PET表面锐钛矿-板钛矿相TiO2薄膜的制备及表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用改进的溶胶-凝胶法在经表面改性的PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)表面制备得到TiO2薄膜. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、UV-Vis 透光率曲线、接触角测试仪等测试手段对TiO2样品的性能进行表征.结果表明, PET表面过渡层的引入有效地改善了有机基底与无机薄膜之间的界面相容性, 在其表面形成透明、均一、附着力良好且具有光催化活性的TiO2薄膜.通过控制实验过程, 在低温下成功制备了不同锐钛矿/板钛矿比的TiO2薄膜,同时发现适量板钛矿相的存在能有效提高薄膜的光致亲水性.  相似文献

The spread monolayer formation of hydrophobic poly(3-alkylthiophene)s (P3ATs), regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) ( HT-P3HT), regioregular poly(3-dodecylthiophene) ( HT-P3DT), and regioirregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) ( RI-P3HT), were attained on the water surface via cospreading with a liquid-crystal molecule, 4'-pentyl-4-cyanobiphenyl (5CB). The spread monolayers were characterized by pi- A isotherms, Brewster angle microscopy (BAM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The molecular area for the cospread mixtures of P3ATs and 5CB expanded more than that of pure P3ATs as shown from the pi-A isotherms. BAM revealed that the mixed film forms the monomolecularly uniform and flat films on water. AFM elucidated that the spread monolayer of the hydrophobic P3ATs formed on the top of the 5CB monolayer on water with thicknesses of ca. 1.6 and ca. 2.6 nm for the two P3HTs and HT-P3DT, respectively. The P3AT/5CB hybrid monolayers could be fully transferred onto a solid substrate, and pure P3AT monolayers were obtained after volatilization of 5CB by gentle heating. The multilayer formation of pure P3AT monolayers was prepared by layer-by-layer deposition involving repeating horizontal deposition and successive volatilization of 5CB. Grazing angle incidence X-ray diffraction measurements showed that the lamella plane of the P3ATs is perfectly oriented parallel to the substrate plane in the resulting thin films. This shows a marked contrast with those obtained by spin casting using the identical polymer, where both in-plane and out-of-plane lamellae are involved. These thin films with perfectly controlled lamella orientation should be of great significance as the model system for evaluating the charge mobility for organic polymer electric devices.  相似文献

We investigate the correlation of the number of thiophene units with the structural order and carrier mobility of the films through studies on thin-film transistors (TFTs) based on alpha-quinquethiophene (5T), alpha-sexithiophene (6T), and alpha-septithiophene (7T). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) data of the nT films deposited at low substrate temperatures present obviously different structural orders depending on the parity of the number of thiophene units. Although even-numbered nT films present well-ordered structures and large carrier mobilities, odd-numbered nT films present two different crystalline polymorphs and vastly low carrier mobilities reflecting the coexistence of two crystalline polymorphs. However, the XRD data of both even- and odd-numbered nT films deposited at high substrate temperatures indicate that the nT molecules form single well-ordered structures. Those ordered TFTs exhibit large carrier mobilities accompanying an increase in the number of thiophene units, 0.05, 0.08, and 0.13 cm2 V(-1) s(-1) for 5T, 6T, and 7T, respectively. The parity of the number of thiophene units affects the structural order intrinsically in grown thin films, and affects carrier mobilities extrinsically in their TFTs.  相似文献

采用原子力显微镜(AFM)和透射电镜(TEM)研究了聚苯乙烯/聚二甲基硅氧烷嵌段共聚物(PS-b-PDMS)薄膜的相形态.结果表明,当采用甲苯作为溶剂,旋转涂膜的薄膜样品呈现网络状的形态分布在表面,而样品所对应的透射电镜照片中,PDMS相作为球状分布在PS的连续相中.退火温度对共聚物表面形态有一定的影响,当退火温度高于PDMS的玻璃化温度,表面中PDMS相增多.PS-b-PDMS嵌段共聚物的表面形态随着所用溶剂的变化而有所不同,当采用甲苯作为溶剂时,样品的PS相形成凹坑分布在PDMS的相区之中,而采用环己烷作为溶剂时,PS相作为突起分布在PDMS相区之中.另外,基底对共聚物薄膜表面形态的有较大的影响,当采用硅晶片作为基底时,样品中的PDMS相和PS相呈现近似平行于表面的层状结构.  相似文献

Summary: This work evaluated the influence of the synthesis temperature on the polyaniline (PANI) properties obtained by in-situ polymerization onto a poly (terephthalate) (PET) substrate. The residual mass of these syntheses was dried under vacuum, obtaining PANI powders for each temperature investigated. PANI/PET thin films and PANI powders were characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FEG-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and four-point probe techniques. The UV-Vis results showed that the synthesized PANI presents the emeraldine oxidation state. By means of XRD technique, it was possible to verify that the PANI powders present crystalline form. The AFM and FEG-SEM techniques showed that the decrease in PANI/PET and PANI powders electrical conductivity with increasing of the synthesis temperature is related to the polymeric aggregates morphology.  相似文献

TiO2 thin films with different crystalline structures were prepared by the CVD method. The relationship between photocatalytic activity of a TiO2 thin film and its crystalline type was investigated. These films were characterized by XRD and AFM. Their photocatalytic properties were tested by the degradation of NO2-. The results showed that the crystalline structures of TiO2 thin films are primary anatase and/or rutile when the preparation temperatures were less than 573 K and higher than 773 K respectively. When the preparation temperature was around 623 K, the structures of TiO2 thin films were mixed crystalline structure, which showed the highest catalytic activity. When the ratio of rutile to anatase in TiO2 thin films fell between 0.5 and 0.7, the highest catalytic activity for the degradation of NO2- was found.  相似文献

Dewetting of thin films of charged polymer solutions produces complex patterns that can be applied to direct nanoparticle organization on solid substrates. The morphology produced by dewetting can be controlled by the solution properties, temperature, and substrate wetting. In this work, new results on this liquid-template self-assembly system are presented, with special emphasis on producing large arrays of organized nanoparticles. On a hydrophilic substrate with complete wetting, the patterns include polygonal networks and parallel-track arrays that extend over several hundreds of microns. These large structures are formed under well-controlled drying conditions and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, which is better suited for the examination of large as well as small areas than atomic force microscopy. On partial wetting substrates, new patterns are observed, including a complex set of parallel curved bands with variable particle number densities.  相似文献

采用无氰化学镀金法在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)印章表面镀金, 通过微接触印刷技术将PDMS印章上的Au 纳米粒子(AuNPs)分别转移到氧化铟锡(ITO)透明导电膜玻璃, 修饰了(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)的ITO基底(MPTMS/ITO)和表面电镀了铜膜的ITO(Cu/ITO)表面上, 同时形成有序的结构或者图案.通过场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM), 原子力显微镜(AFM)和显微共聚焦激光拉曼光谱仪等对实验结果进行表征.结果表明, 该转移AuNPs的方法对基底表面特性并无特殊要求, 是一种简单、快速、无污染、低成本的AuNPs转移技术, 而且转移了AuNPs的ITO基底具有表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)活性, 有望在SERS中有所应用.  相似文献

The growth process and phase state of 5,5'-bis(3'-fluoro-biphenyl-4-yl)-2,2'?:?5',2'- terthiophene (m-F2BP3T) thin films were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM), in-plane and out-of-plane X-ray diffraction (XRD), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). Two meso-phases (thin film phases) of m-F2BP3T films on SiO(2) surface were obtained in the early stages. The m-F2BP3T films initially exhibited two-dimensional (2D) layers (≤4 ML) followed by three-dimensional (3D) island growth. The film structure evolved two thin film phases in the first four layers and the bulk phase was formed from the fifth layer, which occurred concomitantly with the change of the growth mode. Moreover, the variation of weak epitaxy growth behavior of ZnPc from 2D to 3D growth further reflects that the phase state of the first three layers is different from that of the fourth layer, in spite of ZnPc crystals showing just one orientation corresponding to commensurate epitaxy. The novel phase behavior is closely related to the synergistic effects of the outstanding soft matter properties, limited elasticity of organic molecules, and strain originating from the SiO(2) substrate. This study investigates novel phase behavior in organic thin films and provides significant insight into the mechanism of the phase transition.  相似文献

Ga-doped ZnO and (Ga?+?Al) co-doped ZnO thin films were deposited on glass substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering for three distances d between a substrate–target. The influence of the distance between substrate–target upon structure, microstructure, vibrational properties, and optical band gap of the thin films was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy (AFM), Raman spectroscopy, and optical transmission measurements. The diffraction patterns revealed that the ZnO film crystallites are preferentially oriented with the (002) planes parallel to the substrate surface. AFM images show a smooth and uniform surface as well as a high compact structure. The Raman results reveal that the co-doping with Al?+?Ga introduces 2B1(low) band and leads to the increase of intensity for longitudinal-optic’s band. In the visible region, the average value of the transmittance was above 80%.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法低温制备了具有锐钛矿、板钛矿双晶型的TiO2薄膜. 分别利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、UV-Vis透光率曲线和原子力显微镜(AFM)等手段对所得TiO2溶胶和薄膜进行了性能表征. 采用光催化降解罗丹明B水溶液评价TiO2薄膜的光催化活性. 结果发现, 所得TiO2薄膜具有较高的透明度和光催化活性. 同时, 考察了溶胶回流温度对所制备TiO2薄膜性能的影响, 发现升高溶胶回流温度可以完善薄膜的晶型, 增大薄膜的粗糙度, 从而提高薄膜的光催化活性. 溶胶回流温度为100 ℃时所制备的TiO2薄膜具有最高的光催化活性.  相似文献

利用原子力显微镜 (AFM)详细研究了聚己内酯 (PCL)超薄膜及其在特殊限制环境下的结晶形态 .AFM的观察表明 ,PCL在石英基板上的结晶形态呈现典型的球晶及比较少见的树枝状晶两种形态 .认为主要是超薄膜结晶过程中由于几何受限及基板吸附导致分子链扩散移动速度大大降低 ,由此形成的扩散控制结晶过程从而导致最终形成树枝状的分形结构 .将聚合物限制在间距为 10 μm的凹槽内 ,发现PCL的结晶有比较规整的排列 ,而且沿着凹槽的方向结晶排列取向优先 .当在凹槽两侧铝条上施加强电场后 ,发现在静电场作用下 ,PCL的结晶取向生长方向发生改变 ,沿着电场方向排列生长的结晶增多  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶工艺, 采用两步加热法在聚酰亚胺表面制备了具有c轴取向的ZnO薄膜. 通过差式扫描量热-热重分析(DSC-TGA)得出最佳的前热处理温度和后热处理温度分别为300和390 ℃. 通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对薄膜的晶体取向和表面形貌进行了分析, 描述了ZnO薄膜在聚酰亚胺上的生长过程. 拉伸实验结果表明, ZnO薄膜与聚酰亚胺衬底有较强的附着力.  相似文献

CaMoO4 (CMO) disordered and ordered thin films were prepared by the complex polymerization method (CPM). The films were annealed at different temperatures and time in a conventional resistive furnace (RF) and in a microwave (MW) oven. The microstructure and surface morphology of the structure were monitored by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (HRSEM). Order and disorder were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and optical reflectance. A strong photoluminescence (PL) emission was observed in the disordered thin films and was attributed to complex cluster vacancies. The experimental results were compared with density functional and Hartree-Fock calculations.  相似文献

We have investigated the crystal growth of the organic semiconductor pentacene by complementing molecular simulations of surface energies with experimental images of pentacene films. Pentacene thin films having variations in thickness and grain size were produced by vacuum sublimation. Large (approximately 20 microm) faceted crystals grew on top of the underlying polycrystalline thin film. The films were characterized using optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Single crystals most commonly grew in a truncated diamond shape with the largest crystal face, (001), growing parallel to the substrate. Crystal morphologies and surface energies were calculated using force field-based molecular simulations. The (001) surface was found to have the lowest energy, at 76 mJ/m(2), which was consistent with experimental observations of crystal face size. It was demonstrated that the morphology of the large faceted crystals approached the equilibrium growth shape of pentacene. From contact angle measurements, the critical surface tension of textured pentacene thin films in air was determined to be 34 mJ/m(2).  相似文献

Ultrathin films of ZnS were grown on Au (111) substrates using a novel, simple co-deposition method and characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV-visible spectroscopy. Cyclic voltammograms were used to determine approximate deposition potentials for co-deposition. XRD shows that the material growth is highly preferential with (111) orientation. Both AFM and XRD data indicate that the ZnS growth mechanism starts by the formation of rounded nanoparticles at the surface and then continues by lateral and vertical growth to form flat square crystallites of ZnS. UV-vis spectra taken for the ZnS thin films with various thicknesses, which is related to deposition time, shows that the band gap of the ZnS decreases as the film thickness increases.  相似文献

A simple and effective nonlithographic method to produce a novel organization of noble metal nanoparticles into horseshoe-like nanostructures via self-assembly is described. The adsorption of Au nanoparticles stabilized with the dendrimer 1,2,3,4,5,6-hexakis[(3',5'-bis(benzyloxy)benzyl)sulfanylmethyl]benzene (S(6)G(1)) on hydrophilic surfaces (native oxide-terminated Si(111)) resulted in the formation of spatially correlated droplet aggregates. Annealing of Au/S(6)G(1) in thin films caused amalgamated droplets to form arrays of horseshoe-like nanostructures with an average size of approximately 250 nm and an average height of 13 nm. The mobility and the manner in which the semicapped Au nanoparticles are distributed on the hydrophilic substrate are believed to be the promoters that control the growth of the nucleation to create the horseshoe-like structures. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements demonstrated the changes in height and size of the nanoparticles before and after the annealing process. Oxygen plasma etching was used to remove the S(6)G(1) dendrimer to reveal the orientation of the Au nanocrystals in the nanostructure matrix.  相似文献

The growth morphology and mechanism of pentacene films on native Si oxide surface have been studied by using high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Despite the good agreement between our own and the reported XRD results, the previous XRD interpretation that the pentacene molecules are tilt-standing on the substrate cannot explain our HREELS data. The HREELS results show that a substantial portion of the first two layers of pentacene molecules are tilted-standing or randomly oriented, whereas the upper-layer molecules are mostly lying flat to the substrate. AFM reveals that the first two layers of molecules form a flat and smooth surface, but the upper layers show a rough terrace structure with a mean-square roughness equal to the average thickness (without counting the first two layers). This relationship is explained by a theoretical model which assumes the pentacene molecules to remain on a particular molecule layer after arrival. The observed film growth morphology may have significant implication on the performance of electronic devices based on pentacene thin films. A plausible explanation was proposed for the discrepancy between the HREELS-indicated and the XRD-derived molecular orientations.  相似文献

通过离子交换和静电相互作用, 将银纳米粒子引入双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)模板中, 获得了有序的银纳米粒子多层膜. 用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)、循环伏安(CV)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对其进行了表征, 并用小角X射线衍射(XRD)研究了DDAB模板和银纳米粒子多层膜的有序性结构. 以4-巯基吡啶(4-MPY)为探针分子研究了银纳米粒子多层膜在表面增强拉曼(SERS)方面的应用, 结果表明, 4-MPY吸附在银纳米粒子多层膜上呈现很强的SERS信号, 说明该多层膜可以用作高活性的SERS基底.  相似文献
