We obtain the instanton correction recursion relations for the low energy effective prepotential in pure N=2 SU(n) supersymmetric Yang-Mills gauge theory from Whitham hierarchy and Seiberg-Witten/Whitham equations. These formulae provide us a powerful tool to calculate arbitrary order instanton corrections coefficients from the perturbative contributions of the effective prepotential in Seiberg-Witten gauge theory. We apply this idea to evaluate one- and two- order instanton corrections coefficients explicitly in SU(n) case in detail through the dynamical scale parameter expressed in terms of Riemann's theta-function.  相似文献

In this paper, we generalize the extended tanh-function approach, which used to find new exact travelling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDES) or coupled nonlinear partial differential equations, to nonlinear differential-difference equations (NDDES). As illustration, we discuss some Toda lattice equations, and solitary wave and periodic wave solutions of these Toda lattice equations are obtained by means of the extended tanh-function approach. The dynamics of the finite nonperiodic Toda lattice is an isospectral deformation of the finite three-diagonal Jacobi matrix. It is known since the work of Stieltjes that such matrices are in one-to-one correspondence with their Weyl functions. These are rational functions mapping the upper half-plane into itself. We consider representations of the Weyl functions as a quotient of two polynomials and exponential representation. We establish a connection between these representations and recently developed algebraic-geometrical approach to the inverse problem for Jacobi matrix. The space of rational functions has natural Poisson structure discovered by Atiyah and Hitchin. We show that an invariance of the AH structure under linear-fractional transformations leads to two systems of canonical coordinates and two families of commuting Hamiltonians. We establish a relation of one of these systems with Jacobi elliptic coordinates.  相似文献

When the arbitrary constants -in the Hamiltonian operator are suitably chosen, a pair of Hamiltonian operators are given. The resulting Hamiltonian pair yields a difference hereditary operator. Using Magri scheme of bi-Hamiltonian formulation, a hierarchy of the generalized Toda lattice equations is constructed. Flows on (or variations of) discrete curves in give rise to flows on a subalgebra of functions on that curve. For a special choice of flows and a certain subalgebra this is described by the Toda lattice hierarchy. Here it is shown that the canonical symplectic structure on , which can be interpreted as the phase space of closed discrete curves in with length N, induces Poisson commutation relations on the above-mentioned subalgebra which yield the tri-Hamiltonian poisson structure of the Toda lattice hierarchy.  相似文献

In this letter, the homotopy analysis method is successfully applied to solve the Relativistic Toda lattice system. Comparisons are made between the results of the proposed method and exact solutions. By considering (2+1)-dimensional non-isospectral discrete zero curvature equation, the (2+1)-dimensional non-isospectral Toda lattice hierarchy is constructed in this article. It follows that some reductions of the (2+1)- dimensional Toda lattice hierarchy are given. A free field representation for the left-right asymmetric conformal Toda theory based on simplf-laced even-rank Lie algebras is given. It is shown that the classical chiral exchange algebra for such theories can be reconstructed from free chiral bosons via Drinfeld-Sokolov linear systems, and is a bit more complicated than that of the standard Toda due to some additional δ-function terms and extra degrees of freedom.  相似文献

An alternative derivation of the known action-angle map of the standard open Toda lattice is presented based on its identification as the natural map between two gauge slices in the relevant symplectic reduction of the cotangent bundle of GL(n,R)GL(n,R). This then permits to interpret Ruijsenaars? action-angle duality for the Toda system in the same group-theoretic framework which was established previously for Calogero type systems.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply the source generation procedure to the coupled 2D Toda lattice equation (also called Pfaffianized 2D Toda lattice), then we get a more generalized system which is the coupled 2D Toda lattice with self-consistent sources (p-2D TodaESCS), and a pfaffian type solution of the new system is given. Consequently, by using the reduction of the pfaffian solution to the determinant form, this new system can not only be reduced to the 2D TodaESCS, but be reduced to the coupled 2D Toda lattice equation. This result indicates that the p-2D TodaESCS is also a pfaffian version of the 2D TodaESCS, which implies the commutativity between the source generation procedure and Pfaffianization is valid to the semi-discrete soliton equation.  相似文献

We build in this paper the algebra of q-deformed pseudo-differential operators, shown to be an essential step toward setting a q-deformed integrability program. In fact, using the results of this q-deformed algebra, we derive the q-analogues of the generalized KdV hierarchy. We focus in particular on the first leading orders of this q-deformed hierarchy, namely the q-KdV and q-Boussinesq integrable systems. We also present the q-generalization of the conformal transformations of the currents u n ,n 2, and discuss the primary condition of the fields W n , n 2, by using the Volterra gauge group transformations for the q-covariant Lax operators. An induced su(n)-Toda(su(2)-Liouville) field theory construction is discussed and other important features are presented.  相似文献

We give the set of maps from to the structure of a Poisson manifold endowed with a pair of compatible Lie algebroids. A suitable reduction process, of the Marsden–Ratiu type, yields a smaller manifold with the same geometrical properties as the original manifold. In this work, an adaptation of the tanh/tan-method that is discussed usually in the nonlinear partial differential equations is presented to solve nonlinear polynomial differential-difference equations. As a concrete example, several solitary wave and periodic wave solutions for the chain which is related to the relativistic Toda lattice are derived. Some systems of the differential-difference equations that can be solved using our approach are listed and a discussion is given in conclusion.  相似文献

A new (2 1)-dimensional lattice equation is presented based upon the first two members in the hierarchy of the combined Toda lattice and relativistic Toda lattice (TL-RTL) equations in (1 1) dimensions. A Darboux transformation for the hierarchy of the combined TL-RTL equations is constructed. Solutions of the first two members in the hierarchy of the combined TL-RTL equations, as well as the new (2 1)-dimensional lattice equation are explicitly obtained by the Darboux transformation.  相似文献
