Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 2,4-Diiodo-6-[(2-morpholin-4-yl-ethylimino)-methyl]-phenol-copper(Ⅱ)

2,4-Diiodo-6-[(2-morpholin-4-yl-ethylimino)-methyl]-phenol-copper(Ⅱ) has been designed and synthesized.The structure was determined by UV,IR and single-crystal X-ray study.The title complex crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=6.6090(13),b=10.377(2),c=12.550(3),α=113.29(3),β=93.84(3),γ=98.31(3)°,V=774.9(3)3,Dc=2.215g/cm3,C26H30CuO4N4I4,Mr=1033.68,F(000)=487,μ=4.726 mm-1,Z=1,the final R=0.0563 and wR=0.1475 for 2101 observed reflections(I2σ(I)).The central copper(Ⅱ) is four-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms from two 3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde-2-morpholinoethylamine Schiff bases.The complex is linked into a column by π-π stacking interaction.The complex was assayed for antibacterial activities against three Gram positive bacterial strains(B.subtilis,S.aureus and S.faecalis) and three Gram negative bacterial strains(E.coli,P.aeruginosa and E.cloacae) by MTT method.Fortunately,the title complex shows potent antibacterial activity against these six bacterial strains.

A Cu(Ⅱ) Complex with IM-MeImz-к2 N,O Mode in [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2: Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties

A new copper(Ⅱ) compound with imino nitroxide radicals [Cu(IM-MeImz)2]·(SCN)2 (IM-meImz =2-(5-methylimidazol-4-yl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazoline-1-oxyl) has been synthesized and characterized structurally and magnetically. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.3604(7), b = 10.3012(7), c = 16.6684(12) (A), β = 105.0290(10)°, V = 1552.25(19)(A)3, C24H34CuN10O2S2, Mr = 622.27, Z = 2, Dc = 1.331 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.876 mm-1, F(000) =650, the final R = 0.0374 and wR = 0.1079. X-ray analysis demonstrates that the IM-MeImz ligand is coordinated to the copper(Ⅱ) ion as an unusual didentate chelate with a κ2 N(MeImz),O(IM) mode in the complex. The square-planar coordination sites at Cu(Ⅱ) are occupied by two O and two N atoms from the imino nitroxide radicals. The complex molecules are connected as a onedimensional polymer structure by intermolecular interactions. Magnetic measurements show that there are intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(Ⅱ) ion and radicals.

4-羧基苯氧乙酸铜配合物[Cu(CBOAH)2(H2O)2]的合成与晶体结构

合成了4-羧基苯氧乙酸铜配合物[Cu(CBOAH)2(H2O)2](CBOAH-为4-羧基苯氧乙酸根阴离子), 对其进行了IR、TG和单晶X-射线衍射等表征。晶体C18H18CuO12 属单斜晶系, 空间群C2/c, 晶胞参数a = 12.298(3), b = 7.380(1), c = 21.413(4) ? ?= 94.00(3), V = 1938.8(7) , Mr = 489.88, Z = 4, Dc = 1.678 g/cm3, ?= 1.194 mm-1, F(000) = 1004, 最终R = 0.0279, wR = 0.0535。2个不同配体的氧乙酸上的羧基氧原子和醚氧原子与铜原子配位, 并形成赤道平面, 2个轴向位置分别被2个水分子所占据, Cu(Ⅱ)离子具有八面体配位构型。热分析结果表明在220℃前配合物是稳定的。     

固相萃取高效液相色谱-质谱法测定血浆中乙醇醛、甘油醛的含量

采用柱前衍生、固相萃取、高效液相色谱-质谱联用方法,建立了血浆中乙醇醛(GCO)、甘油醛(GCE)含量的测定方法。衍生试剂为3-m ethyl-2-benzoth iazolinone-hydrazone hydrochloride(MBTH);内标物为3-羟基丁醛;HPLC流动相为甲醇-醋酸铵(5 mmol/L),梯度洗脱;质谱电喷雾选择离子检测。比较了糖尿病大鼠和正常大鼠血浆中GCO、GCE的含量,正常大鼠血浆中GCO和GCE的含量分别为0.0574±0.0036μmol/L、0.0186±0.0019μmol/L;糖尿病大鼠血浆中GCO和GCE的含量分别为0.0763±0.0071μmol/L、0.0240±0.0023μmol/L,差异显著。

The final R=0.059 for 423 unique observed reflections. Cu2-' is coordinated by six oxygen atoms to form a distorted octahedron. Cu2^ ions are linked together by formate groups in an anti-anti bridging arrangement to form a two dimensional polymer. Two oxygen atoms in a formate group are equivalent with C(l)-0(l)=l.25(1) and C(l)-0(2) = l. 2.5(1)8.

[Cu(bpp)2(bpdc)(H2O)2]×2H2O and [Cu(bpp)2](tdc)×7.5H2O的合成、晶体结构和热稳定性

在室温下, 由Cu(NO3)2 、1,3 -二（4 -吡啶基）丙烷(bpp)、4,4 ’ -联苯二甲酸(H2bpdc)和2,5-噻吩二甲酸(H2tdc)制备出两种新型铜( II)配位聚合物[Cu(bpp)2(bpdc)(H2O)2]n·2nH2O, 1 和[Cu(bpp)2]n·n(tdc) 7.5nH2O, 2。两个配位聚合物均为一维线型结构,铜原子均采取变形的八面体结构,在轴线方向上的两个水分子与铜原子存在较弱的配位作用。在配合物1中,两个bpdc羧酸根离子与铜原子配位,而2中的tdc羧酸离子没有与铜原子键合,只是作为反离子平衡电荷。在两个产物中, 配体bpp具有不同的构象。热重分析表明配合物1与2分别在110°C和160°C以下是稳定的。     

A New Diterpene Acid from the Flowers of Heteropappus altaicus

A new compound, named heteraltaic acid was isolated from the flowers of Heteropappus altaicus (willd) Novopokr. The compound was elucidated as (5R, 6S, 8aS) -5-[2-(3-furyl) ethyl-5, 6, 8a-trimethyl-4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8a -hexahydro-l-naphthalenecarboxylic acid] by the combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques (HSQC, HMBC) and X-ray analysis.     

Synthesis, Structure and Properties of Nqvel Dicopper( Ⅱ ) Complex [Cu(oxpn)Cu(tmen)_2]·(ClO_4)_2

The copper( Ⅱ ) complex, [Cu(oxpn)Cu(tmen)2](ClO4)2 was synthesized, where oxpn is N, N' -bis ( 3-aminopropyl) oxamido and tmen is N, N, N' N' -tetram-ethylethylenediamine. The crystal is triclinic, space group P 1, a=1-2349(2), b = 1.3093(2), c=1. 3855(2) nm, α=61-88(1), β=69.49(1), γ=57.91(1)°? V = 1. 6589 nm3, Z = 2. Both copper( Ⅱ ) ions are in a square pyramidal coordination environment , and linked by oxamido bridge. The distance between them is 0. 526 nm. Variable temperature (4. 2-300 K) magnetic susceptibility data for this complex show that there exists a relatively large antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between the two copper( Ⅱ ) ions with a J value of-740. 40 cm-1.     

[Cu(phen)2·Cl]·Bsesa的晶体结构

对苯磺酰牛磺酸阴离子一维链构筑的三维配位聚合物[Cu(phen)2·Cl]·Bsesa(phen=o-phenanth-roline,BsesaH=2-Benzenesulfonylamino-ethanesulfonicacid)进行了元素分析、红外光谱、X射线衍射等表征。分析结果表明此配合物属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数为:a=0.9719(2)nm,b=2.5521(5)nm,c=1.2505(2)nm,β=93.407(5)°,V=3.096(1)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.553g/cm3,μ=0.978mm-1,F(000)=1484。配合物中的金属铜离子与2个邻菲咯啉配位,还与一个Cl阴离子配位。苯磺酰牛磺酸阴离子通过N-H…O氢键形成一维螺旋链,配阳离子通过π-π堆积作用形成一维链,邻近的一维链再通过π-π堆积作用形成二维网,在二维网之间平衡插入由苯磺酰牛磺酸阴离子构筑一维螺旋链,邻近的螺旋链之间的距离为0.972(1)nm,螺旋链与二维网之间通过弱而丰富的C-H…O氢键形成三维网结构。     

三核铜(Ⅰ/Ⅱ)配合物[Cu(en)_2]·[Cu(pht)_2]_2的合成、晶体结构及与DNA相互作用的研究

报道了多核铜配合物[Cu(en)_2]·[Cu(pht)_2]_2(Hpht:苯妥英,即5,5-二苯基-2,2-咪唑烷酮;en:乙二胺)的溶剂热合成、晶体结构及其与DNA的相互作用.该晶体属三斜晶系,P_1~-空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.8453(2)nm,b=1.1878(3)nm,c=1.5674(4)nm,a=101.197(3)°,β=97.690(3)°,γ=103.283(3)°,V=1.476(6)nm~3,D_c=1.480 g/cm~3,Z=1,F(000)=679,μ=1.139nm~(-1),R_1=0.0402,wR_2=0.0962[I>2σ(Ⅰ)],GOF=1.035.XPS和X射线单晶衍射数据显示该配合物分子由混价铜组成,包括两个一价铜和一个二价铜,其中每个Cu(Ⅰ)分别与两个苯妥英配体提供的氮原子配位,N-Cu(Ⅰ)-N的夹角为177°,一个Cu(Ⅱ)与六个配位原子配位(CuN_4O_2),形成一个稍变形八面体结构.配合物与DNA相互作用研究表明,该配合物主要是以插入方式与小牛胸腺DNA结合.     

超分子化合物[CO(bppdca)_2(HL)_2(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O]的晶体结构和性质

以N,N′-二(3-吡啶基)-吡啶-3,5-二甲酰胺(bppdca)和1,4-环己烷二羧酸(H2L)为混合配体,利用水热合成方法获得了一个三维的超分子化合物[CO(bppdca)2(HL)2(H2O)2]·2H2O],并通过元素分析、IR和单晶X射线衍射技术确定了该化合物晶体结构.结构分析表明该化合物属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,晶胞参数a=0.820 65(6)nm,b=1.259 76(9)nm,c=2.479 11(18)nm,β=98.061 0(10)°,Z=2,V=2.537 6(3)nm3,Mr=1 111.98,Dc=1.455g/cm3,F(000)=116 2,μ=0.421mm-1,S=1.018,R=0.041 7,wR=0.102 3.晶体结构分析表明,配合物中的CoⅡ与2个bppdca配体、2个HL阴离子以及2个配位水分子形成单金属配合物.相邻的配合物通过氢键作用拓展成三维超分子框架.另外,也研究了该化合物的热稳定性、荧光性质以及光催化性质.     

配合物[Cu(H_2dcapp)Cl_2]的合成和激光倍频效应

Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of New Tetracycfic Triazolothiadiazino Fluoroquinolones

A series of novel 9-fluoro-10-(4-methylpiperazin-l-yl)-3-substituted-8-oxo-8H-[1,2,4] triazolo[3,4-b]thiadiazino[6,5,4-ij]quinoline-7-carboxylic acids was prepared by a facile synthetic method and the in vitro antibacterial activity against Gram-postive (G^ ) and Gram negative (G^-) bacteria was primarily evaluated.
