A new aporphine alkaloid, (-)-arcabucoine [(6aR)-N-formyl-1,2-methylenedioxy-9,10-dimethoxy-5,6,6a,7-tetrahydro-4H-dibenzo[de,g]quinoline] 1 was isolated from the leaves of Talauma arcabucoana (Magnoliaceae), along with the known compounds (-)-erythro-saccharinic acid lactone 2 and (-)-shikimic acid 3. Furthermore, the known aporphine alkaloids (-)-dicentrine 4, (-)-nordicentrine 5 and dicentrinone 6 were isolated from the stem bark. The alkaloids 4 and 5 were found to be the most active compounds in a brine shrimp lethality assay. In addition, alkaloids 1, 4 and 5 showed moderate growth inhibition against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.  相似文献

A new aporphine glycoside, (-)-anolobine-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside was isolated from the twigs of pawpaw (Asimina triloba) along with 7 known alkaloids including five aporphine alkaloids (anolobine, nornuciferine, norushinsunine, liriodenine, and lysicamine), a proaporhine alkaloid (stepharine), and a tetrahydrobenzylisoquinoline alkaloid (coclaurine). Among these compounds, nornuciferine, lysicamine, stepharine, and coclaurine are reported for the first time from this plant. The structure of the new compound was elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 1?D, 2?D NMR, and HRESI-MS. The absolute configuration of compounds 1, 2, 7 and 8 was determined by CD experiment.  相似文献

Atypical Parkinsonism in the Caribbean Island Guadeloupe is thought to be associated with the consumption of plants of the Annonaceae family, especially Annona muricata (soursop). In this study, a new aporphine alkaloid named annonamine (1) was isolated from the leaves of A. muricata L. together with four known benzylisoquinoline alkaloids (2-5). Two new aporphine alkaloids: 8-hydroxy-9-methoxy-1,2-methylenedioxyaporphine (1) and 8-hydroxy-3,9-dimethoxy-1,2-methylenedioxyaporphine (2) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Fissistigma poilanei along with five known compounds: oxocrebanine (3), kuafumine (4), (2R,3R)-3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxydihydroflavonol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), (+)-catechin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (6) and quercetine 3,7-dimethoxy-3'-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→?2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (7). These two new aporphine alkaloids exhibited a moderate cytotoxic activity against four human cancer cell lines (KB, Hep-G2, MCF-7, LU) as well as antimicrobial activity against Lactobacillus fermentum, Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtillis.  相似文献

Cissampelos capensis, commonly known by the Afrikaans name "dawidjies" or "dawidjieswortel", is the most important and best known medicinal plant of the family Menispermaceae used by the Khoisan and other rural people in the western region of South Africa. The main alkaloids in the leaves, stems and rhizomes were isolated and identified. Several of the main compounds were previously found in species of the related genus Antizoma and this similarity indicates that the two genera are closely related if not congeneric. Bulbocapnine (an aporphine alkaloid), dicentrine (an aporphine alkaloid) and salutaridine (a morphinane alkaloid) were the main alkaloids in the leaves, while bulbocapnine, cissacapine, cycleanine and insularine (the last three are bisbenzyltetrahydro-isoquinoline alkaloids) are the major compounds in the stems. The rhizome contains mostly bisbenzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids, with 12-O-methylcurine, cissacapine and cycleanine as the main ones. Alkaloids appear to be quite variable within different plant parts and different provenances, as confirmed by the difference in alkaloid patterns between coastal and inland forms of Cissampelos capensis (the morphinane alkaloid salutaridine, for example, is the major leaf alkaloid along the coast but is practically absent from the inland form of the species). The variety of alkaloids identified may contribute to the medicinal value of this species. The data on alkaloidal variation in the species has potential value and practical applications in chemotaxonomy, toxicology and pharmacognosy.  相似文献

One new stenine-type alkaloid,tuberostemonine D(1),together with five known stenine-type alkaloids(2–6) and two known stemoninine-type alkaloids(7 and 8),were isolated from the roots of Stemona tuberosa.Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods(IR,UV,MS,1D and 2D NMR),and the structure of 1 was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.First simultaneous isolation of stenine- and stemoninine-type alkaloids not only added a new chemical type and increased the chemical diversity of Stemona tuberosa,but also provided chemotaxonomic clues for the close relationship between genera Stemona and Stichoneuron,and favored retaining them in the same family.  相似文献

It is a new task to separate structure-related compounds into a fraction according to their structural characteristics in a complex traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). This method makes separation of the components of the sample simple and structural elucidation easy. In this study, selective separation of alkaloids in Rhizoma coptidis was realized on a "click" binaphthyl column possessing a planar conjugate structure. Three kinds of alkaloids, aporphine, tetrahydroprotoberberine and protoberberine in Rhizoma coptidis showed better retention than other compounds by virtue of π-π interactions with the stationary phase. Moreover, the "click" binaphthyl column could distinguish the aporphine and tetrahydroprotoberberine alkaloids possessing two benzene rings from the protoberberine alkaloids possessing three benzene rings. After separating on the "click" binaphthyl column, the fractions containing the alkaloids were collected and then analyzed with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Totally, 23 alkaloids were identified, and among these alkaloids, three tetrahydroprotoberberine, two aporphine and seven protoberberine alkaloids were first found in Rhizoma coptidis. These newly found alkaloids are minor compounds, and they are always neglected without eliminating the interference of compounds in large amounts by pre-separation on the "click" binaphthyl column. The typical fragmentation pathways of each class of alkaloids were summarized to illustrate their structures. In the MS(2) spectrum, the loss of a molecule of dimethylamine ((CH(3))(2)NH) was observed as the characteristic loss of aporphine alkaloids. All the tetrahydroprotoberberine alkaloids would undergo the Retro-Diels-Alder (RDA) fragmentation reaction in the MS(2) fragmentation. For protoberberine alkaloids, different characteristic fragmentations were observed with different skeleton structures.  相似文献

The phytochemical study of the bark of Malaysian Phoebe scortechinii (Lauraceae) has resulted in the isolation and identification of two new proaporphine alkaloids; (+)-scortechiniine A (1) and (+)-scortechiniine B (2) together with two known proaporphines; (-)-hexahydromecambrine A (3), (-)-norhexahydromecambrine A (4), and one aporphine; norboldine (5). Two new bisindole alkaloids, named cinereapyrrole A (1) and B (2), were isolated from wild fruit bodies of Arcyria cinerea and three new bisindole alkaloids (3-5) were isolated from wild fruit bodies of Lycogala epidendrum. Seven known bisindoles (6-12) were concomitantly obtained from them. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectral data. A phytochemical study of the bark of Alseodaphne perakensis has yielded three aporphine alkaloids: the new compound N-cyanomethylnorboldine (1), and the two known alkaloids N-methyllaurotetanine (2) and norboldine (3). 本文报道从虎皮楠科植物交让木的树皮中分到4个新的和7个已知的虎皮楠生物碱的结构研究。4个新生物碱分别命名为脱氧交让木碱(dehydroxymacropodumineA)(1), 4,21-脱乙酰-23-脱甲基-脱氧交让木胺(4,21-deacetyl-23-demethyl-deoxyyuzurimine) (2),7-氧杂--脱氧交让木胺(7-oxo-deoxyyuzurimine)(3),和4-乙酰氧-虎皮楠素B (4-acetoxydaphmanidinB)(4)。新化合物1-4的结构是通过仔细解析其波谱数据和与已知结构相关的化合物波谱数据比较而确定。脱氧交让木碱(dehydroxymacropodumineA)(1) 具有罕见的11元环的大环内酯结构,是从自然界中分到的第二个具有这一新颖结构特征的生物碱。  相似文献
