The transverse mass spectra of protons, pions, kaons, Lambda and Antilambda produced in central nucleus-nucleus collisions at high energies are described by using one-temperature and two-temperature emission pictures. The calculated results are compared and found to be in good agreement with the experimental data of the E895, E866 and E917 Collaborations measured in central Au-Au collisions at the Alternating Gradient Synchrotron (AGS) energies and the NA49 Collaboration measured in central Pb-Pb collisions at the Super Proton Synchrotron (SPS) energies. It is demonstrated that the transverse mass distributions of protons, kaons, Lambda and Antilambda, except for Lambda hyperons produced in central Pb-Pb collisions at 158 A GeV, can be described by using the one-temperature emission picture, and for pions, we need to use the two-temperature emission picture.  相似文献

The transverse mass distributions of protons produced in Au-Au collisions at 8 A GeV and Pb-Pb collisions at 158 A GeV are calculated by using the Monte Carlo method in the framework of the multisource ideal gas model. It is found that our calculated results are in agreement with the experimental data in nucleusnucleus collisions at high energies.  相似文献

The transverse momentum distributions of final-state particles produced in nucleus-nucleus (AA), proton-nucleus (pA), and proton-proton (pp) collisions at high energies are investigated using a multisource ideal gas model. Our calculated results show that the contribution of hard emission can be neglected in the study of transverse momentum spectra of charged pions and kaons produced in Cu-Cu collisions at √sNN=22.5 GeV. And if we consider the contribution of hard emission, the transverse momentum spectra of p and p produced in Cu-Cu collisions at √sNN=22.5 GeV, Ks0 produced in Pb-Pb collisions at 158 A GeV, J/ψ particles produced in p-Pb collisions at 400 GeV and π+ , K+, p produced in proton-proton collisions at √s=200 GeV, can be described by the model, especially in the tail part of spectra.  相似文献

Using a multisource ideal gas (MSIG) model, we reconstruct the transverse emission source in the momentum space for light fragments produced in reactions 86Kr-124Sn at 25 MeV/nucleon and b=7—10 fm based on the theoretical predictions of the Isospin-Dependent Quantum Molecular Dynamics (IDQMD) model. We show that the MSIG model can reasonably describe the IDQMD-predicted results for the azimuthal distribution and the transverse momentum dependence of elliptic flow v2 and fourth-order anisotropic flow v4 but can only qualitatively describe the transverse momentum spectra. The azimuthal distributions of nuclear fragments produced in heavy-ion collisions at intermediate energies are studied by the MSIG model. The calculated results are compared and found to be in agreement with the experimental data of Ca-Ca, Nb-Nb, and Au-Au collisions at 150—800 MeV/nucleon beam energies. Meanwhile, the angular distributions of pions and kaons produced in heavy-ion collisions at the low-energy end (1—2 GeV/nucleon) of high energies are investigated by the MSIG model, too. The calculated results are compared and found to be in agreement with the experimental data of the KaoS Collaboration.  相似文献

The transverse momentum distributions of final-state particles produced in collisions at high en-ergies are studied by using a two-component Rayleigh-like distribution. This representation is based on Liu's multisource ideal gas model which describes protons and fragments in high energy nucleus-nucleus collisions. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data of Au-Au,Cu-Cu,d-Au,and pp collisions at the relativistic heavy ion collider energies. The experimental particle momentum distributions of p-Be collisions at 6.4,12.3,and 17.5 GeV/c,as well as Au-Au collisions at 1.5 AGeV are well described by a model based on a single Rayleigh-like distribution of particle transverse momenta.  相似文献

We predict that χcJ mesons at low transverse momentum in the central rapidity region are almost dissociatedby nucleons and antinucleons in hadronic matter produced in central Au Au collisions at relativistic high-ioncollider (RHIC) energies √^sNN = 130 and 200 GeV. In the calculations the nucleon and antinucleon distributionsin hadronic matter are results of evolution from their freeze-out distributions which well fit the experimentaltransverse momentum spectra of proton and antiproton.  相似文献

The transverse momentum distribution and the transverse mass distribution of charged hadrons produced in nucleus nucleus collisions at high energies are described by using a two-cylinder model. The results calculated by the model are compared and found to be in agreement with the experimental data of the STAR and E895 Collaborations, measured in A~Au collisions at the relativistic heavy ion collider (RHIC) and alternating-gradient synchrotron (AGS) energies, respectively. In the energy range concerned, the excitation degree of emission source close to the central axis of cylinders increases obviously with the collision centrality and incident energy increasing, but it does not show any obvious change with the increase of the (pseudo)rapidity in central collisions. The excitation degree of emission source close to the side-surface of cylinders does not show any obvious change with the collision centrality, the (pseudo)rapidity, and the incident energy increasing.  相似文献

Relativistic heavy-ion collisions can produce extremely strong magnetic fields in the collision regions. The spatial variation features of the magnetic fields are analyzed in detail for non-central Pb–Pb collisions at LHC at√s NN = 900, 2760 and 7000 Ge V and Au–Au collisions at RHIC at√s NN=62.4, 130 and 200 Ge V. The dependencies of magnetic field on proper time, collision energies and impact parameters are investigated in this paper. It is shown that an enormous and highly inhomogeneous spatial distribution magnetic field can indeed be created in off-centre relativistic heavy-ion collisions in RHIC and LHC energy regions. The enormous magnetic field is produced just after the collision, and the magnitude of magnetic field of the LHC energy region is larger than that of the RHIC energy region at small proper time. It is found that the magnetic field in the LHC energy region decreases more quickly with the increase of proper time than that of the RHIC energy region.  相似文献

We modified the gluon saturation model by rescaling the momentum fraction according to saturation momentum and introduced Cooper-Frye hydrodynamic evolution to systematically study the pseudo-rapidity distributions of final charged hadrons at different energies and different centralities for Au-Au collisions in relativistic heavy-ion collisions at the BNL Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). The features of both gluon saturation and hydrodynamic evolution at different energies and different centralities for Au-Au collisions are investigated in this paper.  相似文献

Angular distributions of pious and kaons produced in heavy ion collisions at the low-energy end of high energies (1-2 A GeV) have been investigated by using a multisource ideal gas model. The model covers the expansions and movements of the emission sources, and it is related to the collective flows. By using the analytic expression and the Monte Carlo method, the azimuthal and polar angle distributions of mesons are calculated by the model and compared with the experimental data of the KaoS Collaboration.  相似文献

The pion production at mid-rapidity in gold-gold collisions at √s = 200 GeV is investigated by the parton recombination model. The density of the hot medium produced in the collisions and the hard parton energy loss effect are obtained by fitting the experimental data. Both of them are found to have power-law dependence on the number of binary collisions. The implication of such dependence on the nuclear modification factor is discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, the J/ψ nuclear absorption effect is studied at RHIC and LHC energies with the EKS98 shadowing parameterizations. By assuming that the J/ψ absorption cross section, σ abs , increases with the charmonium-nucleon (J/ψ-N) center of mass energy, s J/ψN , it is found that σ abs should depend on x F (or y) at a certain center of mass energy per nucleon pair,s , especially at LHC energies. The theoretical results with the x F (or y)-dependence of the absorption effect are in good agreement with the experiment data from PHENIX in d-Au collisions and the predicted results will be examined by the forthcoming experimental data from LHC in d-Pb collisions. Finally, we also present baseline calculations of cold nuclear matter effects on J/ψ production in nucleus-nucleus (A-A) collisions and find that the x F (or y)-dependence of absorption effect is very small at both RHIC and LHC energies in A-A collisions.  相似文献

The chayged particles produced in nucleus-nucleus collisions are classified into two parts. One is from the hot and dense matter created in collisions with the evolution dominated by revised Landau hydrodynamics, and the other is from leading particles. The rapidity distributions of these two parts of the particles are presented, which are then compared with the experimental measurements carried out by a CERN-LHC-ALICE collaboration in Pb-Pb collisions at √SNN = 2.76 TeV. The theoretical results are consistent with the experimental data.  相似文献

By employing the Glauber model, we give the centrality dependences of the numbers of participants and binary nucleon-nucleon collisions in nucleus-nucleus collisions. By taking into account the energy loss of the participants in their multiple collisions, we then present the pseudorapidity distributions of charged particles in nucleus-nucleus collisions as a function of beam energy and impact parameter. Finally, we analyze the centrality dependence of the pseudorapidity of the charged particles in Au+Au collisions at energies from √SNN=19.6 to 200 GeV. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental observations of the RHIC-PHOBOS collaboration.  相似文献

A way to calculate ratios of baryon produced from quark gluon plasma in relativistic heavy ion collisions is presented. It is assumed that at the beginning of the hadronlzation there are diquarks and anti-diquarks in the quark matter. The number of three-quark states is distributed between the corresponding multiplets, and hadronic decays are taken into account. The results are shown at last.  相似文献

The medium modifications of J/ψ production in d-Au collisions at √sNN=200 GeV are studied in the Glauber model. By means of the c.m. energy loss parameter per collision studied in Drell-Yan process, taking account of the inhomogeneous shadowing effect, we find that the initial-state energy loss effect can be ignored in d-Au collisions at mid-rapidity. Then, the final-state J/ψ absorption effect is also considered and the theoretical results are in good agreement with the recent experimental data given by PHENIX. Finally, the experimental results of J/ψ production in d-Pb collisions are also predicted at RHIC and LHC energies respectively.  相似文献
