Two-Wavelet Localization Operators on Homogeneous Spaces and Their Traces

We define two-wavelet localization operators in the setting of homogeneous spaces. We prove that they are in the trace class S ₁ and give a trace formula for them. Then we show that two-wavelet operators on locally compact and Hausdorff groups endowed with unitary and square-integrable representations, general Daubechies operators and two-wavelet multipliers can be seen as two-wavelet localization operators on appropriate homogeneous spaces. Thus we give a unifying view concerning the three classes of linear operators. We also show that two-wavelet localization operators on , considered as a homogeneous space, under the action of the affine group U are two-wavelet multipliers      

A Note on Toeplitz Operators in Schatten-Herz Classes Associated with Rearrangement-invariant Spaces

In recent papers, B. Choe, H. Koo, K. Na (see [3]) and Loaiza, M. Lopez-Garcia e S. Perez-Esteva (see [5]) studied conditions in order to a Toeplitz operator, acting on the harmonic Bergman space over the unit ball in and on analytic Bergman space on the unit disk in the complex plane, respectively, belong to the so-called Schaten-Herz class. The purpose of this note is to prove necessary and sufficient conditions in order to a Toeplitz operator T _μ with positive symbol, acting on the harmonic Bergman space on the unit ball in belong to a Schatten-Herz class S ^F _E , associated with a pair of rearrangement invariant sequence spaces E and F. The conditions involve the Berezin transform of its symbol and the average function. on some euclidian discs. The main point is the characterization of Toeplitz operators, that belong to Schatten ideals S _E associated with an arbitrary rearrangement invariant sequence space E.      

Finite-Rank Products of Toeplitz Operators in Several Complex Variables

For any α > −1, let A²_α be the weighted Bergman space on the unit ball corresponding to the weight (1 – |z|²)^α. We show that if all except possibly one of the Toeplitz operators are diagonal with respect to the standard orthonormal basis of A²_α and has finite rank, then one of the functions must be the zero function.      

On Some Categories and Functors in the Theory of Quaternionic Bergman Spaces

Basic facts are presented about the theory of quaternionic Bergman spaces with special emphasis on what is happening with them under conformal transformations of the domains. Constructing a series of categories of quaternion-valued functions as well as functors acting between them we show that the arising spaces and operators have conformally covariant or invariant characters in terms of the theory of categories. The second-named and the third-named authors were partially supported by CONACYT projects as well as by IPN in the framework of COFAA and SIP programs.     

Positive Schatten(-Herz) Class Toeplitz Operators on Pluriharmonic Bergman Spaces

We study characterizations of arbitrary positive Toeplitz operators of Schatten (or Schatten-Herz) type in terms of averaging functions and Berezin transforms of symbol functions on the ball of pluriharmonic Bergman space. This work was supported by a Hanshin University Research Grant.     

Radial Operators on the Weighted Bergman Spaces over the Polydisk

In this paper, we study radial operators in Toeplitz algebra on the weighted Bergman spaces over the polydisk by the(m, λ)-Berezin transform and find that a radial operator can be approximated in norm by Toeplitz operators without any conditions. We prove that the compactness of a radial operator is equivalent to the property of vanishing of its(0, λ)-Berezin transform on the boundary. In addition, we show that an operator S is radial if and only if its(m, λ)-Berezin transform is a separately radial function.     

A Clifford Algebraic Framework for $$\mathfrak{sp}(m)$$-Invariant Differential Operators

We introduce a framework for studying differential operators which are invariant with respect to the real (complex) symplectic Lie algebra ( ), associated to a quaternionic structure on a vector space . To do so, these algebras are realized within the orthogonal Lie algebra . This leads in a natural way to a refinement of the recently introduced notion of complex Hermitean Clifford analysis, in which four variations of the classical Dirac operator play a dominant role. Multiply Connected Quadrature Domains and the Bergman Kernel Function

This paper derives general analytical formulae for the conformal maps from multiply connected circular preimage domains to multiply connected quadrature domains by considering the Bergman kernel functions of the preimage and target domains. The new formulae are expressed in terms of the Schottky–Klein prime function. They generalize, to the case of arbitrary connectivity, a formula relevant to doubly connected domains derived by Y. Wiener-Hopf Operators with Slowly Oscillating Matrix Symbols on Weighted Lebesgue Spaces

Fredholm conditions and an index formula are obtained for Wiener-Hopf operators W(a) with slowly oscillating matrix symbols a on weighted Lebesgue spaces where 1 < p < ∞, w is a Muckenhoupt weight on and . The entries of matrix symbols belong to a Banach subalgebra of Fourier multipliers on that are continuous on and have, in general, different slowly oscillating asymptotics at ±∞. To define the Banach algebra SO_{p, w} of corresponding slowly oscillating functions, we apply the theory of pseudodifferential and Calderón-Zygmund operators. Established sufficient conditions become a Fredholm criterion in the case of Muckenhoupt weights with equal indices of powerlikeness, and also for Muckenhoupt weights with different indices of powerlikeness under some additional condition on p, w and a. Fredholm Properties of Band-dominated Operators on Periodic Discrete Structures

Let (X, ~) be a combinatorial graph the vertex set X of which is a discrete metric space. We suppose that a discrete group G acts freely on (X, ~) and that the fundamental domain with respect to the action of G contains only a finite set of points. A graph with these properties is called periodic with respect to the group G. We examine the Fredholm property and the essential spectrum of band-dominated operators acting on the spaces l ^p (X) or c_0(X), where (X, ~) is a periodic graph. Our approach is based on the thorough use of band-dominated operators. It generalizes the necessary and sufficient results obtained in [39] in the special case and in [42] in case X = G is a general finitely generated discrete group. Submitted: May 21, 2007. In this paper,we study the compact operators on weighted Bergman spaces of the unit ball.Extending Miao and Zheng’result in 2004,we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the operator to be compact on weighted Bergman spaces of the unit ball under some integrable conditions.     

A Functional Calculus for n-Tuples of Noncommuting Operators

Bounded Berezin-Toeplitz Operators on the Segal-Bargmann Space

We discuss the boundedness of Berezin-Toeplitz operators on a generalized Segal-Bargmann space (Fock space) over the complex n-space. This space is characterized by the image of a global Bargmann-type transform introduced by Sj?strand. We also obtain the deformation estimates of the composition of Berezin-Toeplitz operators whose symbols and their derivatives up to order three are in the Wiener algebra of Sj?strand. Our method of proofs is based on the pseudodifferential calculus and the heat flow determined by the phase function of the Bargmann transform.
