预浓缩系统与GC-MS联用测定环境空气中痕量挥发性有机物 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目前,国内空气质量监测普遍停留在燃煤、汽车尾气引起的无机污染物(二氧化硫、二氧化氮)阶段,而对易对人体产生三致作用(致癌、致畸、致突变)的挥发性有机物(VOCs)监测由于技术原因尚未开展。现在,挥发性有机物(VOCs)对室内外空气质量及人体健康的影响已日益受到人们的关注,同时也成为国内外研究的焦点。本文采用在常温下用抽成真空的苏玛罐(内壁经过抛光处理的金属罐)或Tedlar袋进行采样,然后在实验室用预浓缩仪两级低温浓缩捕集挥发性有机物(VOCs),再进入GC-MS进行定性、定量分析,本方法灵敏度高,重复性好,适合于室内空气和环境空气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的测定。 相似文献

建立了便携式GC-MS测定空气中37种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的方法,采用便携式GC-MS配置的手持探头采集大气样品,然后用便携式GC-MS进行检测.该方法能快速、有效地对空气中的37种挥发性有机物进行定性和定量,具有相关性好(r>0.995)、检出限低(0.070×10-9 ~0.94×10-9 (体积分数))、精密度好(RSD小于7.7%)、准确度高(回收率为92% ~114%)的特点,适用于大气中挥发性有机污染物的应急监测. 相似文献

用顶空-毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定了北京主要区域的自来水,北京目前市场销售的瓶装饮用水(包括天然矿泉水,纯净水等)中23种挥发性有机物(VOCs)(包括有机氯化物,有机溴代物及苯系物等)的浓度,并与其它城市(如天津,上海,兰州等地)的自来水中VOCs的浓度进行了比较,结果表明北京市区内自来水及大多数市售瓶瓶饮用水中VOCs含量很低。 相似文献

建立了电子鼻技术(GC/SAW)快速实时检测植物挥发性有机物(BVOCS)的分析方法。考察了检测器温度、进样温度、柱温、升温速率等因素的影响,确定了电子鼻技术分析BVOCS的最佳条件为:检测器温度60℃、进样口温度100℃、柱温40~145℃(10℃/s)、阀温145℃、预浓缩管250℃、载气流速3mL/min。在上述条件下,测得不同时间(日内、日间)α-蒎烯和异戊二烯分别在0.027~8.580mg·L-1、0.425~68.100mg·L-1范围内线性良好;α-蒎烯和异戊二烯的回收率分别在90.74%~107.41%和91.29%~102.88%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5%;检测限在0.2~1.0μg·L-1内。 相似文献

水性涂料中挥发性有机化合物的气相色谱-质谱法测定 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4
建立了内墙涂料中24种挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的GC-MS检测方法,重点研究了现有检测方法分离度差和回收率低的问题,采用无水硫酸钠净化、二氯甲烷超声和膜过滤提取体系,改善了各种化合物的回收率,特别是提高了二元醇类化合物的回收率,优化后的实验条件下,样品的加标回收率为70%~94%,相对标准偏差不大于6.8%,检出限为3.1~10.6 mg/L。在30~300 mg/L范围内,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、精密度好,完全满足进出口水性涂料中常见的24种挥发性有机化合物的检测要求。 相似文献

Gasoline evaporation is an important anthropogenic source of atmospheric volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Total OH reactivity for gasoline vapor was measured from 4 kinds of gasoline for the first time by comparative reactivity method (CRM) using proton transfer reaction mass spectrometer (PTR-MS). Compositions of 56 PAMS (photochemical assessment monitoring station) nonmethane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) were measured for both liquid and headspace of gasoline. We found high abundance of alkenes and aromatics in gasoline. The calculated OH reactivity derived from quantified NMHCs speciation accounted for only 57±4% of total reactivity obtained from CRM method. N-Alkenes, only 6 wt% in liquid gasoline, contributed to 70% of calculated reactivity. We assume that the undetected branched alkenes are the possible reason for the missing reactivity. Wesuggest that the priority of gasoline quality improvement is to reduce alkenes content in gasoline in term of reactivity-based control. 相似文献

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are capable of adsorbing pollutant chemicals. Their adsorptive capacities and adsorbing mechanisms, however, are not fully understood. As-grown CNTs often contain both crystalline and amorphous carbon, and the ratio of carbon types can affect adsorption. In this study, highly crystalline multi-walled carbon nanotubes (HC-MWCNTs) were used as the adsorbent for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in contaminated air samples. Air containing 23 added VOCs (1,1-dichloroethylene, dichloromethane, trans-1,2-dichloroethylene, cis-1,2-dichloroethylene, chloroform, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, 1,2-dichloroethane, benzene, trichloroethylene, 1,2-dichloropropane, bromodichloromethane, cis-1,3-dichloropropene, toluene, trans-1,3-dichloropropene, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene, dibromochloromethane, m-xylene, p-xylene, o-xylene, bromoform, and p-dichlorobenzene) was used for model samples. Adsorptive experiments were carried out by passing the air samples through a cartridge packed with HC-MWCNTs. Initial results showing high selectivity and high affinity for adsorbing aromatic VOCs (benzene, toluene, m-xylene, p-xylene, o-xylene, and p-dichlorobenzene) have provided new insight into the adsorption mechanisms. Data suggest that the HC-MWCNTs, unlike conventional carbon materials, adsorb aromatic compounds according to Fukui's frontier theory, which is based on the interactions between the HOMO and LUMO of the aromatic VOCs and those of the HC-MWCNTs. 相似文献

In the field of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollution control, adsorption is one of the major control methods, and effective adsorbents are desired in this technology. In this work, the density functional theory (DFT) calculations are employed to investigate the adsorption of typical VOCs molecules on the two-dimensional material borophenes. The results demonstrate that both structure of χ3 and β12 borophene can chemically adsorb ethylene and formaldehyde with forming chemical bonds and releasing large energy. However, other VOCs, including ethane, methanol, formic acid, methyl chloride, benzene and toluene, are physically adsorbed with weak interaction. The analysis of density of states (DOS) reveals that the chemical adsorption changes the conductivity of borophenes, while the physical adsorption has no distinct effect on the conductivity. Therefore, both χ3 and β12 borophene are appropriate adsorbents for selective adsorption of ethylene and formaldehyde, and they also have potential in gas sensor applications due to the obvious conductivity change during the adsorption. 相似文献

采用改性共溶胶-凝胶法将壳聚糖与无机相的二氧化硅制备形成氨基改性交联复合凝胶并添加入聚氨酯涂料(PU漆中)和木基材中。结果表明:制得的氨基改性交联复合凝胶孔径大小为12μm^16μm,既保留了凝胶的轻质结构和介孔特性,又含有壳聚糖所具有的活泼有机基团,对PU漆和木基材的VOCs都有一定吸附作用,其中对于杉木中VOCs吸附作用最强,达到了72.86%。说明此方法具有一定的可操作性,为木家具的污染防治增添了一种新的方法,具有规模化的应用前景。 相似文献

应用气相色谱-质谱法测定了地板中甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、苯乙烯、乙酸丁酯、正十一烷等8种挥发性有机物质的含量。地板样品(5g)用甲醇(15mL)超声提取20min,所得提取液用Rxi-5ms毛细管色谱柱分离,在选择离子监测模式下测定。8种挥发性有机物质的质量浓度(间二甲苯与对二甲苯合并计算)均在0.5~10.0mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.05~1.0mg·L-1之间。加标回收率在98.0%~105%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.3%~6.6%之间。 相似文献
