The propagation of elliptical Gaussian beam passing through paraxial optical systems with aperture is investigated analytically by using tensor method. The approximate formula for propagation of elliptical Gaussian beam through hard apertured optical systems is derived based on the fact that the circ function can be expanded into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions. The derived formula provides a convenient tool for treating the propagation and transformation of elliptical Gaussian beam through apertured optical systems. As an application example, the propagation properties of elliptical Gaussian beam through apertured fractional Fourier systems are discussed.  相似文献

On the basis of the generalized diffraction integral formula for misaligned optical systems in spatial domain, an analytical propagation expression for the elliptical cosh-Gaussian beam (EChGB) passing through misaligned optical systems is obtained by using vector integration. Some numerical simulations are illustrated for the propagation properties of an EChGB through a misaligned optical transforming system with a misaligned thin lens. As an application example, the propagation of off-axial EChGBs passing through misaligned optical systems is studied, and further extensions are also pointed out.  相似文献

Using tensor method, a new kind of light beams named elliptical cosh-Gaussian beam (EChGB) is introduced in this paper. An analytical propagation expression for the EChGB passing through axially nonsymmetrical ABCD optical systems is derived by using vector integration. The derived formula is easily reduced to the propagation formula of a fundamental Gaussian beam and that of a cosh-Gaussian beam passing through optical systems. Some numerical simulations are illustrated for the propagation properties of EChGBs through the nonsymmetrical optical transforming systems, and further extensions are pointed out.  相似文献

We present a generalized analytical solution to the normalized state equations of a class of coupled simple secondorder non-autonomous circuit systems. The analytical solutions thus obtained are used to study the synchronization dynamics of two different types of circuit systems, differing only by their constituting nonlinear element. The synchronization dynamics of the coupled systems is studied through two-parameter bifurcation diagrams, phase portraits, and time-series plots obtained from the explicit analytical solutions. Experimental figures are presented to substantiate the analytical results. The generalization of the analytical solution for other types of coupled simple chaotic systems is discussed. The synchronization dynamics of the coupled chaotic systems studied through two-parameter bifurcation diagrams obtained from the explicit analytical solutions is reported for the first time.  相似文献

In this paper we present a synchronization method for chaotic Lur'e systems by constructing a new piecewise Lyapunov function. Using a delayed feedback control scheme, a delay-dependent stability criterion is derived for the synchronization of chaotic systems that are represented by Lur'e systems with deadzone nonlinearity. Based on the Lyapunov--Krasovskii functional and by using some properties of the nonlinearity, a new delay-dependent stabilization condition for synchronization is obtained via linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation. The criterion is less conservative than existing ones, and it will be verified through a numerical example.  相似文献

The effect of terminal groups on the electron transport through metal-molecule-metal system has been investigated using nonequilibrium Green's function (NEGF) formalism combined with extended Huckel theory (EHT). Au-molecule-Au junctions are constructed with borazine and BCN unit structure as core molecule and sulphur (S), oxygen (O), selenium (Se) and cyano-group (CN) as terminal groups. The electron transport characteristics of the borazine and BCN molecular systems are analyzed through the transmission spectra and the current-voltage curve. The results demonstrate that the terminal groups modifying the transport behaviors of these systems in a controlled way. Our result shows that, selenium is the best linker to couple borazine to Au electrode and oxygen is the best one to couple BCN to Au electrode. Furthermore, the results of borazine systems are compared with that of BCN molecular systems and are discussed. Simulation results show that the conductance through BCN molecular systems is four times larger than the borazine molecular systems. Negative differential resistance behavior is observed with borazine-CN system and the saturation feature appears in BCN systems.  相似文献

We consider the generalized Stäckel systems, the broadest class of integrable Hamiltonian systems that admit separation of variables and possess separation relations affine in the Hamiltonians. For these systems we construct in a systematic fashion hierarchies of basic separable potentials. Moreover, we show how the equations of motion for the systems under study are related through appropriately chosen reciprocal transformations and how the respective constants of motion are related through generalized Stäckel transforms.  相似文献

There are many hybrid dynamical systems encountered in nature and in engineering, that have a large number of subsystems and a large number of switching conditions for transitions between subsystems. Bifurcation analysis of such systems poses a problem, because the detection of periodic orbits and the computation of their Floquet multipliers become difficult in such systems. In this paper we propose an algorithm to solve this problem. It is based on the computation of the fundamental solution matrix over a complete period–where the orbit may contain transitions through a large number of subsystems. The fundamental solution matrix is composed of the exponential matrices for evolution through the subsystems (considered linear time invariant in this paper) and the saltation matrices for the transitions through switching conditions. This matrix is then used to compose a Newton-Raphson search algorithm to converge on the periodic orbit. The algorithm–which has no restriction of the complexity of the system–locates the periodic orbit (stable or unstable), and at the same time computes its Floquet multipliers. The program is written in a sufficiently general way, so that it can be applied to any hybrid dynamical system.  相似文献

We have constructed the quasi-exactly-solvable two-mode bosonic realization of SU(2). Two-mode boson Hamiltonian is defined through a differential equation which is solved by quantum Hamilton-Jacobi formalism. The squeezed states of two-mode boson systems are characterized through canonical transformation. The illustrated concept of squeezed boson systems has been applied two-mode bosonic Hamiltonian which is a squeezed one and is determined through a differential equation. This differential equation is solved and energy eigenvalues are found approximately.  相似文献

By expanding the hard-aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, the recurrence propagation formula of a flattened Gaussian beam through multi-apertured optical ABCD systems is derived, and the propagation of a Gaussian beam is regarded as a special case in our theoretical model. The extension to the three-dimensional case is described. Numerical examples of the beam propagation through a multiple aperture-lens system and an aperture-spatial filter are given and compared with those by the straightforward numerical integration of the Collins formula. It is shown that our analytical results give a good trade-off between the computational time and accuracy, and provide a useful tool for simulating the beam propagation through complicated optical systems including multiple apertures and spatial filters. Finally, a comparison with the previous work is made and the main results obtained in this paper are summarized.  相似文献

The propagation of electromagnetic waves in multilayer systems with a naturally (or structurally) gyrotropic layer (layers) is considered. A new mechanism of wave nonreciprocity is revealed. In particular, the wave nonreciprocity in multilayer systems with gyrotropic layers is investigated and a simple multilayer system consisting of a layer of a cholesteric liquid crystal and a substrate is considered. It is shown that multilayer systems with strong nonreciprocity can be used as optical diodes or optical isolators (which transmit signals through an optical channel in one direction and block signals propagating in the opposite direction) and systems for accumulation of light energy.  相似文献

A group of competitive people escaping through an exit could lead to the formation of a deadlock, which significantly increases the evacuation time. Such a phenomenon is called the faster-is-slower effect(FIS) and it has been experimentally verified in different systems of particles flowing through an opening. In this paper, the numerical simulation based on discrete element method(DEM) is adopted to study a group of highly competitive people through an exit of varying widths. The FIS effect is observed for a narrow exit whilst it is not observed for the exit wide enough to accommodate two people through it side-by-side. Experimental validation of such a phenomenon with humans is difficult due to ethical issues. The mouse is a kind of self-driven and soft-body creature and it exhibits selfish behaviour under stressed conditions.Particles flowing through an opening in different systems, such as pedestrian flow, animal flow, silo flow, etc. have similar characteristics. Therefore, experimental study is conducted by driving mice to escape through an exit of different widths at varying levels of stimulus. The escape time through a narrow exit(i.e., 2 cm) increases obviously with the increase of stimulus level but it is quite opposite to a wider exit(i.e., 4 cm). The FIS effect is avoided for an exit wide enough to accommodate two mice passing through it side-by-side. The study illustrates that FIF effect could be effectively prevented for an exit when its width is twice the size of particles.  相似文献

Synchronization of fractional-order nonlinear systems has received considerable attention for many research activities in recent years. In this Letter, we consider the synchronization between two nonidentical fractional-order systems. Based on the open-plus-closed-loop control method, a general coupling applied to the response system is proposed for synchronizing two nonidentical incommensurate fractional-order systems. We also derive a local stability criterion for such synchronization behavior by utilizing the stability theory of linear incommensurate fractional-order differential equations. Feasibility of the proposed coupling scheme is illustrated through numerical simulations of a limit cycle system, a chaotic system and a hyperchaotic system.  相似文献

Effective vibronic Hamiltonian models are built for E ⊗e Jahn-Teller systems and analytical solutions are obtained through Lie algebraic methods. Although approximate, we show that these models allow in particular to recover the possible ground state crossover when quadratic couplings are present. The equivalence of E ⊗e and G' ⊗e vibronic systems in cubic symmetry is precisely established through a particular realization of the electronic operators for an orbital quadruplet. We show how this equivalence is broken by a rovibronic interaction which, for a G' ⊗e system, still gives an exactly solvable model.  相似文献

It is shown that the indirect coupling between two-level optical systems through a radiation field has the form of the Ising exchange interaction if the coupling between atoms and the field is conducted through electric quadrupole interactions. The approximate analytical expression for the kurtosis parameter of off-axial Hermite-cosine-Gaussian beams (HCosGBs) propagating through apertured and misaligned ABCD optical systems is derived based on the approximate propagation equation of off-axial HCosGBs and an example is given to illustrate for its application. In the present work the propagation of a partially coherent radially polarized beam through aligned and misaligned ABCD optical systems is discussed. The elements of the beam coherence-polarization matrix for a partially coherent radially polarized beam propagating through these systems are derived for the first time. Using the derived analytical results the intensity distribution of the focused partially coherent radially polarized beam after a low-NA lens is investigated. It is shown that the coherence of the light source affects the beam intensity profile at the focal plane significantly, while for the given coherence of the light source the focal length of the used lens does not affect the beam intensity profile at the focal plane. This is consistent with the case of a partially coherent Hermite-Gaussian beam, as expected.  相似文献
