通过研究离子液体四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑( [Bmim]BF4)-Na2-CO3双水相体系对头孢呋辛酯的萃取性能,建立了萃取环境水样中头孢呋辛酯的双水相法.考察了双水相体系组成及相关条件对萃取率的影响,并对其萃取作用力及萃取机制进行了探索.结果表明,Na2CO3用量为0.8~2.0 9,[Bmim]BF4用量为1~2 mL时,随着二者用量的增加,萃取率有所增加.与[Bmim]C1/Na2CO3双水相体系相比,[Bmim]BF4/Na2CO3双水相体系更适于萃取头孢呋辛酯.热力学参数AG°T<0,AH°r>0,△S°T>0,说明萃取过程的主要推动力为疏水性相互作用.在最佳萃取条件下,用此方法萃取环境水样中的头孢呋辛酯,二次萃取率大于93%,重现性好.整个萃取过程快速、高效且无乳化现象.  相似文献

用微波辐射法,合成了5个含有机膦氧基团的离子液体:1-丙基-3-(3-二苯基氧膦基)丙基咪唑双(三氟甲基磺酰基)亚胺盐([PImC3P(O)Ph2][Tf2N])、1-己基-3-(3-二苯基氧膦基)丙基咪唑双(三氟甲基磺酰基)亚胺盐([HImC3P(O)Ph2][Tf2N])、1-丙基-3-(3-苯基乙氧基氧膦基)丙基咪唑双(三氟甲基磺酰基)亚胺盐([PImC3P(O)Ph(OEt)][Tf2N])、1-己基-3-(3-苯基乙氧基氧膦基)丙基咪唑双(三氟甲基磺酰基)亚胺盐([HImC3P(O)Ph(OEt)][Tf2N])和(3-苯基乙氧基氧膦基)丙基三乙胺双(三氟甲基磺酰基)亚胺盐([TENC3P(O)Ph(OEt)][Tf2N])。 用31P NMR、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS及FT-IR对产物结构进行了表征。 研究了这类离子液体对稀土Nd(III)的萃取性能。 结果表明,这类功能化离子液体可作为单一组分萃取稀土而无需加入有机稀释剂,离子液体结构对萃取效率影响很大,相同条件下季铵盐型结构的离子液体[TENC3P(O)Ph(OEt)][Tf2N]对稀土Nd(Ⅲ)的萃取效率最高。 稀土溶液pH值对萃取效率影响显著,近中性条件下(pH=6.63),对稀土Nd(Ⅲ)的萃取率最高。 用pH=1.00的盐酸溶液可以较好的从离子液体相反萃Nd(Ⅲ),反萃率可达94%。  相似文献

In the past few years, ionic liquid-based aqueous biphasic systems have become the subject of considerable interest as a promising technique for the extraction and purification of several macro/biomolecules. Aiming at developing guidelines for more benign and efficient extraction processes, phase diagrams for aqueous biphasic systems composed of ionic liquids and inorganic/organic salts are here reported. Several combinations of ionic liquid families (imidazolium, pyridinium, phosphonium, quaternary ammonium and cholinium) and salts [potassium phosphate buffer (KH2PO4/K2HPO4 at pH 7), potassium citrate buffer (C6H5K3O7/C6H8O7 at pH 5, 6, 7 and 8) and potassium carbonate (K2CO3 at pH ∼13)] were evaluated to highlight the influence of the ionic liquid structure (cation core, anion and alkyl chain length), the pH and the salt nature on the formation of aqueous biphasic systems. The binodal curves and respective tie-lines reported for these systems were experimentally determined at (298 ± 1) K. In general, the ability to promote the aqueous biphasic systems formation increases with the pH and alkyl chain length. While the influence of the cation core and anion nature of the ionic liquids on their ability to form aqueous biphasic systems closely correlates with ionic liquids capacity to be hydrated by water, the effect of the different salts depends of the ionic liquid nature and salt valency.  相似文献

The synthesis and processing of nanoparticles consisting of metallic nanocrystal cores and organic monolayer shells promise interesting technological applications. Here, we report the synthesis of gold nanoparticles modified with ionic liquids based on the imidazolium cation. Aggregation-induced color changes of the gold nanoparticles in an aqueous solution were used as an optical sensor for anions via anion exchange of ionic liquid moiety. We also demonstrated the phase transfer of the gold nanoparticles from aqueous media to ionic liquid.  相似文献

A method of hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography with indirect ultraviolet detection was developed to determine three pyrrolidinium ionic liquid cations, i.e. N-methyl-N-ethyl pyrrolidinium cation ([MEPy]+), N-methyl-N-propyl pyrrolidinium cation ([MPPy]+) and N-methyl-N-butyl pyrrolidinium cation ([MBPy]+). Chromatographic separation was achieved on a hydrophilic column using imidazolium ionic liquids and organic solvents as the mobile phase. The effects of the background ultraviolet absorption reagents, the imidazolium ionic liquids, detection wavelength, organic solvents, column temperature and the pH value of the mobile phase on the separation and determination of pyrrolidinium cations were investigated and the retention behaviors in hydrophilic interaction chromatography were discussed. The optimized chromatographic conditions were selected. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits (S/N = 3) for [MEPy]+, [MPPy]+ and [MBPy]+ were 0.59, 0.53 and 0.46 mg/L, respectively. The method has been successfully applied to the determination of the three ionic liquids synthesized in our chemistry laboratory. This research results may improve the analytical method of ionic liquid cations.  相似文献

为实现贵金属钯的绿色、高效萃取,本文使用有“绿色溶剂”之称的离子液体与磷酸钾形成的双水相体系,不加入其它萃取剂对钯(Ⅱ)进行萃取,并采用浊点法对所研究的6种咪唑类离子液体的双结线和系线进行测定。 结果表明,基于氯离子和溴离子的离子液体成相能力和萃取率无显著差异。 阳离子上支链的疏水性是影响咪唑类离子液体成相能力的关键因素之一。 与不含官能团的离子液体相比,支链上嵌入氨基和腈基的离子液体,成相能力较低,但萃取率分别提高了11.57%和34.26%。 当含腈基的离子液体浓度和磷酸钾浓度分别为5.00%和39.55%时,离子液体双水相体系对钯(Ⅱ)的萃取率可达到100%。 本文的研究成果为设计/选择可利用其双水相体系高效萃取钯(Ⅱ)的离子液体提供了理论基础和数据支持。  相似文献

Electrochemical properties of ionic liquids (pyridinium and imidazolium salts) and the effect of additives of organic solvents on the electrochemical determination of organic compounds in ionic liquids have been studied. Transformations of aromatic and aliphatic sulfur compounds in ionic liquids in the presence of aromatic substrates are discussed. An analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of thiocyanate and iodide by reversed‐phase liquid chromatography with UV detection using imidazolium ionic liquids as mobile phase additives. The chromatographic behaviors of the two anions on a C18 column were studied and compared with four types of reagents including imidazolium ionic liquids, pyridinium ionic liquids, 4‐aminophenol hydrochloride and tetrabutylammonium as mobile phase additives. The effects of the concentrations of imidazolium ionic liquids, organic solvents and detection wavelength on separation and detection of the anions were investigated. The role of ionic liquids, retention rules and mechanisms were discussed. The separation of the anions was performed on the C18 reserved‐phase column using acetonitrile‐0.3 mmol/L 1‐amyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (10:90, v/v) as mobile phase, with column temperature of 35°C, flow rate of 1 mL/min and detection wavelength of 210 nm. Under these conditions, the two anions can be completely separated within 6 min. The limits of detection were 0.05 mg/L. The method was applied for the determination of thiocyanate and iodide in ionic liquid samples and iodide drugs, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 97 to 101%. The method is simple, accurate and meets the requirements of quantitative analysis for thiocyanate and iodide.  相似文献

分别合成了疏水和亲水性咪唑类离子液体,并制备了相应的两种离子液体修饰的玻碳电极。循环伏安法测量结果显示,细胞色素C在离子液体修饰的玻碳电极上的电子传递过程为一扩散控制的准可逆反应,表明咪唑类离子液体也可用作细胞色素C电子传递的有效促进剂。电化学交流阻抗谱的测量结果得到了与循环伏安相同的结论。  相似文献

The extraction of both UO2(2+) and trivalent lanthanide and actinide ions (Am3+, Nd3+, Eu3+) by dialkylphosphoric or dialkylphosphinic acids from aqueous solutions into the ionic liquid, 1-decyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide has been studied and compared to extractions into dodecane. Radiotracer partitioning measurements show comparable patterns of distribution ratios for both the ionic liquid/aqueous and dodecane/aqueous systems, and the limiting slopes at low acidity indicate the partitioning of neutral complexes in both solvent systems. The metal ion coordination environment, elucidated from EXAFS and UV-visible spectroscopy measurements, is equivalent in the ionic liquid and dodecane solutions with coordination of the uranyl cation by two hydrogen-bonded extractant dimers, and of the trivalent cations by three extractant dimers. This is the first definitive report of a system where both the biphasic extraction equilibria and metal coordination environment are the same in an ionic liquid and a molecular organic solvent.  相似文献

系统研究了[C4mim][PF6], [C6mim][PF6], [C6mim][BF4]和[C8mim][BF4]室温离子液体对间氨基苯磺酸、对氨基苯磺酸稀水溶液的萃取平衡. 实验结果表明: 萃取温度和相体积比的变化对分配比影响不大; 水相pH值对萃取平衡有较大的影响, 氨基苯磺酸在离子液体/水体系中的分配比在pH=4.2时达到最大值; 水相中CaCl2或Na2SO4的存在能较大幅度地提高氨基苯磺酸的分配比; 离子液体的阴离子的性质对分配比有显著的影响, 阴离子为[BF4]的离子液体对氨基苯磺酸的萃取能力大于阴离子为[PF6]的离子液体; 咪唑环上烷基链的长度也对萃取效果有一定的影响. 在所研究的离子液体中, [C6mim][BF4]和[C8mim][BF4]对氨基苯磺酸有较好的萃取性能, 且萃取相中的氨基苯磺酸可回收利用, 离子液体也可循环使用.  相似文献

Room temperature ionic liquids are novel solvents with a rather specific blend of physical and solution properties that makes them of interest for applications in separation science. They are good solvents for a wide range of compounds in which they behave as polar solvents. Their physical properties of note that distinguish them from conventional organic solvents are a negligible vapor pressure, high thermal stability, and relatively high viscosity. They can form biphasic systems with water or low polarity organic solvents and gases suitable for use in liquid–liquid and gas–liquid partition systems. An analysis of partition coefficients for varied compounds in these systems allows characterization of solvent selectivity using the solvation parameter model, which together with spectroscopic studies of solvent effects on probe substances, results in a detailed picture of solvent behavior. These studies indicate that the solution properties of ionic liquids are similar to those of polar organic solvents. Practical applications of ionic liquids in sample preparation include extractive distillation, aqueous biphasic systems, liquid–liquid extraction, liquid-phase microextraction, supported liquid membrane extraction, matrix solvents for headspace analysis, and micellar extraction. The specific advantages and limitations of ionic liquids in these studies is discussed with a view to defining future uses and the need not to neglect the identification of new room temperature ionic liquids with physical and solution properties tailored to the needs of specific sample preparation techniques. The defining feature of the special nature of ionic liquids is not their solution or physical properties viewed separately but their unique combinations when taken together compared with traditional organic solvents.  相似文献

A new approach for ionic liquid based enzyme-assisted extraction (ILEAE) of chlorogenic acid (CGA) from Eucommia ulmoides is presented in which enzyme pretreatment was used in ionic liquids aqueous media to enhance extraction yield. For this purpose, the solubility of CGA and the activity of cellulase were investigated in eight 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium ionic liquids. Cellulase in 0.5 M [C6mim]Br aqueous solution was found to provide better performance in extraction. The factors of ILEAE procedures including extraction time, extraction phase pH, extraction temperatures and enzyme concentrations were investigated. Moreover, the novel developed approach offered advantages in term of yield and efficiency compared with other conventional extraction techniques. Scanning electronic microscopy of plant samples indicated that cellulase treated cell wall in ionic liquid solution was subjected to extract, which led to more efficient extraction by reducing mass transfer barrier. The proposed ILEAE method would develope a continuous process for enzyme-assisted extraction including enzyme incubation and solvent extraction process. In this research, we propose a novel view for enzyme-assisted extraction of plant active component, besides concentrating on enzyme facilitated cell wall degradation, focusing on improvement of bad permeability of ionic liquids solutions.  相似文献

A novel analytical method was developed for determining morpholinium cations lacking ultraviolet absorption groups.This determination was carried out by high performance liquid chromatographyindirect ultraviolet(HPLC-1UV) detection using imidazolium ionic liquid as background absorption reagents,and imidazolium ionic liquid aq.soln.-organic solvent as mobile phase by a reversed-phase C18 column.The background ultraviolet absorption reagents,imidazolium ionic liquids and organic solvents were investigated.The imidazolium ionic liquid in the mobile phase is not only the background ultraviolet absorption reagent for IUV,but also an active component to improve the separation of morpholinium cations.It was found that morpholinium cations could be adequately determined when0.5 mmol/L 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate aq.soln./methanol(80:20,v/v) was used as mobile phase with an IUV detection wavelength of 210 nm.In this study,the baseline separation of Nmethyl,ethylmorpholinium cations(MEMo) and N-methyl.propylmorpholinium cations(MPMo) was successfully achieved in 8.5 min.The detection limits(S/N = 3) for MEMo and MPMo were 0.15 and0.29 mg/L,respectively.This simple and practical method has been successfully applied to the determination of two morpholinium ionic liquids synthesized by the chemistry laboratory.  相似文献

An affinity-dye, Cibacron Blue 3GA (CB), derivatized organic salt [BMIM]3[CB] was synthesized for lysozyme extraction. This compound was formed by mixing an ionic liquid (IL) [BMIM][Cl] and the silver salt of CB. Liquid-liquid extractions of lysozyme from the aqueous and [BMIM]3[CB] in [BMIM][PF6] solutions were examined in this study. The transfer of lysozyme from the aqueous phase to the IL phase decreased while the pH of the aqueous phase increased. An extraction higher than 90% was observed at pH 4. Under a high ionic strength, the lysozyme would transform back from the IL phase into the aqueous phase. Lysozyme molecules were almost quantitatively recovered from the IL phase to the aqueous solutions of 1M KCl under pH 9-11. It appeared that the extraction was specific for lysozyme in contrast to cytochrome c, ovalbumin, and bovine serum albumin. The extraction efficiency of the IL phase remained essentially the same after eight cycles of extraction.  相似文献

The influence of the alkyl-substituent chain in 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium bis{(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl}amide ionic liquids ([C(n)mim][NTf(2)], where n is the length of a linear alkyl chain) as solvents for the separation of benzene and hexane by liquid extraction was investigated. The liquid-liquid equilibrium (LLE) at 25 degrees C for the ternary systems ([C(n)mim][NTf(2)] + hexane + benzene), with n taking the values 4, 8, 10, and 12, were determined. These data were analyzed and compared to those previously reported for the system ([C(2)mim][NTf(2)] + hexane + benzene). The results show that short alkyl chains on the imidazolium cation of the ionic liquid lead to a better extractive separation of benzene and hexane, and reveal the influence of the relative degree of ordering in the ionic liquids on the extraction parameters.  相似文献

Task-specific ionic liquids (TSILs) of a novel class, with the diglycolamide moietity grafted in the alkyl chain of imidazolium cation, were synthesized and characterized. Lanthanide complexation capabilities of TSILs as active components of solid phase extractants were evaluated by studies on the adsorption of lanthanides from aqueous solutions. The TSIL-based solid adsorbents prepared by immobilization of long-alkyl-chain TSILs in siliceous mesostructured cellular foams adsorb trivalent lanthanides. No extraction of lanthanides from aqueous solution into 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide ([C6mim][Nf2T]) was observed at any acidity in the presence of these TSILs in the aqueous phase. This implies that TSILs suppress the extraction of lanthanides by formation of water-soluble complexes. The TSILs added to solvent extraction systems consisting of N,N,N,N′-tetraoctyl-3-oxapentanediamide (TODGA) in [C6mim][Nf2T] and aqueous HNO3 solutions show very good stripping properties for lanthanides.  相似文献
