The absorption and emission spectra of six purine derivatives: adenine (I), N(9)-hydroxyethyladenine (II), N(6)-acetyladenine (III), N(6)-isobutyryladenine (IV), guanine (V), and N(2),N(9)-diacetylguanine (VI) have been investigated. The effects of solvent and pH on the positions of λ max  (absorption) and λ max  (emission) of these compounds were determined. Correlations between the absorption wavelength (λ max ) of these organic compounds and the solvent parameters (D,n,E) or (K,M,N) show that the peak position is affected mainly by specific- and non-specific types of interactions between the solvent and solute. Solvent effects on the electronic absorption band shifts are indicative of the extent of charge reorganization of the solute molecules upon electronic excitation. The Stokes shift (ν absν em) was correlated with the orientation polarizability (Δf) and was found to depend mainly on the dielectric constant and the refractive index of the solvents. This shift reflects the influence of the equilibrium solvent arrangement around the excited solute molecule, which rearranges inertially due to the instantaneous charge redistribution upon radiative deactivation to the electronic ground state. A spectrofluorometric analysis technique was applied for the quantitative analysis of the components of a ternary mixture of compounds (I–III).  相似文献

The excited-state double proton transfer (ESDPT) properties of 1, 5-dihydroxyanthraquinone (1, 5-DHAQ) in various solvents were investigated using femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy and the DFT/TDDFT method. The steady-state fluorescence spectra in toluene, tetrahydrofuran (THF) and acetonitrile (ACN) solvents presented that the solvent polarity has an effect on the position of the ESDPT fluorescence emission peak for the 1, 5-DHAQ system. Transient absorption spectra show that the increasing polarity of the solvent accelerates the rate of excited state dynamics. Calculated potential energy curves analysis further verified the experimental results. The ESDPT barrier decreases gradually with the increase of solvent polarity from toluene, THF to ACN solvent. It is convinced that the increase of solvent polarity can promote the occurrence of the ESDPT dynamic processes for the 1, 5-DHAQ system. This work clarifies the mechanism of the influence of solvent polarity on the ESDPT process of 1, 5-DHAQ, which provides novel ideas for design and synthesis of new hydroxyanthraquinone derivatives.  相似文献

Some photochromic diarylethenes having polar substituents were synthesized, and their photochromic behavior was examined. They exhibited photochromism with the similar photoreactivity in a non-polar solvent. However, the photocyclization quantum yield of dithienylperfluorocyclopentene having diethylamino group was found to decrease in polar solvents. The yield in acetonitrile was estimated to be 60 times smaller than that in hexane. The yields determined in various solvents were found to be correlated with the solvent polarity parameter ET(30). Such an effect was not observed in dithienylfluorocyclopentenes bearing methoxy or acetoxy group and in non-fluorinated dithienylcyclopentene bearing diethylamino group.  相似文献

The optimal geometry, IR spectrum and vibration assignment of 4,4'-dibromodiphenyl ether(BDE-15) in gas phase were calculated via the density functional theory(DFT) at the level of B3LYP/6-3 l+G(d). Based on the vi- bration assignment, the calculation of vibration frequencies and intensities of 5 main vibration types of BDE-15 in 25 kinds of solvents was carried out by means of a self-consistent reaction field(SCRF) theoretical model at the level of B3LYP/6-31+G(d) to analyze the solvent effect on the vibration of IR spectrum of BDE-15. To study the solvent ef- fect further, C--O asymmetric stretching vibration fluctuating, which is relatively acute in both vibration frequency and intensity, was selected as the characteristic vibration to establish different linear solvation energy relation(LSER) models for solvent categoring. Solvent parameters(a, /3, ~r*), acceptable number(AN) and quantitative structure- activity relationship(QSAR) models were established via chemical quantum parameters of solvent moleculer, which were first been introduced to investigate different solvent-solute interaction mechanisms in alcoholic and non-alcoholic solvents on molecular level. At last, a single solvent molecule was embedded in the framework of po- larizable continuum model(PCM) to validate the effect of hydrogen bonding on solvent-solute interaction in alcohol solvents. The obtained results show that 5 main vibration types of BDE-15 in different solvents have small variation range in frequency and intensity and all the vibration frequencies in solvents are lower than those in gas phase, de- creasing along with the increasing of the dielectric Constant(e) of solvents exponentially. In contrast, all the vibration intensities in solvents are greater than those in gas phase and present positive exponential trend. Steady-state absorption and fluorescence spectra, and time-resolved fluorescence spectra of coumarin 343 (C343) were measured in different solvents. The effect of the solvent on the spectral properties and dipole moment of the lowest excited state of C343 were investigated. It was found that the absorption and fluorescence spectra red-shifted slightly and strongly with increasing solvent polarity, respectively, because the charge distribution of the excited state leaded to the increasing difference between the absorption and fluorescence spectra with increasing solvent polarity. The dipole moment of the lowest excited state of C343was determined from solvatochromic measurements and the quantum chemical calculation, and the results obtained from these two methods were fully consistent. Investigations of the time-resolved fluorescence of C343 in different solvents indicated that the fluorescence lifetimes increased nearly linearly with increasing solvent polarity from 3.09 ns in toluene to 4.45 ns in water. This can be ascribed to the intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions between C343 and hydrogen donating solvents.  相似文献

Abstract

The photodecompositions of five typical metal dithizonates have been studied in various solvents under the irradiation of 310-nm UV light and ordinary indoor illumination. In methylene chloride and chloroform the decomposition mechanism is confirmed to be the interaction of these metal dithizonates and the oxidants arising from the photodecomposition of the solvent. In carbon tetrachloride the decompositions were fast and were observed to be first-order in the dithizonates. In benzene, no apparent photodecoraposition was found. Since these solvent effects are independent of the metal, benzene is probably the best solvent for the extraction-spectrophotometry of unstable dithizonates.  相似文献

The equilibrium constants, K 2, have been determined for the proton-transfer reactions of 1-phenacylquinolinium ion, PHQ+, with several amines {triethylamine (TEA), N,N,N,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (ED), N,N,N′, N′-tetramethylpropanediamine (PD), N,N,N,N′-tetramethylbutanediamine (BD), and 1,8-bis(dimethylamino-naphthalene (DMAN)} in acetonitrile (AN), AN-tetrahydrofuran (THF) and AN-ethanol (EtOH) mixtures. The reaction was followed spectrophotometrically using a stopped-flow technique. The K 2 value decreased for DMAN and increased for TEA with increasing vol-% of THF in AN-THF mixtures. The changes in the K 2 value for ED, PD and BD changed in the order: ED, PD and BD from a pattern similar to TEA to a pattern similar to DMAN. The change in the K 2 value for DMAN with increasing vol-% of THF in AN-THF mixtures was explained by the effect of polarity on the stability of PQ+ (the deprotonated product of PHQ+). The effect of THF on the K 2 value is consistent with that of the peak wavelength of the absorption spectrum of PQ+. The change in the K 2 value for TEA, ED, PD and BD depended on the structures of the protonated bases, one of the products for this reaction. The effect of EtOH on the K 2 value for DMAN was examined in ternary EtOH-THF-AN mixtures that contain different amounts of EtOH and whose relative permittivities were adjusted to that of EtOH. The K 2 value increased with increasing vol-% of EtOH because of the stabilization of PQ+ upon the formation of the hydrogen-bonded complex with EtOH. The absorption spectrum of PQ+ demonstrated a blue shift as the vol-% of EtOH increased.  相似文献

采用可极化的连续介质模型(PCM), 运用密度泛函理论(DFT), 在B3LYP/6-31+G**水平下研究了溶剂极性对有机π共轭配体N,N'-Bis-(3-pyridyl)ethylene-bis-urea(BPEBU)中syn-anti构象的分子几何和电子结构的影响, 并借助分子动力学模拟的方法, 采用明确溶剂模型研究了溶质-溶剂分子间的相互作用. 密度泛函理论计算结果表明, 随着溶剂极性的增强, BPEBU中尿素基上的CO键和N-H键以及吡啶环上的C-N键被明显极化, 使羰基氧原子和吡啶氮原子的电负性明显增强, 尿素基的N-H键上氢原子的正电荷也显著增加. 分子动力学模拟统计的结果表明, 在极性较强的乙醇溶液中, 有明确的O…H-O, N…H-O和N-H…O等3种氢键作用存在, 而在丙酮溶液中, 只有N…H-O一种氢键作用存在, 而且与乙醇溶液中的N…H-O作用相比要弱些. 另外, 采用密度泛函理论方法结合连续/明确的混合溶剂模型, 优化得到了溶质-溶剂三聚体的超分子簇结构, 与分子动力学模拟的第一溶剂层中的超分子结构相比, 两者定性一致.  相似文献

The photophysical properties of two new tetra substituted derivatives of pyrene: 1,3,6,8-tetraethynylpyrene (TEP) and 1,3,6,8-tetrakis(trimethylsilylethynyl)pyrene (TEP-TMS) have been studied. Studies were done with respect to mirror image symmetry in the absorption and emission spectra and permissive or forbidden nature of S0–S1 transition, solvent sensitivity of the first and third vibronic bands and fluorescence anisotropy. Both the derivatives exhibited a strongly allowed S0–S1 transition, high fluorescence quantum yield, shorter fluorescence lifetime compared to pyrene and invariance of the vibronic band intensity ratio to solvent polarity. The behavior of the two pyrene derivatives validates the hypothesis “solvent polarity mediates vibronic coupling and therefore the emission band intensities, for forbidden S0–S1 transitions”. The trimethylsilyl derivative (TEP-TMS) was characterized by a strong fluorescence in solid state. The tetraethynyl derivative (TEP) showed high fluorescence anisotropy comparable to the well-known anisotropy probe DPH in glycerol at 0 °C. The fluorescence intensities of TEP and TEP-TMS did not show any significant change in the temperature ranger 0–40 °C for a low viscous solvent like ethanol and in the range 0–60 °C in glycerol. Unlike pyrene, no excimer emission was observed even up to 10−3 M for TEP and TEP-TMS.  相似文献

采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和圆二色光谱等手段对吗啡与小牛胸腺脱氧核糖核酸(ctDNA)、酵母核糖核酸(yRNA)的作用方式进行了研究,发现核酸对吗啡有较强的荧光猝灭作用,且核酸的紫外吸收光谱和吗啡的荧光发射光谱有一定程度的重叠,据此求得了其结合反应的结合常数、结合位点数和基本热力学参数等,证实了吗啡通过沟渠方式与核酸作用。  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of new peripherally tetra-4-benzyloxybenzoxy substituted metal-free, zinc and lead phthalocyanines are described for the first time in this study. The influence of various organic solvents and the nature of the central metal ion on the spectroscopic, photophysical and photochemical properties has been investigated. General trends are described for photodegradation, singlet oxygen and fluorescence quantum yields, and fluorescence lifetimes of these compounds in different solvents. Photophysical and photochemical properties of phthalocyanine compounds are very useful for photodynamic therapy applications. Especially high singlet oxygen quantum yields are very important for Type II mechanism. The studied phthalocyanine compounds showed good singlet oxygen generation and these compounds show potential as Type II photosensitizers. The fluorescences of the studied compounds are effectively quenched by 1,4-benzoquinone in different solvents.  相似文献

We have developed a simple solvothermal method by using solvent mixtures of ethylenediamine with ethanol and deionized water to produce the CuInSe2 nanoalloys. The phase structure, morphology, elemental composition and optical band gap (Eg) of synthesized the CuInSe2 nanoalloys were characterized by Raman spectroscopy, X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDS) and zeta potential particle sizer measurements. The factors affecting product purity in the mixed solvent are also discussed. The results showed that CuInSe2 nanoalloys with a chalcopyrite tetragonal structure were produced by adjusting the ratio of ethylenediamine to ethanol (1:2.33 by volume) and their corresponding energy band gap was found to be 1.27 eV. In addition, we prepared and coated the CuInSe2 ink on the Mo substrate by the doctor blade method to produce a compact thin film. The crystallinity and the morphology of these polycrystalline CuInSe2 films were characterized.  相似文献

考察了以三苯胺基为给电子基团的4种不同DCM衍生物在有机溶剂中的单光子光物理性质(基态和激发态永久偶极矩差、光学跃迁偶极矩以及跃迁能量等), 并利用双光子诱导荧光法考察了溶剂对其双光子吸收截面(δtpa)的影响. 研究结果表明, DCM衍生物的光学跃迁具有显著的分子内电荷转移特性, 不同末端取代基主要影响其稳态光谱性质, 而分支结构数目主要影响其双光子吸收截面. 研究结果还发现, 双光子吸收截面随分子结构的变化趋势符合双能级模型, 拉电子基团为丙二腈和1,3-茚二酮的DCM衍生物的δtpa随溶剂介电常数的增加呈现不同的变化趋势.  相似文献
