The labile nature of the coordinated water ligands in the organometallic aqua complex [Ru(dppe)(CO)(H(2)O)(3)][OTf](2) (1) (dppe = Ph(2)PCH(2)CH(2)PPh(2); OTf = OSO(2)CF(3)) has been investigated through substitution reactions with a range of incoming ligands. Dissolution of 1 in acetonitrile or dimethyl sulfoxide results in the facile displacement of all three waters to give [Ru(dppe)(CO)(CH(3)CN)(3)][OTf](2) (2) and [Ru(dppe)(CO)(DMSO)(3)][OTf](2) (3), respectively. Similarly, 1 reacts with Me(3)CNC to afford [Ru(dppe)(CO)(CNCMe(3))(3)][OTf](2) (4). Addition of 1 equiv of 2,2'-bipyridyl (bpy) or 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridyl (Me(2)bpy) to acetone/water solutions of 1 initially yields [Ru(dppe)(CO)(H(2)O)(bpy)][OTf](2) (5a) and [Ru(dppe)(CO)(H(2)O)(Me(2)bpy)][OTf](2) (6a), in which the coordinated water lies trans to CO. Compounds 5a and 6a rapidly rearrange to isomeric species (5b, 6b) in which the ligated water is trans to dppe. Further reactivity has been demonstrated for 6b, which, upon dissolution in CDCl(3), loses water and coordinates a triflate anion to afford [Ru(dppe)(CO)(OTf)(Me(2)bpy)][OTf] (7). Reaction of 1 with CH(3)CH(2)CH(2)SH gives the dinuclear bridging thiolate complex [[(dppe)Ru(CO)](2)(mu-SCH(2)CH(2)CH(3))(3)][OTf] (8). The reaction of 1 with CO in acetone/water is slow and yields the cationic hydride complex [Ru(dppe)(CO)(3)H][OTf] (9) via a water gas shift reaction. Moreover, the same mechanism can also be used to account for the previously reported synthesis of 1 upon reaction of Ru(dppe)(CO)(2)(OTf)(2) with water (Organometallics 1999, 18, 4068).  相似文献

Diels-Alder reactions of 2(1H)-quinolones having an electron-withdrawing group at the 4-position with 1,3-butadiene derivatives were carried out to give the phenanthridones richly functionalized under the conditions of atmospheric and high pressure. Bi(OTf)(3)-catalyzed acylation of alcohols with acid anhydride was evaluated in comparison with other acylation methods. The Bi(OTf)(3)/acid anhydride protocol was so powerful that sterically demanding or tertiary alcohols could be acylated smoothly. Less reactive acylation reagents such as benzoic and pivalic anhydride are also activated by this catalysis. In these cases, a new technology was developed in order to overcome difficulty in separation of the acylated product from the remaining acylating reagent: methanolysis of the unreacted anhydride into easily separable methyl ester realized quite easy separation of the desired acylation product. The Bi(OTf)(3)/acid anhydride protocol was applicable to a wide spectrum of alcohols bearing various functionalities. Acid-labile THP- or TBS-protected alcohol, furfuryl alcohol, and geraniol could be acylated as well as base-labile alcohols. Even acylation of functionalized tertiary alcohols was effected at room temperature.  相似文献

1,3-Diol synthons, protected as acetonides or benzylidene acetals, may be synthesized efficiently from homoallylic alcohols and acetone or benzaldehyde by oxymercuration of the derived hemiketals and hemiacetals with HgClOAc. The use of catalytic amounts of Yb(OTf)(3) is crucial to the success of the reaction, which was determined to be reversible.  相似文献

The trinuclear manganese complex [Mn(3)O(4)(phen)(4)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(4).2.5H(2)O, 1 (where, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized by the Ce(IV) oxidation of a concentrated solution of manganese(II) acetate and phen in 1.6 N nitric acid. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with a = 10.700(2) ?, b = 12.643(3) ?, c = 20.509(4) ?, alpha = 78.37(3) degrees, beta = 83.12(3) degrees, gamma = 82.50(3) degrees, and Z = 2. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by least-squares techniques to the conventional R (R(w)) factors of 0.055 (0.076) based on 4609 unique reflections with F(o) >/= 6.0sigma(F(o)). The structure of the cation consists of an oxo-bridged Mn(3)O(4)(4+) core, with the geometry of the manganese atoms being octahedral. The coordination polyhedron of one of the manganese atoms (Mn(1)) consists of two &mgr; oxo ligands and two pairs of nitrogen atoms of two phen moieties, whereas that of each of the remaining two manganese atoms consists of three &mgr;-oxo ligands, two nitrogen atoms of a phen moiety, and the oxygen atom of a water molecule. The complex represents the second example for water coordination to manganese(IV) centers in complexes with a Mn(3)O(4)(4+) core. Optical spectra in ligand buffer (pH 4.5) reveal complete conversion of the complex into a Mn(III)Mn(IV) species. The observed room-temperature (298 K) magnetic moment of 3.75 &mgr;(B) indicates the presence of strong antiferromagnetic coupling in the complex.  相似文献

Photoinduced magnetization of the cyano-bridged 3d-4f heterobimetallic assembly Nd(DMF)4(H2O)3(mu-CN)Fe(CN)5.H2O (1) (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) is described in this paper. The chiMT values are enhanced by about 45% after UV light illumination in the temperature range of 5-50 K. We propose that UV light illumination induces a structural distortion in 1. This small structural change is propagated by molecular interactions in the inorganic network. Furthermore, the cooperativity resulting from the molecular interaction functions to increase the activation energy of the relaxation processes, which makes observation of the photoexcited state possible. The flexible network structure through the hydrogen bonds in 1 plays an essential role for the photoinduced phenomenon. This finding may open up a new domain for developing the molecule-based magnetic materials.  相似文献

The compound (dabcoH(2))(2)Cl(3)[CuCl(3)(H(2)O)(2)].H(2)O, where dabco = 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, has been synthesized, its structure has been determined by single-crystal structural analysis, and its properties have been investigated by powder and single-crystal EPR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in space group Pnma at room temperature with unit cell dimensions of a = 15.227(1) ?, b = 7.467(1) ?, and c = 20.166(2) ? with Z = 4. The structure was solved by the Patterson method and refined by full-matrix least-squares to R = 4.3% for 1681 observed reflections (I > 2sigma(I)). The [CuCl(3)(H(2)O)(2)](-) anion exists with a slightly distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry in which the three Cl atoms lie in equatorial positions and the two water molecules are in axial positions. The distortion appears to be driven by the presence of N-H.Cl hydrogen bonds. The EPR spectra are also consistent with the presence of only a small distortion from trigonal bipyramidal geometry since g(1) approximately g(2) > g(3) approximately 2.0. Analysis of the geometry indicates the distortion consists primarily of a "negative" C(2)(v)() type. Analysis of the thermal parameters supports the supposition that the observed geometry corresponds to disorder over two "positive" C(2)(v)() distortions.  相似文献

Although the Hg(OTf)2.3TMU-catalyzed Friedel-Crafts-type reaction of 3-(4-pentynyl)furan afforded the exo cyclization product, the reaction of 2-(4-pentynyl)furan furnished a very low yield. We found a 10:1 mixed reagent of Hg(OAc)2 and Sc(OTf)3 showed remarkable catalytic activity for the latter transformation. The actual reacting species is presumed to be Hg(OAc)(OTf), which is efficiently generated in situ by mixing the two reagents.  相似文献

1-Methoxy-3-trimethylsiloxy-1,3-butadiene (Danishefsky's diene) is recognized as a synthetically useful diene due to its high reactivity in the Diels-Alder reaction with electron-deficient alkenes to give oxygen-functionalyzed cyclohexenes and substituted cyclohexenones, which are important building blocks for the total synthesis of natural products. However, the development of catalytic enantioselective versions of Diels-Alder reactions using Danishefsky type dienes with electron-deficient alkenes has been difficult because of the instability of the dienes under Lewis acidic conditions. Only highly reactive CO and CN double bonds are employed in a hetero-Diels-Alder reaction which proceeds under catalysis of chiral Lewis acids. We have developed a new chiral ligand, BINAMIDE, which is easily prepared from 1,1'-binaphtyl-2,2'-diamine by acylation. The highly diastereo- and enantioselective Diels-Alder reaction of Danishefsky type dienes with electron-deficient alkenes in the presence of an Yb(III)-BINAMIDE complex has been developed. The reaction proceeded in an exoselective mode and gave chiral highly functionalized cyclohexene derivatives in good yields.  相似文献

Two new copper 2-pyrazinecarboxylate (2-pzc) coordination polymers incorporating [Mo(8)O(26)](4-) and [V(10)O(28)H(4)](2-) anions were synthesized and structurally characterized: Cu(4)(2-pzc)(4))(H(2)O)(8)(Mo(8)O(26)).2H(2)O (1) and Cu(3)(2-pzc)(4)(H(2)O)(2)(V(10)O(28)H(4)).6.5H(2)O (2). Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 11.1547(5) A, b = 13.4149(6) A, c = 15.9633(7) A, beta = 90.816(1) degrees; 2, triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.5896(10) A, b = 10.7921(10) A, c = 13.5168(13) A, alpha = 104.689(2) degrees, beta = 99.103(2) degrees, gamma = 113.419(2) degrees. Compound 1 contains [Cu(2-pzc)(H(2)O)(2)] chains charge-balanced by [Mo(8)O(26)](4-) anions. In compound 2, layers of [Cu(3)(2-pzc)(4)(H(2)O)(2)] form cavities that are filled with [V(10)O(28)H(4)](2-) anions. The magnetic properties of both compounds are described.  相似文献

Two isostructural mixed-valence vanadium phosphonoacetates H2(DABCO)[V(IV)O(H2O)V(III)(OH)(O3PCH2CO2)2].2.5H2O (1) and H2(PIP)[V(IV)O(H2O)V(III)(OH)(O3PCH2CO2)2].2.5H2O (2) have been synthesized. They crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Pnna with a = 7.0479(10) A, b = 15.307(2) A, and c = 17.537(3) A for 1 and a = 7.0465(9) A, b = 15.646(2) A, and c = 17.396(2) A for 2. X-ray single-crystal diffraction reveals that 1 and 2 have a three-dimensional open framework featuring 16-ring ellipsoid channels that are filled with doubly protonated 1,4-diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octanium/piperazinium cations and water molecules. According to the classification in metal-organic frameworks, 1 and 2 contain infinite (-O-V-)(infinity) chains that are cross-linked by "metalloligand" [VO(H2O)(O3PCH2CO2)2](4-) into a 3-D net of the sra topology. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of 1 shows that the chi(m)T value in the range of 60-320 K is constant of 1.105 cm3 K mol(-1)/V2 unit, and upon further cooling, the chi(m)T value rapidly increases to 1.81 cm3 K mol(-1) at 2 K. The corresponding effective magnetic moment (mu(eff))/V2 unit varies from 2.97 mu(B) at 320 K to 3.80 mu(B) at 2 K. The magnetic data in the range of 2-320 K follow the Curie-Weiss law with C = 1.074 cm3 K mol(-1) and Theta= -1.34 K.  相似文献

Rate constants for the reactions of OH radicals and NO3 radicals with O,O-diethyl methylphosphonothioate [(C(2)H(5)O)(2)P(S)CH(3); DEMPT] and O,O,O-triethyl phosphorothioate [(C(2)H(5)O)(3)PS; TEPT] have been measured using relative rate methods at atmospheric pressure of air over the temperature range 296-348 K for the OH radical reactions and at 296 +/- 2 K for the NO(3) radical reactions. At 296 +/- 2 K, the rate constants obtained for the OH radical reactions (in units of 10(-11) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1)) were 20.4 +/- 0.8 and 7.92 +/- 0.27 for DEMPT and TEPT, respectively, and those for the NO(3) radical reactions (in units of 10(-15) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1)) were 2.01 +/- 0.20 and 1.03 +/- 0.10, respectively. Upper limits to the rate constants for the reactions of O(3) with DEMPT and TEPT of <6 x 10(-20) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) were determined in each case. Rate constants for the OH radical reactions, measured relative to k(OH + alpha-pinene) = 1.21 x 10(-11) e(436/T) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1), resulted in the Arrhenius expressions k(OH + DEMPT) = 1.08 x 10(-11) e(871+/-25)/T cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) and k(OH + TEPT) = 8.21 x 10(-13) e(1353+/-49)/T cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) over the temperature range 296-348 K, where the indicated errors are two least-squares standard deviations and do not include the uncertainties in the reference rate constant. Diethyl methylphosphonate was identified and quantified from the OH radical and NO(3) radical reactions with DEMPT, with formation yields of 21 +/- 4%, independent of temperature, from the OH radical reaction and 62 +/- 11% from the NO(3) radical reaction at 296 +/- 2 K. Similarly, triethyl phosphate was identified and quantified from the OH radical and NO(3) radical reactions with TEPT, with formation yields of 56 +/- 9%, independent of temperature, from the OH radical reaction and 78 +/- 15% from the NO(3) radical reaction at 296 +/- 2 K.  相似文献
