With symbolic computation, the Hirota method and Riemann theta function are employed to directly construct the periodic wave solutions for the Hirota-Satsuma equation for shallow water waves and Boiti-Leon-Manna- Pempinelli equation. Then, the corresponding figures of the periodic wave solutions are given. Fhrthermore, it is shown that the known soliton solutions can be reduced from the periodic wave solutions.  相似文献

By employing Hirota bilinear method and Riemann theta functions of genus one, explicit triply periodic wave solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional Boussinesq equation are constructed under the Backlund transformation u =(1 /6)(u0 1) + 2[ln f(x,y,t)] xx,four kinds of triply periodic wave solutions are derived, and their long wave limit are discussed. The properties of one of the solutions are shown in Fig.1.  相似文献

The extended homoclinic test function method is a kind of classic, efficient and well-developed method to solve nonlinear evolution equations. In this paper, with the help of this approach, we obtain new exact solutions (including kinky periodic solitary-wave solutions, periodic soliton solutions, and crosskink-wave solutions) for the new (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation. These results enrich the variety of the dynamics of higher-dimensional nonlinear wave field.  相似文献

Periodic wave solutions to the dispersive long-wave equations are obtained by using the F-expansion method, which can be thought of as a generalization of the Jacobi elliptic function method. In the limit case, solitary wave solutions are obtained as well.  相似文献

For the (2+1)-Dimensional HNLS equation, what are the dynamical behavior of its traveling wave solutions and how do they depend on the parameters of the systems? This paper will answer these questions by using the methods of dynamical systems. Ten exact explicit parametric representations of the traveling wave solutions are given.  相似文献

In this paper, using the variable coefficient generalized projected Rieatti equation expansion method, we present explicit solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional variable coefficients Broer-Kaup (VCBK) equations. These solutions include Weierstrass function solution, solitary wave solutions, soliton-like solutions and trigonometric function solutions. Among these solutions, some are found for the first time. Because of the three or four arbitrary functions, rich localized excitations can be found.  相似文献

Based upon a further extended tanh method [Phys. Lett. A307 (2003) 269; Chaos, Solitons and Fractals 17 (2003) 669] and the symbolic computation system, Maple, we consider the (2 1)-dimensional dispersive long waveequations. We obtain many new solutions of the equation. These solutions contain solitomlike solutions, periodic form solutions, and some rational solutions.  相似文献

In this paper, the bilinear form of a generalized Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation is obtained by applying the binary Bell polynomials. The N-soliton solution and one periodic wave solution are presented by use of the Hirota direct method and the Riemann theta function, respectively. And then the asymptotic analysis demonstrates one periodic wave solution can be reduced to one soliton solution. In the end,the bilinear Bcklund transformations are derived.  相似文献

In this paper, a (3+1)-dimensional generalized Kadomtsev—Petviashvili (GKP) equation is investigated, which can be used to describe many nonlinear phenomena in fluid dynamics and plasma physics. Based on the generalized Bell's polynomials, we succinctly construct the Hirota's bilinear equation to the GKP equation. By virtue of multidimensional Riemann theta functions, a lucid and straightforward way is presented to explicitly construct multiperiodic Riemann theta function periodic waves (quasi-periodic waves) for the (3+1)-dimensional GKP equation. Interestingly, the one-periodic waves are well-known cnoidal waves, which are considered as one-dimensional models of periodic waves. The two-periodic waves are a direct generalization of one-periodic waves, their surface pattern is two-dimensional that they have two independent spatial periods in two independent horizontal directions. Finally, we analyze asymptotic behavior of the multiperiodic periodic waves, and rigorously present the relationships between the periodic waves and soliton solutions by a limiting procedure.  相似文献

An algebraic method with symbolic computation is devised to uniformly construct a series of exact solutions of the (2+1)-dimensional Caudrey-Dodd-Gibbon-Kotera-Sawda equation. The solutions obtained in this paper include solitary wave solutions, rational solutions, triangular periodic solutions, Jacobi and Weierstrass doubly periodic solutions. Among them, the Jacobi periodic solutions exactly degenerate to the solutions at a certain limit condition. Compared with most existing tanh method, the method used here can give new and more general solutions. More importantly, this method provides a guldeline to classifj, the various types of the solution according to some parameters.  相似文献

We investigate a new class of periodic solutions to (2 1)-dimensional KdV equations, by both the linear superposition approach and the mapping deformation method. These new periodic solutions are suitable combinations of the periodic solutions to the (2 1)-dimensional KdV equations obtained by means of the Jacobian elliptic function method, but they possess different periods and velocities.  相似文献

By using the F-expansion method proposed recently, the periodic wave solutions expressed by Jacobi elliptic functions for two nonlinear evolution equations are derived. In the limit cases, the solitary wave solutions and the other type of traveling wave solutions for the system are obtained.  相似文献

By means of the variable separation method, new exact solutions of some (1+1)-dimensional nonlinear evolution equations are obtained. Abundant localized excitations can be found by selecting corresponding arbitrary functions appropriately. Namely, the new soliton-like localized excitations and instanton-like localized excitations are presented.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the (2+1)-dimensional Benney types of equations. By the complete Lie group classification method, all of the point symmetries of the Benney types of equations are obtained, and the integrable condition of the equation is given. Then, the symmetry reductions and exact solutions to the (2+1)-dimensional nonlinear wave equations are presented. Especially, the shock wave solutions of the Benney equations are investigated by the symmetry reduction and trial function method.  相似文献

A New Approach to Solve Nonlinear Wave Equations   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
From the nonlinear sine-Gordon equation, new transformations are obtained in this paper, which are applied to propose a new approach to construct exact periodic solutions to nonlinear wave equations. It is shown that more new periodic solutions can be obtained by this new approach, and more shock wave solutions or solitary wave solutions can be got under their limit conditions.  相似文献
