unsaturated ketones are readily available from secondary propargylic alcohols via a two-step sequence involving highly regio- and stereoselective Pd(0)-catalyzed hydrostannation followed by mild oxidation (TPAP). This paper describes a highly enantioselective epoxidation of alpha,beta-unsaturated esters using the fructose-derived ketone 2 as catalyst and Oxone as oxidant. High ee's have been obtained for a number of trans and trisubstituted substrates (82-98% ee). The results described show that it is feasible for dioxiranes to effectively epoxidize electron-deficient olefins with high ee's.  相似文献

A new catalytic route for the synthesis of unsaturated organosilicon compounds with vinylic functionality based on cross-metathesis of vinyltrialkoxy- and vinyltris(trimethylsiloxy)-silanes with allyl esters of carboxylic acids catalyzed by ruthenium carbenes (Grubbs catalysts): [Cl2(PCy3)2Ru(=CHPh)] (I), [Cl2(PCy)3(1,3-dimesityl-4,5-dihydroimidazol-2-ylidene)Ru(=CHPh)] (II) is reported. Chiral alpha,beta-unsaturated esters, containing a single, gamma-stereogenic centre, show modest levels of substrate control upon conjugate addition of lithium dibenzylamide. Double diastereoselective conjugate additions of homochiral lithium N-benzyl-N-(alpha-methylbenzyl)amide to the homochiral alpha,beta-unsaturated esters display "matching" and "mismatching" effects. In each case, however, these additions proceed under the dominant stereocontrol of the lithium amide to give the corresponding beta-amino esters in high de. A remarkable reversal in stereoselectivity is noted by changing the ester functionality to an oxazolidinone. beta-Trifluoromethyl alpha,beta-unsaturated esters were efficiently prepared by reactions of fluorine-containing ketones with diazo compounds via metalloporphyrin-catalyzed olefination in the presence of triphenylphosphine. The commercially available Fe(III)(TPP)Cl (TPP: tetraphenylporphyrin) is effective for catalyzing the olefination of a variety of trifluoromethyl ketones with different diazoacetate esters under mild conditions. A series of chiral beta-aryl-substituted gamma-amino butyric acid derivatives were synthesized in good enantioselectivities via the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric conjugate reduction of gamma-phthalimido-alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid esters using Cu(OAc)2 x H2O as a catalyst precursor, (S)-BINAP as a ligand, PMHS as a hydride source, and t-BuOH as an additive.
