将线性聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)和海藻酸钠(SA)分子同时引入到PNIPAAm凝胶中,制备了交联聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)/(海藻酸钠/聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺))半互穿网络(Cr-PNIPAAm/(SA/PNIPAAm)semi-IPN)水凝胶。在弱碱性条件下(pH=7.4),改变SA与线性PNIPAAm的质量比对Cr-PNIPAAm/(SA/PNIPAAm)semi-IPN水凝胶的溶胀度没有太大的影响。在酸性条件下(pH=1.0),其溶胀度随着SA与线性PNIPAAm质量比的减小而增大。由于亲水性SA与线性PNIPAAm的协同作用,Cr-PNIPAAm/(SA/PNIPAAm)semi-IPN水凝胶的消溶胀速率得到很大提高。  相似文献

以无机粘土为交联剂制备了具有温度、pH双重敏感特性的羧甲基纤维素钠/聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)/粘土半互穿网络纳米复合水凝胶(CMC/PNIPA/Clay semi-IPN),并通过红外和透射电镜对其结构和形态进行了表征。在酸性(pH=1.2)和20℃条件下,分别研究了温度和不同pH缓冲液对该凝胶溶胀度的影响,测定了复合水凝胶的力学性能。结果表明:水凝胶中的粘土被剥离成单片层,且均匀分散在凝胶网络中,起交联剂的作用,而CMC以线性大分子的形态存在;CMC/PNIPA/Clay具有良好的温度、pH双重敏感特性;凝胶的断裂伸长率>1 000%。  相似文献

通过紫外引发聚合方法制备了无机交联的聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)/有机交联的聚丙烯酰胺(PAAm)互穿网络(IPN)水凝胶.利用FTIR和SEM分别表征了凝胶的化学结构和内部形态;测定了凝胶在高温(50℃)时的退溶胀性能;利用DMA和DSC分别研究了凝胶的储能模量随温度的变化及热相转变行为.研究表明,该IPN凝胶具有温度敏感性;与未互穿的无机交联PNIPAAm凝胶相比,IPN凝胶具有多孔的网络结构和超快的响应速率,如10min内失去90%的水;其储能模量增加了3~4倍,相转变行为变弱,而最低临界溶解温度(LCST)提高了1.4℃.  相似文献

CMC/PNIPAAm半互穿网络水凝胶的溶胀动力学研究   总被引:1,自引:3,他引:1  
以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)为原料,制备了具有温度和pH敏感性的半互穿网络(CMC/PNIPAAmsemi-IPN)水凝胶,并研究了水凝胶在不同温度和pH值条件下的溶胀行为。结果表明:在弱碱性(pH-7.4)条件下,凝胶的溶胀速率和溶胀度都随着凝胶中CMC含量的增加而增大;而在酸性(pH-1.O)条件下则相反。在弱碱性条件下,水分子在凝胶中的扩散行为都可用non-Fickian扩散来描述,水分子在凝胶中的扩散系数D随着凝胶溶胀速率的增大而增大;在酸性条件下,20℃时凝胶的溶胀过程符合non-Fickian扩散规律,而37℃时凝胶的溶胀过程符合Fickian扩散规律,但水分子的扩散系数D相差不大。  相似文献

由海藻酸钠(SA)和聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)制得的半互穿网络水凝胶具有温度及pH敏感特性。在酸性(pH=1.3)和弱碱性条件(pH=7.4)下,研究了温度对该凝胶溶胀度的影响,结果表明,该凝胶溶胀度均随着温度的提高而下降,但在pH=1.3时,溶胀度小于PNIPAAm水凝胶的;在pH=7.4时,结果正好相反。在25℃和37℃的条件下,分别考察pH对该凝胶溶胀度的影响,结果表明,在25℃时该凝胶有良好的pH敏感性,而在37℃时,敏感性不明显。同时也发现该凝胶对pH、温度的脉冲刺激有较快的响应性。  相似文献

合成聚(丙烯酸)/聚(N 异丙基丙烯酰胺)互穿聚合物网络(PAAc/PNIPAIPN)水凝胶,具有温度及pH双重敏感特性.这种水凝胶在弱碱性条件下的溶胀率远大于酸性条件下的溶胀率.在酸性条件下,随着温度上升,凝胶的溶胀率也随之逐渐上升;而在弱碱性条件下,温度低于聚(N 异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPA)的较低临界溶解温度(LCST)时,溶胀率也随着温度的上升而上升,当温度达到LCST时,凝胶的溶胀率突然急剧下降,并随着温度的逐渐上升而下降.  相似文献

利用互穿网络(IPN)技术,以温敏性聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAm)、聚氨酯(PUE)以及具有分子包合效应的β-环糊精(β-CD)为原料,采用分步法和同步法制备了新型互穿网络水凝胶。通过对水凝胶溶胀行为的考察,可知水凝胶具有同PNIPAm相似的在低临界溶解温度(LCST)处的相转变行为,且PUE/PNIPAm的组成比,线型PNIPAm分子量以及交联剂用量等因素对IPN水凝胶的溶胀特性与温敏特性有显著的影响。  相似文献

采用分步法用电子加速器辐射合成了聚丙烯酰胺(PAAm)/聚异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAAm)互穿网络水凝胶,并考察了温度、pH值、离子强度对其溶胀性能的影响.研究表明:互穿水凝胶具有温度敏感性,且其体积相变与互穿网络中PAAm和PNIPAAm含量有关,随着网络中PAAm含量的增加水凝胶的体积相变趋于平缓,可以通过改变PAAm和PNIPAAm的组成比来控制水凝胶的体积相变行为.此外,互穿水凝胶还具有pH敏感性和一定的抗盐性.  相似文献

采用明胶(Gel)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)为原料,制备了Gel/聚异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAM)水凝胶系列;研究了原料配比、pH值及温度对水凝胶溶胀速度的影响。结果表明,当温度大于PNIPAM的最低临界溶液温度(LCST)值时,Gel/PNIPAM水凝胶的溶胀速度随着组分中PNIPAM的增加而降低,且溶胀过程以扩散渗透控制为主。而pH对水凝胶溶胀速度的影响与温度有关。Gel/PNIPAM配比为5/5,温度大于LCST时,水凝胶的pH敏感性受明胶控制;温度低于LCST时,pH对水凝胶的溶胀速度的影响很小。  相似文献

This study describes synthesis and optimization of pectin grafted poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) hydrogels as vehicles for colon-targeted theophylline model drug release. The gels were prepared in the presence of N, N′–methylenebisacrylamide (MBAA) crosslinker and ceric ammonium nitrate (CAN) initiator under N2 atmosphere. Optimum conditions, in terms of percent of grafting (%G), were determined as follows: pectin = 1.0 g, [NIPAAm] = 26.51 mM, [MBAA] = 0.65 mM, [CAN] = 0.073 mM, polymerization temperature = 30°C and time = 4.0 h. Hydrogels were characterized by FTIR, TGA, DSC, XRD and SEM. The formed hydrogel did not have a thermo-sensitivity behavior. The in vitro percent drug release was studied in terms of different percent of grafting and different polymerization temperatures under two pH values namely 5.5 and 7.4. Conclusively, the optimum colon-targeted vehicle properties that provide the least drug release at pH5.5 and the most drug release at pH7.4 were as follows: [NIPAAm] = 26.51 mM and [MBAA] = 0.56 mM, polymerization temperature = 30°C and %G = 55.5.  相似文献

Summary: A series of thermally responsive dendritic core-shell polymers were prepared based upon dendritic polyamidoamine (PAMAM), modified with carboxyl end-capped linear poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm-COOH) in different ratios via an esterification process to obtain PNIPAAm-g-PAMAM. The graft ratio of PNIPAAm could be adjusted by changing the feed ratio of PAMAM-OH to PNIPAAm-COOH and was verified by 1H NMR and gel penetration chromatography (GPC). The lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of PNIPAAm-g-PAMAM evaluated by UV-vis spectrophotometer was about 32 °C. Indomethacin (IMC) as a model drug was loaded in the thermosensitive polymer-grafted dendrimer derivative and its release behavior was studied below and above its LCST (27 °C vs 37 °C). Results showed that the LCST of PNIPAAm-g-PAMAM was around 32 °C compared with that of the pure PNIPAAm. The release behavior of the indomethacin entrapped in the internal cavities of the PNIPAAm-g-PAMAM showed that almost 77% of the drug was cumulatively released at 27 °C after 10 hours, whereas only 20% was released at 37 °C. The release rate of IMC from the IMC/PNIPAAm-g-PAMAM complex at 37 °C is significantly slower than that at 27 °C, which indicates that the PNIPAAm chains grafted on the surface of PAMAM dendrimer could act as a channel switching on-off button through expending or contracting in response to the temperature variation and could control the drug release by varying the surrounding temperature.  相似文献

以丝素蛋白纤维为填充材料,采用自由基聚合的方法制备复合聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPPAm)水凝胶,研究复合水凝胶的黏弹性能、溶胀性能和反复溶胀-收缩性能。结果表明:丝素蛋白纤维的加入改善了复合水凝胶的力学性能,其平衡溶胀率不仅与温度有关,而且与丝素蛋白纤维的含量有关。此外,处在表面的丝素蛋白纤维与水凝胶之间存在间隙,在反复溶胀-收缩过程中可以作为输水通道,有利于水分子进出,提高了PNIPPAm水凝胶对温度的响应速率并使其溶胀-收缩重复性更好。  相似文献

用羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC—Na)制得了含水量高达98%的水凝胶,考察了防腐剂、交联剂、无机态氮素、有机态氮素、碳水化合物的加入量以及环境中pH值等因素对生物降解性的影响。结果表明:制备条件不同,水凝胶的生物降解性不同;环境中一定量铵根离子的存在有利于水凝胶的生物降解;在pH=5.2的环境中纤维素酶活性最高,降解程度最大。  相似文献

A novel amphiphilic copolymer N-phthaloylchitosan graft poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and poly(acrylic acid-co-tert-butyl acrylate) (PHCS-g-PNIPAAm&P(AA-co-tBA)) was synthesized. The graft copolymer could form micelles in aqueous medium, and the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of the copolymer was 7.5 × 10? 3mg/mL. The lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the micelles was measured to be 30°C. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image showed that the micelles exhibited a regular spherical shape, and the mean diameter of the micelles was 94.1 ± 0.8 nm as determined by dynamic light scattering (DLS). The potential usefulness of the micelles as drug delivery systems was investigated using anti-inflammation drug prednisone acetate as the model. The drug loading capacity of the micelles was measured to be 22.86 wt%, and the DLS results showed that the mean diameter of the drug-loaded micelles was 133.3 ± 2.4 nm. In vitro drug release studies indicated that the micelles exhibited thermo and pH dual-responsive release profiles.  相似文献
