本文以聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和聚醚砜(PES)齐聚物为原料,通过溶液缩聚法制备PEEK-PES嵌段共聚物,并用DSC、TGA、WAXD和动态粘弹谱等手段对其相容性、结晶行为、动态力学性能和热性能进行了研究.结果表明,嵌段共聚物在PEEK链段Mn=1×104,PES链段Mn)=3500~250(PES含量为25.0%~2.9%)组成范围内不产生微相分离,保持了结晶性能,其玻璃化转变温度比纯PEEK提高将近20℃,并具有较好的高温力学性能.  相似文献

以4,4′-二羟基二苯砜和4,4′-二氟二苯酮为单体, 通过溶液缩聚合成了聚醚砜醚酮(PESEK), 其分子结构相当于聚醚砜(PES)与聚醚醚酮(PEEK)的交替共聚物. 在共聚物分子中, 存在砜基、醚基和酮基, 整个结构单元形成了大共轭体系, 聚合物属无定形聚合物, 玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为198 ℃, 介于PEEK和PES的Tg之间, 其热稳定性和加工性能优于PES, 而力学性能与PES接近.  相似文献

聚苯硫醚及其聚醚砜共混物结晶形态的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文借用偏光显微镜(PLM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、小角激光光散射仪(SALS)及蚀刻的方法,研完了聚苯硫醚及其与聚醚砜共混物的结晶形态和织构,讨论了共混方法及其共混组成对其共混物的结晶形态的影响。结果表明,聚苯硫醚在应力作用下能生成横晶;溶液共混物和粉末机械共混物呈现不同的共混结晶形态;随着聚醚砜组分的增加,共混物的织构从聚苯硫醚为连续相逐渐转变为聚醚砜为连续相,同时,聚醚砜的聚集区域从分散在聚苯硫醚的球晶之间转变为聚集在聚苯硫醚的球晶内,使聚苯硫醚的球晶形态逐渐变得不规整。  相似文献

本文采用DSC方法,研究了聚苯硫醚及其聚醚砜共混物的等温结晶动力学。结果表明,经α-氯代萘处理后的聚苯硫醚原粉结晶速率常数有明显提高;聚苯硫醚/聚醚砜共混物的Avrami指数较纯聚苯硫醚低,共混物的结晶速率常数随共混组成变化出现最低值;共混物存在明显的二次结晶现象,t_(?)与t_(max)之间存在线性关系。  相似文献

Complexes of nitrocellulose (NC – low and high nitrogen content) with copper oxide (CuO) have been synthesized and studied for morphological behaviour on heating from room temperature to 500°C with the help of hot stage microscopy (HSM). During decomposition, NC:CuO complexes show contraction of fibrous boundaries followed by mass movement of matrix, with the evolution of brown yellow colour gas at higher temperatures as compared to NC alone. Co0.5Ni0.5(Gd/Nd)xFe2-xO4 (x ?= ?0.0 and 0.06) ferrites were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. These materials were characterized by XRD, FT-IR spectroscopy, and VSM techniques. The XRD analysis revealed the phase formation of all samples and their cubic spinel structure with the Fd-3m space group. Lattice constant was found to increase due to Gd and Nd ions substitution. However, the crystallite size was observed to decrease by the substitution effect. The FT-IR spectra showed the two vibrational frequency bands of the tetrahedral and octahedral sites. From the magnetic properties study, it was identified that the pure and Gd substituted Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 ferrite showed a ferromagnetic behaviour. While the Nd substituted Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 ferrite delivered a superparamagnetic behaviour. The substitution of Gd and Nd changed the values of the magnetic parameters of Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 ferrite. An increase in the saturation magnetization (Ms) value was observed due to substitution of Gd and Nd in Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 ferrite, indicating that Gd and Nd substitution strengthen the supermagnetic interactions in Co0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 ferrite. The highest value of Ms was observed in Gd doped sample.  相似文献

在PH5.0的HAc-NaAc底液中,舒必利在汞电有上有一灵敏的导数还原峰,峰电位为-1.78V。峰电流与舒必利的浓度在4.0×10^-7--8.0×10^-6mol/L范围内有线性关系。检测奶为1.0×10^-7mol/L。该法应用于剂中必利含量的测定,结果含人满意。还对舒必利在电极上的电化学行为特别是其吸附性进行了探讨。  相似文献

Tetranitratogold(III) Acid, (H5O2)[Au(NO3)4]·H2O: Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Thermal Behaviour of the First Acidic Nitrate of Gold Yellow single crystals of (H5O2)[Au(NO3)4]·H2O grow upon cooling of a solution of Au(OH)3 in conc. nitric acid. The crystal structure contains (monoclinic, C2/c, Z = 4, a = 1214.5(2), b = 854.4(1), c = 1225.7(2) pm, β = 117.75(1)°, Rall = 0.0331) the Au3+ ion in coordination of four monodentate NO3 ligands. The [Au(NO3)4] units are linked by H5O2+‐ions. Significant hydrogen bonding is observed in the crystal structure between the H5O2+ ions and the H2O molecules. The thermal analysis reveals a five step decomposition leading to elemental gold.  相似文献

Various amounts of predispersed multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were mixed with natural rubber (NR), with and without carbon black (CB), for preparing MWCNT-filled NR (NC) and MWCNT/CB-filled NR (NH) vulcanizates. All NH vulcanizates contained 30 phr CB and the amount of MWCNT for both NC and NH was varied from 0 to 8 phr. Helium ion microscopy (HIM) and FE-SEM images showed that MWCNT in the NH was dispersed much better than in the NC. Additionally, the well dispersed CB and MWCNT in the NH functioned synergistically in promoting an increase in longitudinal crack growth, leading to enhancement of edge-cut tensile strength (CTS) with increasing MWCNT loading. In contrast, all NC specimens ruptured in a simple lateral direction relating to their lower CTS. Results also revealed that abrasion resistance of the NH was not significantly changed with increasing MWCNT, whereas that of the NC increased. Nevertheless, abrasion resistance of both vulcanizates showed good correlation with the average value of ridge spacing on their abraded surfaces. It was also found that tensile strength of the NH was almost unchanged when the MWCNT loading was increased because the reinforcement by CB predominates over the MWCNT. However, 100% modulus and hardness of both NC and NH increased with increasing MWCNT content.  相似文献

This paper reports the synthesis and study of some Co(II) coordination polymers with the following acids as ligands: 2,8-dimethylphenoxyphosphinic, diphenyloxyphosphinacetic, diphenylthiophosphinacetic and dihexylphosphinic acids. The study was performed by means of chemical analysis, gel chromatography, IR spectroscopy, ESR, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry and electric resistance measurements. The experimental results were used to propose the structural formulae of these compounds and to calculate the kinetic parameters of the thermal decomposition reactions. 在0.1mol/L的KCl底液中,用单扫示波极谱法可以得到一个灵敏的氯霉素导数还原峰,其峰电位为-0.74V(vs.SCE),峰电流与氯霉素溶液的浓度在1.5×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-8mol/L,对氯霉素在汞电极上的电化学行为特别是对其吸附性能进行了探讨,该法用于注射液中氯霉素的测定,回收率在96.9%~100.3%之间。  相似文献
