The nonlinear equations of an elastic tank-liquid coupling system subjected to the external excitation are established. By means of the multi-scale method and the singularity theory, the bifurcation behaviors of the system are investigated and analyzed. The various nonlinear dynamical behaviors of the coupling system are obtained, which can further explain the relationship between the physical parameters and the bifurcation solutions. The results provide a theoretical basis to the realization of the parameter optimal control.  相似文献

Tracked vehicles fitted with torsion bar suspensions are limited in their ability to achieve high mobility. This limitation is due to the linear characteristics and the consequent poorer ride performance. Hydro-gas suspensions due to their inherent non-linear behavior can provide higher mobility and better ride comfort performance. The hydro-gas suspension model has usually been developed from experimental force-displacement characteristics, which requires availability of suspension hardware.In this paper, a hydro-gas suspension system is modeled using polytropic gas compression model to represent the spring characteristics, while the damper orifices are modeled using hydraulic conductance. The analytical model is then validated with experiments individually for spring and damper flow characteristics and then as a suspension-wheel assembly in a test rig. The validated suspension model is incorporated in an in-plane model. Using this model, simulation is carried out for sinusoidal inputs of different wavelengths, amplitudes and vehicle speeds. The simulation model is validated with data measured on a vehicle traversing an APG course. The proposed model agrees very well with the measured data. Based on the validated model, studies on the influence of suspension parameters on the ride comfort of a tracked vehicle are carried out.  相似文献

The feasibility of a preview control is examined for tracked vehicle’s suspension systems to improve the performance of tracked vehicle systems. Numerical results are compared with LQ, robust H, reference model tracking and hybrid preview control methods. The ride quality analysis is performed based on the vertical acceleration at the driver’s position. On the simulations, it is proven that the hybrid preview controller is the most efficient and practical method.  相似文献

以汽车悬架系统为研究对象,采用理论和试验相结合的方法对考虑主动时滞的悬架系统控制特性进行分析。首先建立含时滞悬架系统动力学模型,分析系统的控制稳定性。理论和仿真结果均表明,采用传统二次型最优控制律不能保证含时滞系统的稳定性。系统时滞量存在稳定区间,时滞超出稳定区间时系统将失稳发散;为了保证控制系统的稳定性,采用状态变换法设计了含时滞系统的主动控制律,计算表明,该控制律可以保证系统稳定性。研究还发现,时滞量的变化会使系统振动幅值产生较大改变,为此在控制系统中引入主动时滞,研究主动时滞对系统振动特性的影响,计算表明,合理的主动时滞可以降低系统振动幅值;为验证结果的正确性,搭建了悬架时滞主动控制试验平台,通过对相同工况下仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,发现两者具有较好的一致性;而由于悬架受到的路面激励具有随机性,采用含时滞系统的主动控制律对路面随机激励下的悬架系统进行控制分析,发现当主动时滞为0.04 s时,车身加速度均方根值比无主动时滞降低了39.4%,说明主动时滞对悬架控制的有效性。本文研究对时滞主动控制的理论研究具有重要的促进作用。  相似文献

This study focuses on the bifurcation characteristics of the four degree-of-freedom gear system with local spalling defect to explore the spalling nonlinear dynamic mechanism. The dynamic model of the gear system with spalling defect, time-variant mesh stiffness, and nonlinear clearance is established to investigate the effect of spalling defect on mesh stiffness and dynamic bifurcation. The primary resonance and internal resonance responses of the spalling model are analyzed by the averaging method, and the bifurcation characteristics with the evolvement of spall and internal excitation are studied by employing the singularity theory for the two-state variable system, which reveal the different bifurcation characteristics caused by the spalling defect. The results obtained herein can provide a theoretical basis to spalling fault diagnosis of gearbox.  相似文献

An aero-engine rotor system is simplified as an unsymmetrical-rigid-rotor with nonlinear-elastic-support based on its characteristics. Governing equations of the rubbing system, obtained from the Lagrange equation, are solved by the averaging method to find the bifurcation equations. Then, according to the two-dimensional constraint bifurcation theory, transition sets and bifurcation diagrams of the system with and without rubbing are given to study the influence of system eccentricity and damping on the bifurcation behaviors, respectively. Finally, according to the Lyapunov stability theory, the stability region of the steady-state rubbing solution, the boundary of static bifurcation, and the Hopf bifurcation are determined to discuss the influence of system parameters on the evolution of system motion. The results may provide some references for the designer in aero rotor systems.  相似文献

Analyses of the dynamic behaviour of a heavy vehicle during off-road operation are conducted under steady state condition. Three different numerical quarter-vehicle models (single point contact model, rigid wheel contact model and deformable wheel contact model) are introduced, and the simulation results are compared in order to find the most appropriate vehicle model. During the longitudinal travel of the vehicle, arbitrary ground profile is an input of vertical excitation to the vehicle. When ground deformation is included in the numerical model, the deformation filters the vertical excitation to the vehicle while the level of excitation varies depending on the soil deformability. Bekker's non-linear pressure/sinkage relationship is applied in modelling the ground behaviour. The simulations are conducted in the time domain and various surface roughness and ground deformability are applied in the ground/vehicle interaction during a parameter study. The ground deformation under the wheel acts like a non-linear spring during the vehicle movement and influences the vehicle vibration. If a vehicle mainly operates on off-road condition with high ground deformability lower value of damping is required in order to minimise the vertical body acceleration.  相似文献

本文研究存在初始曲率或挠率的非圆截面弹性细杆的平衡及稳定性问题,在两端受力矩单儿作用的条件下,杆的平衡微分方程可转换为用欧拉角表述的一阶自治系统,并有可能利用相平面的奇点理论分析弹性细杆平衡状态的稳定性,文中对杆截面的对称性,以及杆的初始曲率和挠率对平衡状态性的影响进行了定性分析,导出了解析形式的稳定性判据,揭示了杆平衡状态的列态分岔现象。  相似文献

A semi-active hydro-gas suspension is proposed for a tracked vehicle to improve ride comfort performance, without compromising the road holding and load carrying capabilities of the passive suspension. This is achieved through an active damper used in parallel with a gas spring. The suspension damper parameters are varied by a control mechanism based on sky-hook damping theory, which alters the flow characteristics. A damper prototype has been developed, tested for its flow characteristics, after which it has been integrated into an existing hydro-gas suspension system. An analytical model has been proposed from first principles rather than developing a phenomenological model based on experimental characteristics. This model is validated with experiments carried out on a suspension test rig. In order to compare the performance with the original passive system, an in-plane vehicle model is developed and the simulations clearly show that the semi-active system performance is superior to the passive system.  相似文献

The paper presents novel method for research on exposure to nonlinear vibration of passenger car suspension as nonlinear dynamical system. Also paper provides a discussion on the results of studies addressing the impact exerted by damping properties of shock absorber on the vibrations being generated. The research was conducted on the car forced to vibration by the exciter machine with changeable frequency. The paper addresses results of analysis of application of one of the time-frequency representation techniques to the identification of structure of vibration. The obtained representation of the vibration allows determining time function of separate frequency bands, which represents the isolated vibration dynamics phenomena. Considering the variability of the time and frequency distribution of the vibration even in selected analysed bands, the time function was developed as exposure to vibration estimator. The recommended method makes use of function of exposure to vibration. The advantage of these method is possibilities of precise analysis of chosen frequency bands. The investigations conducted confirm considerable susceptibility to changes in the technical condition of shock absorber with regard to the assessment of human exposure to vibrations.  相似文献

As it is known, track transportation can be divided into track system above and track system below. While the train is moving, the parts above and below are interacted and influenced. Therefore, in fact, the problem of track transportation is the match between the vehicle and the railway line system. In this paper, on a basis of dynamic analysis of the vehicle-subgrade model of vertical coupled system under primary suspension, utilizing track maintenance standard and simulating track irregularity excitation, the dynamic interaction of vehicle-track-subgrade system is researched in theory and dynamic model of the vertical vehicle-track-subgrade coupled system under secondary suspension is established by compatibility condition of deformation. Even this model considers the actual structure of a vehicle, also considers vibration characteristic of the substructure of track including subgrade and foundation. All these work want to be benefit for understanding and design about the dynamic characters of subgrade in high speed railway.  相似文献

视车辆、路面体系和桥梁为整个系统,将车辆模拟成弹簧和阻尼器连接的多刚体,沥青路面层模拟成Kelvin模型支承的无限长梁,混凝土路面和主梁一起模拟成Euler-Bernoulli梁。应用弹性系统动力学总势能不变值原理和形成矩阵的"对号入座"法则,建立了系统的竖向运动方程;并运用协方差等效方法模拟了车轮随机输入非平稳时域模型。研究了车辆制动作用下的车辆-路面-桥梁耦合系统的振动特性。计算表明:在其他条件相同时,刹车时,混凝土路面层对应的冲击系数为沥青路面层所对应系数的1.31倍;刹车时间为0.3 s时对应的冲击系数为刹车时间0.6 s所对应的1.29倍;路面的不平状况加剧了车辆制动作用时对桥梁冲击系数的影响。  相似文献

A reduced model is proposed and analyzed for the simulation of vortex-induced vibrations (VIVs) for turbine blades. A rotating blade is modelled as a uniform cantilever beam, while a van der Pol oscillator is used to represent the time-varying characteristics of the vortex shedding, which interacts with the equations of motion for the blade to simulate the fluid-structure interaction. The action for the structural motion on the fluid is considered as a linear inertia coupling. The nonlinear characteristics for the dynamic responses are investigated with the multiple scale method, and the modulation equations are derived. The transition set consisting of the bifurcation set and the hysteresis set is constructed by the singularity theory and the effects of the system parameters, such as the van der Pol damping. The coupling parameter on the equilibrium solutions is analyzed. The frequency-response curves are obtained, and the stabilities are determined by the Routh-Hurwitz criterion. The phenomena including the saddle-node and Hopf bifurcations are found to occur under certain parameter values. A direct numerical method is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics for the original system and verify the validity of the multiple scale method. The results indicate that the new coupled model is useful in explaining the rich dynamic response characteristics such as possible bifurcation phenomena in the VIVs.  相似文献
